Why do they block the WiFi connection?, I like to use ShopRite mobile app for the digital coupons and bar code scanner to check prices but its disabled as soon as you enter this particular location, what a pain in the neck.
I honestly cannot stand digital coupons I cant download them on my phone and I lost my plastic card so I cant download them to that either I am being sent one and its going to take weeks I was told to get it
I took my friend to an interview at the store. While I was waiting I decided to have a look around. The store is clean, well stocked, and has products I wanted but couldnt find at the stores I frequent. The help is friendly and polite. I applied for a Shop Rite card. I bought a few items.I enjoyed my experience and plan to return.
Mama got her ditez+ Watson bologna..+ milk,cat food was on sale ..her being 85 years old ..the cashier..helped my mom with all the baging..parking was nice too..
Dont deliver here they have trailers everywhere no room to set up very tight way harder then it needs to be. They have a trailer directly in front of you eating your set up, then a trailer to your right n left u gotta wiggle in-between, Ive been driving for 3 1/2 years and these kinds of places shouldnt exist no consideration for the drivers if they allow trailers to be here like this just see how much they can fit In a sma space and say let add some more they will figure it out
Great, respectful and helpful staff, the last time I went the staff still are required to wear mask, which is a great safety precaution! Large variety of foods and household items, and the items are very cheap and affordable too! 10/10 will recommend!
I had a nice time shopping here today. I wanted to purchase some deli tuna salad but unfortunately I didnt find any pre packaged in the deli freezer section. Still this is a nice store and very well stocked. I was convinced to try a new product since everything appeared so neatly.

3 stars for the remodeling, but the cashiers are gnarly. Girl ringing me out today, no hi, nothing. She let food run down the belt piling up, crushed my bread, Im packing up as fast as I can and then shes there as I finish up, fingers all in her mouth, biting the skin on her fingers. Handles my money, no hand gel. Doesnt even tell me my total. Just stands there waiting for me to look at the screen as shes eating her hands. Nasty.
It may get better after renovations. Cant social distance at the deli counter.it did not get better after renovations and the deli counter got smaller, dont know who the genius was who designed that.
It has changed greatly. It always had great Italian/ Ethnic items that you could not find anywhere near. Now its set up is like its part pharmacy, thrift, Sams club, open market, Convenience store. Not liking the hunt ,,,it could be a 7 11 too.Not cool. Some items have disappeared also. Frustrating.
This place is not clean. i can Think Of self-Checkout At shop Rite. It is Big Bird to shop here. it is good And permanetly Clean Aisles And Foods. no more pizzas. And sure, It is no Longer making pizzas. I wish this place Should Go out of business, too.

I feel that there is discrimination at this store, and most of the staff is white (I believe for some reason too).I am person of color and whenever I check out from self checkout, the person stood at the desk looks at me like unwelcome guest. i believe its discrimination is issue of other shoprite stores too. for example, recently I called shoprite at morrell plaza in Philadelphia to check item if its available and lady on the phone was sound rude (no greeting at all too), and told me item is available even without checking. Giant and other stores are better option and avoid shoprite if you can.

I used to like the large aisle of produce but now it’s on the other side and now sharing the isle with deli and the wine and even bakery. The organic produce is hardly noticeable. The bakery section has hardly anything. Then it is right next to the freezer isles which I have to come back. The meat section seems better but the organization of the while store didn’t seem well thought out. I got my free turkey but prob won’t be back
The new deli kiosk was a complete s**t show. Its supposed to be expresss so you dont have to wait for your deli order and can continue shopping. I waited an additional hour for my deli order from my original pick up time, then when I received my stuff the cheese wasnt even in there, I went back and the guy told me they were out of that?!?! Dont you think you should have said something prior to me waiting all this time?!? Very unsatisfied with the way this ran.
We have shopped here for years. Often good prices may now be in jeopardy as they remodel, and took the produce aisle from one end and placed it on the other. Not just an inconvenience for those of us who are accustomed to the layout, but a distraction to the get in and out advantage theyve always offered. Always was great before. Now 4 stars 🌟 and hopefully no more falling ...
They r always locking their doors 15 mins before they close at 11. Why would they lock doors at 10:45pm then? Hmmm

I went in for an open interview and I got the job. Im so excited. I start January 6th,2022.
I was told by the cashier that she couldnt use the bags I brought from home because she wasnt allowed to TOUCH THEM BECAUSE OF COVID. AS SHE PICKS UP EACH ITEM OF MY $200 ORDER AND SCANS IT WITHOUT GLOVES.. SMH. STUPIDITY ABOUNDS...OH. THEN SHE GETS IMPATIENT WITH ME AND ASKS IF IF SHE CAN HELP BECAUSE IM NOT GOING FAST ENOUGH. I was going here instead of Giants but might go back.
ShopRite Bensalem is a nice clean store and well stopped easy in and out.

