The employee was kind at the window. First time their in 6 years...Texas toast burger was very good for fast food ,it was really good ...also got ice coffee. Only got small . Next time going bigger....
Came for the milkshakes, and the food was really good too. There were only two employees working. Be kind and tip a lot. They definitely deserve it.
Have come here for years and am usually happy. With supply issues recently they have lacked some of our more favored items but the service is always nice and you can tell they are just understaffed and over worked as of COVID-19.
It is a real shame that they cannot keep employees...it would make a world of difference in service. There was only ONE person doing everything! She was a great worker who really hustled and was very pleasant, in spite of her situation.
I know some people may not take Sonic seriously but they have really good food.In fact the items on the menu and the ice cream is what I consider fun food.
Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito... 🤷🏻♀️ The burrito was dripping with burnt flat top grease and it tasted like the inside of a grease trap. The best part was the tater tots, they were actually fresh. Thanks for nothing ..again ..except for disappointment and wasted money.
Due to food shortage and lack of staff the wait time was twice as long cars that wanted to order behind me were told it would be half hour wait. Pretzels were good
Pulled up to drive thru window to a lady on her cell phone the entire time. Then proceed to watch her fill someone’s cup up and a part of the machine fell off into the cup… pulled it out with her bare hands, put it back on and continued to fill up the cup.
Food was good, despite the short staffing the food came to me in about 3 minutes. Awesome!
Speedy service and decent priced, employees are always kind and friendly, food is always Cooked well also!
My favorite place to go for chili cheese hotdogs drinks and ice cream at an awesome price. This place on the busiest days is also very quick and efficient I’m getting the order right the first time. It’s a little hard to get into from the road and even harder to exit but I still recommend it
The girl who brought our food out was very nice, even though they were super busy. Our order was correct. I like being able to use the AP to order. I love the soft pretzels.
Went to order a milkshake in the afternoon. The staff said we are not making milkshakes right now. No explanation given as to why.

Always enjoy Sonics mini blast because theyre just the perfect size although I waited at the order box for like 10 minutes before someone even took my order. But once I got my order it was fine. I dont know what the holdup was because it didnt look like they were busy but I know everyones having issues right now with not having enough help.
I always have loved Sonic’s food. I especially love their popcorn chicken, tator tots, and large selection of drinks. (And the ice cream. And the poppers. And the chili dogs. Lol). I feel bad for them that with the current staffing issues (9/2021) there are usually only 2 people working. Even with this handicap, they ALWAYS get my order correct! I can’t say that much for the other local fast food places. I want to say thank you to you guys for doing a great job under very difficult circumstances!!

