I went in and looked at a used coachmen apex, then put a deposit. Upon delivery, the two things my salesman said they would look at, the service team didnt hear anything about. Poor communication skills, and there was also skid marks in the toilet so I know they didnt clean it before they delivered it.
We will never shop there again. It wasn’t an hour away from when we left there that we almost lost our gray water tank. Thank god my husband stop to check things out. We still had three and a half hours to go. Witch turned into four and a half hrs because we had to go slower. I realize that we bought this RV “as is” but we never thought that they would let someone leave their lot in a dangerous way. So buyers be ware!!
Outstanding Service after the sale. We bought our Forest River Impression at the York Show from the Bath/Bethlehem Dealership. With how quickly the manufacturers are getting units off the line, some quality control is iffy, and we expected that. We called RV Value Mart and within a day, they sent an amazing technician (Kevin) out to our seasonal site and had all 6 of our minor issues fixed. Five Stars, two thumbs up, are not enough for the great service we have received from RV Value Mart Bath/Bethlehem. Every single person at this dealership was fantastic to deal with and they actually care about their customers. If you want a great deal with even better service after the sale, this is the place to go.
Went there last week to take a look at a new TT. Price increase $2,000 from when I contacted the sales person less than a week ago to when my wife and I went there to look at the TT. Sales was very reluctant to match their own price, let alone their competitor. Which BTW my salesman didnt even seem knowledgeable about who his competitor was. It just so happens his competitor shares the name of a RV manufacturer which he was looking for and couldnt find the TT I was looking for (because the TT i wanted was not made by that manufacturer). Then there is a silly prep fee. Sales says that fee covers doing a 160 point or w/e inspection on the unit and putting a battery on it. Isnt selling inspected RVs and having them ready to go for the customer the whole point of an RV dealer? This is the first dealer I spoke with that charges such fees, other than camping world (another place I wouldnt recommend). I asked if I could talk to the manager or boss, but was refused. Told sales I would take my business to their competitor then since there was no such fees, everything was transparent. Price aside, fine. The dealer can do what they want, but the last thing sales tells me, give me a call before you put a deposit down at the competitor. That got me fuming and is also the main reason why I felt that I should write this review. I told him I didnt travel all this way to play games, if he wants the sale my offer was exactly what the competitor offered. In conclusion I put a deposit down at the competition and am now waiting for it to arrive. And what is funny, a week later, i see that the price was brought back down on the TT that i wanted.
Went to this location to potentially purchase a T.T. Once on the property no one approached me to ask if I needed help, I was there for like an hour walking around . Thanks for nothing.
IIve called for an estimate to install hitch kit weight distribution on my truck. Not just the lady over the phone had an attitude but she also tried to force me to buy the kit from them and she also tried to over charge me. $499 to buy the kit plus $200 to install it on my truck. Over than $750 with tax and a waiting time until November 2020. 2 months waiting time, really? I finally purchased the same kit as the guy who sold the camper to me and it cost me $270, including tax and shipping. A fraction of the price of what IIve been quoted here. Not just you lost my business this time, but because your nasty attitude, I would never call you again for any kind of service. Make yourself a favor and check the prices really good before you get over priced in this place. I dont recommend this place!!!
Everyone we dealt with at the Willow St location had great customer service and were extremely friendly. They have the best prices around and our purchase went smoother than expected. Thank you Arlan, Brian, Bob, John and Dave. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Took our camper to be inspected in July. It was very quick so we thought wow what service. Three weeks later took the unit out on a trip. We noticed the one tire had cracks in it. We scheduled an appointment with a different RV place and never made it to have new tires put on. A tire blew out. Stuck on the highway. New tires were put on however they said the one wheel may need bearings. Again, this should have been found at inspection time. Did they really even inspect it? Also, the gentlemen behind the service desk is not friendly at all. I will never use them again. Overall, I don’t trust them.

