I placed an online expedited order for printed wedding invitations at 11PM on 9/7/21. I called the store around 8AM the following morning, as I was concerned about the paper options listed online. I reached Becky in the printing department, and she couldnt have been kinder or more helpful. She printed several paper options for me to come look at before she printed my order, and she custom cut the invitations to fit my file size. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant throughout our interactions, and I am so pleased with the final product.

While I admit to being a technological neaderthal, ordering on-line for PICK UP (not delivery) is laborious, confusing, and frustrating. Which is everything a web-site ought not to be. And Chatting with their Chatty Kathy to get help is an exercise in self-removal of ones appendix. Only less fun.

PRINT CENTER: What does this Staples store really sell? Right now. Thats it. Anything they sell here I can buy cheaper and/or better online if I am willing to wait a day or two. But if I need it right now, I come here.I get to the print center 45 minutes prior to close trying to get 24 photos scanned and printed on half as many 8.5x11 sheets. After discussing which paper is best for my project, the print center associate sends me into the store looking for compatible paper. When I finally select and buy the paper, I can tell she does not want to do the job. I need it done before close, so she tries to set me up on a self serve printer but it will not accept paper from an external tray. Eventually a manager confirms and we decide it must be done in the print center. I am then, only when the manager is there, shown samples of paper in the print center that is superior to the paper I was told to go buy in the store. Why didnt the associate just make the prints on the paper she had behind the counter in the first place?Store manager: Associate says I got there 15 mins prior to close. That is not the case. Show me proof on your security cams and I will update my review. You have my contact info.2 stars because the scans + prints came out well. -3 stars because I NEEDED them done that evening and Staples did not come through, even though there was ample time.

Yes....I was that guy...I showed up late in the day to purchase a new chair at the Cranberry Twp Pa location. I had bought some gift cards from the Shop and Save to get money off at the gas pump (yes I literally made the extra trip to get them), but got there at about 6:15. The store was closing at 7:00pm, so I had plenty of time to pick it out...pay for it and take it home. Unfortunately, there seemed to be an issue using more than 5 gift cards for one transaction in the system....so the employee had to get his manager, Chad to come over and help figure out and figure out what the issue was. They could not have been more pleasant and courteous, and customer service focused then they were. It clearly was not there fault, they worked thru it, and came up with a very good solution that demonstrated a high level of customer focus. Shout out to Chad the store manager and the young man who got some great experience on how to handle adversity and make it a WIN WIN situation. I will be back for all my Office supply needs.

Wanted to utilize the UPS shipping, but they would not take it because it was an iPhone and the battery might blow up in the air. Are you kidding me, UPS is handling, and they shipped the iPhone to me. Would have been nice to know so I didnt waste a trip!

I went today to return brand new unopened 2 inks that were bough previously by mistake (didn’t fit the printer) a while ago, just didn’t have a time to return it. On the cashier, the young guy asked me for my ID, since I didn’t have the receipt. While he was putting the info, he asked about the origin of my last name, I said that I’m Jewish. During this time store manager Ray passed by and was witnessing for the conversation. The young guy said that there is not a problem to accept the return, and I am intitle to receive a store credit. I asked him to wait a minute, as I wanted to buy some folders. There was no customers at the cashier, so he didn’t mind. When I came back 2 min later, the store manager was standing by the cashier and told me I can not return the ink. He explained that one of them was expired - he showed me the warrenty expiration date printed on the ink box (I was unaware of it, but had agreed). I’ve asked why he can not return the other Ink (that had not been expired), he stated because I didn’t have a receipt and without the receipt, it is up to his discretion. On my questions what is the reason he decided to refuse to accept unopened ink that the system accepted as it was bought from Staples store - his response was “because I decided so”.I do not know whether the fact that he heard me saying that I’m a Jew had caused him to come to the cashier and to refuse the return, but I can not find any other explanation why I was refused it. Im giving just a one star, since the store manager Ray had caused me to feel very bad as a customer.

The associate was a very friendly and helpful young man. On the other hand, for four black and white copies and to fax four pages, it cost me $9.71. That seemed a little bit pricey to me. (But I havent sent a fax in about 5 years).

Excellent service from Holly. Always see to forget my rewards money. Holly took the time to find my rewards, printed them for me to save $25 on my purchase. Staff here has always been pleasent

Staples staff in Cranberry said that face shields are not acceptable and only masks are allowed in their stores. I wont shop there anymore. No store will dictate my life.