They forgot my fries and the sandwich was maybe(though barely) on par with McDonalds. Shake was good though... Until I got to the last 1/4 and discovered the incredible amount of unmixed powdered ingredients at the bottom of the cup. Its good to see that the practice of paying companies to increasing your ratings is alive and well. (That is sarcasm, anyone who would rate this location as five stars is obviously lying and has incentive to do so.)
My girlfriend wanted to try sonic for the first time, I’ve been in Texas many times so I knew what to expect. Food was god awful I’ve never ate and immediately felt horrible like this, only was able to get through half my meal before noticing a hair in my hotdog package. Would give 0 stars if I could this place should just close already
I have always enjoyed sonic. I love the setup and the food is good. I always have the hot dogs or the Philly cheese steak 💣 the service is spectacular as well at this location. If youre lucky enough, youll get to see the tame ground hog that lives in the parking lot ❤️ he loves free snacks.
We like eating here because of the different options than other fast-food places. The downside of Sonic is they tend to forget your sauces, napkins, and other necessities. If you are eating there, you can call them back to your car, but if you go through the drive thru, it is an inconvenience. Their food is good, but you will wait for it. It is worth it.
Came there this evening to purchase some steak subs our favorite, and we were very rudely told that wasnt available right now. Everything I then asked for wasnt available. Pretty sure your hours are open until 10pm, well your crew is costing you valuable service. I love Sonic and we go there often, but this is a joke. Going to be a hard sell getting me to come back even when I enjoy the food. This happened 3Jan at 2045 in the evening, far before closing time.
Greensburg PA. No service unless drive through. No app, no call ahead. Person working drive thru could not get order right. Very long wait. At least half of customers drove away without food. Sad that my last time to the south went to hell in a hand basket. Actually chili dog and limeade good. Tater tots barely warm and greasy
Great food at fair prices. Has something for all ages. The shakes are great and different flavors keep you wanting to come back. The only thing that I do not like is how small the stalls are when you pull your car in. But other than that it a great place to go and enjoy a meal outside in your car.
No service at the kiosk due to being backed up. Then we sat at the drive up for over 10 minutes before we got waited on. The desserts were good once we got them, but the service needed a good deal of help!
Nothing like watching 2 health code violations while waiting your food....staff need to be properly trained on cross contamination, and hygiene. While wating in the drive through witness a tem meber take out trash then return to the kitchen with the same gloves on and begin to make someones order. While another team member was eating food while wearing her gloves, and continued to use the same gloves to prepare food for customers. . Order was canceled and refunded when telling the manger why she told us that we should come work there then.... not a response you should get from a manger.
This Sonic in Greensburg is GREAT!!! I love the old school vibe of the carhop style fast-food restaurant where you drive up on the sides and park and order. An attendant will stop by and bring your order to your car. They ALSO have a drive thru!!!! 😊
I always struggle whether to rate according to overall quality, or quality vs. expectations. To be fair, the Sonic on Rt30 in Greensburg is 5-star as Sonics go. But I have trouble giving Sonic the same rating as Mortons Steakhouse. But its decent food at great prices with good service.
Thats good, because I love great service... I was visiting from NY, the closest Sonic is over an hour away. I called 10 minutes before you closed on July 31. I got there like 2 minutes before closing time (I have a very fast car thankfully). They took my order without a problem, still super friendly, and then closed up after I got my food. Thats awesome!
We waited at the speaker for 10 mins before the order was taken, though we were acknowledged. There were only 3 cars in line, with no parked ordering allowed, so they werent that busy. Then we got home and the order was wrong. *sigh*
The drive thru speaker was just like a Saturday night live skit ..could not understand the order there,. I ordered 2 hot dogs and a cheese burger, I was asked, I thought if I want cheese. .I got cheese on the hot dogs, but no cheese burger at All, .I did not pay for it either, never ordered. I will try this place again, food was very good.
This Sonic has had a rough life. I have worked at 5 other Sonics in AZ and NV. This is possibly the worst Sonic Ive visited yet. The most glaring issue is with the carhops. They have no sense of urgency and they were telling customers to leave because there was going to be a 30 minute wait. This is so bad. No Sonic I have ever worked for would allow that. Even if the computers went down you can still take orders by hand. The food was actually good though so Ill give them 2 stars.
This visit was just for a milkshake. I had a strawberry milkshake, it was delicious. Very thick. I wish they had more flavors.Ive had their burgers and fries before. The burgers were good. Im not a fan of the fries too much, theyre not very tasty. They have tater tots but I prefer fries over tater tots.They need to put the menus in front of the cars along with the ones on the side. Front passengers cannot view the menu very well.
Was there a week ago. Waited 25 min for our food. Got our order wrong, then went back into drive thru and they gave us another sandwich, which was wrong again, then gave us another one and it was wrong the third time. Hour and a half we waisted our time. My first time ever eating at a sonic, never again.
I asked if there was any additional charge to add chocolate to a strawberry shake and was told there was not. I looked at my receipt..I was charged $.79.. My daughter complained that her Strawberry Cheesecake shake was very sour. It had way too much cheesecake flavor. Both shakes had fingerprints on the cups.
Chicken sandwiches werent good...Maybe should of got hot dogs or burgers?$20 2 chicken sandwic and 1 french fry order. 1st and last time.
**update 9/20/2018 - Went again in August for shakes and onion rings. Onion rings were soggy, tiny and we got about 4 for a large order. 2 of the 4 shakes were awful (cheesecake). Sent an email to corporate and the franchise owner with pictures. Corporate forwarded the message to franchise owner. Never heard back on a refund/credit for the poor quality food. We wont be going back . I guess the first time we went was a fluke. Poor customer service. Weve been to other Sonics in NY and they were extremely better. Guess they just dont care about this location. Changed my rating to 1 star.--Got milkshakes here for the first time. Very good. Havent tried any of the food. Will probably try it again.
Im going to start with the positive. The tater tots were good. I ordered a classic cheeseburger and the burger was cold, it wasnt even warm enough to melt the cheese. I only ate a few bites and the rest went into the trash. On the other hand my husbands sandwich was way too hot and he burned the inside of his mouth. We also ordered 2 Cokes and when they were delivered the girl said 1 tea and 1 Coke and when we corrected her with what we ordered she said that they were both cokes and someone just mismarked the lid, needless to say we got 1 tea and 1 Coke.
Sonic is a great spot for you and the family. Has a awesome selection of food/drinks. Also if your feeling like a sweet treat then they got you covered. Food always comes out hot and fresh too. The prices are decent not super cheap but better than a restaurant price. Would recommend you to definitely try it out if you havent.
I ordered no tomatoes on my burger since I am allergic to them. Low and behold halfway through theres a tomatoe and when I took it up the guy I handed it to and spoke with was rude. It took way too long to get it fixed since.
Every time we go they are out of something, its drive thru only or they dont have something we liked anymore on the menu. Its going downhill and its a shame last time we stopped there was only one girl taking orders & delivering them at the same time ridiculous. Breanna needs a raise!!
Just a bit crazy... First our online order was not accepted. Second, my drink was incorrect. Third, they forgot the fries, which, maybe should have been a sign to me because when I did get them, they were cold 🤔. I keep going back hoping it will be better, but I guess I should just admit to myself that I need to quit.
I recently went to the sonic in greengate plaza. Right off of route 30. It was horrible. I waited so so long in the drivethru before they took my order. Then I waited again for my food for a very long time. Then after all the waiting. I had to deal with a very rude cashier. The whole experience was awful and ill not go back to sonic ever again!

