I ended up going elsewhere. Wait times were excessive and the pricing seemed to be very much on the high side.
Myrenie was absolutely amazing! First time there I walked in and she was cutting someone’s hair and she asked me to sign in and said we are pretty full now but I think we can fit you in, And told me to just hang out. So I took her advice and it was only waiting for about 10 minutes and she called me over. Immediately she started explaining to me the process and asking me what I would like done. I really didn’t have an exact idea so I have her some ideas and told her to make it look good! She started some good conversations and finished cutting my hair while asking me how I thought it looked throughout. She told me that for the first visit I get the MVP treatment so she would wash my hair, give me a hot towel and such. The shampoo she used was awesome. It felt very cool! You can tell she wasn’t just rushing to get it done, she was taking her time to make sure I was relaxed and happy. Afterwards she gave me the quick massage and put some nice gel in my hair. Definitely a great experience and I will be back. She deserves a pay raise even if she is at $100 an hour currently. She is the reason I will be coming back and also the reason I told many friends about my experience. Unfortunately for the other friends that have visited other locations, they said they did not have the same type of experience (such as the one in Wilkes Barre Pa) and they would not return. The company needs more Myrenie’s!
Everyone working there is extremely friendly. They explain why the products theyre using are beneficial and also make suggestions about other products that may help. For example, I have thin hair so she suggested using lemon sage spray that will thicken individual hairs. Great overall.
Friendly staff! Was in and out within 20 minutes without an appointment. Jessica was awesome and took the time to teach me more about proper hair (in this case beard I guess) care and did an incredible job with little to no instruction. Would ask for her by name! Definitely be returning in the future, price was low as well!
It was very busy but used check in on the app and were served right when the time on app said they would be ready. Staff was incredibly friendly and and my 2 teenage sons were both very satisfied with their cuts. I was also very satisfied with my cut.
Fun friendly atmosphere Ive had Myrenie cut my hair everytime I go there gotta say shes most definitely my favorite though she absolutely nails it everytime dont think Id trust anyone else to cut my hair haha. Also her and her co-workers actually talk to you unlike most other boring haircut places Definitely my favorite place to go keep up the awesome work

I had never been to a Sport Clips location before. I was extremely impressed with the service and location. Sarah is the person that cut my hair (I guess she normally works at the Harrisburg location). She was truly excellent and a genuinely nice person. I would highly recommend her.Also, during times of COVID I felt safe and protected with the precautions that were being carried out. I think this is such an important thing during this time. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.
Walked in with a 0 minute wait time, all employees but two sitting in the back, the girl asked the boy working to print my slip and give it to one of the employees in the back to come out and the lady who comes out proceeds to take someone who just checked in shortly after me, then another employees also comes out who also takes another customer who doesn’t have an appointment. After this the original employee at the beginning told them they were supposed to take me. My wait time went from 0 to 30 minutes and I was going to wait because of this. I came at the time because of the 0 minute wait time.
I got my hair cut here during COVID in July. Check in process was easy through the app. The stylist was very friendly and took my request and gave me a great hair cut. Ive received a lot of compliments.Really happy with my hair cut and plan to come here again.

Absolutely love going here to get my haircut. I see Cheyenne on a monthly basis and she does an awesome job. Very professional and has a very keen eye for the way things should look. Shes definitely one of the best they have there! I highly recommend going here
The stylists at this this location are always nice and comforting while cutting my hair as well as my 2 sons hair. They love to gossip which makes the appointment that much more fun. I would recommend this location and stylists to anyone.
Wait time showed 86 min on the website. I waited and arrived at my scheduled time, only to be bumped in line by someone not checked in on the screen. This added an additional 30 min. and would’ve been 1 hour past my scheduled time. Unprofessional and a complete failure to manage their store.
Terrible service, showed a picture of how I wanted it cut, Barber didnt even get close to what I showed, I told them multiple times what I wanted done and they kept taking off little by little. They seemed scared to cut the hair I wanted. They said they were finished and I asked for a harder line from the side to the top and they said it would cost more and refused to do the rest of the haircut. Why would you agree to do something I showed you in the picture then tell me it will cost more after giving me a partial haircut. Lady was very inexperienced. Had to drive 40 minutes back to my original barber just so they could fix my hair.
Visit this place regularly, very convenient place in the neighborhood for a haircut. I always check the website before heading out where you can see how long the wait is. Pick the right time and you’ll get in quick , get your hair cut, and if you go for their ‘MVP’, a hair wash and head massage, hot or cold face towel, and a quick shoulder massage while seated in your chair. Staff are friendly. Place is clean. And yes, they have sports showing on several TVs throughout the place, but not too loud.
Had a good experience so far. Great friendly staff. They never messed my haircut so far but did mess one of my friends haircut once. Apart from that, sign up online and check-in online or you might be hit by a nice queue and will have to wait about 15 minutes (longest for me so far).Online checking is not an appointment system but lets you hold your spot and save the wait while you drive to the salon. I usually check-in at the time I sit in my car and would be taken right away as I reach the salon.
Every time I go there I am very satisfied with the service! Gabby is my go to stylist! I highly recommend her! She is very friendly and does a great job on my hair. I won’t go anywhere else!!!

I received a coupon for a free haircut at Sport Clips from the American Red Cross when I donated blood. That was the first sign that I liked this place - they donate to the community. I love sports and thought this would be a great place to experience while I got a haircut. And it was Sunday, and NFL was in full swing. I was a bit leary at first, thinking there would be a bunch of guys hanging around, and being a long curly haired blond thought I might feel out of place. ABsolutely not the cae. I was warmly welcomed by the female staff and received a fantastic haircut, shoulder massage and warm face towels while I watched the football game on television. Really interesting decor with lockers and a full baseball game mural on the wall. I loved it and will be back. And will also send my hubby.
Friendly staff. Good with kids. Gave me and my step son good haircuts at the same time. The tech makes this place easy to get in without a long wait. Got one haircut free for being referred by a friend. The give you a punch card for free cuts. Make sure you take a referral card to give to a friend for a free cut!

