I order the same drink at every Starbucks I go to. But for some reason this location makes it very different, and displeasing. One occasion I drove back to have them remake it, and it was still wrong. They gave me a gift card for the price which was nice. But today we tried it again. And again it is made wrong. Im not sure if this location uses different mixes than all the other locations or if they just forget an ingredient. But I will not revisit this location again.
Um it’s Starbucks. If you know. You know. Just an FYI sometimes their curbside isn’t available in the app , even though they have curbside and the signs are there. You can either go thru the drive thru or if you don’t want to or can’t (because your vehicle won’t fit etc) order as a pickup and call the store and they can bring it out in that circumstance. I have had to do that and they are very nice and bring it out. But that’s at the times the curbside option isn’t working. Normally it is. Maybe you’re more of a hot beverage coffee person - but I tried the dragonfruit refresher and well now it’s my all time favorite drink. My wallet wishes that the dragonfruit refresher and I had never met but we can’t turn back time. I’m not much of a cold coffee fan 🤷🏻♀️ so it’s an amazing option for ya if like me you’re not into cold coffees and it’s summer and you need cold caffeine deliciousness and love Starbucks
One if the few times I have been disappointed with my Starbucks order. I used the mobile app to order, at least 10 minutes before I arrived at the store. Went in to pick up my drink and sandwich. Sandwich was ready. Waited another 10-12 minutes until my drink was made. Sandwich was then cold. And my iced latte looked like tan milk. I get this exact same drink 2-3 times a week and I know when it doesnt look right. I asked how many shots of espresso were in it and they gave me the right answer, but something was wrong. I didnt have any more time to spend there so I just walked out with my cold sandwich and tan milk. It wasnt my usual store that I go to and I dont think Ill be back to that one again.
The staff is all wonderful here! Great service! 5 stars to them! However, the new seating here is HORRIBLE. They used to have the most comfortable couches and the tables and chairs were great too. Now there are narrow tables and all the chairs have incredibly low backs. It becomes so uncomfortable to get any work done after 30 minutes.
Came here as a treat for my daughter. She is a Starbucks-holic. We ordered the drink on the app and just got in line to pick it up. No problems with the order. Didnt go inside this time, just sat in the parking lot after getting the drink. The time we were there it wasnt busy. However it feels like a tiny parking lot, considering there is a bank right next door.
Clean and plenty of seating. Generally friendly staff. I ordered a dark roast that had to be made via pour over. After 5 minutes I asked the barista if they had called my order yet and she gave me an attitude. She seemed to be annoyed that she had to do a pour over. If you are annoyed by making coffee, maybe you shouldnt be working at Starbucks. No need to be rude to a customer just because you dont want to make what they ordered. A pour over is much easier to make than the many lattes that were being ordered while I was waiting and she didnt seem to give those customers an attitude.
If your not familiar with the area — the parking lot may be hard to find , but it is still super easy to get to and this location has a Drive-Through for early morning commuters. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, prices are a little high, but it’s has everything you can expect of a typical Starbucks! Inside / outside seating and a welcoming atmosphere.
Was to meet a friend for coffee at 10:30 on Friday and I got there early. No one was in line, 3 girls doing who knows what but not waiting on me. Finally, “Yes?” Wow, so friendly. I ordered a vanilla latte, gave my name, and waited for my friend. She arrived at 10:30 and we talked for a few minutes when she asked if I wanted anything. It reminded me I’d been waiting 10+ minutes for my coffee. I went up to ask where it was and the girl goes over to the side, picks up a cup, spins it around looking for a name, holds it out to me and says, “Here.” I said, “How do you know? What name is on it?” There wasn’t one. “It must be yours” she said. How do you know? No one wrote a name on it so I never got called. I had to smell it to make sure. It sat there that whole time and she acted like I was the weirdo for questioning if it was really mine. No thanks for your $4 chemical coffee, lax procedures, and ridiculous attitude.
I walk to order what i had to get and this worker named TAYLOR.. was very rude and disrespectful, i asked for my coffee and she kept saying “anything else” very rudely. THEN SHE THREW MY FRIENDS BANANAS BREAD at her. never again will i go this star bucks. i don’t like you taylor
On my 4th or 5th visit, here, so its time for a review. Its among the largest (square footage) Starbucks Ive seen in Bucks County, but Im more impressed by the consistently clean appearance, regardless of day or time. Even the coffee island -- which, at many locations, can look somewhere between casually neglected and dumpster fire -- has been spotless, on every visit. All the more amazing, given that the staff looks to be younger than most. Even so, there have been no mistakes in my orders and service is always surprisingly quick.
Ive gone here for over two years to study and cram for major tests while drinking coffee so I know the quality better than any single-visit reviews. The staff are young, friendly, and will get to know you if youre a regular. One time I forgot my money and was embarrassed and they just gave me free coffee. I dont go to start bucks anymore because of the new rewards program but when I did I enjoyed my visits. The decor and vibe is awesome at this place - great for a first date or a meeting. The large window-walls really let the light flow into the building and the outdoor seating is used often on good days. Overall above average when it comes to all the other Starbucks Ive visited.
First time at this location and mobile ordered . I used a gift card and ordered for family who has never had food from there. Apple juice cold so cant screw that up. Tea was so hot my mom burned her mouth. Sausage and bacon biscuit was bland and so was egg white English muffin. Needless to say not impressed.
Actual worst service at a starbuck. Got our order wrong and its nothing crazy. They ignored the drive thru window as I sat there for 3 minutes (you time when that board and have a toddler freaking out) there was a line behind us the whole time. The next 2 orders were lined up on the shelf and it was a nice sunny 60 degrees so wasnt the cold, wasnt cause busy working, it was legitimately just trying to out wait me.
Waited in line for 15 minutes for the cars in front of me to order. At 3:59 when I was pulling up to order at the window, complete silence. A women came out a few seconds later to tell me they were closed having served the car right in front of me. When I explained that I had been waiting a while she said I was lying and to leave. There were cars behind me that had just pulled up, but I had started in that line out in the road.
I placed a mobile order for the Warminster store. Drove there in the pouring rain only to see a sign that said “due to a facility issue we’ve closed early”. So I drive back home and simultaneously wait in que for chat and on hold for 20 minutes. The chat picked up first. I explained what happed and all I got was a “sorry, here’s a refund”. I said well that’s great but I can’t get a buy one get one tomorrow and he basically said sorry there’s nothing else I can do. Is there anything else I can help you with? Yeah, how about honoring a free drink to make up for the happy hour I missed and 40 minutes of inconvenience. Really Starbucks? For $8 you basically told me to “get lost.” I’ve probably spent an embarrassing amount for Starbucks this year alone. That’s my own fault though. Never again Starbucks! I’ll gift my balance in my account to someone, delete my account and I’ll just have to learn to love Dunkin’.
I was very pleased to see that Warrington finally got a Starbucks. Unfortunately the drive thru is ALWAYS painfully slow. There was one incident where the Barista didnt know what Sugar was smh. A lot of the drive thru staff are inexperienced but usually nice. Hopefully things will get better.
Decided to try this store again after a year and they rushed through my order at the drive thru and got my order wrong. I went inside and still drove off with what is not my drink. Im done with this store. There are 4 others around the area that have much better service. The 2 stars are for the friendly staff even though I didnt get the right drink twice
Was there this morning. Ordered mocha and black coffee. Coffee came out luke-warm. Waited for 10 minutes before asking for my mocha and the barista said oh, we will make it right now. That is after 10 minutes of waiting! There are seems like 10 people all running around. Something is always not right with everything I order from this location. Do not even deserve 1 star, but this is lowest I can give.