Was glad to be able to get a sonic drink. Went back today. Wasnt such a good experience. I ordered a drink with cherries in it. No cherry syrup. Got ready to leave. But check my drinks. The girl that delivered them was a little rude. She told me that they make them the way I ordered it. I told her again it that I ordered it with cherries no syrup. She got mad and said, now I have to go make it again. Hope this helps.
I love Sonic, they have a large variety of menu options which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, dessert and a kids menu too. The food is absolutely incredible especially for the prices they charge. They are one of the few places you can still get a footlong hotdog. Stop by and check them out, youll be amazed at the value awaiting you!
We hadnt been to Sonic in a while. I had a day off and we were in the area and stopped for lunch. I had a bacon cheeseburger meal and it was very good. Nice waitress too. Very friendly.
Food is pretty good. Their mobile ordering system works well while other restaurants like McDonalds hardly support it. The whole drive-in concept is a bit gimmicky, but my girlfriend and I like to eat in the car anyway so its pretty convenient for us. Come here once or twice a month on average.
Theyre training new people and our food was taking a little longer than expected so the manager came out (on his own we werent bugging them) he came out and offered us anything we wanted for free (drinks, shakes) it was a great and much appreciated gesture since weve been traveling for 2 hours before stopping in to grab dinner here. All the employees we encountered were great!
They have seem to have gone downhill in recent years. Best food they had was there 4 different kinds of hot dogs. Sonic should be having some banging hot dogs. I would eat there all the time then.