The store is always clean and pretty well stocked. Ive never had to get raincheck for sale items which is a good thing. The seafood department steams shrimp to perfection in old Bay. The deli always slices my deli meats exactly the way I like.
Good honest staff, helpful & friendly. 2x now left phone in baging area& both times they put away in office so I got back! Always check for what you need if in back& communicate with other staff to help with what your looking for. Great sales & values,coupons on top of, so prices cant be beat! Deli, bakery& fish counters are awesome
A smallish Shop Rite. A bit crowded when I went Saturday morning but, its to be expected, right? The store is clean, looks fairly updated and the staff, particularly at the deli counter, all seem really happy to be there! They were quick and filled my order immediately. i would not be upset going there for a quick food shopping. I recommend you go too!
They dont have everything I need and theyre expensive unless they have a sale. Their bakery is pretty good. But they always seem to be busy, that can be annoying. I usually shop at Walmart because of prices but I dont like going there tho
Not my preferred grocery store but, it’s very clean and organized. The few times I’ve ordered from the deli I noticed it depends on the staff working how fast and efficient your order will be.
First and last time shopping here. I had a pickup order that was completely useless!!! Onions were extremely tiny and green, bananas were rotten and squishy, eggs were to expire in a few days, and deli meat was ABSOLUTELY RANCID!!!! I got a refund, but it doesn’t undo the time it took to drive, pickup the order, try to prepare rotten food, and be stuck ordering out anyway!! This area SUCKS for quality food. I’ll continue to travel to Jersey to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. This is unacceptable!

The isles are narrow, and they often lack in inventory. Many items, especially during a sale, get wiped out quickly. This is more of a demographic issue, than a store issue. However, it is relevant to this specific location. Shoprites prices are competitive, lower than other competing supermarkets (Giant, Acme, Redners). Frightening customers. Friendly staff.
It is newly renovated and its very nice to shop there. They had a large selection of merchandise to chose from as well. Wish they had an olive bar though that they put in containers for you like other ShopRites
Awesome Employees!!!Tonight I left my prescription outside in a cart. I called customer service to see if anyone turned it in but no one had. I came back to the store to look for it and in the time it took me to get to the store, Rita had gone to the cart and found it!Many, many thanks and much gratitude to Rita and the wonderful customer service rep who helped me tonight. The staff is always helpful very nice and pleasant the store is clean the shelves are always stocked and if I cant find something they will always check the back and the prices are great I wish could be lover but its a nice place to shop
The city morgue (see lower bucks hospital), is better lit and has more life to it than this grim, crypt like grocery facade. Will I be shanked in the canned vegetable aisle? Who knows!?
Used both the delivery and pick up services. Both were excellent and honestly, cant see myself actually going inside a store during these times. Keep up the good work.
This old guy waited on me so rude threw my stuff around barley backed my stuff he needs to go his name is Joel I believe does not know customer service . But the old lady in front of me he was flirting with her I guess I intrupted his flirting and made him work I will never go to him again he threw my bag of chips on the floor best believe if there broken I will return
A great sale at shop rite from Wednesday - Saturday this week on ham, bacon and other items cantaloupe, pineapple, check out your coupons there bakery and produce section is top notch and service is unbelievable, parking is available and adequate but I would suggest going early in the morning or later in the afternoon to avoid school bus traffic. As it can be hectic at times to get in and out of the parking lot but a good experience and great deals
Better then I expected. Its been remodeled and its clean and appears more spacious in the aisle areas which is great. Very impressed by the changes.
These aisles are way to small. Store feels very claustrophobic. While they sometimes have good deals I can get the same elsewhere and avoid going here.
As I stand in the deli line I state to my partner “I would never do this again.” What a debacle!!!! There is 20 people standing here waiting for their kiosk order. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:30 it is now 12:51& counting. Mind you I placed my order at 12:00. I’m usually pretty patient but this is redundant. This whole “order ahead” thing is a complete & utterly disgrace. The manager has to send help back here, this deli associates are extremely overworked! What a mess!
Remodeled store very nice, very bright. But needs to better organized. Things that you think should be next each other are not. But will continue shopping.
Good prices but the aisles are tiny and hard to get around. Theres also always a long wait in line. They sell wine and beer in small quantities and they often feature live music which is cool. Not a bad little supermarket.