My son goes there often usually gets a buzz cut he has been growing his hair out since COVID and asked them to clean it up a little bit followed by them cutting it the same way they always do without listening to what he wanted. With in seconds the hair he spent months growing and training to stay out of his face fell to the floor. They are all lucky I was not there.What a horrible thing to do to a 17 year old boy.
Used the app and got a text message that my stylist was ready. I went to the store and told the lady, but she couldnt find me. She tells me to type in my number and they will get to me. 45 mins later, I ask another lady where am I on the list? She cant find me now and said it will be another 20 minutes, so I left. You lost a repeated customer.

Super fast visit. Tried to call smartstlye and they were booked for three full days. So I tried sport clips and it wasnt even a 1 minute wait. Friendly staff.
This was my first haircut in months. The team at Sports Clips followed all the Covid-19 protocols and still gave me a great haircut. I suggest everyone get a haircut at Sports Clips. It will make you feel great about yourself and feel like the rest of the world will soon follow.

First time ever being in one of these establishments and from the massage chair to the hot towel and face rub to the big screen in front of you while getting your hair cut I felt like a king! I deffinately recomend the VIP treatment. And to top it off because it was my first time there they gave me my haircut for free.
I have been here many times already. Lots of tvs with sports on. But I do wish that the tvs would have different sports programs. Not all of them programmed to the same exact channel.But you can get the MVP treatment. Which is a hot towel, massage chair during your wash, neck massage too. Just doesnt last long enough! I could spend an hour in the massage chair.The prices are a bit high in my opinion. But the ladies are always nice and friendly in there. Im here about once a month.
Great place. Been going there almost a year now. Requesting one stylist but when she is not working, I will take first available. No bad experiences. Stylist are friendly and will engage in conversation. They don’t push extra services if you don’t want them. Wait can be long but checking app will help
I had a free haircut coupon with this branch, and it was my first visit to Sport Clips. My barber was great, which I knew her name, but she was very nice and she understood what I wanted. I have always struggled getting a haircut in PA. I got what I wanted, definitely will come back for every haircut.
Michelle did a wonderful job with my sons haircut - you could tell she was concerned about the quality of the cut and put a lot of time getting it just right. Best Sport Clips weve been too because of her, and weve been to all of them in Central PA.
I have been here a few times already and all of the ladies are always very kind. The prices do vary with the different services that are offered. My favorite part is the massage chair and hot towel during my shampoo. Lots of tvs to watch too. In my opinion, it is a bit pricey for a barber shop, but like I said, the extra services offered will bring that up.I like it here and will return.

If you want an MVP experience, ask for Cheyenne. She is the best. She does great with younger clients and always strives to provide the best service. I always ask for her as she takes 100% pride in her work.
The Cosmetologist that cut me hair yesterday does not know how to fade correctly. Which is why this place should be required to obtain a barbers certification. Now I get to pay for someone else to fix my hair. This is not the first bad experience Ive had with Sports Clips. Almost seems like its the new Supercuts. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!

Any location I visit has information on my haircut from my last visit. I like being able to CheckIn online to get in line before I arrive. Both of those things together help save valuable time in my day!

$24.00 - 33.00 to cut a females hair. Good lord all I wanted was a trim. Was told $10.00 extra because my hair is long. I only wanted a trim not 12 inches cut.

2022-04-27So I requested to have Braden cut my hair. This was mainly because of another reviewer who needed a lot cut off and said she was honest with them about what would and wouldnt look good. Im glad I read that review because I was in the same situation and Braden was honest and patient with me. My haircut looks great and, more importantly, the wife really liked it. I will be back to see Braden again!

2022-04-04I am satisfied with the look of the haircut I received, however I am very disappointed with being overcharged for the same haircut I’ve received before from the same Hummelstown location. I got the MVP experience, with a few inches cut off along with adding some layers in my hair and my hair was blow dried. This time I was charged for the MVP experience along with two $10 detailed haircut add ons. This haircut was not worth a total of $45.I have never been charged this much before for the same type of haircut I’ve received at this haircut location or other haircut places. If this is how sports clips charges now for a standard haircut, then I will not be returning to sports clips. There needs to be better transparency about what is considered a detailed haircut add on.

2022-05-11Asked for a haircut for food service work. (Just enough so it didn’t touch shoulders). She then cut 2-3” inches off and gave me a pixie cut which I didn’t ask for. Also never used thinning shears that I asked for. Rushed me thru and out. Overall 0/10

2022-01-13It was my first haircut in a long time (over a year!) due to the pandemic (and a little bit of laziness). Braden made the experience painless and gave honest opinions in choosing a style rather than just agreeing with whatever was mentioned. It felt as if she took her time with me in the chair and I did not feel rushed. Will definitely be back!

2021-04-30Michelle was wonderful with my five-year-old. She explained the tools she was using and helped him know what to expect. She even let him try out the water mister she used to spray his hair. When she needed him to look down she pointed out a picture on the book in his lap and discussed it with him, rather than trying to hold his head in place (or asking me to come hold his head) as I have experienced at other barber shops and salons. His haircut also looks adorable. We will definitely be back!

2021-08-13Another great Sport Clips. This place stays busy! Usually an hour wait so bet the line by checking in online. Like all good hair places, they remember what cut you like. Sandra and the girls keep a clean floor and fun atmosphere. Quality over quantity here.