Out of onion rings. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, one came with pickels and onions no bacon, one only had bacon and mayo. Went back thru, were then told they didnt have any lettuce or tomatoes. They remade a bacon cheeseburger for us. Halfway through eating the burger I got severe stomach pains and had to use the restroom. Skip Sonic and go elsewhere.
Stopped in to buy new banana pudding shake. It was ok. I like the regular banana shakes better. Food was good.
First time eating here and I know because of covid things change first of all the outside ordering and dining is closed makes no sense youre dining in your own car. Anyway had to go through drive through nothing fast about that didnt get all our food no receipt couldnt tell the coke from Dr. Pepper had to recircle around and wait another 20 minutes for the missed food it was the worst service pendemic or not
I love this place! I love that they bring your order out to your car!! But, if thats not your cup of tea, they also have an indoor area to eat in, and a drive thru. They have very good food too, they have a great menu that includes a bit of everything! They have very good hand made ice cream! I always enjoy their Sonic blasts, which are allot like a blizzard from dairy Queen! But bigger and cheaper!! Lol, which is always a plus! So if your looking for fast food that is always good, and a bit of dessert, this is the place to go!!
Place was very busy. Only 2 employees working. I was fine with waiting. They even apologized for the wait and I was super polite. but then they forgot a sandwich. When I called they were rude. I gave 2 stars because they were short staffed
We stop at Sonic when we are in the area. The Brown Bag Special is our favorite. The tots could have had less salt on them, but the burgers were good, as always.
This was the most awful trips I have had with sonic. The burgers were burned and had no ketchup or mayo after asking twice. My milk shake was mostly whipped cream.
This is one of the worst places to go. We stopped here on a Saturday night around 9:30pm and didnt get the 2 milkshakes we ordered until 9:57. When we asked the employees what was going on they politely told us that they were understaffed and the milkshake machine was broken, which wasnt their fault and they were very nice to us about our wait. However, when we went to drink our milkshakes we had to let them sit because they were so thick we couldnt even drink them. Very very disappointed and dont plan on coming back anytime soon.
Good quality food at a decent price. Food is pretty on point but give 4 stars because have had a couple mess ups throughout the times Ive been there but I still give 4 stars because they always make it right with no hassle! Customer service is very well, I have always had nice order taking people and the delivery people have always been nice! Not really on the fast side of fast food but you get good quality food.

I think that Sonic has the best burger of any fast food chain. The drinks are great. I love the corndogs. Fantastic milkshake and dessert selection. But the burgers are why I come back again and again. Id love to pinpoint what makes the burgers so darn good but Ill admit I eat them too fast to ever pinpoint what makes them special. They are just made fresh and put together perfectly.
This place is not what it used to be years ago. Service used to be fast and correct... Now we waited 15 minutes from when we placed our order (in the drive thru) before we got our food, my wifes order was wrong, and the chili cheese dog I ordered looked pitiful. More like chili sauce and cheese. It had the right colors, but by no means was there chili on it. Think this will be the last time we eat here.
Food was good and some what quick. I just wish theyd quit changing their menu. The pretzel dogs were amazing and 50 cent corn dogs great deal.
Kids meals were advertised at 1.99. Not the case when you order. Was told when the total was way above the 6 bucks I expected that the meals were up charged. Worker at drive through couldnt explain what the upcharge was. Cheeseburgers didnt have cheese on them....
It was pretty busy but still we sat there for more than 15 minutes before anything and I had to ask CarHop what was going on before we even go to order taken and then at that it was like 2 minutes before 2 and they wouldnt do the half-priced drinks. So I wasnt too thrilled with it. However I understand being understaffed so I wont not go there because of this experience.
Got my meal quickly. Opened it up to realize that my burger came with onions. No fault of the employees because I hadnt asked for it without. An employee was walking by and saw my face as I opened my burger and asked me what was wrong and offered to fix it. I am beyond impressed at the customer service for the thoughtful employee who read my nonverbal while sitting in my car and offered to fix the problem. I will be returning and asking for my burgers properly.
This place is something else. Second time in a row coming here when there hasn’t been a single other vehicle and it’s clear why now. The simplest of orders gets screwed up. Ask for no onion and get onion, only get half a dinner meal, drinks are wrong, service is slow. Gave them a second chance and it’s the last time. Drive the extra quarter mile and go to Chick-fil-A.
Ordered drink at happy hour, it was busy and took way too long at the drive thru especially when the car in front only ordered drinks as well. The sweet tea wasnt very sweet.
My first visit to this specific Sonic was a disappointment. I was looking forward to the unique taste of the Sonic cheeseburger (mustard dressing) enjoyed at other Sonic locations in California where I moved from. The Sonic cheeseburger served with my #1 combo meal was plain and dry due to the lack of ANY dressing. The only reason for any stars is my side order of a chili dog helped offset my disappointment. They got that part right.
The Good:Service was good and prompt +1 star.Food and order was prepared correctly +1 star.Wide variety of menu selections +1 star.The Bad:This particular location was sold out of several items like cherry flavoring for drinks, and kids meals did not include a toy because they were sold out -1 star.Bathrooms at Sonic are hit and miss. Some are clean, but most are not and this one was middle of the road. I also dont like the fact that Sonic restrooms only accommodate one person -1 star.Verdict:Typical fast food restaurant with some flare due to variety of menu items and delivery method. However, restrooms are not accommodating and this location was sold out of several items.
Awesome food and drinks. Very cool atmosphere...outdoor eating area or sit in your car for the Drive-In experience! Drive-thru also available if your in a hurry or need to be somewhere! Wish more staff wore the roller skates or roller blades...would make it feel more retro!
Icecream machine was down they were out of certain chicken and service took forever. Mid day about 2pm,meanwhile only ONE other customer was there. Although the chicken tender sandwhich it TOTS recommend
I wish I could give it no stars! First the rudest person took our order. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger. There was no bacon. They brought us a bag with 2 pieces of bacon out like it was such an inconvenience. Then we asked for refills on regular fountain drinks and they said no. Because the cup cant be brought back in after it was outside! Your restaurant is outside! Never go again! And the food was awful.
Just got home with our Sonic take out. Ordered 1 All American Hot Dog and 1 Chili Cheese Hot Dog. Got 2 All Americans. Way overpriced for what we got. Wont be going there again.

