On Thursday morning I found out I needed 70 tee shirts of three different colors in four sizes each with our company logo printed on the front and back. On Friday afternoon (today) at 2:56pm, UPS dropped them off at my office in California. The quality is fantastic, even beyond what I was expecting. Bonus points for the customer care team for being super patient and helpful in reassuring me they would make it in time each time I called. Oh yeah, the website is super easy to use and extremely user friendly. I may have only found their site yesterday, but I can tell you they’ll be my go-to for any custom printed clothes/hats/bags/etc from now on.
Ive ordered rush order for over 5 years now. The website and staff are literally incredible and thats because they are so customer and service focused. Around 98% of my orders are literally perfect, but our products for our business are very custom, so we expect an issue here and there as you would with a custom printing operation. The important thing is that they ALWAYS fix it for us with reprints or future discounts, its never an issue.When I need an order in a rush, they hit the deadline. There was an issue during covid and there have been supply chain issues in the industry itself, so its understandable if something happens here and there, but if they say theyre going to deliver on time, they will deliver unlike most other companies that put me in the back of the line. Delivering custom t-shirts in 1 or 2 days... its been a life saver.
RushOrderTees has been fantastic to work with! We have placed 4 orders with them within the last month and the quality and customer service has been fantastic! One order didn’t print the way we’d hoped and they immediately responded to us and sent us out replacements. Their customer service is the best I’ve experienced! Love this company! Thank you!
It doesn’t get better than RushOrderTees! The customer service is the absolute best. I placed a rush delivery order and realized after my order was printed that I had made a spelling error. RushOrderTees not only replaced my whole entire order but they did it free of charge, no questions asked. They made sure my rush delivery date would also be met. The staff I spoke with were so kind and understanding. They saved the day for me! I cannot recommend them enough. What an amazing company with fantastic customer service! Thank you!
My jacket was made and shipped to my very fast. I was not happy with the placement of my front logo ,when I designed the jacket I had asked them to check to see if it was in proper position. Hard to tell online. Well it’s too low. They are now sending me a new one. Great customer service,will be buying more stuff from them. Mike f
The website lies about when your product will be shipped and printed. Inaccurate tracking. Doesn’t matter how quickly art is approved they take forever to ship. “Rush order” but they obviously have no intentions to be fast. Super Overpriced shipping fees. The chat doesn’t work on the website, never connects you to an agent. The email customer service is unhelpful and rude. It’d be quicker to go into a mall and get custom clothes made then to shop here.Update: customer service got to me after leaving this review and my hoodie was printed and delivered today. Wasn’t the best quality printing for how long it took to arrive and how pretty basic the printing looks, also some of the image was not printed so it looks kind of like some of the image they forgot to print or was cut off. Nevertheless I think it looks sort of distressed and I have no intentions to return. I stand on my point of going into a mall, it will be def faster, better quality and cheaper. They charge way too much money for a print job that looks like I did it with an at home printer and iron.
Horrible experience. I had a rush order for 12 t-shirts that was a last minute need. I couldnt get them locally in time so ordered them from RushOrder.I paid over $40 per shirt/ including shipping because I needed them in two days. I gave myself an extra day, just to be safe. I never received any messages from them through the process so I had to watch the website anxiously to see if they were coming on time.They did not arrive on the day they were supposed to, but by the time my delivery person had come, it was too late to do anything that night. I called first thing the next morning and one day before my event. I was told they were printing that day and would be shipped. I knew they could not get them across the country in that little time, the guy I spoke to asked me to please give him a chance to try something that might work. He never called me back!I called again and got another representative, she told me they were still in printing and wouldnt be received until Monday- almost 1 week after I ordered them! That would be 2 days late and I would have nothing for my event. I am left with less than 24 hours to come up with my own solution. If I had one, I would have done it 4 days ago instead of ordering from them at such a high price!I was transferred to their Alyssa who offered to refund 50% of my order. After, I explained my anger, she offered me a full refund and free shipping of the shirts. Im not really sure what I am supposed to do with them now? I was impressed with Alyssa and she did her best to fix an unfixable situation. At least if I get the shirts I will know that somebody at this company cares. I will never order from them again and would suggest that you think carefully about what you will do if they dont live up to their promise. Have a back-up plan!!!!!!
Unfortunately, Im super disappointed. I was so excited to find a shop that could turn around my order so quickly. BUT one thing they were very misleading about is that under the tag of every single t-shirt they would be printing their large Rush Order Tees logo - without permission. And when I initially ordered over the phone, I communicated to the rep that I was looking for tagless t-shirts, wouldnt this be the time to mention your logo? He still went on to place my order and mentioned nothing about the branding that would literally make every single t-shirt look tacky. I work for a music artist and this is not even something we would sell to his fans. Im just super disappointed that the rep was misleading about this.The screenprinting is great! It arrived on time, BUT so many other shops can provide both of these things - so I give one star for misleading your customers.. I find it very unprofessional. Im sure there are many more customers who didnt expect your branding to be on products that we paid for.I will update my review soon to explain how customer service handles this.Update. This update is long over due. Customer service handled the situation like champs. They replaced our entire order, suggesting we keep the misprints. And to this day, the screen printing on these shirts is the best quality that weve come across. Im not kidding. Weve been also using Printful for our on demand orders (printful quality has diminished over the last year sadly). Yesterday I found myself recommending RushOrder Tees because of how on point their quality in printing is, and of course the turn around time. Our last order of black tees with white screenprint is bold and will last many many years, where as Printfuls quality wears after the 1st wash. It was a little bit of a rough start with RushOrder BUT you cant beat the quality! So thank you for that.
Originally, I placed an order for a garment that, it turned out, wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas (supply chain 2021)—customer service reached out to me and walked me through replacement options AND made sure I’d get the sweatshirts in time for Christmas. I honestly like the replacement option they suggested even better than what I originally chose. I will 100% order from them again. The sweatshirts are beautiful, and the customer service is seriously unparalleled.
