I’m so glad we decided to bring our dog to Stoney creek, the staff truly care about you and your pet. They are extremely responsive, honest and always work with you. Could not ask for a better experience! We truly love all staff, we have mainly been dealing with Dr. Becker ever since we had to get surgery for our pup, she cares so much and is so honest and always here to help and give advice! Honestly also one of the more reasonable vets around regarding price! Highly recommend Stoney Creek on all levels!
Everyone from the front desk to the vet are the warmest, down to earth, genuinely concerned group of women Ive encountered at a veterinary hospital. The front office is clean and spacious. We were acknowledged immediately and were directed to a nice clean room with our pet. We will continue to use Stoney Creek for our pets health care from here on out. Thanks to everyone we encountered tonight at the office. You made us feel so much better when it came to the questions we had concerning our 19 year old fluff ball!
We have taken our pets to Stoney Creek for years and we have been very happy with the care they have received. We are especially fond of Dr. Henry who has been our vet for over 20 years. We now have our dogs groomed there as well because one of them is special needs. It is wonderful that she is right there in the vet office in case he needs sedation. The reception staff is very responsive, the vet nurses have all been excellent... we have been very happy with this veterinary practice!
I had a great first visit to Stoney Creek! I was greeted with a welcome Chestnut as a new patient on the sign when I first walked in which was a special surprise. Everyone was very nice and respectful from the receptionists, to vet techs, to veterinarians. You could tell people enjoy working here and they work together so well as a team. I was impressed with the knowledge of the vet tech reviewing my records. Nail trimming was complimentary which was a nice bonus. Exam rooms were clean. Dr Henry was great in answering all of my questions. It did not feel rushed and I felt she genuinely cared for Chestnut. I will definitely return! I also like the text reminders and online portal for records and pharmacy/online store.
Maggie our Bassett hound had her check up again. The staff was GREAT!!! We have been going to stoney Creek for many years and they have given excelent care to both our Bassett hounds. I would highly recommend them to any pet owner!!!!
Switched to this vet due to a recommendation from a neighbor (and terrible new vet and staff at her previous place, a switch was needed). Absolutely love them. My dog has severe anxiety and their staff was so gentle and slow with her to allow her to relax and trust them. Place was very clean, well organized, friendly staff, great communication, and fair prices.
Have been taking our dog to Stoney creek since he was a puppy. Always a positive experience. Our dog has anxiety/slight aggression issues and the staff is so patient and helpful in making sure he is comfortable during visits. Would recommend to everyone!
Best care for any pet. We recently did a checkup for our two Guinea pigs. Everyone there makes you feel like family. We think Stoney Creek Vet has to be the best in Delco.
Yesterday my fiance and I were worried about our 7month old. Stoney Creek squeezed us in for an emergency visit. We received nothing but respect and love from all staff. They made it very easy to understand what is most likely going on with our boy Bruno. To the DVMs and VMDs thank you for all your hard work. Happy Vet Tech week to all the techs at Stoney Creek! The staff there is always very pleasant and attentive. Everyone there is amazing and have really made the experience easy and non-stressful. As a reptile-mom Ive always have had trouble finding the right place to take my bearded dragon that wasnt grossly out of my price range or incredibly far away. Sprinkles(the dragon)is already very social but its fun to see her recognize the team here and seem happy to see them. Its a very warm and inviting vibe. Definitely the best around.
Im so happy I found this hospital. Every single person working there is professional, knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. They have modern equipment, nice clean rooms and well stocked pharmacy.Doctor Mandy Becker is unbelievable. She has been taking care of my senior blind doggo for years, and is extraordinary. Everything she does/recommends is spot on. She always has time to answer questions, calls back in timely manner.I would highly recommend Stoney Creek to all fur parents!