Food is usually good, they had no ice cream when I visited. The car hop service was closed, the walk up window was closed. The drive through guy said also no slushies. I went on a Sunday, so maybe thats the b crew?

Clean rest room. I opted for the drive-thru and the cashier was very friendly. My bacon burger was made to order and really good. I didnt wait more than 5 mins for my order. Ill be visiting Sonic again.
Not a great experience, the women on the speaker after telling me to go a head with my order had then told me to hold on! The fries were cold and there were no condiments on the burger and the food overall was just ok, it was much better the last time I was there. I was disappointed, it will be a long while before I go back
When I visit this sonic I only ask and preferably try to come when a boy named Wheeler works. He is very swift when it comes to needing things, making sure everything is right and makes sure my food is hot and fresh when delivered. I think other of his workers should learn from him

I love how you can just drive up and then the food comes to you. The #1 (which is a burger) was mediocre but the chili tater tots I got were amazing. Also the banana shake was delicious too

Sonic is a great place to go. Easy to get in and out. I like going here. The food is good and the price is right.The reason I only give is three stars is because it is unhealthy foods and i cant be eating that kind of food if I want to live a long life.I will stop in every once in a while so that I can maintain a healthy lifestyle by not eating there too much.
Only customers and took a long time tp take our order. Still only customer and they messed up our order, missed items and missed condiments on sandwiches. I normally do not review and take a mistake here and there in stride, but they needed up parts of all 4 meals on our order
This location always seems to be slow, so not a place to go if youre in a hurry. Food is alright, I definitely have my preferences, but not necessarily always worth such high caloric intake. I really like their drinks and shakes and slushes though
Went to Sonic specifically to get the cherry limeade freeze. Was told they were out of ice cream. Very disappointing. They were out of onion rings as well. What I ordered was good.
Good food, prices are ok. But each and every time I go there I have to ask for salt and pepper. Why cant that be in the bag for every order, unless you order a milkshake!! At least this time they brought it back out. The other two times I was told they dont have salt and pepper!!!!
Way better than McDonalds and Id say its even better than the over priced Red Robin burgers. I had one of the breakfast burritos with sausage and for the price, it was pretty decent. Was just in the mood for sausage and eggs.
Not impressed. Waited in drive through for 25 minutes with only two cars ahead of me and the waffle cone that looked to be like a reeses peanut butter blizzard type goodie only had that topping on the very top of it. False advertising... And I hate plain vanilla anything. Not what I paid for. Only ever there one other time and I found the friend food all tasted the same... Assumed they were frying everything together. Thumbs down

