Ordered a strawberry mango smoothie - wont do that again!
Ordered my ice cream with the manager, was told to wait outside and it would be bring to me. 10 mins later, no ice cream. When i ask the cashier where was my order, they couldn’t even identify it or name who took the order. Then found my ice cream, supposedly with the “to-go” orders. All together 25 mins for ice cream. Manager name was Sam, i found out after asking to speak with manager
Ordered $40 of ice cream from GrubHub, promised a 20-30 min delivery. At 9:50 o try and call the restaurant, not a working number, message the driver, Yasuf, and he says on my way at 10pm. Then I contact GrubHub for a working number and thats not possible, then at 10:05, I get a text from the driver, 10 mins away. Ive never seen such a scam in my life. This place is a joke and I will never order from this place or GrubHub again. I cancelled the order because if I was suppose to receive this at 9:40-9:50...its ice cream. By 10:15...an hour after I ordered...it would have been melted. I hope your driver and your employees enjoyed the ice cream I bought...now Ill wait the 5 days and get myoney back and leave a review every day for the next 5 days.
Their soft serve is a sloppy bowl of half-melted hard ice cream blended with other ingredients and the hot fudge was a sticky, gloopy mess. It was barely edible and I didnt finish it, which is unheard of.
Wow that smores shake was AMAZING! Lots of cool creations, super nice and fast service even late at night. I had a craving and you definitely fulfilled it. Ill be back to try one of those mini cakes!
The sole employee was on the phone the entire time, successfully getting every single one of my three orders wrong. Skipping one order entirely. We had to ask for an entire refund because every person didn’t get what they asked.
AMAZING vegan ice cream - we had the blueberry cobbler and are hooked! Cant wait for our next visit to Philly to stop in again.

2022-06-23My boyfriend and I were in town for the night and stumbled across this little ice cream place. He got a dirty oreo and I just got a caramel pretzel scoop. A little overpriced and slow, but we both really enjoyed our ice cream. I also appreciated the fact that they are trying to be a little different by offering boozy shakes. I think with a little more customer service and hospitality, I would have given them four stars.

2022-05-22We were in town for a weekend and came across this place. The display case and menu had us drooling - we had to stop and try! We got a piece of cheesecake, the “dark side of the moon”, a scoop of Cookie Monster ice cream, and some dirty oreo concoction (it was massive).Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The cheesecake was pretty decent, and that was the best thing on the table. The “dark side of the moon” was okay but way too dry for the amount of chocolate. The dirty oreo concoction was (unexpectedly) HUGE and included a brownie, Oreos, 6 scoops of Cookie Monster ice cream, and whipped cream. as a lover of desserts, we were thrilled … until we took a bite. The brownie was okay, in the sense that it was horrible but we definitely didn’t finish it. The whipped cream was thin. The Cookie Monster ice cream was the biggest disappointment of all. There were barely any pieces of cookie dough in the blue-tinted vanilla ice cream. The base vanilla ice cream itself was not good either. It tasted similar to a sugar free Breyers. The dirty oreo was barely reaching “meh.”Given our total bill was $32, it was disheartening and frustrating we only kind of liked 1 item (the cheesecake). Overall, I would not recommend.

2021-07-08We were disappointed ☹️ we got a Oreo s’mores type ice cream. I guess we thought it’s be layered didn’t realize it would all be mixed together (our mistake) it was ok wish it had form to it we got it and it was already starting to melt down. Unfortunate that half their displays had melted in the sun and looked gross just sitting there. Unappealing we almost turned around at first.

The floor behind the counter was absolutely disgusting, the ice cream was terrible (which I don’t even understand), and there were more empty slots for ice cream bins than there were flavors— very small selection.In reply to your reply: unfortunately yes, it all is true. I’ll be happy to change my review if I feel things have changed (and I understand no one is perfect) but the unsanitary conditions behind the counter alone warrant the single star. There’s no way you haven’t seen it because that floor (namely under the machines) hasn’t been cleaned in quite a while; that was not one day’s worth of filth.

2022-07-11Nice little ice cream shop with some awesome and unique selections. Came here twice recently. Got the strawberry flavor and wasnt that impressed. Imo tasted a little fake strawberry flavor but just my opinion. Came again and got the party time cookie dough mug and thought it was amazing! Giving it a 5 star bc i think its sad this place has so many 1 star reviews bc it definitely doesn’t deserve it cause they have some great stuff. Realistically would give it a 4 though because the floors behind the counter could honestly use a cleaning as the floor looks pretty gross.

2020-06-21I had a sudden urge for some ice cream, and it was a coincidence that Scoop DeVille was only two blocks away. On the flip side, it not that special of an experience for me.I do not think or believe that the ice cream here is properly temperature at a cold enough temperature. My ration for that is because the ice cream was already quickly melted and smoothed over at the top. This was in the time of the last scoop being put into the waffle cone to the time it was handed to me. It was literally about a seven second time difference. The surface of ice cream should not quickly melt like that unless it is not at the right temperature to begin with. Because of this, I was forced to eat the ice cream quicker than I usually do to avoid it from melting and dripping all over the place.Overall, I do not recommend coming to Scoop DeVille for ice cream unless you like yours melted.

2021-08-26Pretty much disgusting. I still am wondering why I stayed and ordered. Came into town for a little sight seeing and wanted a treat for my boys after dinner. The place was filthy and a mess, even the card swipe screen was dirty. Everything seemed to be covered in grime. Granted we did come in the at the end of the day so I honestly do not know if there is a good cleaning at night. Employees had masks on but they were pulled down over the chin, no gloves. One employee was filling a delivery/online order and dropped cup (it had a lid) on that nasty floor but picked it up and put it right in the freezer.

2018-10-15My first impression when I looked at the menu board I was completely overwhelmed by the amount of choices! I decided to get the flavor S’moreo, and now I think I have found another favorite icecream shop that I’ll visit again and again!
