Typical factory to loft conversion. Thin walls, spartan and basic, but great for young people starting out. Neighborhood is BOOMING.

Ac is horrible its really obnoxiously loud I hear my neighbors having sex all the time and Im sure they have to hear me have sex all the time. Also the elevator situation sucks