I have been ordering swag from these guys for over a year. Great service and fast turn around times. Today I got an order in and some of the shirts were a different shade they immediately sent an email stating they were re making the entire batch and would have them out in 7-10 days I was super impressed.
Totally satisfied with the speedy response I received to a concern I had with my order. My original item , while well done, was not a match to the proof I submitted. I was procrastinating on ordering shirts for our vending event. I placed my order and selected delivery date a few days prior to event hoping the order would arrive. It arrived on the date specified and the product was great. Even had time to wash the shirts before the event. Thank you so much from Sheldon Woodworking and Fine Crafts. :-)
I did have a small issue with the print that was sent to me BUT they replied to my email about my concern almost immediately. And made things right, without hesitation. I have ordered several shirts from them in the past and will continue to use their service. Thank You Rush Order Tees for making things right with no hassle!
Great quality tshirts, quick delivery, even better customer service. Allison was great. We were initially unhappy with the first set of shirts and they immediately sent another set of edited shirts for free! The new set was perfect and just in time for the event! Allison made sure to have them shipped on time :)
I recently started to teach Kenpo Karate again and decided to reconstruct my logo, name (Saber Strike Kenpo Karate) and philosophy and decided to go all in with posters, business cards, flyers, banners patches etc. I also chose to get T-shirts with my logo on front and back with additional graphics on the sleeves too.The first order had some issues with the ink quality, coloring and sleeve length issues for the adult smalls. The youth large and youth XL sleeves were even longer than the adult small. However, this was a manufacturing issue by Gildan (G200) they were the ones that made the shirts. Rush Order Tees just prints on them and cannot control the quality of the shirts which is why it is nice that they have a huge selection to pick from. (I ended up using the Next Level Apparel for the do-overs.) I had 2 different t-shirts made for the original order, everything identical between them except the back graphics. Half of the order had mismatched colors from the front to back graphics and the ink began to wear off the other half of the order that seemed to be ok. I sold some of the shirts I thought were ok and stopped when my clients reported back they were seeing the ink wear off the shirts after normal wear and a few washes.These shirts were printed using the Direct to Garment method and looked great other than the already mentioned issues but I can completely understand that not everything always goes to plan in a manufacturing environment from working in a manufacturing environment myself. Nothing to get upset about since this was my first time dealing with t-shirts and it was obvious that something had happened with the quality of the ink or the process....The fact that Rush Order Tees was not only willing to fix this order but wanted to do it as soon as they could displays a solid business ethic that others would do well to model in their corporations. Quality the first time around is just as important as the company wanting to immediately correct and issue or oversight the 2nd time around, which still equates to an A+ in my book. Nothing wrong with a do-over especially when they do as promised or even better in my case!Either way Rush Order had Alyssa Seiders handle the issue for me. She was great, understanding and really came through to ensure the reprinted shirts were even better than I expected. My shirts had up to 8 colors which was complicated to begin with and when I requested for the screen print option over the Direct to Garment method they recommended I increase the quantity of the shirts in the order to better suit the production needs which I though was fair also coming from a production environment. I trusted they would come through and they DEFINITELY did! My students are excited to get their new shirts as well as the parents and many others that have been waiting to receive them. I am already working on my next few waves of shirts and understand exactly what to ask for in the future when printing on darker colors as well as how to utilize the screen printing over the DTG method when ordering by large quantities.Thank you Alyssa and to Dean Ridgeway as well who filled in a couple of times when Alyssa was on vacation or unavailable! Great teamwork!
Just did an 55-shirt order for our company event and were specific on the shirt we want to print on. Im so surprised by how easy it was for them to order a different shirt than the ones listed on the website. Live chat agent is EXTREMELY FAST and easy to work with. Almost too fast. Also REAL person not ROBOT (that or really good AI, maybe, who knows these days?) Cant wait to see how the quality will be like but so far service has been exceptional.
We ordered several work T shirts from Rush Order tees. They were the last piece of the puzzle and were meant to really tie everyone together. Making everyone look the same. Professional and uniform. The shirts (even though I received an email about them being delayed) arrived very quickly and the entire order process including designing the shirts was very easy to do. The shirts looked perfect when they arrived and we were stylin and profylin. Unfortunately not 7 months later the logo, company name and phone number were fading. I mean completely on a couple, mostly on another couple it was enough to make me reach out to the company just to mention it. I really didn’t expect much and truthfully I don’t know the life expectancy for this type of shirt. Maybe it was only 2 months and these shirts lasted an incredible amount of time. Not so. One email describing my problem and Rush Order Tees was all over it. Without hesitation they are reprinting and resending out my entire order. BOOM. this is how companies should do business. When Rush Order Tees says Great Product Great Service & Great People in their logo … well it’s the truth. These people aren’t working in some sweatshop in Bangladesh (I don’t think) they are here helping their customers design great looking stuff and backing their product all the way to the bank. FUSH ORDER TEES you have a customer for life. Thank you so much.
I ordered a set of embordered polos. At first the order was delayed and I received zero communication about it, and it was difficult to get a straight answer. However when the polos did arrive, they were atrocious. You couldnt read the logo, several had loose threads, and some didnt even have a completed logo. They were unusable, and because they arrived late I couldnt rush a new order to fix them before the date I needed. I eventually go a re-order for free and those came out a lot better, still messy and not quite up to par but better and I can actually use them.However, their customer service was far and away the best I have ever worked with. Everyone I spoke to was supper accommodating and helpful and they worked really hard to make sure my re-order was done correctly. The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because the customer service was amazing. I wont necessarily get something embroidered from them again, but I might consider them for an easier, less important job in the future.
Drop ship company portraying to print themselves. Bulk order of t-shirts showed up partially blank from heat press missed stamps. Customer service , Is beyond rude and does not speak to clients in a professional manner. I hardly ever if almost not at all give one stars on Google maps but these guys are definitely not worth the price to products they require. Furthermore they stay at the top of google for paid advertising not because of great customer reviews.