I love Sonic. We went out of our way to go to this Sonic on our road trip. It was pouring rain, but we still went to the drive up window. After waiting they came to tell us that their headsets were down and they couldn’t take any orders. Not even willing to take an order manually. Very disappointing.
We got there and all was normal until we pushed the button. We waited 10 minutes and still no order and the button timed out. Definitely NOT sonic fast. We left then, didnt get our food🙁
This sonic is Terrible, the employees never know what the specials are, the tots etc. are ALWAYS cold and the cheese is NEVER melted on the burgers!!! The employees are rude and clueless!! We have given them many opportunities, and it never gets better!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Never do they live up to the commercials!!!

Horrible. Drove all the way there looking forward to my tots and they said that they were only taking orders at the drive through. I am in a nice car and dont want to take it through the drive through so I walk over along with maybe 10-15 other potential customers to the drive thru. Nobody answers the thing. We all leave and go elsewhere. Very dissapointed.
Took my mother there for a milkshake. We sat outside and talked however felt bad for the waitress being yelled at by some unsatisfied customer. Having been in food service myself I dont judge a first time experience by a single complaint. In fact the unruly customer was smoking in a nonsmoking area.
Terribly slow. Place was 3/4 empty, pushed the button for the attendant and it took her 15 minutes to answer. Smokehouse burger was meh.
Yet again 3rd Sunday not open at 9am I was there at 9 again at 9:15 and a last time at 9:30 if you can’t open in time change your hours. I watched 4 other cars pull in and pull out unhappy as well. This sonic went from a great one to the worst around Pittsburgh

Had lunch there with a friend. Mason and chef Craig were great and food was off the chain. Top Notch when it come from the new drive in of a old era. Embrace it with an empty stomach and good friends!!
Horrible service. Rudest server I have ever had. No manners, long wait, she probably spit in our shake. Ordered an M&M shake and the server failed to put M&Ms in my shake! All and all, greatly ruined Sonic for me.. Lost a customer.
Love sonic!!! Being a southerner its nice to see Sonic here in PA.... Would love to see the Greensburg location on Uber eats, Grubhub, or Doordash though.... Due to the pandemic this should really be a thing right now...
Ordered my meal as a large only got a medium, but was also only charged for the medium. Perfectly acceptable. Food was hot and fresh.
Staff not courteous at all. Waited ten minutes before order of two drinks was taken at the drive through and another ten minutes plus at the window. Also the original price given was changed to an additional $.30.
Pretty great service. Only took about 5 minutes - 10 minutes to get out myself and somebody elses order. Delicious chili cheese hot dogs and very polite workers.
I ran into a small difficulty with the application but was taken care of quickly and politely by the staff at this location. They were friendly, fast, and the food is terrific. No complaints on this end.
The food was/is excellent, at least the time we ordered. I gave a verbal compliment and a thumbs up.

This was the second time that Ive been there hit the red button no response after 10 minutes. So I hit the red button again. Waited 5 minutes then left and went toSteak n Shake. Have not been able get service either time.
The food was subpar. The most disappointing issue was the bun was stale. So, stale it was falling apart as I ate. Service was fast and friendly just the food was not what expect from sonic. Been across the country been to many sonics along the way
THEY DONT EVEN ROLLER SKATE THE FOOD OUT. WE PAID 25 BUCKS FOR 2 PEOPLE TO EAT AND DIDNT EVEN GET THE FOOD SKATED OUT TO US. RIP OFFFFFF. Update: waited 20 minutes for a milkshake, never showed up. We left and got a better milkshake at DQ

Got there as they were closing. Still gave excellent service and stayed longer to make sure we didnt need anything else. Excellent crew here. Food and shakes were delicious!