Super clean store. Possibly the cleanest, well organized store. The employees are pleasant, very helpful, just NICE.Possibly the best supermarket Ive ever been to. Although its about 30 minutes away, it is worth the drive.
Is all about location as they say and is conveniently located close to my home. I like that they have a wine and spirits shop inside the store and most of their prices are reasonable. I think that they could have a better selection and a larger variety of items. They dont apply enough of the smaller shopping carts which I prefer. I think that they could improve and expand on their bakery. It is not very welcoming or appealing to the eye line a bakery should be. It could also offer more or perhaps different freshly baked goods and have a better variety of bread, rolls, bagels etc. The store itself is small but I think that it can be cleaner. It seems somewhat dark and a bit dingy in areas so it might not be that it isnt clean but the appearance itself and the set up itself could be improved upon and made to find things a little easier. Some areas are quite cluttered and not organized or arranged that well. The staff has always seemed very nice and parking has never been a problem for me.
Prices are good. Isles are very narrow making shopping difficult sometimes. Nice staff but I choose my check out person wisely. Some are quick, some extreamly slow. They sell beer and wine on site so it is an easy one stop.
Decent store... they have lot of brands/variety. the lines can get pretty long and some cashiers are very very slow but for the most part the staff is friendly. they even gave me free bananas when I explained to them I had lost my coupon while shopping in the store. fair prices and good sales. this is my preferred grocery store to go to any time I shop for groceries.
This shop rite is nice. It could use an update though, the aisles are cramped the store itself just feels small. The staff are spectacular though, Ive had them go out of their way at times to find something I needed or to remedy an issue that arose.
Pretty clean and well organized. Super fast checkout on my last visit. The two young ladies that helped me at the deli and seafood depts were very pleasant and seemed happy to be there.
Could Improve were they put there food because it’s all over the place. It took me so long to find just the necessities because everything is all over. Nothing is Organized like Baking, Etc. Don’t waste your time here, because you will be doing Exactly that. There’s Plenty of Organized ShopRites to go to if u want to food shop the right way, instead of continuously going in circles!
Nice store and friendly employees. I was surprised of the small secondary displays they had and the selection to choose from. I guess Sunday is not a good day to shop at this location. This was my first time doing an order over$200 here. However, Id still go back to this location, just on a different day. They had a good variety of items to choose from. Thanks Steve in bread and Caitlyn at checkout for a good shopping experience and help!
I shop at shop rite because its close to home. Its got good prices although limited on variety of fish. The aisles are narrow & product on shelves hard to reach at times. Staff helpful friendly has great digital coupons too. Not a bad neighborhood food shopping experience. One last comment they should have more motorized carts for disabled shoppers.
They redid this store and its much nicer than it was before. I also like the small carts for just getting a few things. Ill be a regular there now.
Love this store, but NEVER get in Loris or Joels line unless you want to be questioned or lectured or hear a bunch of stories when all you want to do is pay for your food. Everyone else is excellent, especially Donna, Heather and Beverly.
I really wish I could rate higher. Employees are really nice but overall quality at the store sucks. Organic section for produce is terrible. Regular produce looks awful and on the off occasion when we do buy here, it goes bad quickly. I came in today for gelatin or pectin to make jelly and cant find either. Very disappointed

Crazy busy and people (workers and shoppers) were rude and impatient at times. I get theres a pandemic, and I appreciate them trying to stay stocked, but moving whole pallets when there isnt even elbow room is a poor decision. 2 more starts than I would like because I understand this is unusual circumstances, but the shoprite in burlington, NJ is handling it way better. I might try them again after this whole thing blows over

Please please please shop Rite management!!! Make the announcement over and over for shoppers to follow the arrows on the floor in the aisles! It is for everyones protection!! Especially the awesome Shop Rite employees who are on the front lines. The only place safe distancing is being practiced is at the checkouts. Shop here every week. Really nice store with great staff and food selection. Would love to see their fresh fruit game upped a bit. Probably the worst quality ive ever seen in a store. Its literally everything i bought: bananas, peaches, cantaloupe, grapes. Cherries were hit and miss. I end up going across the road to acme for my fruit shopping now.
Good prices, good selection of foods. However the place smells awful. I mean bad. I mean all you can smell is the seafood department and it doesnt smell fresh if you catch my drift. Theres no isle in the store that the smell doesnt permeate. You walk into the store and immediately smell it, like a punch right in the nose.
Always able to accommodate my grocery needs.This am i went in and the Bakery attendant gladly helped me with my Birthday cake purchase, and also decorated the cake.Where else can you possibly get that done at 6:15 in the morning, but Shop Rite.. My only store for my grocery shopping.!