I ordered a hoodie that was 60 dollars (!) but I liked the design I had made so I ordered despite the price. The day the order was marked as delivered I was excited but the package wasn’t anywhere to be found. I called customer service and they told me they could reprint my hoodie on a different brand of hoodie. I didn’t want that and requested a refund and was told it’s not an option for the representative. I asked if there would be an issue if I disputed it with my bank and the agent said “we have proof of delivery so we would dispute it”. Unbelievable robbery of my money and rude customer service.edit: don’t think just because they responded to my review they solved my problem. all they did was once again offer me the same design in a different color. will not be using their services again, and i strongly advice you to not as well as they can literally steal your money.
Spent almost $200 on 1 hoodie and 3 shirts and all the shirts were horribly done. Its almost as if they take the name of the brand RUSHordertees literally and they rush everything to the point where it comes out horrible. The logo i wanted on the garments were so low they were pretty much printed on the stomach area of the shirts and hoodie instead of the middle chest area and the logo i wanted on them were crooked and the garments were just completely unwearable. On top of that i ordered a medium hoodie and recieved an XL instead. They are reprinting them so when i have the repirints i will update this with how they come out. This isnt the first order i had like this from this company. Seem they need to take more pride in their work instead of literally rushing everything. And maybe check the work before just packing it up and shipping it out like its all good. People are spending a lot of money on this stuff.Update: I got my reprints and they came in absolutely perfect just the way i was expecting them to the first time. I will soon be making a bigger order and i just wanted to make sure they were going to be perfect before putting that order in. RushOrderTees customer servicr is on point. Thank you guys.
Worst experience ever- Payed $50 for a single shirt - the original shirt did not ever arrive- usps says it was never picked up from them- but they said it was when I called to cancel order . At that point we still had 5 days until the event so they convinced me to let them replace the order so i did- Howerver, the second ordered shirt did not arrive in time for the event i needed it for. When it did arrive a day after the event it was on a totally different t shirt than i had originally ordered and it had a misprint on the front- a big white dot that was not connected to anything- a simple quality control before it left the facility would have caught this. Bottom line- there are some other options out there for fast low minimum screen printing and I would use them over rush order ts!
I ordered a hoodie and 3 business shirts. They had a misspelled word on them. I told RushOrderTees. They sent out the misspelled hoodie and tees they arrived and I told them they were misspelled they were so polite to send me new hoodies and tees at NO extra charge. And they let me keep the older hoodie and shirts. I did ask if they wanted me to send back the older hoodie and shirt they said no. Very great customer service and business 5⭐ well deserved. Production is very quick for custom made orders as well!
15 shirts with defective logo front and back. (bleeding adhesive or something) company wont replace because its two years old. they blame the storage conditions, but not all the shirts are defective.but the problem is its a small order, over half the stock ordered in advance gone bad, sitting in the box, or sent that way, and company REFUSES to correct claiming no liability. Doesnt even offer an option.just a hard no and a tone of voice that expected a confrontation, doesnt reference a policy or contract clause. Just no. Almost as if they are aware of this???....but i digress.its only 15 shirts. i paid for them. i dont care how long ago. they arent usable. do the right thing.
****Update****After my initial order went wrong and not being able to speak to customer service, I was contacted by Heather who was soo nice and apologetic. Heather did everything to try and right the wrongs. Heather stayed in contact with me throughout the process. I received a new order and they were better than the first. Overall, I am satisfied with my new order, all thanks to Heather.
First and foremost I want to say thank you Evette. She helped me fix an order that did not come as I had planned. Everything was replaced free of charge by Rushordertees and she made the entire experience pain free. She is the BEST!!! Thank Rushorder for having her on staff.
I ordered three logo tshirts printed front and back, although the front logo was slightly tilted and not perfect, I’m giving them a 5 star review for immediately responding to my email, (after normal business hours) and confirming the reprint and delivery date of three new shirts-
I ordered my first hoody to start my clothing line advertisement and the pics were way smaller and not placed where i designed them at on the website… but they are going to fix it and send me a REPLACEMENT hoodie they are very attentive and professional DEFINITELY will be shopping with them in the NEAR FUTURE
This is my 4th time receiving an order from rush order tees. The first time, they totally butchered my design. They put it in the completely wrong spot. 2nd time, they got right, but the design almost completely faded within 5 washes. The 3rd time, same as the 2nd time. The 4th (and last) time I received 6 shirts, and this photo is what all of those shirts look like. Totally off center. Extremely poor craftsmanship. 2 stars for Great customer service
My first order with them last year was delivery coming before expected. This last order I was mislead twice when I called in to question the timeline. Both times I called because it was close to delivery date but I was not given a shipping number yet. I was told order was on schedule. a few days after the were supposed to be delivered I emailed customer service and was I told they looked into it and they are behind. It would be completed and shipped sometime next week. I only wish they were upfront about being behind schedule from the beginning and I could have made other arrangements. I do not recommend using them anymore as I did after the first order last year. Going to try somewhere local next time.
UPDATE: They followed up and initially refunded the rush shipping fee. When we missed our deadline for the project, they refunded the remaining balance. When the shirts did arrive, the print quality was very good, as was the shirt quality (Next Level). Despite my initial frustration, I do feel they made an earnest effort to correct the situation, so Ive updated my initial 1-star review accordingly.----We paid $70 for the fastest rush shipping option on a very time-sensitive job (and the ability to hit the deadline was the entire reason for using Rush Order Tees). The delivery date specified during the ordering process was 9/14. After checkout, they quietly changed the delivery date to 9/16. Now we have a few hundred dollars of useless shirts, plus a pointless rush shipping fee.
Its the poor and unprofessional customer service for me. Its Mike who could not offer any concrete information on where my order is and could only blame me for choosing free shipping for my $200.00 plus order and blame their delivery partner while not confirming the shirts have even shipped. Makes me think theyre way behind on production and nothing has shipped at all. Im not used to calling any professional business with an issue and being met with such lack of accountability AND lack of being solution oriented AND no apology. Just finger pointing and no real update on an order ppaced over three weeks ago. Being I and the company are in the same city, I would have taken an offer to pick up my order. But you cant pick up whats not produced.