We love Stoney Creek! We take our dog (who thinks this establishment is her fan club) and our three cats to Stoney Creek. The entire staff is incredible. Not only have they seen our pets for routine exams, but we have also been in unfortunate scenarios where we have had to take one of our animals in for emergency treatment, or surgery. We have a cat that gets groomed at Stoney Creek - they work with us to combine the salon services with the vet visit to limit how many times our high maintenance cat needs to come in. Finally, years ago, our cat Buster crossed the Rainbow Bridge - I cannot say enough how respectful, caring, and compassionate the staff is during such an ordeal. No matter what the reason for the visit, the doctors and technicians are outstanding. I highly recommend Stoney Creek!!!!

Amazing vets and staff overall. They are super prompt with answering any questions I have about my dogs or getting them in to see a doctor if needed. All the staff members have been so sweet and caring for my dogs and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better team to take care of my fur babies. 10/10 recommend them
Everyone in the practice is kind, courteous, and professional and they genuinely care about your pet. Their compassion and caring exceeds expectations and they dont just see you and your pet as an opportunity to make money. Their is no other practice that I would trust my dog with.
Back in December we had to put our dog down. It was the hardest and most heartbreaking thing Ive ever done. The people at Stoney Creek not only let me go get my children but let us have as much time as we needed with Bear. I am forever grateful. Now we have s new puppy and she is going to be their client too! I also bring my cats and parrot. They are very knowledgeable and always friendly.
Ive been bringing my pup to Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital for the past couple of years now and cant think of a single bad thing to say. We are received promptly every time we arrive, and whenever I need a last minute visit, they are almost always able to accommodate me. Not too long ago I brought my dog in for a teeth cleaning and tooth extraction and they took such good care of her. I was entirely too worried (shes my fur baby!) and they were kind enough not to just follow up with a progress call but to snap pictures and text them to me when she was out of her procedure in recovery. The staff is always so friendly and the rooms have always appeared very clean to me. Theyve recently redone their lobby area and the facility looks great. The prices are comparable to most any other vet, slightly less than some I was looking into prior to choosing Stoney Creek. Ive already referred two different people to them and would absolutely refer them to anyone looking for a vet for their pups! Theyre great!

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the doctors are caring and compassionate. They take their time to talk to owners after the evaluation.

Great experience! Extremely friendly and gentle staff. They really cared for my dog as if it was their own. I had been using the same vet for 9 years and after some frustration of not being able to get a straight answer on a constant issue my dog has been having I wanted a second opinion. Upon examining my dog they offered many suggestions and tests that my previous vet never did. I will admit it was the most thorough visit Ive ever experienced at a vet. Also, they did something I have never seen before.... Mid visit the vet was kind enough to stop and say Tests like these can add up quickly. Would you like if I gave you an estimate of where you are at so far and what it will cost to continue?. To me that was a very generous offer from an aware vet, not just out for the money. I will be coming here from now on and will recommend my friends with pets to do the same. Keep it up Stoney Creek!
Ive been going here for years and honestly I couldnt ask for a better experience. Theyve helped me through some serious pet emergencies with exotic pets (chinchillas) as well as cats. The staff is attentive and kind. When you need to say goodbye to someone, they light a candle for you in the front to indicate that to others so they show respect. Ill always recommend this place.
Stoney Creek is THE best veterinary hospital in the area, better than any I’ve been to anywhere else as well. I take all of my dogs there and the entire staff is so friendly. They take great care of your pets. Recently had to bring one of my dogs there for surgery and Dr. Santora called me when she was finished and he was in recovery to update me. I received a pic of him via text message while he was in recovery too! Really just love this place.
Cuddles, our our 1 and a half year old Shih Tsu, is a third generation patient of Doc. Lattener, at Stoney Creek Vet. Yes at times the cost for service may be above other Vets, but the service is way beyond and above the other vets.And when our last Shih Tsu Bandit, needed a complicated surgery due to penal blockage, Doc Lattener did the operation better then a Vet. who was more costly and more compassionately! Our girl is 70+lbs and can be a handful. I was concerned about handing her over to the slight young woman who came out to get her, but within seconds she had our dog under her control and happy to go along with her. Dr. Becker is worth the drive, caring, intelligent, responsive and intuitive.
I just moved to the area recently and my husband and I needed a new vet for our two cats. Stoneycreek was the most responsive from the get go. Even with Covid-19, they were able to schedule my cats in a reasonable time period for their check ups. Theyre operating curbside, which is stressful for any pet owner, but the staff and even the veterinarian came outside to speak to me (at a distance) and meet me in person since this was our first visit. Great experience.
I do miss some of the old vets who were so kind and caring. The staff is good especially the ones who have been there a long time. It used to have a part of your family feel that I miss. But always great care for our animals. Communication is good. Prices are $$$$.
I LOVE EVERONE HERE! My dog is a special needs dog and dr Henry was awesome. The entire staff is great. My Layla actually let them lead her and pet her!!!! This is a HUGE DEAL. She doesn’t let anyone she doesn’t know touch her. Thank you for caring!
I have used Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital for both my yellow Labrador, who passed away in May, and my new yellow lab puppy. I love my vet, Dr. Mengine, because she is so caring and so good at explaining in detail what is going on with my dog and presenting me with all of the options for treatment. I have also found the administrative staff at Stoney Creek to be very responsive, helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this practice!
I just love the kindness of the staff and how friendly they are. They treat my Chloe and Chase with loving care when we are there. My Chase had his teeth cleaned on 11/18/19 they were so nice. They called with a follow up and discussed things and gave us his discharge time. They also told my husband he was such a good boy and that he is so cute and sweet. She said everyone liked his Mohawk on the top of his head. 😊🐶

