If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The application process was the easiest I have ever done. I avoided trying to finance a car for 6 years because I was turned down every single time, but NOT with Royal Car. Jay was phenomenal, always answered my texts and phone calls. He did what he promised and got me into the EXACT car I wanted. He even shopped around for insurance quotes for me. Not having any down money or a cosigner or a trade in and having not so great credit I thought for sure I would be turned down, but I was not. They offer several programs for all kinds of situations. They treat you with respect, they are down to earth and you can tell they care about their customers. They do not keep you hanging around for hours nor do they rush you out the door. 99% of my deal was done before I even got to the office. I would recommend Royal Car Center to anyone! Jay, his brother and the finance manager, Dan were top notch. Jay does not make promises he can not keep. Family run business with a laid back atmosphere. You will NOT regret buying a car here.
Omg! Jay & Xander were amazing people. I’ve got turned down so many times from different places. And I was reassured by these two that they could help me. And these two made it happen for me with the exact car I wanted.. now interest is a little high for me but that’s not their fault lol. Great monthly payment from a real bank, they found me great car insurance with gap(I love it) the car is absolutely beautiful. These two made me comfortable and I was literally in & out nothing long about this place! The down payment was low and I’m happy that they made this happen for me because I was super tired of disappointment!!! Thank you jay & Xander!!! Now and my son have a reliable car we can use and not to mention the prices on the cars are great!!!! Low miles, & low prices!! Thanks again guys!!!

Satisfied with my car being as though it’s my First vehicle however, you can very much tell this car was used due to the smell,lack of detailed interior cleaning and a few broken/missing pieces inside.
After dozens of turn downs, Jay made it possible for an international students with little credit background like me to finance a car. I got approved so easily just within a day that I couldn’t even believe it myself. Moreover, Jay was so professional, reliable and friendly. He make sure I understand everything since this is my first time loan. I highly recommends this place to everyone that hopelessly needs help getting an auto-loan. Thanks so much Jay that I found you, it feels great to be able to drive again!Edit: The only cons that I have with them is the registration process that takes way too long. I hope they keep it up with something like this in the future.
I bought a 2015 Chystler 200 low miles the staff here was professional and polite. Great customer service and very affordable cars. I received a good deal on my trade which had over 200.000 miles. At Least check this place out first before you go buy some place else. You wont regret it I promise. Thank you Jay and Alex I love my car.😊

This place is as crooked as they come. They failed to tell me that the vehicle I’m having troubles with has been in 5 accidents. That is totally ILLEGAL. Definitely got me a lawyer on this one.

Great service they made my college daughters day for life was looking everywhere for a car that was reliable she is a hard working student with 2 jobs didnt meet the income so I had to go on the loan with her but she is so in love with her 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage. they worked a miracle when 4 other dealers so no. This is the WORST dealership ever. Dont go there! all there cars are broken down. I bought a car a while back and now i am spending money on it more than its actual price. They make them look nice and new and try to buy you in with the fact that you have a bad credit and can help you. All dealerships do this now.One more thing, looking at these reviews its funny how they have family member with last name KHALAF write good reviews for them. If i can give ZERO stars i will definitely do.Reply to your response! IT HAS BEEN A YEAR SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR. I agree, cars do need maintenance but not spending money almost more than the car price. LOOKING AT THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS, I SEE YOU ALWAYS RESPONDED THAT YOU CANT LOCATE YOUR CUSTOMERS. I would reccomend Royal Car center to anyone who is looking for a nice vehicle, they are friendly and make you feel like family, they dont just rush you out once you are approved, yet they take their time and make sure your comfortable with your selection, as well as your payment. Never buy a car from this dealership. All they do is buy those broken cars, fix it and make it looks like brand new. I bought a car from them 2 years ago, they made me sign all these paperwork and when I looked at the price it was different from what we agreed on. Though its my fault I should have double checked. Anyway, 2 years later till this day I didnt stop spending money on my car. My advise is not to go to there! Their cars are all broken down. I also had a friend who worked for them after I bought the car and told me about what they do. Super expensive Too!I am editing my review to reply to you with all due respect.I guess you cant make all your customers happy! You say you buy leased vehicles but i know it comes from the auction. An employee of yours confirmed that to me. The problem is i trusted and what made me come to you not the fact you have a good/ bad reputation. I know it might not sound right but because of the fact that we are from the same homeland country. My friend has a dealership in Kansas City and i bought my second car from him straight out of the auction. It was cheaper, cleaner and it is of the same country of made of the first one that i bought from you. I drove it back from Kansas City and made sure not to buy the second one from your dealership. Buying a clean car as you claimed should easily last you for at least 5 years not 3 years later and start falling a part. Anyway, it was an experiment and lesson learned.P.S. For confirmation, the people who sold the car for me are Nabil (owner) and Adam (Sales).Edit:Issues started months after I bought it. When I came to the dealership they told me its a Benz what do you expect. If it wasnt for the fact the I was referred by ppl we both know I would have reported you to the BBB for the bad businesses.
I had a great time dealing with Nas, Dan and Alex. Nas helped me find the perfect car and with the help of Dan and Alex they were able to fit the vehicle in my budget. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking at a newer vehicle but dont want to buy brand new. They have a very nice selection of cars and you cant beat their prices. These bastards/ Crooks!! They are thieves. I bought a car from them and i really regret it. the car doesnt function as when i first bought it, registration took forever to be finished and their customer service was the worst. They make you feel you are nothing after you buy the car. when you first walk in, you see everyone around you like F???? rats and they make it looks like its the right place to walk in. In reality, they rip you off! Dont go there and do not get fooled with their prices, too expensive when compared to KBB.

Plz people avoid this place. 1 year ago i was new in america i dnt know the prices of cars went to this place they sold for me nissan sentra 2013 70000 miles for 12900 usd price in market was 3500 usd. I spend there from 9am to 7 pm They showed one car there but then after i signed all papers they asked me to go bring the car from lancaster auction. After 4 months i need it to change transmition Car was rental with accident in carfax history never never deal with this people . Loan interest wast only 2000 so after finance fee n i puted 3500 usd down payment car costed me 14000+ حسبي الله و نعمي الوكيل
I would have given 5 but; I just recently purchased a vehicle and Nas was my salesperson Ive only had the car for 2 week and issue after issue and I have to keep bringing it back for them to fix something; Nas was pleasant to work with and so was Alex and each time I bring it back they fix the issue but its now starting to annoy the hell out of me. One more issue and they can keep the car and give me my deposit back. 50% of there cars have high miles and some are over priced. But they have kept there word and fixed all issues and gave me something else to drive but enough! !!

No helpful, waited there all day , the salesman was constantly on the phone with other customers while helping me. And had me purchase insurance for no reason. The car had bad tires and something wrong with the one door. Terrible place.I have a lisence and u were aware of the situation thank you

2022-04-29I live in New Jersey and traveled over an hour to purchase my vehicle from Royal Car center. And I will 100% be making the trip again for my next purchase. Not only did the staff at Royal Car Center make the purchase process as simple and pain free as possible but they went out of the way to get me the best price and lowest monthly payment. Royal car center is hands downs the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle and I can’t wait to make another visit soon.

2022-07-30I got my first car from here a few weeks ago and I love it so much. I went in nervous to be buying my first car and they were very patient with me. I have had a few issues since I bought the car but I was able to contact them right away and whatever problem I was having, they made sure it was taken care of and I appreciate that.

2021-12-04I just wanna say if your credit is jacked up and everyone is turning you down because of it, Royal is where you need to go!!