Man they made me and my boy the coldest jerseys... We made our own basketball squads 25 years ago, we used to make jerseys out of white tees and markers, we finally hung up the sneakers a few years ago. When I saw this site I knew I had to make it official and hang up our official jerseys on our walls as well.
Ordered my first t-shirt from rushordertees. I was actually able to talk to someone to help me with the order. I wanted a t-shirt that was not clingy but didnt wrinkle. The guy was super nice and picked out the perfect shirt. The order came a week early but unfortunately the logo I picked was to high on the back of the shirt. I sent an email explaining the situation and they are rectifying the problem and sending me a free t-shirt. sometimes problems happen when ordering custom items. I am super happy so far with rushordertees for doing everything possible to resolve the issue. If the shirt arrives corrected I will defiantly order from them again.
5 star service hands down!!!!! I ordered shirts for my business and a few weeks later had letters falling off from the wash. Called and without hesitation they upgraded the level of material and sent out a fresh batch. Jace Miller was awesome!! Much appreciated and will 100% use this company again!!
My order arrived and half of the shirts were misprinted. The ones that were printed correctly were perfect! I emailed them to report the issue and they got back to me within seconds and submitted a reprint order with no questions asked. I appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely use them again in the future.
I had a problem with the printing coming off during second washing cycle. I sent an email with pictures and they immediately sent an entire new order (10 shirts). From the design help, to the constant order updates, to the prompt incredible service, all has been excellent!!! I will never use a different company, they have at least one lifetime customer.
Ordered 1 tank top for my boyfriend that I customized the front and back of. My order came 3 days earlier then planned (standard shipping) unfortunately they sent a t-shirt instead of a tank top, I called the customer service number and the gentlemen I spoke with could not have been nicer or more accommodating! I explained my issue and he let me know they would ship out a new shirt (tank top) with my customizations ASAP and apologized for the mix up. Also let me keep the original T-shirt which was so nice of them. The prints came out amazing on the shirt as well. Great quality and great customer service! Will definitely be recommending and using this company in the future !
I do NOT recommend Rush order tees to anyone. Not only did it take over 45 days to receive my shirts, when they finally did come they looked like trash. The shirt on the right is from Uber Prints. I received it in about 10 days. The shirt on the left is from Rush order tees. Why would Rush order tees even mail out shirts that look like this. Complete trash.
I ordered ten shirts for my business. The shirts arrived early. The material of the shirts was very soft and looked to be extremely comfortable. The sizing was perfect. Unfortunately, my business name and logo on the front of my shirts was much too small. I contacted RushOrder Tees and explained that, overall, the shirts appeared to be pretty much what I wanted however, my business logo and name on the front was much too small. Within hours RushOrder Tees contacted me and advised me that they were sorry that the order wasnt to standard and were going to send me replacements. This is exactly what good businesses do. The fast response to this issue will keep me dealing with RushOrder Tees from this point forward.
This company has excellent customer service. I spoke to a representative (Angel) on the phone to discuss the possibility of creating 2 shirts that I could pick up the very next day, and he worked with me to get the entire thing done in an impressive timely fashion. In less than 24 hours I went from having a shirt idea to having the two shirts printed and in my hands. The shirts are good quality and as I said the customer service is really excellent - all of the 3 people I spoke to were extremely responsive and knowledgable, and went above and beyond to get my task done. Highly recommend using this company for your t-shirt orders.
I wont order from this company again. Ordered a few t-shirts and the company not only changed the brand if the t-shirt I ordered, but printed it as direct-to-garmet, which was not specified anywhere. The print was splotchy and dull. They reprinted on the shirts I ordered, print looked great... until I washed the shirts. Wash in cold water and have never dried - they look more faded with each wash. Total waste of money :-(
This was my first time ordering custom shirts, and the staff made it relatively seamless. Although there was an issue with the initial design I wanted due to restrictions of printing area, the staff did their best to accommodate and help with suggestions. I had very minor issues with the shirts delivered, having only 3 out of 65 that weren’t quite right. They offered to correct and send out new ones ASAP. Very great team they have and reliably quick with timeframes. Will definitely be returning in the future.
I ordered 12 custom printed t-shirts for a golf weekend weve been doing for over 20 years. After I ordered, I confirmed with a sales rep via e-mail that I would receive a proof of my shirt before it was printed. I did not. I instead received an e-mail that theyd already been shipped. I reached out to them, and they said Id indicated in my order that I didnt need to see a proof, and assured me the printing would be of the highest quality. When I received the shirts, the printing was indeed great, but just on the WRONG SHIRT. I reached back out to let them know I received the wrong shirt, and they assured me they would reprint and send replacements ASAP. After a few days, I received another e-mail that stated they didnt have the shirt in stock (white XL Hanes Beefy-t -- really?), and that they would simply refund me $60 for my trouble. The shirts they sent were less expensive, so essentially, I just paid for what I received -- even though it was wrong. There was no indication on the site -- and still isnt -- that Hanes Beefy-ts are unavailable. Just gives the impression they didnt want the expense of owning up to their mistake. Very disappointing.
Received my order on August 3, 2021, but it was not quite what I ordered. The image and lettering were in white and should have been black. I called customer support and spoke with Tyler who was very polite and efficient. He is rectifying the situation and I should receive the correct shirts. Thank you for your great customer assistance.
I had a t shirt shipped to me that had some stains from the printing on it. Within minutes of notifying them they started the process of making and sending me a new one. It arrived within days. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! Plus the products they put out are done extremely well and on high quality shirts.
Although I had issues with my order I was helped out greatly by the customer service. Thank you for a great product the t-shirts came out great and I plan on working with this company in the future. I recommend them for their great prices and quality product. The website also has a great customization option.
Great company to work with! I had some last minute changes that were completely my fault and they were able to submit them asap. I had a new proof in 15 minutes and they were off to be printed. Its hard knowing which shirt is exactly what you want, even if you order some samples. There are a lot of choices. Almost too many, but working with customer service we were able to, almost to a tee, match fabric which a local company uses for their t-shirts that we love. Cant wait for the next order!
I placed an order just to try out this company with some basic work t shirts for my Mobile Auto Repair Business. My order arrived about a week sooner then expected. The online design process was pretty simple. My only problem was when i opened my package and started looking at the shirts, I found 2 of them to have what looked like a crease from them folding them but upon trying to get it unstuck it started peeling the logo. I reached out and they handled the problem very quickly and will be sending me a new order to solve my problem. I get it this place is very busy and may have just folded the tees a little too soon as to why the silk screen stuck to itself. But the problem was addressed and overall I am happy with the quality of shirts and also the customer service. Highly recommended if your looking to have shirts made for any business or event. Thanks Rushordertees i now look official with my new company shirts.
We placed an order for 100 t-shirts with RushOrderTees. About 15 of these we needed rushed. They created two separate orders, but gave us the bulk rate for the smaller order as well. They even helped us with larger sizes (3X and 5X). T-shirts arrived when expected and were of excellent quality (Gildan). We were so impressed, we placed another order soon after for a different design. Again, delivered when expected and, again, excellent quality. We were missing one t-shirt. They responded immediately to the email I sent them and are rushing the missing t-shirt to us. Overall, a great company to work with with fast response times, on-time shipping and a great product!
My t-shirt came as ordered. Very happy, but after the first wash some of the letters started peeling before I even got the chance to wear it even once. So I contacted RushOrderTees, and they immediately sent me a replacement. No questions asked. That is great customer service. Thanks!