Normally I have no complaints. I love my shoprite but today I brought snow crab legs. Now they came to 17 and some change and when i got home and opened it ...it was a bunch of broken peices. I never in my life paid for crab legs and was given it in peices from a bunch of different legs. In fact the claws werent even with them. Most places they toss what I got today to give you the quality service and the best product. I was very disappointed and
Im tired of all the harassment here. Jeff and Sandy come in here and start talking to people. The managers dont do a thing about it. The union wont help. This store cant even get customer counts right. If i have to come to work during covid-19 i want to feel safe and not abused. About to get a lawyer.

My elderly mother was shopping there yesterday, and a heavy rain started. A store employee escorted her to her car with an umbrella. I’m grateful of the care and attention shown to my mother. What a nice gesture to show customers who were caught in the rain with no umbrella.
This place has gone downhill over the years. No amount of remodeling will help the fact that there are never more than two cashiers, self checkout has at least 1 or 2 machines down, and covid rules are out the window. Acme is across the street.
The prices arent as cracked up to what every one hypes it up to be. Just moved to the area. But I bought some seriously lean delicious steaks and found my new grocery store. The employees were very helpful
Ive shopped at quite a few Shop Rite stores and this is the absolute worst Ive ever been to. Overpriced, no customer service at all, a 45 minute backup at the deli counter, employees are miserable (overhead conversation), unless the product is over 8.00, the shelves are empty, advertised items out of stock, I could go on. I called the Manager on duty over and gave my card back to her, told her what I saw and thought and she walked away.With 3 other grocery stores and a Walmart within 5 miles of this store, they should be fighting for business. Find another store to shop at.
Took a little doing but I got everything that I was after so it worked out good for me this is a smaller ShopRite in Bensalem they seem to be doing their best with dealing with covid-19 for the most part the the shells are pretty well stocked on my last visit both the bread and the milk that I was after were not to be had however everything else went okay
Best Supermarket in the area and best chain that I know of for price. I do, however have to tolerate a couple things, such as a self-checkout thats treated like a 5 and dime - cluttered with product to the point of people not being to move about. Some other things like the steadily-shrinking automotive section. They used to have decently-priced oil, now they stock expensive motor oil only. Sometimes they take an extremely long time to re-stock some items. I stopped buying dog food there. Let them know they were out, checked for months, never re-stocked.So, they are far from perfection, but theyre close and I know Im spending less than at Acme and certainly less than at Giant.
Visit this shop rite first time after moving from Princeton to Bensalem.First experience is that the electric light has gone away. It took 2 to 3 minutes to shift over emergency light.Thanks that staff well trained.Staff managed well at counter.

Used to shop here every day. That ended the SECOND time my wife and I got very sick from something we bought there. Just dont trust the good here any more. Great staff. Just wish they would be more careful if food gets old.
Great place, spacious, clean and friendly. Not crowded. As with all markets anymore, some brands they used to carry are gone. Empty spaces.

Everything you need at great prices nope they had Snapple on sale this week and do not have any in the store three days in a row since the sales started on Sunday have not had any dont put it on sale that dont have it and because I got there at 10 at night there are no rain checks thanks ShopRite for nothing go on their website to complain and you have to fill out a page full paper work
I went today to get my weekly deli order and my absolute favorite employee is no longer there at shoprite. Dominque is always nice to the customers I will.miss her so much.
Love this store. Its bigger thanmy local one. There is plenty of parking. Inside is very clean and bright . The isles are plenty wide enough. Fresh fruits and vegetables. They also sell beer and wine.
I have been shopping at this store for the past decade, mostly because of convenience and price. Not the nicest store, it is a bit stinky sometimes and an interesting crowd to say the least. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help out though. The isles are very small and there are always traffic jams inside of them. Decent organic selection for a fair price. The deli is always slammed and backed up and looks a little dirty, but the staff is nice. The beer store is great with a good selection and ok price. Also a pnc back is on site which is nice. Too bad this place will be closing in 2018 and moving to street road. The store is a bit small and crowded so I understand. Overall the prices are usually much better than the acme across the street. The acme is a bit nicer and cleaner, but shoprite has a better organic selection and is cheaper.