I went to Stoney Creek for a second opinion and they are very caring staff and offered the best for my fur child. They already know I dont settle for less and work with you in what your looking for and expect from them when it comes to being a caregiver. I truly would recommend this Vet Hospital. Remember the decision is yours with what you want to do or not do and why you want to do it or not do it. Every individual is different but when it comes to my fur children Im a fighter for them! I love Stoney Creek veterinary. I have been going here for years.Dr. Henry is great. Even though I didnt see her during these last 2 visits, because of Covid, she took the time to talk to me over the phone.The techs are all very nice and thorough.My cats are in good hands here!!!
I was so relieved when I found Stoney Creek. Its so hard to find someone you trust for your animals. They were great and I recommended them to everyone! Now fast forward a few years and I cant even get an appointment. Theyve greedily taken on too many clients. My dog is limping and needs to be seen and the only way I can get her in the office, in a reasonable time frame, is to pay an extra $100 for an emergency fee. Are you kidding me? This is what a vet is for... Your animal gets sick or injured, you take them to a vet. I thought thats how it worked. What happened to basic human decency towards our animals? My dog is in pain and they are telling me they will only see her if I spend extra money?? Otherwise Ill have to wait a week. They are relying on peoples desperation to charge emergency fees for issues that arent emergencies! And then even the emergency visits are 2 days out?! They lost me as a client and will no longer receive my business. I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone from now on. Ive seen other reviews recently saying the same. Its a shame because we really did like them.
I have been coming to Stoney Creek ever since I rescued my first bird. Stoney Creek is a good ride from my home, but I would not take my birds to anyone other than Dr. Johnson. She truly loves her patients and always gives them the best in care. I highly recommend her to anyone who asks me for a fantastic avian vet. I know she is great for other animals as well, of course! I have heard so many positive things about all the vets and the rest of the staff at Stoney Creek that I recommend them for all your pets!
I started going to Dr. Henry about a year ago for my dog. She is an excellent doctor.Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital is a remarkable place to take your animals. The staff is pleasant and I feel everyone knows what they are talking about. In the pastI had run into staff not knowing anything. I also feel that it is a personal experiencenot just a money thing.Any time I had to pick up anything for my dog, by the time I got there it was ready.I would recommend this Hospital to anyone.

