Love going to Sams club and saving on all my groceries and household items
I have been in a total of 2 Sams Club stores, and this one was the one where i have had a great dinner and even dessert(dinner being a hot dog with ketchup and relish, dessert was a churro thats s long as my forearm).the service was wonderous, and watching them make the churro(baking it) was actually a fun time. it also helps that the food was a total of 5$.10/10 would recommend the hot dog and churro.
Going to Sams is like going to the Dollar Store!They have it all!You always spend more than what you wanted, because they have everything plus so much more!This place is always clean and shelves are stocked sky high!Ample handicap ♿ parking is available, and close to the door!Restrooms 🚻 are available, and are very clean 👌.Fantastic place for grocery shopping 🛍 🛒.You can not go wrong with joining this club for groceries.
Fast and easy to find products that are always fresh. Multiple types of checkout even skipple the lines if you use the mobile app.
Other than the membership cost, you cant beat the prices and larger quantity item selection. Great if you get paid bi-weekly or monthly.
Great place to shop for bulk items food clothes tires lots of other items friendly atmosphere even if you only buy bulk for laundry; toilet paper ; vitamins;etc and buy your groceries elsewhere if you dont want bulk or need it its just the two of us but Ive saved lots of money buying cleaning items and some food items that last longer it saves time also as these bulk items save me from doing weekly or biweekly shopping love this place wish they had it when my kids were little

Great place to get good deals on some items, but know what you are buying because sometimes they arent always good deals. Prefer items like meat/seafood here or Butler Farm Market where it is fresh.
I do enjoy going to Sams club. If you like buying in bulk or if you need to for a large family or business Sams is the place for you. Today I bought 12 fresh croissants for $4.98, the large ones for sandwiches. They are so good. I just ate another one plain. Anyway I thought that was a great deal. Also they had pork ribs for 4.89 a pound, you did have to buy a double slab with the smallest package being $38. But like I said this is a bulk buying store. You do need a membership. Also in my area Sams club has the best price for gas. Not all location have gas pumps but if your location does, get a membership it will pay for itself. As of today Sams gas is 16cents cheaper than everyone else around here and when I travel to Vegas I buy gas at Sams club because its been the cheapest there too. Tip- check Groupon, they frequently have great deals on memberships where you get a discount plus you get extra bonuses and you can buy for gifts too. Last year I got my cousin a yearly membership for Sams on Groupon for $35 and it came with a pizza, bag of dinner rolls and something else cant remember. She loved it. :)
Always clean and the staff is friendly and polite. Self checkout and scan and g8 are great. Sometimes getting out the door after shopping is very slow.
The only bad thing is you cant use cash at the self-checkout other than that it is superb!! The employees are very helpful nice kind
Over a year ago I was in a car accident a d fractured my back . I am independent normally but as I have Fibromyalgia there are times that I cannot walk much less stand. I love Sam’s Club! I love everything about Sam’s Club in Butler PA from the people that work there to the Great samples that they give out for ideas for parties and holiday dinners. I love the products.However I now love you all even more as I fought to stay independent! Your electric carts help me to get through out the store and ppl are always so nice to offer to help me reach things as well as stop and talk about their favorite items. We miss the samples but have kept each other in formed as we recognize others who work there that come into shop!You all attract love because you give love.I have trouble breathing and wearing a mask was a challenge as well as reading people lips with a mask on . Your employees cared enough to take time out to make sure I understood what they were saying.I do not grocery shop anywhere else! I hit our local Dollar store or come shop at butler.From the manager to the young men that helped me out to my car to the cashiers whatever wherever ! You want to save this the place you buy in bulk and save. They have nice meat.
Sams club would have been a five-star rating as usual but this trip was not so good. The people at the eye department were too busy talking between themselves instead of trying to take care of the customers. Also their hand sanitizer was plugged and squirted dangerously in all directions and not one associate asked if I was okay nor did anyone get up to take care of the issue. Thankfully it shot out landing on both my pants and shirt, nothing in my face or eyes. Sorry Sams, optical pulled Sams club rating down this trip.Meat department was clean and well stocked. Talked to a butcher who was both knowledgeable and courteous.Automotive area wasnt good this trip either, I purchased an automotive battery which I had to go find by myself, put it in my cart, get back in line and cash out - all because no one was working in that department.After shopping I ordered a few pizzas to go and as usual that food preparation area was extremely clean and the sales associate/food preparer was outstanding. Five stars for her.Soon after picking up the pizzas I filled up with gasoline and drove away. Can all be verified using my receipts. Happy to be a plus member. Hopefully next visit can be another five star...
This is a nice clean sand club. The inventory is low and lacking new things but at this time thats not Sams club fault.
Whats awesome about Sams Club is you can ring up your items as you put them on your cart using their app. You can see the total while you do that. Then, pay from the app and skip the checkout lines.
This is our go to store, always clean and helpful staff when needed. They typically have everything gou need and come to expect. Checkout is always quick!We will continue to use this location.