I love sonic drinks....but literally as soon as I get them they are melting...in the drive thru...there is no excuse for that even if it is hot out I should at least be good for a minute or two...I get the cream slushes...even has a creamery shake last time...very disappointing
Was there between 2 and 4 for Happy Hour. Drinks were half price. Good deal! Great service.

Today Sonic Greensburg sink to an all time low. They decided to just ignore the outside stalls and patio and concentrate on Drive ThruSo as you sat there and was ignored by employees and managers you realize how ownership needs to step up and get some decent employees amd management.If the system was broken dont you think that management should have sent out someone to tell everyone. Not just leave everyone tjere to just get frustrated and leave. 20 plus cars lost that could habe been saved. Me being one of them. I will not be returning any time soon.The half price shakes and slushes is quite a deal but at what cost. To wait 20 minutes being ignored by management and employees.Sonic can be a decent place to go if only the owners cared about it a little amd didnt hire such non productive employees tjat would rather watch 20 cars leave than actually try and save the night.Epic fail and you are now in the running with Greengate Wal Mart McDs as worst customer service in Greensburg.
This location has good food and service when they dont close early. Many a time I have stopped in and they closed early. We were disappointed again tonight they closed 45 minutes early again. I eat at Sonics all over the USA and they dont close early
I wish I could give 0 stars. Waited a grand total of 45 minutes for food that was awful quality. If you want good food with short wait times go anywhere else but here or else you will be disappointed.

Woman working drive through had a huge issue adding ketchup to our meal after we had already ordered. We could hear her complaining to her coworker about it.

We placed our order.....10 minutes later they come out and tell us they cant make our milkshake or ice cream slushy so we order something else....20 minutes later we still have no drinks and no food....we go to the door and ask about it....they say it is ready and has been sitting there.....it disappears off their counter inside...we waited 5 minutes and still nothing.....bye bye Sonic we will not come back again.....good thing we hadnt paid for any of it yet
This is the second time I have been at the Sonic in Greensburg, PA and the second time they didnt have onion rings. So mad!!! Their o-rings are the best , but not if they dont have them.
My wife and I prefer Sonic over any other fast food, they have a large venue and the food is always excellent and done right because my wife is really picky

This is the 2nd time I have pulled up to the drive through to order food during the normal hours of operation and no one answers the drive through. Today I sat there for over 5 minutes waiting... as I pulled away frustrated and drove around the front of the building the employees were outside smoking.. there was one customer in the parking lot.. I can see why..

2 out of 4 sandwhiches were wrong, kid meal was supposed to be ketchup only, got it and it had everything, 2nd sandwhich was supposed to have no tomato and it had them..... Other then that it was fine .... Order was replaced quickly.

I moved from tn and the one ther was way better the owner needs speedy service and clean the place, corn dogs were raw and chicken seemed like they had cooked it a few times. Unless things change I will not be back.

Im pretty sure I got food poisoning from the Sonic in Greensburg by Big Lots. It honestly couldnt be anything else. I got the queso burger and boy do I regret it. Never again...

So the rating on this is based on two different experiences because if it was based on the one visit I wouldnt even of gave it a star.Ordering from my car was a breeze there was about 5 of us and the wait was not long everything tasted great.Now going through the actual drive thru was horrible.All I order was 3 drinks the lady asked me more then once what flavors and sizes and it wasnt a difficult order.I was already annoyed at that point then I drive up to the window no one came and told me what was going on no one took my money nothing I just sat there watching them looking like they had no clue on what they were doing.After 10 mins I drove off I have never had to do that.They definitely need better management and staff.
Sorry, all Ive had is poor experiences here. Receiving food not as ordered, missing food items, wrong food items, somebody elses order, cold food, excessive waits...... This is after 14 visits. Should have stopped sooner. Not sure that Ill ever go back..........