It is a very busy practice but whenever I call, the front desk girls are always friendly and willing to listen to your issues. I never feel rushed. In addition, I find Dr. Henry to be very knowledgeable and thorough and easy to talk with.
Ive been taking my cats and dogs here for years. They are wonderful. I recently took my new German Shephard puppy here for her first visit. The staff took extra time to explain all the shots and prepare me with any information needed. They were kind and outgoing. I did not have to wait long. We love Stoney Creek Vets and would never take our fur babies anywhere else. We started when Dr. Lattener was the owner, and he was so kind and compassionate with all our animals. I cannot say enough good things about the new owner, Dr. Jennifer Johnson. She is the kindest, most compassionate vet I have ever met, and she has the ability to hire other vets just as sweet and kind as she is. I have always witnessed all my fur babies treated so gently and with so much kindness. None of them was scared to go the vets, ever! And when I call to make an appointment, I always say the same thing I will be happy with whichever vet is available, they are all fantastic!.
Ive followed Dr. Jen Johnson for many years and she settled in Stoney Creek a few years ago prior to purchasing the practice. Shes seen my Macaws and other birds, friends cats & dogs, as well as my own dogs throughout the years. Weve made easy decisions and extremely hard ones too, Shes cried with me and laughed with me. She IS the best vet around. When one of my dogs had to have emergency surgery at U of P, she and the other doctors from Stoney Creek were in constant contact with U of P and myself. When I didnt understand something the vets at Stoney Creek made themselves available to me.They are always up on the latest techniques and treatments.The staff is wonderful, when you go in they treat you like youve been friends for years.The office is always clean and comfortable.I wont go anywhere else with my pets, unless its an emergency. I cant recommend this office highly enough for all your pets and their needs.

This place is great! Dr. Henry laid out EVERYTHING. Every option. Every price point. Every issue. Very attentive to my puppy (11-year old GSD) and very patient with her (anxiety). My puppy is already looking a feeling better and weve only been home less than 3 hours!
We have six cats and a dog and weve been going to Stoney Creek for years. From their staff to the doctors you can tell they love what theyre doing and really care about our pets like family. Ive never felt rushed out of the room like you are at some vets. They have always patiently made sure we understood everything we need to do to make our pets lives as rich and comfortable as possible. They are even working with me on training one of our cats who is a terror at the vet. Lastly, the compassion displayed when the inevitable terminal diagnosis is delivered is also very much appreciated. I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else.
Today was the first time I took my cats to Stoney Creek. My experience was excellent. Dr. Becker was very knowledgeable and handled my cats with great care, even my one cat that can be a little unhappy with the vet. I am very pleased with the entire experience and will continue to use Stoney Creek.
My first visit was today 4-15-2019My precious pup was ill and I was quite worried.From the first contact on the phone doing a basic triage determination of my situation to the welcome upon entering the facility, seeing the veterinarian assistant and finally the Doctor herself, I felt welcomed and confident my concerns were theirs as well.The Veterinarian took her time addressing my dogs needs and my concerns, patiently explaining the possible diagnosis and testing needed to get the proper one.Great personal care was given when handling my sweet pup and her comfort was important to them.At checkout I found the bill to be reasonable for services rendered and the excellent manner in which they were carried out.My confidence is not easily gained but with the best service ive received at a veterinarians in 35+ years I will certainly be calling Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital my go to facility for all my pet needs.I give a Great Big heartfelt Thank You, to all the staff there.