Staff is friendly. They need to hire overnight stock for dairy. Almost every time I shop here, before noon, the creamer I use is out of stock as well as specific hot dogs. They could use more deli help as well. Long wait times.
I was at Shoprite today picking up my deli order that I placed. I went to look in the case for my order not there. Had to wait 20 minutes for my number to be called only to be told they don’t have it, I proceeded to tell the lady I have my email saying it was completed. “The young Blonde girl then yelled in my face I know you have a email but we don’t have your order so if you tell me what you want I will cut it for you”. This is not how I like to be talked to by some young girl in front of my kids. The older lady manager walked in the back without saying a word. I think the whole deli department needs new employees especially there deli manger. I liked Shoprite but until there deli department is ran with people who have respect my business will be at Acme.
Ive been using the Bensalem store for about 6 months and I have had good experiences every time I shopped at this store. Yes, its true but they have a big fish market there because their selection is larger than most supermarkets. They always have everything I need with big selections for each item. Love self check-out.
Low on pet supplies, food. Litter, etc..trouble finding certain items. Only one entrance was open. My discounts and coupons did not go through at checkout.
Usually has whatever you need for both cooking and home life. Generally very kind cashiers and quick lines. Can often get busy but the lines dont last too long.
Very friendly and helpful associates. Stocked wonderfully unlike a store closer to me with a different name.
I love their weekly specials. Some good deals on certain items. My only issue is that their aisles are extremely crowded with unneeded promotional props. It is very annoying especially on weekends.
Its a pretty decent store clean inside all the prices are easy to find and were reasonable share good deals on Meats today and the rest was really fresh and fruits check out was easy and fast I like it Ill go back again
Didnt have what I was looking for, is hard to find the stuff and they mixing products. Like detergents with dog food and baby item with bed sheets, you can see them in the same aisle.
Very clean. Very organized in the shelves. That stood out. Great staff never busy after work. Just not the kind of selection I can get from the aramingo store or i would do all my shopping there.. Its one of the places outside of Philly that I go for soda. I can not afford Philly soda tax. I use ginger ale for my stomache problems. I have to have it.

Poor customer service. Kids on the register who have no business being there. Very poor customer service at the beer garden, for one example. No baggers either. Good thing I can bag myself. Had over a $300.00 order today. It seems like people employed there could not be bothered. I would exempt the Delli from criticism, as the employees there really try to keep smiling, even though they never seem to have enough help there. Otherwise Its bad service, and its annoying. We spend good money there. But if their situation gets any worse than it is now Ill be checking Giant or Redners. We dont have to spend our hard earned money there.
They have made some serious upgrades the place is well managed the staff is always very Helpful Especially Jr and Maria at the Deli and Tina and Andy in management keep up the good work.

