This is without a doubt the best Staples store in the area. Their print and marketing services and employees are top notch. They are always busy, but give every customer the attention they deserve. The print and marketing employees go above and beyond to make sure your project meets your standards. Kudos to the whole team especially Frank. I have used their print services several times and he is always working on multiple projects and providing great customer service.
This Staples location should be recognized for its exceptional dedication to customer service. This is true for both the store as a whole, and for the print and marketing department. Ive used many print companies across the country (including different staples and others, small and large, local and online), and have never experienced the warm and personable reception, and level of professionalism, that I do here. Their friendliness is A+, responsiveness is A+, general professionalism is A+, attention to detail and quality assurance is A+ . If there ever is an issue they are extremely reasonable and act quickly to course correct. I could list the staff by name and give kudos to each one, but I wont, only for the sake of privacy. The management and personnel of this store are obviously doing something right. There is much that other retail stores could learn from them. Clean store with decent selection. My wife & I were shopping for a new laptop. We were greeted promptly by Sebastian, who went above and beyond great customer service. He answered all of our questions, was honest & very knowledgeable, without ever trying to pressure us to buy.
I have to say that I was completely blown away by the superb customer service of Nash. I called earlier today about a print job with over 150 pages. I had no idea that this project would take less than 20 minutes AND that Nash would go above and beyond the call of duty to make me dividers for the notebook I purchased. I have over 35 years of customer service experience and I exceed my customers expectations every time BUT I NEVER EXPECTED my experience to be better!What can anyone expect at Staples?To be treated like youre the ONLY CUSTOMER in the store.If you need to be treated with respect, dignity, and to be amazed at the exceptional work they do, GO TO STAPLES ON COLUMBUS DRIVE.Ask for Nash or Caleb.Staples needs to recognize these young men for excellence in customer service.Ill definitely will be a three peat customer. ☺️☺️😊😊
Never ordering business cards from here ever again ! I made an online order to pick up my cards at this store and they called me on the day I was supposed to pick them to tell me their machines were not working, so I was offered a refund. When I called to check on the status on my refund , the worker could not find my information and hung up on me, RUDE !
This is a great Staples store and very convenient. Got a nice portable charger for my phone. Leaving the parking lot is tricky. Its better to drive around the building and go through the back. Then the light can let you go left or right on Columbus Blvd. This time I walked but had to cross an I 95 off ramp
Sales floor team is good but a very small store with little employees. I was able to get helped with everything but the guy manager named Darren is little creepy ..hes loud and interrupts me while I talk I understand hes new but I think hes need social skills training again
Charged me 30% to make six copys of regular paper. Called it a rush fee. Absolutely crazy. Could use machine but they said no cash, saying I had to preload a card to use it. So I wouldnt get change that way and will be forced to either lose that change or come back to staples to use it. So I asked the associate to make me six copys of my regular sized paper so I can pay cash. Took less than ten seconds. And he gave me change but charged me 30%. Absolute rip off. Talk about great customer service!!!!
Ya know. Its a unspoken rule of discretion when it comes to this kinkos wannabe. The girl was stuffy, uptight and pretentious as hell. She says oh I cannot copy anything with a date on it what the hell? What If I needed my great great aunt Judith from Vermont s death certificate copied for the morgue? Total snubby incompetence.

2022-04-06Yvonne in the print and marketing department is incredibly helpful. I submitted an online order for 500 brochures and she made sure to call and check on a few details before printing all of them. I cant wait to see them! I was so nervous about submitting my order online and she made me feel confident that they will look great. Thanks again Yvonne!

2022-03-16Good store. Print and Ship Center staff is hit or miss. The ones who know what they are doing are excellent. The store is clean and if you shop the sales it can be affordable.

2022-03-29Had fridge magnets and postcards made last night, Jason, who assisted in putting together our ideas on to the postcards and magnets was on point. He did a great job on our products . We will definitely use them again for our printing needs. He also looked for discounts for our prining , received 20% off the order.

2019-12-14Satisfied customer at this location for years. Special shout-out to the print/business services department. They have produced high-quality posters, business cards, newsletters and flyers with short turnaround time and the best prices. Their UPS and drop off shipping services are very convenient, since the parking lot is huge. When I managed a nonprofit, we got furniture,supplies and essentials (coffee fixings) delivered for free.

2021-12-17I came in to print out a last minute sign for a charity event and at check out realized there was a mistake (completely my fault) on the print. The manager came over and told me that they support charities and would be willing to reprint my edited design for free! I am so grateful to the amazing staff at the 1300 S Christopher Columbus Blvd location for their professionalism and kindness. I was in a bind with last minute planning and they were able to accommodate my rushed print!!!!

2020-12-10As a business owner, I have been shopping at Staples for the last 2 years for all of my office supplies. Recently, I treated myself to a new Canon printer only to have constant issues with it starting from day 1. Since I purchased the protection plan, I took the printer back to store and was thankful enough to be assisted by Tech Sales Associate Kent and Manager Noah. Between the two of them, the helped resolve my issue. Kudos to the both of them for displaying such great customer service and issue resolution skills. In a time where customer service is rare and its much easier to get to no, they both were diligent in their efforts and got to YES! I am and will continue to be a loyal Staples shopper.

2020-10-22Such a great experience!I’m am up and coming entrepreneur, and the business center met all of my needs. Caleb and the other staff was beyond helpful. Caleb assisted me with choosing the best labels and he also helped me with putting the finishing touches on my business cards.It’s was such an easy and rewarding process

2021-07-07Staples at 15th Chestnut returned a logitech k480 .I retrieve the keyboard for my backpack. Inform the sale associate that I would like to return the item. He act like I had stolen it even though I had my email receipt on my phone.