I’m not sure I can adequately put into words my appreciation for Dr. Mangine. I am so thankful she does what she does. She has cared for my cat as if he was her own. She is caring, compassionate, patient and so kind. I can call for any reason and she always calls me back and never rushes me. I’m always able to express all of my concerns and receive well explained answers and options. It hasn’t been an easy time with my cat recently and she has always been a calming voice. I recently moved and I will forever drive the 45-60 minutes to be able to have her care for my furr babies. Also, the front desk staff is so patient and kind as well. They always make sure they adequately understand why I am calling and never make me feel like a bother when I have had to call multiple times in a day/week. So thank you, thank you all for what you do.
Stoney Creek is the only place I will ever take my dog! The staff is absolutely fantastic, every time my dog goes the techs give her lots of attention and Dr. Johnson has such a great personality and is so incredibly knowledgeable. The receptionists always make time to really speak with you, I have never felt rushed in and out of the office by anyone. When my dog needed surgery they sent a text message with a picture of her resting when she was starting to wake up, where else can you get that kind of personalized care and love for your pets?!?!?!
This is a wonderful place. Very professional and clean. The only reason for my 4star review is my personal preference of a smaller more intimate experience similar to that of a small town practice.I know that can be somewhat unrealistic these days when you want the best for your four legged kids. However, they have always taken good care of my pup.As far as the good value category, Properly caring for a pet isn’t an inexpensive undertaking . To ensure that they can live their best life, it can cost a lot of money. So, yes it is a good value but that doesn’t mean inexpensive.

The facility is inviting and clean. I have never been disappointed with the services I have received there. I have been going to Stoney Creek for several years. They were wonderful with my dog, through health, growing older, illness, and eventually death. The Drs and staff were so caring and understanding. I now have inherited my parents cat, who has also been going to Stoney Creek for years. I would never go anywhere else! Their groomers are great too! The cat is a long haired one and she looks beautiful when groomed!
We are new coming to Stoney Creek with our new puppies. We really like the care and attention paid to our boxers. I like that you follow up with emails, and phone calls checking up after an appointment. I wish the spaying fee was a little less expensive to compete with the spaying center in Sharon Hill, but sometimes feeling comfortable with your staff and the way you treat my dogs, make me want to pay a little extra.
Top-notch vet. I was referred to SCVH for a complicated surgery for my 3 lb Yorkie. Dr. Slattery and the staff were wonderful. They kept me fully informed, checked in with me multiple times while my pup was there, and checked in on him first thing the next morning. Highly recommend.
I have been using Stoney Creek for over 20 yrs. We just rescued our 3rd dog and needed him to be seen due to parasites and other issues. Even though this visit was unlike any before due to Covid-19., it was handled safely and professionally. I would and have recommend them to family and friends.

That is how much I love Stoney Creek. Every visit is very thorough and things are always explained in a way that I can understand the direction of the care. Everyone from start to finish is very professional. Also, as much as I love my babies, cost is a very big factor for our family, and their prices are very fair...they keep the care real. We have been taking our dog to Stony Creek for at least 6 years now.. always a great experience from the ladies who answer the phone and schedule your appointments, the technicians are very kind and knowledgeable and attentive.. Dr. Henry is Lukes best friend and vet since! But, seems she is hard to get an appointment with her anymore. We did see Dr. McIntire - she is very good also.
We recently moved to the area and were recommended Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital for our persian kitten. We were instantly won over by Dr. Henry and the rest of the amazing staff. My dog is important to our family and I feel that she is as important tothe staff at Stoney Creek Vet. Hospital. They always explain what they what to do for Maggie, our dog and I give me a choice as to the treatment, immunizations,etc. The staff is friendly and helpful also. Ive been bringing my dogs there for 12 years & have never been disappointed. The staff, doctors & groomer are all wonderful! My first dog had cancer & they were very thorough in walking me through the best step for her & explaining everything that was happening. My husky will not let anyone else groom him!!! I have moved 25 minutes away & will continue to make the trip to this vet!

