Working with Jeffrey was great! Jeffrey is responsive, loves sharing his experience with people, and the quality of his prints is excellent.I worked three times with him and printed a dozen of pictures each time. He always replied to my messages within a couple of hours. Furthermore, he printed my pictures very quickly: each time, as my clients had urgent requests, the prints were ready the same day.Jeffrey is passionate about photography and loves sharing his experience with people. He took time to advise and help me improved some of my prints. The discussions that we had were pleasant and Jeffrey’s advice was always helpful. The quality of the prints were excellent. To obtain perfect colors, he adjusted the pictures using the printer color profile. The pictures looked really great and my clients were very amazed by the prints.
Jeffrey has done a great job printing my digital work for me.... even doing a less than 24 hour turn around before a big show. After photographing my pastels, prints and paintings, he and Steven did the color balancing with me. The results, now in a show catalogue, look outstanding.
Couldnt be happier with my experience here. When printing a work of art youve spent hours making, its important to work with your printer to ensure the print captures every quality you intended in the photograph. Not only did Jeffrey give his professional opinion regarding paper choice and slight tonal adjustments (which led to perfect prints), he went above and beyond to meet my extremely tight deadline. Furthermore, he responded immediately to my emails. Hes got every kind of paper you could want, and a nice cozy studio to watch your art come to life. His prices arent high enough to give a reason to go anywhere else, thus risking a less-than-perfect print. Im sticking with Stockbridge.
A fellow photographer friend and I checked out Stockbridge Fine Art Print in Philadelphia recently to see if we would be interested in using a local fine art printer for our prints instead of continuing to use online printers. We had a great experience! I made the reservation in advance and then we arrived for our appointment.Owner Jeffrey Stockbridge spent TWO HOURS with us, showing us and talking about the different paper samples and then helping us choose which papers to use to print test prints. We had brought some of our pics on USB drives, so he just loaded them up and walked us through some color correcting steps and made suggestions on how the tones might be improved for printing. We learned quite a few things about preparing images for print versus viewing online, and we came home with some gorgeous sample prints. He is incredibly knowledgeable and laid back; he makes suggestions but he was never pushy.Being able to see the prints coming out of the machine, being able to tweak here and there and test on different papers, is really exciting. Now I just need more clients to order large prints. If you are at all thinking of printing locally, you must check out Stockbridge. I will definitely be using him for any and all of my fine art printing.
Add me to the list of over-the-top satisfied customers who do not hesitate to rate this business with five well-deserved stars. I brought in my oil paintings, along with scans of them, and they were able to reproduce them beautifully in a printed format that perfectly captures the color and detail of the originals. They suggested the perfect paper and the prints are beautiful. I wish I could give them 6 stars, thats how good they are. You wont be disappointed with their attention to every detail from start to finish.
I have been printing with Stockbridge Fine Art for 6 years for a reason. They offer museum quality printing at incredible rates and excellent customer service that regularly feels familial! They are quick and go out their way to make sure you get a top notch product. Highly recommend!
I needed to print a 14 x 14 digital art piece for a gift. I knew that Staples or CVS wasnt going to cut it and would probably murder the digital quality of the image, but had no idea what to ask for in words. The guys at Stockbridge were able to answer my questions on the phone quickly and recommend exactly what I had in mind! 2 hours later, I had a vibrant print in my hands with crisp lines and perfect quality. Super professional and helpful, and will recommend to anyone looking to print photographs or art!
Not only do I consider Jeffrey Stockbridge the only printer I will use, but I also value him as a dear friend and collaborator. The 2700 miles between us has only made the relationship sweeter. I send my files over and I know he’ll call when they arrive to figure out a game plan. I often can’t decide the best size for a print, but I know he’ll steer me perfectly. At this point he has printed three years worth of my 365 project, and I have been thrilled with all 1095 of them. The few that were dinged in shipping were quickly replaced, no questions asked. The only annoyance is having to wait for fed ex, but he won me over forever once by carting a shipment across the country personally. Doesn’t get much better than that.Did I mention that he’s also one of the most talented photographers I know? It’s actually kind of obscene. But makes me trust him all the more.
I stumbled across Stockbridge Fine Art Prints studio and now I feel as if Ive found THE printing home for my work. I just received large format print #2 from them and the result is simply FANTASTIC. If you have any sense of how much can go wrong when printing your work, then youll know that to receive a stellar result from a random print studio means they are no random studio. You have struck Gold. Print your work here. Its addictive... because they make it so.
I’ve seldom met someone that’s so easy to get exceptional results with. Jeff is one of those rare professionals who goes beyond providing great service, he’s a true advocate for your work. He’s got this uncommon ability to seamlessly use his expertise as an extension of your creative intent. Jeff’s patience, enthusiasm and willingness to collaborate are backed up with the deep technical knowledge needed to achieve stunning results no matter what the project. If what Ansel Adams said so long ago still holds true in the age of digital photography (“The negative is the equivalent of the composer’s score and the print is the performance”) then Jeff is absolutely the one you want performing your score.
Jeff and his crew have really upped my game.I’ve worked in film and photography for 40 years, and it’s refreshing to work with such talented young people wirh a dedication to art and technology that feels old school. Theirs is a highly customized workflow, and I’ve found that they have the skill and taste to improve your files to get the look you want.I currently have an exhibition of photos I took of French Louisiana In the early 70s — at the Acadiana Center for the Arts in Lafayette. Stockbridge Fine Art Prints has been with me from the beginning to establish a look for the 30 exhibition prints. The prints have been getting raves from the photographic community in Louisiana.
The best in custom printing with the option to work on your prints with Jeff. Use Stockbridge Fine Art print if you are working on works of art, printing something from a scan, or reproducing something. He offers testing on all sorts of papers and surfaces, and expert assistance in tweaking prints so they look great. For artists, hes not just a printer but a professional who collaborates in the process of making to expand your practice, allowing you to experiment and fine-tune. A godsend!
Ive printed pieces with Stockbridge Fine Art Print for several years and throughout, the work has been impeccable. They respond right away to calls and emails, and jobs are delivered quickly. But more importantly, everyone Ive worked with has been so knowledgeable and patient, and shown a real passion for making my prints look perfect with the right combination of paper (so many options!) and precise edits. Ive learned a great deal, and consulting time always feels like a fun and friendly collaboration. They also take the time to promote client work on social media. Most recently Jeffrey worked with me to get a collection of prints ready for a show and the results were phenomenal (the framer literally gasped when she unwrapped the prints). If you want your art to shine (and sell!), take it here! Artists in Philly and beyond are lucky to have such a resource. Also, Josie the Shop Dog is a real sweetie :-)

