To the patrons who have commented before me, if you need to complain about any gas station, youre just sad. Ive been at this location during almost all times of the day. Ive always been treated with appropriate respect. Im sure its not the employees fault that they are only scheduled with so many people at such busy times, so go easy on them. Theyre trying to get you out of there as soon as possible, just so they dont get reamed out. And just like in your job, they have things that need to get done at such and such a time, and maybe theyre not right there, waiting at the door for you to kiss your feet. Thats something you need to live with. Youre having a bad day? Theyre not going to throw a pity party for you, because guess what: Theyve probably had 20 other customers just like you within the last 8 hours. Maybe in the last hour, depending on what day it is.All in all, the staff here is pleasant (despite the way Ive seen them treated by unreasonable customers), the service is satisfactory, and the environment is welcoming.
I usually have a blast when I come here. Most of the people there know me because I go there every other day. Today I wanted to never go back because they refused to let me buy my cigarettes which I get, like I said, every other day. The lady gave me and my mom such an attitude when she tried to get them for me (note Im 20yrs) it was baffling, especially because she has sold me my cigarettes at least five times prior to this occasion without carding me.
I have been coming here for a while!! but the one employee that goes by the name of sadie is very rude!! I have noticed she has been rude to costumers for a WHILE now! Shouldnt have that kind of attitude in a work place period. Its to the point im not going in there anymore! Obviously need better employees.
Staff is awesome! Food is delicious! Customers should please remember to wear masks.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS RUTTERS !! the food prep area is dirty. Looks like it hasnt had a good cleaning in months. the grease for the fryer tasted as if it wasnt changed in months as well. the warmer had caked on old food.I dont even wanna guess the last time they were washed, YUK !
On June 2 2016 I stopped here for gas and a bite to eat. I used my bank card to pay my bill. On August 3, 2016 a $214.75 charge shows up from a Rutters in Dillsburg Pa., just thirteen miles apart from the E. Berlin store. I was not at this Rutters store ever and only at the E. Berlin store once ever. I reported this to my bank and to the Dillsburg Police. I believe it may have been the cashier that stole my card info. I believe this person may work at both stores. If anyone has any info please contact Officer Soloman at the Dillsburg Police department. Im serious about pressing charges against this person. Its sad to think some people have no conscience about stealing like this. I hope Rutters will help in finding this person also as it did nothing for the stores reputation. I intend to make this public in hopes to catch this crook.
Used to go to this Rutters a lot. now I tend to go to Weis. If nothing else because this Rutters gas prices are 15- 20 cents more than Weis 3 blocks away. Stop overcharging your customers.
Just a typical Rutters. Some staff are friendly, some are grumps. If you need certain things, youre better either driving down to Walmart or the Weis right down the road.
Ive been going to this gas station for years. Theyve always been friendly and courteous. Their price is usually pretty good.
It was an amazing placeA worker there named Cassandra really helped me out and when she got off and saw that I was walking alone she gave me a ride home an amazing worker I truly appreciate how nice the workers are there. I am really going to be going back!👁👄👁
The breakfast sandwiches are good and its hard to screw up a hot dog, but everything else seems to be premade, frozen and then reheated in the microwave.

Hot food, prepared sandwiches, gas, cold drinks, candy, snacks, bagged ice, Maple donuts, local news papers, magazines, and always friendly.
Convenient. Love their coffee. Staff nice. The food is expensive though. Kitchen and cooking area was clean.

While I havent stopped here for fuel or food often , when I have stopped there wasnt anything wrong with this establishment for me to complain about.
Cant prepare food right anytime of the day no matter who fixes it up. Thats why I go anywhere else. Lol

2021-07-31The food in this store is ALWAYS delicious! Im only giving four stars because I saw an employee cleaning the oven the other day. I like having all the extra flavors on my bread! Today, I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with double chicken and double nacho cheese, it was put together so perfectly, and it was amazing. I saw an employee give a customer $40 from their own pocket after the customer complained about not getting the right cigarettes. This store really knows what theyre doing! All the employees always have a big bright smile on their faces. They always seem so happy to be there. I never hear anybody complain!

2022-01-17I worked here for a few months. I would recommend getting food here! They have a great menu , friendly staff, and are meticulous to check temperatures of all equipment and food stations and it is very clean! I am in Arizona now and miss Rutters as my go to place to eat!

2020-08-15I only come into this rutters on Friday nights to see Sara. I once saw her drop and entire container of mustard....oh how she has grown. Mustard free to this day. She is a kind and beautiful soul and her face is always beat to the gods. Her shoes are always so clean, tied, and non slippy. To conclude this review, Sara deserves a raise to be able to buy herself more non slippy shoes to stay safe and healthy. Thanks for your time 👞🩰👠👟

2020-08-16I was surprised that Rutters would hire professional chefs to make food, but when I went in there the other day I would bet any amount of money that Cassandra has gone to cooking school. Very top of the line food making, Gordon Ramsey would be proud!I tried the wings, delicious! Five stars.

2020-08-15Most of the staff are really nice. The manager of the food area seems to always be in the office and the few times i have seen her in the food area she is just standing around and talking very loudly. Everytime im in there around lunchtime and people are placing orders. She magically disappears and leaves the other staff scrambling to try and help the customers and make the food. I dont know if its poor time management on her part that she has a time sensitive thing to do that she only does at lunch or if she is afraid of touching the food. I have watched her stop making food in the middle of a rush and dissappear. This week I watched her leave the line and go cuddle with her boyfriend? The employees are great but the managements severely lacks

2020-08-15I was in this rutters on Thursday. I was in contact with a lady named Cassandra. She went above, beyond, and even helped me outside. She was so careful and put on a bright yellow vest to make sure she and I were both safe. I needed help with my pumping my gas and she even offered to siphon her own gas into my car. Such a sweetie. I tried to give her a $20 tip but she ended up giving me $20 instead. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!!!!

2020-08-20Only giving two stars because of friendly second shift workers. Came in the morning manager kept leaving to go somewhere else whenever it got busy. Didnt really seem like she wanted to be there. Have heard her say questionable things around other employees. Poorly run. Always good during second and third shift when she isnt there.