Needed some tees before a trip with my college friends. USPS lost the package and I was in danger of not having my shirts for the trip. Rush Order Tees printed my shirts that day and offered to ship them overnight which would have solved the issue. I am luckily located near their office so we were able to arrange local pick up which was super convenient for me! The shirts were amazing quality and exactly what I ordered. Al my friends loved them! 10/10 would recommend and will be buying again
I ordered 3 shirts with a digital art print that I had created. The shirts were printed slightly higher to the neckline than I would have liked. Yet, when I expressed my dislike of the placement, RushOrder Tees got right on changing the placement and sending me new shirts that fit what I had expected! The customer service was great when dealing with the replacement t-shirts and there was no kickback from the company. Great experience!

Great customer service. I run an electric company and ordered shirts with my logo on it that came out better than expected.Unfortunately t-shirts are not very true to size. I recommend going up a size in adult sizes. I emailed them about my issue with the sizing and they mailed out a new set of shirts the very next day, very fast shipping.Definitely recommend this place 👍👍 will be ordering more in the future through them

I recently placed a small order with Rush Order Tees. I found the design process and the order process to be user friendly and quick. The communication from the company was awesome and the speed in which they printed my shirts and shipped them was fast. Part of my order wasnt to my satisfaction as the coloring was not accurate. I quickly notified R.O.T. and they quickly sent me a replacement. Overall, I am very happy with their service and would do business again.
I am VERY upset and they are not answering a phone. Everything is so impersonal and automated. I was shipped the wrong thing and they auto answer is to reprint. I dont need a reprint of this, I need someone to here you printed it wrong. I had 2 designs 2 should have been of 1 and the other should be just 1 shirt. I received 3 shirts of the first design. Secondly, I had placed another order for nearly 200 shirts and I am now really concerned they will be wrong. Terrible Customer Service!
I ordered two different styles of shirts. The overall quality of the shirt was good, but the printing was offset so it looked like it had been double printed. Polos were supposed to have embordering instead of ink. Called the customer service and explained to them the situation and with out argument they responded with an email explaining the situation would be handled ASAP. I run a company and know how orders get mixed up and issues occur but the customer service and response is what makes a company stand out. So far Im beyond happy with the response from the team and cant wait to see the new shirts with proper lettering. I will give a follow up on the condition of the new polos. Initial ordering was easy and I was able to customize the shirt just the way I wanted in a very short time. Delivery was made on an expedited basis within the time promised. One of the shirts I ordered had a small mistake. I called the 800 number which was promptly answered and the service agent took care of the issue on the spot with no charge to me. She was very polite and professional and was able to immediately confirm the mistake and correct it. Great customer service and great product quality - the shirts turned out just like I envisioned them.
Update: upon reading my review below, a customer support rep reached out and gave me a full refund, which I do appreciate given the poor communication combined with my original order arriving on time but not being correctly printed and therefore unusable. Ultimately, my reprinted order did not arrive in time for event, as mentioned below, so the refund here was the appropriate resolution.Rush Order Tees processed and printed an order incorrectly without letting me know thered be a change to the design I submitted. I paid nearly double for my order for rush shipping to ensure delivery for an event I had on 11/12. The shirts arrived in time, but were not correct and therefore I could not use them. ROTs customer support apologized and said theyd reprint the order, but knowing the order would arrive after my event, I let them know this was not the desired resolution since the reprinted shirts would be of no value given their late arrival. ROTs team stopped responding to me and sent the order anyway. The reprinted order was correct, but came too late. This approach is very poor customer service, especially since its clear the mistake was on ROTs end, since they were able to re-print the design correctly the second time around. Why couldnt they have done this the first time, or reached out to let me know if there was some issue? Why did they ignore me when I politely requested a refund since a re-print would arrive too late? I wont be using this companys service again. Their approach to customer service and error resolution leaves much to be desired.
Rush Order Tees was a super easy process from start to finish. If you want great communication and customer service, Rush Order Tees is rather amazing! My order was designed and shipped promptly. The quality of shirts were exactly as described and the print was exactly as pictured in the design process and design approval stage. 2 of my shirts had minor defects mainly due to the color of the shirt itself bleeding through the design a bit, but within minutes of reaching out, and I mean minutes, they were already on top of making it right and printing me two more. This company is an absolute pleasure to do business with! 5 stars all day!
Very poor service and misleading.I was initially glad to have found RushOrderTees after contacting their Online Chat that confirmed delivery could be made for customized T-shirts to arrive on Oct 28th if I placed the order before 7 pm (Eastern time) on Oct 22nd.However, at 4 pm on the same day (Oct 22nd), when finalizing the order, I was then informed that they could not abide by the agreed date and would actually need 4 extra days to deliver the T-shirts (Nov 1st).After raising my concerns to the sales and customer services via email, all they would reply was that I could placing an order online or by calling them without addressing or even acknowledging any of the concerns. Very unhelpful and not at all useful.The whole experience has been extremely misleading, especially having being told very different information as well as their website stating that same day turnaround would be possible and that they advertise that they could delivery in 4 business days. None of the advertised information or agreed delivery date has turned out to be true.
Do NOT, I Repeat, Do Not use this company! I have used this company twice for the Merch at my Performing Arts school. The first time we spent around $250. When the merch arrived it was extremely cheap quality and the designs were wrong. However we tried this company a second time. Silly us. We spent around $1600 for hoodies and sweatpants. Not a huge order for the high price. When the merch arrived 90% of it was damaged. Not considering the extremely cheap material of both the hoodies and the pants, but the pockets to the hoodies were all hanging off, the stitching was terribly done, there were strings and tattered parts, the pressed logos were peeling, most of the hoodie pockets had small holes AND we were missing items 🤦♀️. We attempted several times to communicate with this extremely unprofessional company. Not only were we treated as if it was our fault the order had so many flaws, but they refused to take the full order back and return our money. They also refused to send us the missing merch we paid for or to replace all of the damaged merch. We sent in photos but were told that wasn’t good enough to prove the damage. I lost money on this order. Not only that but I’ve had to return money to families that purchased merch and after ONE WASH - had to contact me because the hoodie pockets came right off the hoodies. Not only is their product cheap, overpriced and damaged but their customer service is enough to make us never return. Waste of money and time!
I have recently started a non profit organization (Pier22 Fishing)with my buddies and we needed a place to order product from. I have been working with RushOrderTees for about 3 weeks. The service they provide is unreal. They offer great products but what really makes this company amazing is the customer service they provide. They are quick to respond, help you with your design and offer solutions for you. When there is an issue with your order they are quick to fix it. Ive never had customer service like this before. When they say real people unreal service its 100% spot on.
Nothing but good things to say about them. I own and operate a small home restoration business, everything from the design process to the final product was smoothe and efficient. I had a deadline for a recent order and due to unforeseen issues the product was delayed. Their customer service was friendly and efficient and took care of me, offering a refund and still delivering the product as a sign of good faith. I will continue to use their services as they’re professional, and handle situations properly with the customer in mind, from one business to another I highly recommend them!
This was possibly one of the best customer experiences Ive ever had. First off, designing a ordering hoodies were so simple and easy to do. It took me 15 minutes to completely design and order it. The main reason for me giving a 5 star review though is the customer service. When I made my order, I forgot to order one hoodie. I messaged them about it and within 10 minutes it was already added. Also, when I received the package, the hoodies were designed really well and with incredible quality, however, I received the wrong material hoodie. I just thought, Oh well, guess Ill just stick with these ones, but they replaced them the moment they found out about the mistake with no extra charge! Overall, the customer service is 10/10 and I would gladly order from them again.
I have used RushOrder Tees a handful of times and love their products, convenient ordering, and customer service! We had an issue one time with print fading during a wash, but once we let them know, we were sent reprints quickly and did not have that problem again. They have been genuinely pleasant and helpful with every order.
Recently ordered t-shirts for the club Im in. Designing the shirts was easy and the shipping was on time. The graphics look good, only problem was the front logo was centered instead of top left corner. I called the 800 number and they were glad to help. I will have new shirts within the week on the house. Will definitely be using them again if I need more shirts.
Im very pleased! The print on the front was a little more faded than I expected and the black lettering on one shirt had a yellowing effect around the letters - that said, the follow through with this company was painless and they have offered to replace the shirts. GREAT customer service and it was very easy. They stand behind their work.
Their customer service is 5 stars but as far as making the product look the way I designed it, it would equate 3 stars. I have ordered from them twice now and the first initial shipment has always had some type of issue. The first time I ordered, they gave me the wrong size and wrong brand and the print in the front was incorrectly placed. However, they are very quick to reply to my email and fix this issue by sending me a new one. The replacement hoodie was exactly correct to what I had initially designed. The second time I ordered, the only issue I had was that the print in the front was place in the center of the chest rather than the left as I had designed. Again, they were quick to reply and informed me that they would send a new one. Overall, I would give them a 4 stars. They put forth a good effort and if there is ever any issue they respond immediately and fix the problem. I would recommend this to people who have patience. They take a bit to process the order and print/make the product, it does take a bit of time. In addition, if there is an issue with the product, it will take more time for them to send out a new one to replace the faulty one. Worth a shot though!
I have ordered four times now from Rush Order Tees. The first three times, they knocked it out of the park with their quality and delivery speed. This last order had a couple of small issues with the print quality. When Rush Order Tees found out about these issues, they informed me that they are replacing my order. Wow...now thats customer service. I cannot speak highly enough about the character, quality and service of this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting top notch service and quality.
I put an order in 8 days before I needed it (yes - poor planning on my part but thats why I went with RUSH ORDER TEES. The soonest I could get it was 7 days later - 1 day before the event I was hosting. 2 days before the shirts were to arrive, I got an update from the delivery system saying I wouldnt have my shirts until 2 days later than I paid for (which was after the event). I called and the woman on the phone told me it was UPS fault and not theirs, but that they would remedy the situation by doing the order - that day in their shop - and overnight it to me to get it to me by 12pm Saturday. I was thrilled with the customer service.BUT - Saturday at 12 came and went - and I was literally waiting at my house just for the shirts to arrive before I left for my event. No shirts came. I called and asked where they were and customer service told me Oh yeh, it looks like we werent actually able to get them printed in time. Sorry. Thats it. They refunded me, which is fine, but I would have paid DOUBLE to have them in the time frame they were guaranteed. And once this rush order wasnt going to be possible, had the company let me know then I could have made alternative plans.Long story short - if you need a rush order and are hoping using RushOrderTees will be your saving grace, look elsewhere.