Small isles, limited selection on a lot of items, family has gotten very sick, twice, on their meats. Received refunds only after complaining to corporate. Sunday newspapers kept behind the counter due to the clientele/customers this store attracts. RARELY patronize this store due to the lower echelon of society who shops here. Non English speaking, public assistance using customers are prolific. Just an observation, every time I have been there. No accusations. Not comfortable there.
I was highly satisfied with both the capture rate of foodstuffs (using their store-provided rolling cage, no less!) and the ease with which I was able to pay for my newly acquired prey. just as advertised, their selection of game was excellent. most of my quarry was pre-killed, but some were still alive and put up a worthy fight!in perhaps the most harrowing example of this, swarms of morning star vegetarian nuggets attacked me when I tried to ensnare what I thought was a lost and isolated youth of the garlic parm herd. it was quite the struggle once the alpha meatless sausage joined in, but my party survived and moved on to the cheese gulch.overall, an excellent experience and highly rewarding! would recommend.
I love shopping for seafood. The lady at the counter Natalie is knowledgeable and super friendly. She is a asset for sure. Great prices and great store brand.
I shop there every Thursday after work awesome place to shop and all the employees are great very satisfied every time I walk into the store a lot of employees know me by name .....🇺🇸
So tonight I went to the seafood counter to get some fish for dinner. The woman who was working it was on her dinner break. Someone paged the manager Steve who never showed up. The woman comes back from her break early and is fantastic. I get up to self check out. Here is this manager bragging to the checker that he wasnt going to seafood he doesnt like. She doesnt need a dinner break. Its horrible behavior and what does that say to employees and customers that the manager wont help out. I will not be shopping here anymore. I can not condone this type of behavior.
The lay out of the store is kinda funky cuz I think theyre remodeling and it was pretty crowded on a Sunday morning but it wasnt terrible the staff was very helpful
Really good place some stuff are a good price but some I will say are over priced. Its a clean place they give out free cookies if you ask at the bakery can I have a sample cookie for my kid and there also a bank in shoprite
You get everything you need even though the store itself is small and aisles are narrow. Vegetables are fresh and wide selection of fruits
They advised Doles Salad kit 2 for $2! They said we had the wrong ones! She sent someone to return the 2 salads and get the right Doles kits! She brought the wrong Doles kits back, and we wound up paying full price for all 4 and only came home with 2! We paid $10.00 for what should have been $2.00! 😡
Was just in this store and there was a man ( bald guy with a white shirt and black shorts of a causian decent) that I believe was working in loss prevention or something (assuming) but he watched and followed me in the market. He made me feel very uncomfortable and it was especially because I was African American. He watched my shopping cart while I put my groceries on the belt and he watched me as bagged & I paid for everything . I’ve never felt so targeted before in a supermarket. It is 2018 you would think people in customer service opted out of racial tension and profiling but I will not be coming here anymore; I dont steal and I just paid for $200 for groceries. I will be following up with this situation. As I walked out the market he turned his back as if he didn’t even notice me after watching me for 10 min. Such a shame

Kinda small for a shoprite most employees are decent some can be real rude and the price on sodas are always higher then acme across the street seems like they have a second store in the city and they are making up for soda tax not a good way to make it back but they lose my soda business
Stay away from the deli super slow does not matter what time of day you go 3 people working at 8pm at night the preordered stuff is more important then the people standing at the counter waiting for help stood there over 30mins crazy
This place is very well kept. We came in to grab a cake for my sons birthday at the last minute. The bakery was closed as it was Sunday and past hours. However, a young gentleman by the name of Tariq , who was cleaning the bakery section, found one of the bakery personnel to decorate . She was also very helpful. Not to mention he and I are both New Orleans Saints fans. I had on a shirt and he had his keychain. Not sure if thats why he was so helpful lol. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Well stocked, MOST of the employed very friendly, especially REAL GREAT pizza guy Shawn, real super friendly bro. Some can be unfriendly, it can be at Acme and anywhere, we all are testy at times , including me.
I dont like shopping there because it smells bad and makes me gag. My daughter picks up what I need. They have a good selection and good prices. I wish I coukd shop there, myself.
I actually needed a turkey for Thanksgiving and when I called out the woman from the meat department was fantastic cheerful fun and Beyond helpful the store is very clean especially with the holidays I was really impressed

That store is dirty. The first thing you smell when you walk in is the fish dept. shelves are not stocked . Staff is unfriendly. I will only shop there for their loss leaders. Their Internet coupons Is a fiasco . The Brown family should look at other shop rites, and get their act together.
Management is top notch. They even returned expired beer for me. The staff is friendly and down to earth. I prefer to shop here over acme. If im missing something lmk.
Not a fan, cant find certain items in the circular because they dont carry them! Im constantly being overcharged and have to go back to the service counter for an adjustment...the fruit department stinks....Ive gotten fruit I had to throw away because it was brown inside
Pastries are good for prepared & fresh fish is good but everything else is not. They never have any stock for the sales in the circulars & the staff are mostly unwilling to help.