2022-05-27I want to thank you for helping to make my first solo show a success. The photos look wonderful in the gallery. The work you did on them made a huge difference (as you and I know). I appreciate the feeling of collaboration working with you entailed. Learned a lot about how to edit the work I”m doing now.The shoulders with hands at 40” was a big hit with some people (ones I cared about!), the torso on its side controversial (sparking questions, conversations, debate). The layout was perfect. You challenged me in ways I appreciate. What an experience. Thank you for your very important part in the process.

2022-07-28I had paintings photographed, color-corrected and printed on canvas here. I am very happy with the quality and was impressed by turnaround time as well. When I had the same services done elsewhere, they were not able to capture the original quality of the painting with this precision, and I was really pleased to see it done well this time around! Highly recommend :-)

2021-05-04I am a watercolor artist and used to source out my art prints to an online company- but they took so long I wound up looking locally. I have been absolutely thrilled with Stockbridges everything!!! They are incredibly responsive, polite, helpful, easy to work with- and the quality of prints they produce is head and shoulders above all other prints of my work Ive seen. I had a client purchase an original for herself and a print for a friend- and she reached out to ask which was the original after I sent them to her. I would ever be hard pressed to know sometimes.I have since moved away from Philadelphia, and I tried finding another printer closer to me- but they just werent as good and werent as responsive and Ive stuck with sending my prints to Stockbridge and they ship them to me. I love working with everyone on the team and would highly recommend them to you if youre looking for a printer. I will never go anywhere else!

2021-05-04I have been going to Stockbridge consistently for about a year now to get my art turned into prints. I have very colorful and detailed work, and Stockbridge always knows how to get the details and colors just right. My prints always look amazing and sometimes they look even better than my originals. Everyone is really friendly and easy to work with. They will take the time to go through the best options with me. The turnaround time is great and the communication is always quick. The pricing is also very reasonable, so Ill be working with them for a long time to come.Highly recommended if you are an artist and want your work faithfully turned into prints.

2021-05-06I am a watercolor artist and I have worked with Stockbridge for about a year and a half on getting prints made of my work. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They provide high quality prints, are super responsive with emails and have very quick turn around times. They have also been very helpful with answering my questions regarding image quality and cropping (they go out of their way to help). I would recommend Stockbridge to anyone! 5 Starts all around!

2021-05-06Stockbridge Fine Art Prints has been making prints of my artwork, for my small business, for several years. They are always quick to respond to my orders and they either have my order ready the same day or the following day at the latest. Most of all, they are always consistent with the quility of the prints and the colors. I highly recommend this shop to any artist looking for a professional and reliable place to do repeat business with. Theyre truly a pleasure to work with and they know what theyre doing .... unlike some other shops in Philly.

2019-10-11Jeffrey and Steven were instrumental with helping me plan a printing project, from making highly detailed photographic film scans, test prints, real time image adjustments and final printing and mounting. They were also happy to offer advice about other service providers for framing, etc. I highly recommend giving Stockbridge Fine Art Print a try. Their work is outstanding and worth the price paid.