We are new dog owners, and werent particularly thrilled with the first vet we had taken our dog to. Our dog border/day care recommended Stoney Creek. We have been there twice. The vets and the technicians are always so caring. Their place is always very busy (a good thing) but they always try to accommodate walk-in emergencies. Our appointments are serviced on time as committed. The desk staff is always professional, and the doctors are top notch. I also love that fact that items like medication can be ordered from their online handler.
I can not explain enough how happy I am with their care and service here. Ive been a dog owner my whole life and this is hands down the best experience I have had with a Vet. I took my sick dog there off the recommendation of a good friend, and he was 100% right about them.They go above and beyond the extra mile to make sure your pet is well taken care of.I took my dog there for a very odd case of a food allergy that came many symptoms.Ive been working with Dr. Mengine and the staff there to figure out the exact dietary issues and what not to feed my dog. Dr. Mengine and the staff there have been amazing looking into different diets and giving me followup calls while we figure this out.I really can not thank them enough for all they have done and are doing!I will now be taking both of my dogs there gong forward for all of their veterinary needs.If you are looking for a new Vet, this is the place because they are amazing!
We have trusted Dr Johnson with the health of our dogs since the late 90s. She has cared for several from puppyhood until they left for the Bridge. She and her staff are compassionate, skilled and as concerned for the humans as they are the pets. They are rescue friendly, assisting many groups with their needs. The facility is clean and well cared for, always improving the environment for both animals and owners. We have referred several friends to the practice. Highly recommend.
We have been taking our various pets (rabbits, cat, and now puppy) to Stoney Creek Vet for nearly ten years and have always had great experiences. We have seen nearly every vet in the practice and they are all terrific. I would trust them all with the care of our animals. Dr. Tallant is especially wonderful for exotic pets and I cant say enough about her knowledge or standard of care. The staff and vet techs are also exemplary. We completed puppy kindergarten with trainer Miss Anne and it truly saved us during those challenging first few weeks. This is an outstanding and well run veterinary practice. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else!
I always notice the genuine care..and particular attention to my pets needs. Dr. Lattner...was wonderful tin his care of SLUGGER..and he was very patient to answer all questions. Hes a very good and personable doctor. That is very important to me. The gal helping him..was also very likable..and gentle with Slugger. The staff is friendly..again..an important facet of a Veterinary Care Center. I would definitely recommend Stoney Creek to my friends..and family!
I have been a client here for years and just love the place! They are compassionate, always polite, friendly & professional. My cats have always gotten excellent care and when it came time to send them over the Rainbow Bridge, the staff was so caring and supportive. My husband and I love this place. We would never take our cats anywhere else.They are kind, caring , compassionate and very patient.Dr. Johnson has been our vet for 19+ years - we trust her and she is more like a friend or family member, then just a vet.If we had to bring our cats in for any reason and Dr. Johnson wasnt available, we would have no problem seeing one of the other vets because they work closely together and we know that she has the best people working here.When you step inside here, you know right away that this is a good place, because it doesnt have that vet office smell!!. It is clean and welcoming and reassuring....They listen to you here, they dont rush you through your visits and they are very gentle with your pets.Years ago, we moved away from the immediate area, but we still bring our cats here, even though it is a longer drive.I cant imagine going anywhere else........
I have been going to Stoney Creek since 2009 when I moved to the Delaware County area. All of my interactions with the staff, veterinarians, and vet techs is great--they have been very accommodating with all of the pets that I have brought here. In particular--they/Dr. Tallant were very supportive during a very difficult time when I had a very difficult decision to make and had to put down my beloved cat Rexy. I actually enjoy coming in with my new cat Tiffany and love how friendly everyone is--I could not imagine bringing my pet anywhere else.I have engaged with about all of the vets and they are incredibly knowledgeable.