Our experience was amazing from the start at the Rv show with the salesman- Darrel, then we went to pick our Vibe 28BH up at the Bath, PA location. It starts with the amazing floor staff, they were very helpful! Our service technician Kevin, showed our camper to us and the knowledge he had was outstanding and unmatched by my previous experiences with other rv lots. Kevin taught us a lot about our camper and shared so many tips, he never let us down! The manager at the lot, Dave was incredibly kind, he made sure everything was taking care of. Kevin and Dave worked very well by showing us how you should be treated when buying a new camper!10/10 would recommend!
Charged me $430 for an oil change and belt/hose inspection. Also quoted me over $1100 to replace an inverter that can easily be found on Amazon for $300
I only wish I could give them no stars.I requested information on a used 5th wheel that was on their website and I got am e-mail back right away saying they would call me or I could call them, I chose to call them to get more information, after multiple calls into voicemail hell I finally reached a man who identified himself as the sales manager I believe his name was Tim, he informed me he was too busy to be bothered with my request and that he had already sold the unit I was interested in, and he didnt have time to be bothered with me because he had customer waiting for him, I told him I was surprised he was not interested in offering me something else and he once again told me he was too busy, at that point I hung up the phone and he call me back and left me a nasty voicemail about how busy he was, dont waste your time with these people, I had cash and I was going to purchase the unit I was interested in and they could not be bothered.
Went to look at a used 2011 camper today, the entire front had delamination which caused a leak to occur into the entire front storage area and was starting to rot away the floor to the point where I could pull chunks of soaked wood out with my hand. CD player/radio was held in place a folded up piece of paper wedged in it. After pointing out these issues (water damage being no little issue with a camper) the salesman proceeded to tell me that its a used camper sold as is and would not move on the listed price one penny. Also be aware that a 400 fee is tacked on to the sale for them to clean the camper, give it a safety check and show you how to operate all the features. Will not be going back or recommending to any camping friends

Second time dealing with them and no issues as of yet. They dont sell my brand of camper BUT they do work on them so that is great.

I have been trying to get in touch with my NATE seller from Willow for 15 days and I have no feedback from him. My purchase has been paid, I am in Canada, I cannot go to take possession for the moment, but I am starting to wonder. I dont understand that either him or someone else isnt communicating with me.

2022-06-27I made a long distance purchase from RV Value Mart and let me just say, my sales rep Ann B wad fabulous and made the buying process flawless. They were transparent during the entire transaction and thats hard to come by! I highly recommend purchasing your next RV with them. Not to mention they have a large inventory to choose from and a showroom with everything you possible need to make your RV complete!

2022-04-09My husband and I fell in love with a camper trailer on line, we got in touch with a seller and scheduled a visit to go buy it without seeing it first, upon arriving we did a short tour and then all the paper work was ready to sign and do the trade in.We had a 12 days trip already planned less than a week after buying it and ohh boy, it was stressful… on our first stop at a campsite in JacksoNville FL we noticed that the slide is not aligned and it pops loud, it won’t slide out completely from one side we also got flooded and that was a horrible experience, we where outside setting up everything, plugging water and unpacking the car when we realized that the toilet was broken and water was running out of the trailer like a waterfall, sooo many of our things got wet and damaged, my toddler Ipad, shoes, blankets, pillows, toilet paper, personal care items… we spent the night cleaning, without a water, without a toilet, no pillows or blankets in a wet camper with and stressed 4 yrs old. We go it fixed the next day and it was not cheap. On our next campsite down the Florida Keys we discovered a leak under the kitchen sink, obviously all the food under got wet with dirty water that was leaking. We had sooo many more little issues with the camper that I’m not even going to list here. It makes me really mad that a company like RV Value Mart Inc Manheim sold to us a camper trailer that wasn’t inspected. Not to mention that we almost have to leave to the trip without our temporary plates because it took few days for the dealer to mail them. We had a horrible vacation that we planned for sooo many months and it costs us soo much money. What a bad experience.

2021-11-03Services were great from start to finish. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and help me with the purchasing process for a used camper. I told them that I also purchased a hitch stablizer and anti-sway bar and wasnt sure how to install it, they said no problem, well have someone install it at no additional cost. They are very professional and made sure that everything was in working order and I left there knowing that I was safe towing my new 30 camper. Their prices were good also. Would definitely purchase another camper from them again.

2021-08-23I wish I could say it was a great experience. Was up sold from them to go through the whole camper and make sure everything worked. This was not done. Found multiple issues. I called them multiple times and finally got a call back. I was told they could not get the camper in until the end of October. So basically I cannot use the camper for the rest of the season???? With water leaking and the furnace not working I can’t use it for the rest of the season. First and last time using them.
