Called AAA for my donut to be put on as my tire blew on the highway. The tow truck driver jacked my car up from the front and my vehicle started smoking when I asked the tow truck driver if that was normal he said I don’t know and moved the jack to the side of the vehicle like he was originally supposed to do. After my donut was changed my vehicle continued to smoke, I had a family mechanic look at my vehicle as my car was overheating and he stated there tow truck driver cracked my radiator and I had fluid leaking every where. I called Seiberts and they apologized and someone named John stated they would take a look and get it fixed. My vehicle has been with them for two days and when I call to see what their mechanic said John is “too busy” with paperwork to take my call or speak to me regarding my vehicle. Matt the dispatcher took my call and when I stated his angry I was and wanted to speak to John now he hung up on me and now the company is not answering my call I would rate them a ZERO!!!!

AAA should never use them. They do police towing so they can never tow your car out of town. They told me theyd start moving it at 9 AM the next morning, then call me at 1 PM and tell me they cant move it for another day. Who knows what lift they had it up on, swapping in old parts while they had it. If you use AAA in the Allentown PA area be specific and say do NOT use Seiberts towing.

They were the reason I cancelled my AAA premier membership after 4 years.Called AAA for a flat in my driveway and the technician showed up after a long anticipated hour & half wait towing a car on his flatbed he tried to air up the tire while I mostly doing the work for him hes was so busy on his phone and his laptop,10 minutes later he told me ohh I dont think this is going to work and I have 9 call to respond to and maybe you should remove the tire and take to tire shopMind you Im a paying customer that never used premier AAA in 4 years only to be told what???Bye AAA youre not worth a dime!As for this towing company i would rather call a real professional to deal with than this unprofessional unhelpful towing company.

Horrible AAA contractors! Wouldn’t even tow my car they are the worst and so rude! Made me stand out in the cold for an hour and said they wouldn’t tow my car and tried to tell me my car isn’t street legal when it is 100%. I sat in the parking lot with my newborn for 2 hours for them to not tow my car now I have to drive an hour back home and try to find someone else to tow it home. Why did I waste my money on AAA for them to deny me service ???

My car wouldn’t start, called AAA and this is the company they sent. The man who assisted could not have been nicer, however I saw two weeks later that they charged me twice. I called to inform them and asked them to refund me, and the woman said it was her mistake and she would get it taken care of and call me once completed.Three days later, and I haven’t heard back- so I called again. Same woman as seeded and told me “she hasn’t had a chance to refund me yet”. Completely unacceptable, and this time she was RUDE. This was also a $140 duplicate charge, so it wasn’t a small amount.I have reached out to AAA to inform them of this as well as contacted my bank to report a fraudulent charge. I would not trust this company to do any sort of work and will never be using them in the future.

I called triple a for a flat I wasnt able to change myself because of a bent lug nut. These guys showed up in a old janky work van and were horrible. He initially told me my car rusts under the side skirt and you have to be careful with placing the Jack there. I wait in a different car and watch him change the tire once he gets the car jacked up it falls down through his jacket and causes damage to my vehicle. He proceeds to use my cross and Jack to finish the job and informs me its not his fault of problem and that triple a wont cover it . He also tells me I shouldnt have wasted a tow on a spare tire. Im am disgusted with these people and triple a for contracting through them.

Today I spent time in the community giving back to the public. I parked in a lot apparently with 5 signs stating you will be towed. I did not see nor read the signs my focus was so directed toward how I was going to help the public by giving flu shots. My car was towed away I was told that I needed to pay 350 dollars CASH in order to release my car. I was spoken to in a rude manner by the manager I explained to him that I would not have intentionally parked there to be towed. He proceeded to consistently repeat himself over and over again about the signs!!! Upon going to get my car I called him and could hear his conversation with someone else of how he was going to have to write this one up too cause it was placed on a credit card and less money in his pocket ...he had no clue I was hearing his conversation....he was not nice I stood in the cold while he wrote up my paper work to release my car it was FREEZING outside!!!! I heard him refer to his co- worker as me being a f ing bitc-Then when I was finally allowed to go to my car it would not start the Dash lights were blinking ...his response was oh well i didnt do anything to your car and did not even offer to help me!I was totally afraid of this guy and his behavior that the cops were called by my co-worker who kindly had taken me to my car...NEVER EVER DID WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. ANYONE WHO FINDS IT IN THEIR HEART TO NOT BE COURTEOUS TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY SOMEONE DOING COMMUNITY SERVICE IS TRULY HEARTLESS!!!!!!

Seiberts towing is absolutely horrible. I asked AAA to never send them again. I’ve had AAA for multiple calls and every time they show up they are always disrespectful and nasty towards me and act like they have better things to do then help me. I will never suggest them to anyone.

One of the worst experiences of my entire life. I sat around for 3 1/2 hours to get my car towed only to be told that they wouldnt take the car because I parked it at a performance shop which had closed because they took so long to get there and suggested I might owe the shop money or something. Absolutely ridiculous.