2021-11-13This Starbucks location has everything you’d expect them to have. Whether you want coffee, a latte, espresso, tea or a pastry, it’s here. The employee taking orders and working the register was polite and professional. The store was clean and well maintained. It was also stocked for the holidays. It took longer than expected to get my order, but it was made right and tasted as it should. The parking lot is big and clean.

2022-06-30Came to starbucks to try out the New Pineapple passion fruit refresher and they didnt have it in fact they didnt have any Pineapple drinks or blonde expresso in stock at this location which was very disappointing. I was really hoping to try the new refresher.

2019-02-03Friendly staff, Standard great starbucks experience with the product line. Very dirty store though. Floors full of trash/crumbs. Tables are mostly dirty. Chairs and couchs are quite dirty

2021-11-04Many Starbucks are always out of Impossible sausage. This one had it--I called ahead to be sure, and the person I tslked to was really nice and put it aside for me. Then, I got my usual iced hazelnut oat milk matcha latte and I need to tell you, it was EXCELLENT. The best Ive ever had. Sometimes other locations dont mix the matcha right, and I end up with little balls of powder. Not here. Perfectly mixed, perfect amount of syrup. A+.

2021-06-26This location is on point. My husband and I drive to this one which is a tiny bit out of the way because they are so friendly and our drinks always taste amazing. Not to mention theyre always very quick which is important to us because its on our way to work when we stop here.

2021-09-17This location has a drive through and really the only one between willow Grove and doylestown off 611(easton rd). The wait in the drive thru was really long, only noticed since the kiddos were in the car letting us know 🤣🤣🤣. They did get the order correct.
