So glad to have found this place! My 10x10 is very reasonably priced compared to other facilities!! Access is easy and secure and the location is perfect. Great staff that helped me figure out what size unit I need. I can see why they’ve been here so many years!!

Great Overall Experience - I’ve been renting here for over two years and have had a professional experience from day one. Storage units and the overall facility are clean, especially now with the COVID-19 extra cleaning regimen they implemented.I am always able to pull right into the loading area, leave my vehicle and retrieve or drop off items to my storage unit.Pricing is very competitive if not lower than the area storage companies.For me, it comes down to location. I use the facility for my local handyman business. I am in and out of my unit daily.After 2 years, I continue to recommend this business.

Their actual hours are a suggestion. I’ve had a mailbox here for two months and multiple times I’ve showed up before their “closing time” but they are closed. Regardless, their posted open hours aren’t convenient for people with jobs.Cost was $45 to sign up then $25/mo for mailbox.Here’s the current hours received from them via email, but they have been closed before 5:45pm on week says.Monday - Friday8:30 am - 5:45 pmSaturday9:00 am - 4:45 pmSunday11:00 am - 2:45 pm

Why, no. Dont listen to a bad comments. Great staff, very helpful. Yes it is a little bit pricy, but since it is basically a center city, it is Ok. I had a storage unit in there since 2011, it was great, now I have my mailing box, very comfortable. Never had problems for so many years. Yes, they do charge you if you are late, pay on time and everything will be OK. Be nice as the staff and you will not face problems or disappointments. Location is great, always place for parking to pick up your stuff.

Clean, staff is friendly. Cost more than the PO but cost less than the UPS Store = a good choice. Quick parking for package pickup and email alerts when delivered. Recommended.

Great location. Storage units are ok, little dirty but work just fine, but you have to walk through an underground maze to find your unit. Tip: you need to get there 15-30mins before close if you want to get to your unit. They always close early, and the clock the employees use is 5 mins fast.

These guys are awesome. It does get busy but staff will assist and just be patient. The manager Mario was very good as well. I will definitely do business with them again. Thank you!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! LOWEST RATED BY OTHERS FOR A REASON. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. IVE SEEN RATS AND ROACHES WHEN I DID A TOUR. I SAW OTHER REVIEWS THAT MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE (ACCESS IS ALWAYS LIMITED DUE TO LIMITED OPERATING HOURS, RANDOM CLOSURES, OR BROKEN EQUIPMENT) AND RUDE IF YOU TRY TO PLAN AHEAD. THIS PLACE IS MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MOST OTHER FACILITIES IN THE AREA. OVERALL THE INACCESSIBILITY OF THIS LOCATION, THE LOW VALUE, AND THE INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT MAKE IT ONE OF THE WORST IVE SEEN IN THE INDUSTRY. ID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL ANY OF THE OTHER LOCAL STORAGE COMPANIES AND YOU WILL FIND A WAY BETTER VALUE ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. I RECOMMEND CUBESMART, ESTRA SPACE STORAGE, PUBLIC STORAGE, UHAUL AND SO MANY OTHERS. JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS, THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.

Easy to access and use. Parking is easy. And the manager is very helpful.