I chose RushOrder because they had a great selection of stylish shirts and colors. Unfortunately the printing process is unreliable. Some are great and have withstood multiple washes and some peal off. They nicely replaced the first batch that did this. But now another one has pealed off. It’s too bad.
Received the wrong product. Was a little frustrated after spending so much money only to receive the wrong shirts. My husband celebrated his 50th birthday in early May this year and I had planned a surprise party for him to celebrate with all our friends during our Outer Banks vacation in mid May. About 2 weeks before we were set to leave I got the bright idea to order shirts for everyone for the celebration. I ordered a single custom screen printed garment from RushOrderTees; this was my first-ever experience with this company. I purchased from them because they offered a wide selection of products and the design interface was super-easy to navigate. When the order arrived--a week earlier than they had promised--the graphic had been printed in the wrong place. I emailed the company to alert them to the error and within a few hours they had not only responded to express their disappointment in and offer their apologies for the snafu but also to tell me theyd made the correction AND had already begun the process of re-printing the job . . . for FREE. How could I ever do business with anyone else? 100% satisfied!

I ordered my 12 company shirts from Rush Order Tees. Half of them were great, even better than I had hoped, but the other half were black ink printed on a black shirt, so the designs didnt show up. I could see the logo and words while I was designing, so I figured the shirts were not a solid black and the ink would be visible, but they were not. I also designed a hoodie, and the logo was printed in the wrong spot. I contacted customer service and they were happy to help. Theyre sending me new shirts with a different ink ASAP. They are also sending me a new hoodie with the logo in the right spot. I appreciate them being willing to work through my issues, and I do plan on using them again in the future.
They are amazing!!! I will forever order all of my custom orders from them. I’ve made two different orders and have been beyond satisfied with both. The first came in flawless and although the second came in with a few mess ups, the issue was quickly addressed and resolved. This site is great! They make sure to get your order to you on time and work with you throughout the entire process.I was able to chat and confirm our original design would be suitable. After sign off I submitted for proofs. They were not exactly as we expected, but they were able to rectify within 24 hrs and still get us our shirts on the day we were meant to receive them. They came out perfectly and the shirt is great quality!
Best customer experience ever! I came across this place when looking for a last minute custom T-shirt printing option for my sons birthday. Website was easy to use, and I got immediate responses to all my questions over email. The order arrived as promised, however, a package thief stole the package right from my door! I filed a police report, but was devastated since I didn’t expect to have the order re- fulfilled within 2 days (in time for the party). I contacted RushOrderTees and they immediately came to the rescue. They saved our party and made a lifelong customer. Everyone loved the shirts, and wore them to school the next day. They put everything in the cart for me, applied the promo codes, held the order while I changed quantities & graphics, and provided outstanding customer service. Michaela & Gigi were both amazing when I had issues and changes, fixed everything without any pushback at all. I order a significant amount of spirit wear from a variety of online and physical vendors and RushOrderTees far exceeded the other vendors I use. The quality of the products was superb, everything arrived when they said it would, and they were extremely responsive. I highly recommend this company, they do a great job all around.

They did a great job on my print lay out , really liked my Ts did front and back. Had a little problem with shipping , did not receive an informative e-mail on actual delivery, or pickup by USPS and could not track.However, because of late delivery, they re- processed my order. They, really didnt have to do that, its great to know theyll go the extra mile to make things right, and the product was perfect. I will continue to be a customer of RUSHORDERTEES. Thomas

They promptly addressed the paint residue issue I had by replacing the shirts that had the residue on them. I also mentioned to Alyssa that I actually needed to add a shirt to my order because I had miscounted the number of shirts I needed and she gave me the additional shirt free of charge! this company is top notch! They went above and beyond to ensure my experience was the best experience possible. They deserve 6 stars! I highly recommend using them for your custom t-shirt needs!Everything about my experience ordering with RushOrderTees was a 5 star experience except the skill with which the shirts were printed. At least 3 of the 13 shirts I ordered had paint residue on the back side. I had nothing printed on the back of the shirts. My order definitely qualified as a RUSH order so I am assuming that may be the reason for the sloppiness on a few of the shirts.

I made a custom T-shirt order in plenty of time to receive my order for a specific event. After approving my design I was given the delivery date. The date came and went but my shirts never showed up. I contacted customer support and was given an updated delivery date (a week later). The second date also came and went but no order was delivered. I also never received any updated information. The event has now passed. I am demanding a full refund. Rush Order Tees should be called You Might Get Your Order IF We Feel Like It. I am extremely disappointed with this company.UPDATE: My initial 1 star review has been updates to 3 stars. The event I needed the shirts for has already passed. After the event passed I contacted the company to cancel my order and get a refund. The customer service people were very nice. They cancelled my order and I received a full refund. I was also contacted by the V.P. of sales (Josh Hannum) who apologized for my order not being ready in time. He fulfilled my order at no cost to me! The shirts arrived today and are wonderful. If I could have received the shirts when I needed them I would have given 5 stars! By sending the order, even after I cancelled it, you showed me you do care about the customers. Thank you.
While my order did not make it for the Christmas rush, that was due to the overwhelming pressure on the US Postal system. One of the shirts was not printed correctly. Rush Order agent Dana, very quickly got back to me and ordered a reprint of the shirt- no questions asked. The replacement shirt arrived very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Thank you for making it right!
This company has provided some of the best customer service ive experienced in my life. Their was an error with my order that resulted in me receiving the wrong shirts as the ones i ordered were discontinued. The whole process involved with correcting this error was painless and very professional. All of the customer service representatives i interacted with were pleasant and helpful and the wait time was exceptionally low. My experience with Rush Order Tees customer service was exceptional and i will absolutely order from them again.

Having experience as a marketing pro, I design my own logos etc. R.O.T.s faithfully reproduced my design in a timely manner on an excellent quality tee shirt and delivered on time. Further, the made the re-order process seamless and easy with prompt real-time customer service responses. This is a standout operation in the buyer beware internet landscape.
Rush order tee was the place I went to for making my employees shirts. In the past quality of the print and shirts were great. My last order was Terrible. The shirts were of the same quality but the prints were of poor quality. I complained to rush order tee of the substandard and was told that the move was a result of greener printing. The print look like something I did with my home clothes iron. Rush order tee did try to resolve it by sending me another shirt, but the print was still the same. Rush order tee, it was great doing business with you in the past, but unfortunately I have to move on.
The order did arrive on time, however the quality was not very good the white screen print looked like it was already peeling off. It was a worse screen print than the hoodies I can buy from a store like uniqlo which is a moderately low price point. However they did offer to send an immediate replacement... will update review based on the replacement.
The ordering process is easy. I was able to place my order by uploading an image from my Google drive, it arrived within about 10 days (maybe less). The colors were not vibrant and the image was faded. I was disappointed so I called the customer service number provided in the email and easily reached a real person. It was difficult to hear her, but I explained my situation, and she had pulled up my order immediately and said they would send me out a new one at no cost. The situation was handled easily. Im looking forward to receiving my order. Hoping its brightly colored and vibrant this time.
Production team must be getting drunk. I dont see how you can mess up an order I had to approve before Production began. Only sent 2 shirts. I ordered 4. One was terribly blurry and the other was a completely wrong design. Ruined my fathers day gift I had planned. Will never in my life order from these folk.
Placed two orders with this company for two sets of tees with two different logos. The quality of both orders was awful. One didnt use enough ink so the color of the shirt bled through the logo leaving it looking bleached out. With the other order the logo printed blurry. They may be rushed but it shows in the quality. I will never use this company again.
I love RushOrderTees. Especially because of their great service! I have done at least 6-7 mass orders with these guys and the shipping + quality has always been good. There were a few times when some products had been damaged, but the service center was quick to reply and send out the same new products right away.