Wonderful place to shop when you need to bulk items or you just need to go in and get some odds and ends its their reasonable prices and when you need school supplies when youre shopping its there too and they also have sheet sets that are reasonable prices blankets just a great place to shop
No American should ever have to take off a symbol of the American heritage. And to the manager you are a disgrace its really sad that you dont respect the men and women who fought and continue to fight for our freedoms you should be ashamed of yourself. Been a customer for many years but think its time to shop somewhere where people are proud of what that flag stands for. And to that employee you should file a grievance and you wont need to do it alone. Ive given you a rating of one star the manager doesnt deserve that.
We appreciate everyones concern about the bandana situation at our store. After receiving the initial Facebook comment, we investigated the situation. What happened was a manager asked one of our associates not to wear a bandana (which was an American flag theme) because it does violate our professional dress code. The majority of our managers and employees wear American flag pins and stickers on their name badges to celebrate America and what it stands for & we applaud and welcome it. We have no records of a Middle Eastern man complaining--simply a manager doing their job with a violation of the bandana as not a part of the dress code. We appreciate from the bottom of our hearts your son and your familys sacrifice for this great country.
We shop here all the time and we love it. The meat is quality and the store is always clean. Prices are good too.
The selection here is big and I really enjoy shopping at this store. Isles are clean and tidy. The fruit and vegetables are fresh. The staff are also friendly!
If they had no starts I would give none. I just had a horrible experience in this store and it’s not my first one that’s so I decided to write a review. Past experiences I’ve gone in and asked if an employee could show me where a item is and they just tell you and id say more then half the time they are wrong. This time I had a nasty cashier Joel. My doctor does not want me in public unless I have a mask because I started chemo. So when I got in his lane it was 15 items or less and I had a few more then 15 but it looked like a lot because I had bulk items like a 20 pack of paper towels Joel went and got a manager so he didn’t have to help me. Then was rude the whole time ringing up. Then Every time I put my hands out to get the bags he kept putting them down on the counter instead of just handing me them. I spend a lot of money here and have a choice to go anywhere and at this point with such pour customer service that’s what I need to do.
My family and I normally go to Shoprite for about 70% of our shopping needs. The pricing, the sales, the pizza, and the staff are always ready to help you with anything you may need. All departments are normally fully stocked, and if not the Customer Service desk is willing to make accommodations to satisfy your needs. Walmart employees could learn a thing or two from these guys.
I am dissatisfied because they have a great seating area and not a lot of prepaired food the use to have pizza it’s gone. I also like it because it has a PNC Bank where you can open up an account and then not get charged anything to use ATMs at wawwa store locations.
The store was very nice and well-stocked didnt have to wait in line to get into the store and the lines were very short inside
This place seems very tight to go thru the aisle. No one wants to help you when you ask. They look at you like youre a bother to them and Im disabled too.

My experience was absolutely great it was my first visit to that location.I didnt realize my husband use to work for that particular chain Browns, ShopRite .it was a great experience.I had some difficulty and they were very accommodating.I highly recommend any ShopRite owned by Browns.

Shoprite shopper for 20+yrs. UNTIL I shopped the Bensalem store! Yikes. I stuck with them for about 2 yrs after moving to the area due to SRs great prices - but no more. Enough is enough. A few nice staff but most are in a constant state of having woke up on the wrong side of the bed. And they HATE coupons! Down to the manager, Cindy. Ive shopped there long enough to have heard her name get tossed around and have had a few encounters with her myself. I have been told all sorts of reasons on why they cant take this or that coupon, but Im not just told, Im berated, belittled, accused of robbing the store (there is a 10 coupon limit, I RARELY use 10 coupons) and a whole host of other mean spiritedness tossed my way - oddly enough, I switched to the Fairless Hills SR and it happens to be the same owner, same coupon policy. Only the employees and manager at the FH SR are super pleasant, always a positive experience for both customer and employee. How grocery shopping SHOULD be and what Id become accustomed to by being a loyal SR customer all these years. The EXCEPTION is that ratchet Bensalem SR.

Prices are great, of course. But, the aisles are too small, no twist ties for the plastic bags, and not a great selection on certain items.
Small, tiny cramped store barely enough room to use a cart. Way overpriced compared to other shoprites in area. Cucumbers $1 each for the smallest most pathetic cucumbers ever. Almond milk $4 for half gallon. Double the price of other shoprites. Will travel further to go to different shoprite this one sucks.
The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is too small for the amount of business it generates. I am sad that they stopped making pizzas to bring in wine and beer.
The deli is absolutely terrible always a wait i went on a Friday and 2 people were back one of them doing nothing and the other one was cutting really slow ,out everything by far the worst delivery I was ever at 2 people ahead of me and I still waited for 45 minutes if I didnt already wait i would have left PLACE IS A JOKE
I am an avid Shoprite shopper. Every other Shoprite that I have been to in the area is clean and staff is friendly, however, I had the absolute worst experience today at this location. I was in self-checkout and after having the self-checkout employee Margaret be rude to me when I asked a coupon question I told my friend that I would go back to my local Shoprite in Warminster. Margaret yelled at me calling me “greedy” “basically getting things for free isnt good enough.” She then proceeded to leave her post at self-checkout and yell in the parking lot as I was walking to my car. She even told me “It’s fine by us we don’t need your business.” Way to go Margaret you got your wish!!!
Has that to be my favorite ShopRite. Add travel from Philly here initially in search of deals but continue to return weekly even though its a half hour away and I passed other ShopRite along the way

Its a grocery store. They have the basics. Although their organic selection leaves a lot to be desired. I also found their selection of international foods lacking.