I always give my local Sams high points, but yesterday, I had difficulty shopping. Heres why: I know it is customary for stores to occasionally move around stock so customers buy more and try different things. However, NOT during a Coronovirus epidemic. I am 73 years old and use the senior hours provided by Sams (thank you). The whole point of doing that, is to get in and get out without being around many other people. Yesterday, because stock had been relocated, I had to search for many of the items I was looking for. In some cases, I had to walk to find a sales clerk to tell me where it was. I recently hurt my knee and ankle so this was difficult and added much time to my shopping. There were no paper towels in Sams. When I asked a clerk, she said, were out of them. No Im sorry, or they will be in on Thursday or whatever. If you are running low, could you put a limit on how many one can buy so that everyone gets a shot? Thank you for hearing me out.
Jeanie the manager wearing the green vest was super unhelpful, when we were in line doing instacart for a disabled customer she refused to scan our membership card provided by instacart and said we needed a physical card she then pulled us out of line and didnt help us further. We then got back in line and another manager we found kinda helped us she scanned the card and said it didnt work we got a account number provided by the customer and she said she didnt feel like typing it in which IS REDICULOUS! Your telling me a manager doesnt have time to type in a 20-24 number because she didnt want to??? I dont recommend this store for instacart or shopping team members are rude and shouldnt deserve to be a manager without better customer service training.

Stopped in to have tires installed on my pickup. Fast friendly service and a good price on the tires.
Went in to upgrade my phone and Billy at the wireless booth was extremely helpful. We ended up upgrading all 3 of our phones. Billy was very knowledgeable on pricing and ended up saving us a lot of money on our cell phone bill. He even stayed past business hours to make sure our new phones were backed up properly and everything was running as it should. Way more helpful than any other major cell phone store out there. Thanks for all the help Billy!!

Today I had interaction with the nicest associates. They were pleasant and helpful. So much better than some of my previous experiences.
Not at all interested in making sure customers are masked mid-pandemic. Manager not responsive to requests to require masks (in accordance with state order). I guess Sams + Butler county turns out to be a recipe for not caring about the health and well-being of other people. Too bad. I thought Butler, at least, was better than that.
We sit in line just to leave the store. Line was past half of the checkouts before an associate came to door to help check exiting customers. Also twice now no members mark paper towels sold out.
As a rule we are very satisfied at Sams club.Today. some employees were rude ,we purchased a item that needed to be brought up front by a employee,it took 30 minutes,then they said no one was told.We were standing there when she told them over the walkie talkie. We were very disappointed today.
Mark is awesome. Not pushy, down to earth person, definitely recommend him for your purchase. Lots to choose from, just lacking Ascent models. Didnt buy and it didnt bother Mark at all. Definitely buying from here.
Very nice place to buy things from. And great for cheaper gas. The only issue I ever had here was a lady at the exit. She was very rude and ignorant. She had such an attitude toward my wife and my self. Just because we didn’t know what we where doing doesn’t mean to flip out on us.

Had a large order for our back pack bundles. Two nice you men brought it to my vehicle and loaded it for me. Very sweet!
This store is very good, big and spacious. They have everything for any persons essential daily needs. They serve prepared food, frozen foods, and sample some of the stores products to try before buying.

As members it always seems like a good idea but buying bulk isnt always cheaper. This Sams is well laid out imo and has always been clean.
This place has really gone down hill:- waited at tire center for 15min, while 2 employees just chatted behind counter.- cashiers harass you time after time to join the credit card scam- every month they move everything and stop selling stuff- prices are just as good at other placesMy membership will expire in March forever.
Cleanest Sams Club that I have ever been in. The staff is the friendliest also.As for product availability, they have some items out of stock now and then throughout this Covid epidemic time.

This store needs new shopping carts! Why do we members pay all that money and the carts are worn out and dont steer correctly?! They only had 2 lanes open with cashiers, so I had to use the self checkout.The only good thing about the store were the food samples given out this day.
Shopping with Sams Club app is awesome! Checking out (scanning bar codes) as you go lets you by-pass check out lines! Unless buying gift cards....

Sams is a great place to buy in bulk. However, their lack of smaller quantities (only gallons of milk, 2-packs of cereal, 2-packs of peanut butter, etc) may be a turnoff for shoppers looking for a single meals worth of ingredients. Dont get me wrong, I shop at Sams at least twice a month and love the savings that buying 17 hot pockets at once, or 4 pounds of m&ms, affords me. I would highly recommend to a head of household for grocery purposes.
I want to thank all the employees who helped us today when my BFs Mother suddenly felt weak and nearly fell to the floor. A special thank you to the young man who helped her maneuver the electric wheelchair to the door.Thank you all.
Prices are expensive. Gas is cheaper at Jiffy. Also need more gluten free options.
Sams Club was very good. Was able to get everything that I needed with no trouble. Plus able to get some gifts. All at a good price.