PROS: The website is sharp; the custom t-shirt designer is functional; the ordering process was relatively painless.Cons: The printing was sub-par; the base and the ink were too thin and the result was the logos look worn out and faded which was not the intent or the design.Worse, the logo designs use a considerable amount of navy blue and they are on a medium to dark grey shirt. With the poor printing, the logos are barely visible.The printers completely disregarded my custom layout and just printed the logos directly in the center of the shirt at the wrong scale. There was no attempt at all to position the logos as laid out in the custom design or to scale them as laid out.To the best of my knowledge, I never received any kind of review notification. I received email notification of my order and shipping confirmation. In the shipping confirmation, that was the first time I could review the t-shirts. On the order, there was a note saying that they followed the custom design... So I assumed they actually did. However, when I got the t-shirts, it was clear they did not.SUMMARY: Currently very disappointed with what was delivered. I emailed them and let them know how disappointed I was. I havent received a reply yet.Overall, the t-shirts are honestly unusable for the purpose I ordered them for. The design is barely legible.UPDATE 28 AUG 2020: A special thank you to Alyssa for getting back to me and trying to work out the situation!First, a correction on the custom layout issue; when I was reviewing my custom layout after emailing RushOrderTees about the issues with the shirts, I realized there was white text on the layout image that clearly said that the design was outside the print boundaries they could print.I didnt notice it when making my order. So that was clearly my user error.While the layout issue was originally my fault, I do think that either the websites custom designer or the printers themselves should have caught that the layout was outside of the print boundary and verified the print before proceeding.If either had occurred, I wouldnt have ordered the t-shirts when I realized I couldnt print them using the layout I wanted.On the printing itself, that remained a quality control issue. The ink was simply too faded. Im not sure if it was a base issue or that my print would have required more applications. Regardless, despite the layout issue, I wouldnt have been happy with the shirts provided.Customer service (Alyssa) were really great; she went above and beyond to try to correct the situation and I really appreciate that. They offered a reprint, but due to the layout restrictions I cant take them up on that offer.In the end, while I was disappointed with the product, RushOrderTees did do their absolute best to try to correct the issue and that goes a long way in my book.If my print was more conventional and the layout wasnt an issue, I am certain that even if there were print errors, RushOrderTees would have stepped up and corrected them in a timely manner.I have changed my rating to reflect the level of customer service I received in this situation.
My order arrived with the incorrect color of shirt and quote missing on the back. To solve the problem, my order was promised to be replaced and I was allowed to adjust my numbers and sizes to accommodate new players added. I was also allowed to keep the incorrect shirts at no additional charge so that my players would have uniforms for the upcoming match. Thank you for being solution oriented!

I am giving a 5-star review for their professional courtesies. I had a situation and they took care of it wholeheartedly. In the midst of the pandemic I ordered a t-shirt and the company is strictly mandated on getting their orders on deadline, which mine did not. I called the company and noted that it is understanding given the circumstances and they gave me a full refund. While they did not complete the order on schedule (I had a film to shoot and was lucky enough to get one done locally), I was still able to get customer satisfaction.
Rush order tees is fantastic. I ordered about 120 shirts for a HS band trip. We ordered some youth sizes too. The design process was super easy and the instant messages were very helpful. The tees came in within 2 weeks as promised and the order was completely correct and at a great price. The Tees were true to size and comfortable. Every step of the process was perfect. Everyone I spoke with and messaged was super helpful. I will absolutely be ordering from them again.
I had a small order of 13 tee shirts for a construction mission for our church. From the very beginning, the experience with Rush Order Tees was great! Their website was super easy to use, and the choice of fonts and artwork made designing the tee shirts a lot of fun.Once I placed my order, I had a customer service rep who contacted me to let me know the shirts were being processed and would be shipped shortly. And then I got an email stating that our shirts were on the way! I was promised a delivery date, and Rush Order beat it by a whole day!Overall, I was impressed with the website, the attitude that even my small order was important, and the service. The final product, our tee shirts, are awesome! I will definitely use Rush Order again! And I will recommend it to the others in my church who order tee shirts.
Rush Order Tees was awesome! I was able to order quickly and receive a proof before printing. I even increased my order and all shirts arrived on time without any issues with increasing my order and changing my template a few times. Even when I called they were very helpful. I would definitely recommend and order from them again. These shirts were for my destination wedding!
Please don’t order from here. The shirts had proofs that were all messed up. It took so many emails to try and get it corrected and I eventually gave up. Then I got an email saying the shirts were delivered when they hadn’t been and we’ve never had a missing package. I call, they did a reprint but I had to send someone to drive to their building to collect because I leave for my honeymoon tomorrow. They had to change it to low quality printing to get it done and I no longer would get the tanks I ordered. I send the person, he gets there and the building is empty three hours before the closing time I was told. He shouted hello a bunch of times and even looked around for someone. This took about twenty mins. Finally someone comes out and tells him he is not allowed to be in the building that we were instructed to go to. My pickup person tells them why he’s there and the employee said they would go check. He comes out and says another 20 mins. After this poor person literally circled the building. During all this I was on hold until the call prompted an automatic callback which never came. I’ll advise anyone, stay away.
Although I was sent a replacement, along with a full refund.. I still cannot give any more than 2 stars.. The great customer service still doesnt outweigh the quality they provide... The original hoodie and shirt was HORENDOUS and came falling apart.. faded immediately after washing ONE TIME, same with replacement! I was offered a full refund and replacement so I can see what their quality really is well, if the replacement was supposed to show anything better, IT DIDNT! PLEASE do your research better.. I used them based on reviews... but it seems they ask for 5 star reviews after they refund you and replace... expecting everyone to just be satisfied bc they got their money back in turn for a 5 star review... but Im speaking the truth and will not give a good review just because I was asked to.. The only reason I gave a second star is because their customer service IS very nice and willing to satisfy their customers, but this customer isnt satisfied and the quality I received is quite embarrassing..
I highly recommend this company! I ordered 66 shirts for my family reunion and It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Michael who I worked with was very responsive and patient with me. I had an issue with one of my shirts and my issue was quickly resolved without hesitation by The customer service agent. If you need shirts quickly and for a very reasonable price, please use this company. You won’t be disappointed!
Ordered a sweatshirt for my niece on rush delivery. It came on time but had stains all over it as if someone had dirty hands covered in ketchup and then folded it. I’ve never seen anything like it. Called customer service, spoke with a guy who said they would alert customer care and be in touch. Never heard anything else. Spent a total of $85 for one sweatshirt because of how much my niece would have loved it and I wanted to have it in time for her birthday. Very disappointed and would never recommend this company.
My t-shirt came out great! And while the sweatshirt was no quite right at first, all I had to do was let Rush Order Tees know and they were right on it. Just received my new sweatshirt in the mail and it is literally perfect! Thank you so much Rush Order! So happy y’all have helped me bring my sweatshirt idea perfectly to life!
I was in a pinch to get a large batch of shirts printed and friend recommended RushOrder and boy did they live up to there name. Not only did I get the shirts in time but everyone RAVED about how comfortable the shirts were. Not your normal heavy, itching and uncomfortable t shirt you normally get when order a large batch of custom shirts. I will definitely be ordering from here again when I need custom tees and would recommend them to anyone!! Great product, great service and amazing turn around!

