Poor customer service, rude male, female worker helped someone whom was standing in line me behind first...was clearly doing zero beforehand. I had to place a bigger job with this FedEx Office location for 2-day turnaround; fantastic customer service. Any time I called and interacted with an employee (I interacted with Francesca and Nicole), they were thorough and gracious, and super easy to talk to. I appreciated all their help.

As with many other one star reviews, went in one day and had awful, lazy, unprofessional service from more than one employee over a mixup regarding a delivery. They literally walked away while i was talking because they had reached the end of their being concerned about my issue and went to help another guest. I felt like i was on a sitcom. One actually said to me We dont actually have anything to do with FedEx. wearing a branded polo inside a branded store. I get that there are franchises and corporate stores, etc, but employees have to at least *pretend* to care at least slightly about a guests problem. Especially when you are ostensibly representing that company, i dont care how deep your corporate ties are, lol.Next morning went in and was helped by different employee (who was working alone) with a kind and helpful attitude. Bizarre that its night and day depending on whom you get at the counter. Will tell all future senders PLEASE NEVER again use this location as a holding point. After reading so many other reviews its totally crazy how common mistreatment is at this location. And knowing these reviews are public, do they really just not care? Like at all? LOL. *shrug emoji*
I have never been in a FedEx location to ship anything. Today I was tasked to do so. I walked in and was confused as to how its done, I didnt know whether or not I will need to fill out a special envelope beforehand (like in the post office), the signs over the counters werent clear, so I went up to the counter to simply ask how its done. There was a lady customer there already being helped so I figured one out of the two people working there can answer my question. I got the answer alright. The employee there named Aaron rudely pointed behind the lady at the counter and said over there. I was shocked into silence. Then he said, with a nasty attitude, wait your turn.Wow. Rude much Aaron?
Went to get a book de-spined and spiral bound yesterday, The guy cut off a cm off the top and the bottom to make the spiral bind look nice resulting in loss of alot of text!On coming home i realised the first 10 pages after the cover page were missing.The clear and cardboard cover are about half a cm wider than the book itself.All round terrible job, had a similar book done at their 16th street office no problems, would not recommend this store.
Third and final visit today. EVERY time I go in there they are rude and unprofessional. Im obviously not the only person who has had issues. And they get Five Stars on the FedEx website!? Thats a joke. From now on, Ill be going four blocks out of my way to the Market St. store.
Ive shipped items from here multiple times as I work nearby - the staff are always remarkably helpful, eager to go out of their way to make sure everything is done right, just a great experience always. Cheers to the staff.
I came here to get something done... Their response to me was come back tomorrow... We are busy. I have never witnessed such a horrible customer service in my life. If you are busy at 2 pm, why are you open? Maybe hire someone?
Visited to drop off a pre-paid package. As soon as I walked in, the employees keep saying, we are closed. I was one minute past the store closing time exactly. He continued to say that hes closed. Hes not technically wrong, but certainly not helpful. Hes quite rude in my opinion.
I needed a picture blown up for my brother in laws memorial service and they were great with helping me. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. They understood it was a difficult time for me and were caring and courtesy.
If you want to save money on shipping avoid fedex. These guys charge premium prices on shipping. Also be super careful when packaging your items. FEDEX IS VERY STRICT ON SHIPPING THEY WILL NOT LET YOU USE SHOE BOXES TO SHIP ITEMS .YOU MUST SHIP IN A CARBOARD BOX AND YOUR ITEM CAN NOT MOVE OR SHAKE IN THE BOX. ALso fedex loves to say you packed your items wrong so they offer to pack them for you at a outgrageous price. If you want to ship something large which many people dont know AMTRAK yes the actual train company ships items. Your item must be in before 5pm or it ships the follwing day at most locations FYI FEDEX ALSO SHIPS THROUGH THE US POST OFFICE BUT ONLY ON SELLING APPS.

Google hours say they open at 8am Saturdays, their front door says 8am Saturdays, their answering machine says 8am Saturdays... I sat outside the door and finally gave up at 8:45am. Either change your hours to reflect the actual time or hire someone who follows the times posted.

Every time I come to this location the people there are extremely helpful, patient and nice, which is always good for me because Im completely clueless sometimes when it comes to shipping things off to people.

I just left this location the employee Keith was very. He send me to re-do the line because I fill the wrong flip for sending and the white right next got the right to hold the line and fill his flip. Keith for an employee since 2012 you need to watch the way you treating customer.
The other reviewers must show up on busy days, because the employees were incredibly nice to both me and anyone else that walked in. I was in and out within 3 minutes.

2022-03-19Incredibly nice and personable ladies behind the counter. Made me feel welcome as soon as I got here and even complimented me a couple times while i was there. I have never waited long for service and always are in and out. Got a very quick passport photo done here on an actual camera. Perfect !

2022-04-10Ive been coming to this FedEx/Kinkos location for 8 years, and let me tell you something. I have never had a bad experience here. The people working here have always been friendly and helpful, and if anything ever seemed like a problem, they didnt seem to mind explaining to me what I was doing wrong. There are a few other locations, but this is definitely, definitely the one I recommend.

2022-07-26I used this Fedex store for a Happy return service as organised by an online shoe shop that I had purchased from. Despite it being a Saturday, there was no wait time and I went straight to the counter. The staff were so lovely and friendly, they helped me work out my return which was a smooth process. We also got chatting about shoes and Doc Martins, a good chit-chat. Its a shame I was only in town for one week, if I lived nearby I would use this location again. ❤️

2022-07-25The printing center team is rude, terrible at communicating, incompetent when it comes to following directions, and impatient. This place is a block away from me, but I go out of my way to order from UPrinting, pay *double* the price, and wait several days for my orders to arrive just so I don’t have to use this FedEx print center because of the team there. If I could give 0 stars I would.

2021-12-29Rude, African-American, female, 20-something clerk was clueless. Manager was useless too. Clerk referenced the unseen manager in another room as “Miss (inaudible first name uttered)……. “ FedEx delivery driver picking up packages thought the mistreatment of me was funny. Wow. Read the other 1 Star Reviews. Just say No!

2018-10-03This location is very busy between the hours of 5-6 pm because most people stop by after work. I was surprised that they only have one worker during this rush, but the one worker I encountered yesterday was so professional and dealt with the influx of customers very well. Even though there were issues with a system update on the computer, she managed to keep everyone in line informed on the progress, and she helped other customers in the store at the same time. I would definitely visit this store again for printing and shipping needs.