New screens are great, wish they showed full menu on both sides though. Also wish that paying with card allowed you to tip the car hop.
Was ok , first and most likely last experience .. I was in the mood for wings and thought buy one get one was a great deal but I was wrong... I got there and could not reach the order board without having to get out of my car... so decided to go thru the drive thru... the new shakes were not listed on the menu board (the tunnel shakes) so I asked about it and was told there would be an upcharge from the master blast shake price... I was confused to went to the window to inquire... I was greeted by a young man (who seemed high ) who said he was the manager... I asked him why they were not listed and got the i dont know I dont make the prices I said I did not expect him to be in charge of that but asked why it was not added to the board he said uhhhhh I dont know ... I then asked how much the upcharge would be ... he walked away and asked another team member who had to look it up.... seriously when does a manager not know the prices of his store.... then I said ok I will just take the wings and fries I ordered and a shake ... I then said the shake that is 2.59 what size is that ... to which he said it was a regular size... I said are you sure??? he said oh that is the mini shake ... again a manager not knowing his menu.... he then said I could not pay from the pay dock at the window cause it did not work so I could pay once the order was brought to my car.... meaning I had to hand my card over to him.... ... I pulled up and waited... the milkshake was so thick I could barely drink it ... even after it melted by the time I got home... seems instead of using a thin peanut butter syrup for flavor they use actual peanut butter that will seize up a drink.... the fries were cold and I asked how long ago they had come up and he said we JUST made them... I handed him one and he then said sorry youre right they are cold.... so he fixes the drink (which was still too thick but oh well) and the fries and takes the cost off my bill , which was nice but I get home and none of the wings were marked so I could know which were which... I called to ask and was hung up on by the manager ... my son called back and he then told him which wings were which... I would not recommend this place nor the garlic parm wings unless you like a very thick bottled sauce that is a cross between italian dressing and alfredo sauce ...I could accept one or two issues and go back but the lack of professionalism , lack of maintenance on their systems and equipment , and lack of training for the manager which is to be the face of the store leaves me to not wishing to go back... this place I was hoping would be the carhops of old with a personal experience.... very disappointed

Sat in parking stall fore 15 min before they even took my order. Furthermore my order then took other 15 minutes to come out door. Was an order of tots.

2022-06-13There is a large menu to choose from if you dont want a typical burger, chicken or nuggets. Unfortunately they messed our order up a few times but, mistakes happen, it wont inhibit us from stopping again when we need something quick and different. The staff was really great about everything.

2022-07-12Usually enjoy this sonics, drivethru only today because of short staff. Employee at window was swearing loudly about all the customers and making fun of them. When we parked to eat and realized the forgot half of our order. Hope something is done regarding her.

2022-05-11Everytime I come here. The employees are rude. I ordered an easy meal and changed the side and upsized the drink and was told “if your order is going to be complicated don’t come through the drive thru. If your gonna order something complicated they will screw it up”. It’s not my job to make the customers food and drinks right. I have previously worked at a sonic and I am sad to see how down hill they have gone and how rude these employees treat there costumers.

2022-05-27Only two girls we could see working, so severely understaffed. We ordered via app, which never came out to the car, so we went through the drive thru. The 2 girls were very polite, but you could tell they were frazzled.

2022-04-23I truly understand about the lack of staffing....im now reading that there is only 1 person doing everything...My suggestion is this....we waited almost 20 minutes in the drive through line without moving...maybe post that the wait could be extensive but that service will be provided ASAP.....We werent sure if we were mistaken and they were closed or what the problem was...so we left...

2021-10-27I had the greatest experience at any fast food restaurant ever....! Asked to speak with manager to let her know how great the service was. Chloe and her staff were very kind and delightful. I ordered a cheeseburger with the new broccoli cheddar tots. Both were delicious! I will definitely be back for more. I would recommend this Sonic to all my friends.

2022-01-09Food was cold and soggy. Staff was rude. Its fast food but if you dont like your job find one you like. They werent understaffed. Employees just having fun and acting like customers bothering them. Ice only been to this location maybe 3 times over the last 9 months and usually the food is good but the staff has always been rude.