I generally like this place, but it frustrates me when they carry a product I really like, and a couple of months later, they quit carrying it. This has happened several times in the last year. But Sams Club gets a BIG pair of 👍👍 for the scan n go app! Goodbye checkout lines!
I have no problem with selection of merchandise, quality of products, or friendliness of employees except 1. I have gone in there numerous times and the woman who works in the concessions stand is cleaning the yogurt machine an hour and a half, sometimes 2 hours before close. Now I can understand half an hour or maybe an hour, but really its ridiculous. It has happened to me not once, twice, but 3 times. She is very ignorant about it also.
Love the scan and go app. However, the change in hours at the Butler location should change back. They used to be open 7-10 for plus members which is half the reason I paid more for the better membership. Went today and I admit I havent gone early in a while but generally early is most convient for business owners. 8 AM and they werent open. So I called into the store to he told they are a test store and plus membership early hours ate 9-10. One hour earlier than regular hours. That doesnt work for allot of business owners. Wish theyd change them back and be more consistent with products.
Very busy today which was a Saturday, got 2 delicious rotisserie chickens and 2 pizzas... Wonderful!
Snack bar is open and so is the inside seating! $1.50 hotdog combos+ yummy very very sundaes!
I love going to Sams Club. Its usually cheaper buying in bulk and the app makes a lot of the shopping easier. The food in the food court is amazing, especially for the price, but Im disappointed the Italian sausage is no longer available at this Sams Club. Last time I checked, its available at the one I go to when not at college, so Im guessing its just certain Sams Clubs. Would still recommend though!

Its the best place to shop in bulk. The prices are good and the variety of food is great. The people are friendly and helpful. They had everything I needed for my daughters shower and things for the wedding.
Why in the heck do I have to wait in line to get out of the store after waiting in line to check out??? If Sams is having theft problems they need to address it at the checkout area. I refuse to wait and just walk out. I am not going to be punished, like no other retail store does, because of thieves that Walmart/Sams Club has no idea how to deal with. Punish everyone for the sake of a few. Shame on this retailer. Life is too short to put up with this nonsense.

I think the rearrangement of the store is bad, hard to find things. Members mark pancake flour not as good as Krustez previously stocked. Other than that, great store.
The gas station is setup so only half the pumps can be used if you follow the directions painted on the pavement. Only cars that can be filled in the left side can get gas at half the pumps. Which is most cars. Stupid. 1 star.

I was just there today on Nov 1, 2018 and had to wait 30 mins for a mobility cart, all carts was either being used or being charged not called for and they need more mobility carts for cripple people, there was ones walked out cause none there to ride on cause the could hardly walk...Need more carts ..

2022-05-15This Sam’s Club is the closest one to us that actually carries stuff we want to buy. That’s the only reason it gets two stars. Otherwise, very few employees actually care about the customers. There’s a few good ones, but most are just there for a job. They never have enough checkouts open, so I had to use self checkout, and when one of my products wouldn’t scan, I had to wait 5 minutes before someone would come over and help. Of course they want to talk your ear off about upgrading my membership to Plus and getting a credit card, and no matter how much you say no they still keep pushing. On a previous visit they were actually rude to us when we didn’t get the credit card, because we were spending over $700 to replace things lost in a fire. If we were spending that much, we should just get a credit card, they said. Finally I told them why we were buying so much, and even then they were still pushy. I’m already paying to be here, just shut up and let me get my things and get out. I’ll continue shopping here, but the employees not talking to you until they want you to spend more money deal has to stop.

2022-05-09I like that the aisles are clearly marked with items. I hate wondering around. An employee cheerfully greeted me as I entered and asked if I had used scan and go option before. After my reply of yes, she clearly had no more interest in me. I chuckled to myself at that.

2022-04-16One star due to the constant solicitation that goes on there. I embarrassed myself due to not scanning water because an associate asked me FOUR TIMES if I wanted the credit card, after I said no three times and I forgot to scan the water. There is also some sort of outside company always soliciting my attention for a numbing amount of time. I was not told that we pay for the membership to be harassed and I would not have payed if I was aware of this.

2021-12-18Wow... my first visit to Sams club and it was wonderful... prices are insanely low and the staff was the best Ive ever dealt with... each and every one of them. They made me feel special which is very rare in todays world. Im so glad I joined Sams club and Im looking forward to being a member for the rest of my life... BUTLER, PA store... youre the best!!!!