2022-07-23Terrible quality. The design/print was bad; it was faded - looks like the least amount of ink/paint was used. Also I ordered and paid for a better quality brand that was supposed to be a softer, richer cotton blend but was sent an entirely different product/brand. What I received was a very cheap 100% hard/rough cotton T-shirt & when the company reached out to resolve the issue (after the fact when I posted here), I was told they no longer had what I ordered. Instead of providing a similar product they continue to stall by asking me to pick something else. How am I supposed to know if the next brand I select is also not available and then what…? They substitute my order AGAIN without telling me or without discounting me or giving me an opportunity to have my money returned like they did with the first order?!!! A rep has called and emailed but I still have not received my $30 some dollars back when I asked for a refund. I’m still waiting a week later for confirmation that they will refund me. I was testing the company to see if they could provide a quality product - they did not and apparently cannot! From the start, I should have been contacted BEFORE they took my money and furthermore I should have been offered either a discount or an opportunity to cancel my order. As far as I can tell, this business is shady and will do anything to get a quick buck. This business lacks integrity. I will not be using this company for a second much larger order (which was my plan IF they could even get one t-shirt right). I would not recommend using them if you don’t like being duped.

2022-03-07Made about 20 shirts for a soon to be retired accountant. Simple design, one color. They turned out great. Amazed at how fast they arrived. Will be using them again to make shirts this summer. Price was about the same as other sites but they carried performance American Apparel in the sizes that I needed. 100% satisfied with the product.

2022-06-12I gave these guys another chance and they fumbled, big time. In one photo you can see the seems not properly stitched. In the other, you can see the printed wording beginning to crumble.The thing is, one of their staff called me and offered to refund the cost of the shirt and provide one for free. I said thats cool. When the new (higher quality) shirt arrived I was happy ... until the wording started to come off (after one wash!). It embarrassed me, frankly.All along the staff told me the quality of the shirts was not the companys responsibility. (Tell that to Elon Musk about the batteries in his cars.) Well, that leaves the writing on the shirts left ... and, it sucks.

Will absolutely use this company again and sing their praises.. great job!This review is a few months in the making. Ordered seven navy sweatshirts in December for our family vacation. We were excited to get a family photo with everyone in navy and white nautical theme. The order came in a timely fashion as I did pay extra for rush.Well five of the sweatshirts were great, print was nice and material was just what we ordered, hence the two stars.I took off stars for the men’s 2XL sweatshirts. Never were we told they would be completely different then the rest of the order, they were labeled navy but are really royal blue. Additionally, they were for my 6’3 husband and son, they aren’t heavy, just tall so we bought the larger size to give ten length, and paid about $55 each yet they literally looked like they were wearing children’s sweatshirts because as well as the color being off, the material was cheaper and they were so short (think crop top) in length and in arms that the sweatshirts came up to their forearms.We could have dealt with the color difference even though we wanted everyone matching, so we packed them to take with us for photos anyway as there was no time for new ones to be shipped before we left the country but the size disparity was ridiculous and just poor quality control for the amount of money spent.Needless to say we didn’t get a family photo because they wouldn’t wear them. Such a waste of money. In this photo I made my son put it in just to show the color difference and how short the sleeves are. Crazy

This felt like the best way to use a refund we were never expecting to receive and continue to bring awareness. Thank you for helping us.***Update:Alyssa called me and after some phone tag I finally spoke to her. She told me that she googled my daughter’s name and found our story and understood how important this order was to me. She apologized for the misprints and agreed that it was really careless for the order to be made poorly the first time and then again the second time. She then refunded me for 50% of my order which is much more than I would have asked for. I’m disappointed that this happened in the first place but I am really floored that she googled my daughter and read our story. That is more meaningful to me than the refund. I truly wasn’t planning to do any more business with RushOrderTees but simply because she took the time to look it up and understand the meaning behind these shirts, I will keep ordering.————————————I am really hoping this turns around somehow but right now I’m super disappointed. I placed a $1200-something order and received it pretty quickly. 1/3 of the order was printed crooked. The said they would replace them after I sent photos. I did. Then I was told that a particular color I wanted was now out of stock, was asked to pick another color, ok fine. The color I picked would not have worked with the colors I chose in the design and asked if they would swap the colors to make it work. They said they would do that and send me artwork approval. Then one day I got a “your order shipped” text. No artwork approval. I called. They said they took care of the artwork and it will be fine when I receive it. Annoying that they told me I’d get to preview it before it’s made but whatever. I receive the replacements one day later, great. Except 2 shirts are still crooked and off center. Now today, I cannot get ahold of them. I ordered with plenty of time for me to get the shirts and mail them out before my event. Now it’s starting to get close and I still don’t have all the shirts I need. These shirts are to honor my daughter and bring awareness to what killed her so that other families can try to avoid the heartbreak we have endured. Just getting some simple shirts made has become such a big problem. Why is this so difficult?

2022-06-04Their service was quick and professional. My print unfortunately had an issue when it arrived. I didnt expect anything to be done about it since mine was such a small order. However, after reaching out to customer service, within 30 minutes they have already offered to send a reprint. Really awesome customer service. Highly recommend. 2022-07-21Okay so I’m leaving 5 stars as I believe it’s well deservedI ordered 4 shirts so far just to test the waters on this company. All 4 shirts are what I expected except that I had an issue with a 2 XL being disproportionate to the print size.I called the company who is sending me the correct shirt and I feel confident at this point that this place is reputable.Other than that I’m very pleased with the quality and customer service.

2022-03-31I had fun putting together a custom shirt for a concert next week. It arrived quickly, so I can rest easy that I received it in time. The shirt is gorgeous, of quality products and extremely comfortable.I had a small disappointment with the print of one letter. It was not pressed flat, so it is a little funky. I reached out to RushOrderTees, just to let them know, and they immediately responded with intent to send a replacement.The replacement was not necessary in my case, but I can tell you to make your purchase with confidence.Thank You RushOrderTees!

2022-06-16Shirts arrived so quickly and were perfect. Unfortunately after a first, very standard, wash all the link peeled off every shift we ordered. I reached out to RushOrder to let me know and they immediately put an order in to get us a new round of shirts. The new shirts arrived so quickly and they upgraded them to the next level of quality as well. Very impressed with the shirts and the service!

Product arrived ahead of schedule. Everything was perfect--except the order. One t-shirt was not the size I ordered. A replacement was on its way before the end of the business. Their response to their mistake created a loyal customer. Aiming for 5 rating next time.