They have some unusual items like no sugar added cheesecake. Nice pharmacy people and soda with out the silly Philly sugar tax.

2022-06-07My deli order for the ump-teenth time was wrong. I used the app and ordered ahead of time...it was late and I had to ask to find out where it was. I was supposed to have 2.5 lbs of ham but only got 1. I know they are short staffed in the deli so I have been trying to be understanding about it, but how many times does my order have to be wrong before I complain.

Good sales although its not always stocked for the sale item demand.Update 06/12/22:Sunday is probably their biggest day, went there at 10am and no sale items available...they told me to come back earlier the next morning. No one was willing to help in the meat dept.. disappointing. I went to the shoprite on Oregon Avenue in Philadelphia - everything was well stocked, employees were willing to help and the store was gorgeous! She pictures of Oregon Avenue store below as reference of what the store should look like.They were even wiping down the self check outs in between customers!Shoprite of Bensalem needs to step it up a bit, not seeming to care lately.

2022-06-26Today I had one of the most obnoxious experiences at this location. My 5 year old nephew sat down at the display swing. He was tierd and over the shopping experience. He is a friendly, lovable and soft spoken kid. An employee named Rose approached him and she angrily screams at him, (get off and tells him to get out of here and points her finger). She scoffs at him, then stairs at him and talks about him to other staff members. She was extremely hostile and super angry. He is 5, I realize you have to be completely miserable to treat children that way. A normal or sane person would approach the parent or politely say to a child, Hey kid, you need to sit somewhere else ok and maybe smile so they dont feel bad. This really upset me, so I asked to speak to the manager Lisa. She politely blew me off, I asked for Roses name and the manager tells me dont waste my time it all comes back to her anyway. As if this will discourage me, it was dissmissive. She doesnt know me, Im not discouraged. She was being nice-nasty, basically saying it does not matter who you tell, Im dismissing you. I am extremely offended and it was unsettling the way she scared my nephew. Kids get scared when a stranger is hostile with them. My next step is to write a letter, because it cant get lower than treating children horribly. I am unsure if this was racially motivated or if the lady was miserable. However this is bad customer service. If she would have approached him politely, I would have apologized about him sitting down and explained it to him. Instead she decided to be nasty, cruel and humiliated a child. Its not what you say. Its how you say and do things.

2022-02-01Why guys now look I am going to get to th point shop Rite is alone the greatest store because of the emplyees being there at all time for you to help you with your shopping now you might be thinking that well they probably do not know where the things are well then you cant be more wrong because they know the smallest thing like where the cookies are to the ratsoops there are none which brings me to my next point which is that the place is so clean I mean I did a test with giant and shop rite where I was taking apples from both stores and keeping them like that for 60 days and the shoprite did not have any changes showing us that there food is fresh and clean , so yeah you can see that shop rite is clearly amazing.

2021-09-07Used to love this store, spend lots of money there weekly. But since they moved everything around it’s so hard to shop there. It’s like a workout! Why is the frozen food so close to the produce, yet so far away from the dairy? It’s all backwards. Who puts frozen food in the cart in the beginning of shopping?Good point: the staff is usually friendly & courteous. Except for one……she knows who she is!

2021-12-18Double charged me for more than $100 worth of groceries. It’s not a pending charge, it’s fully completed. The store employees tried to claim it wasn’t a double charge on their end, even though my bank said it is an error on their end. I had to call repeatedly just to get updates on the situation while multiple employees tossed the phone around and tried to gaslight me about MY money to make me feel like I’m crazy for being upset.The bank told me that shoprite could’ve reversed the charge and made this easy but instead refuse to do so, so now it’s an open dispute against them. The transactions are six seconds apart which is enough proof for my bank to win the dispute. It’s sad, however, that shoprite doesn’t care enough to rectify the situation and couldn’t care less about screwing me out of MY money when they’re a multi million dollar corporation. Pathetic.