I have been going to this place for over 5 years and the I have never had a bad experience. They treat my dogs with respect and love. I love every doctor and staff member I have been in contact with. Last year , my daisy had to have a mast cell tumor removed and her teeth cleaned. As a dog mom, we all get worried about them going under and they kept me posted on everything that was going on and taking pictures of her and sending them to my phone. I not once felt concerned or had to wondering how she was doing, they took such good care of her and I felt at ease. they do such a great job in customer service as well and always make sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend this Hospital to all pet parents out there!
Excellent experience and care at this vet! From the techs, to the veterinarians- they are all great. We come here from the Wynnewood area which is not around the corner, but certainly worth the drive. Would recommend to anyone!
We have been coming to Stoney Creek ever since we adopted our Sun Conure. Stoney Creek is not close to us and Kiwi does not enjoy the ride, but I would not take him to anyone other than Dr. Johnson. She truly loves her patients and always gives them the best care. I highly recommend her to anyone who asks me for a fantastic avian vet.
I have been taking my dog and cats to Stoney Creek for many years now. Everyone that works there is caring and professional. Dr. Johnson was the first vet that didnt muzzle my growling dog. She just plopped down on the floor with her and I knew Id found my new vet. The other Doctors that I have seen were all great with my cats. Also, the groomers do a great job!
I first went to Stoney Creek with my first shelter rescue kitten. For over 17 years, the various doctors gave first-rate treatment to Scrapple. When she finally reached the point where she had to be put down, the staff could not have been kinder, even sending me a sympathy letter shortly after. Ive since adopted two more rescues, another kitten and an abused 3-year old Lab, and both have received excellent treatment , especially from Dr. Johnson, who always answers all your questions, and never makes you feel rushed. A great place!
We have been taking our pets to Stoney Creek for well over ten years now. What stands out most in my mind about Stoney Creek is the professionalism and kindness showed to us when we had to put our beloved 14 year old Golden Retriever down. The care and concern the staff showed for us and our dog went above and beyond what I expected from a veterinary practice. Their top priority was to keep our dog as comfortable as possible which they did throughout his six month illness to the very end. Then they made sure they took care of us. The staff gave us as much time as we needed with our dog. Dr. Johnson sent us home with heartfelt hugs and a beautiful memory book to work on with our kids to help them through the loss.
Heartless..the worst...if you love your pet..stay away from this place. We brought our dog here for 10+ years for everything. Last year he got sick one day (weekday, pre-covid about 1 pm) and we called them so we could have him seen. They refused to see him. Said they were too busy that day and given his symptoms, they probably could not help. Called again and demanded they at least look at THEIR LONGTIME PATIENT and they said that if we bring him in, they will not have anyone avaiable. Told us to take him to PENN. We took him down the street to Prospect Park Vet office. They saw him immediately. They were kind and honest and put our little guy down with dignity.Still we are cursed with Stoney Creek as they send monthly reminders via mail and text that our dead dog is late for his boosters.. SHAMEFUL!!!!
My family has been using Stone Creek since I was a child. Now that Im married and have 3 kitties of my own plus fosters I still use and love Stoney Creek. The doctors and techs always give my babies the best care and attention and when needed, thet referred us to a wonderful neurologist. They have the best care available and I trust them completely with my kitties.
Hands down the best vet I have ever taken my dog to, absolutely amazing people! Everyone was accommodating, polite and generous. My dog gets really nervous going to the vet, and they were so sweet and understanding. Even though the place was PACKED and practically a line out the door, the vet spent the necessary time to explain everything in detail and answer questions. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

The best veterinary in the area and because of that they are always busy. So getting an appointment is usually a 10 day wait. It would be nice if they set aside one or two days for just cat appointments. Every time I go in there I have these monster size dogs sniffing my area, sniffing the cat carrier and it freak my cats out. A price to pay for some of the best vets I have worked with. They are not only sociable, but pass down tips and their knowledge of grooming, eating and habits training that keep your love one in the very best condition.
Very happy with the care they give our dog! We had to take him recently during the COVID-19 Pandemic and they had an excellent system organized that was minimized human contact. It was defiantly more labor intensive for them and very easy for me as a customer. Highly recommend!!!

Im new to Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital and so far, Im really pleased with the care from the doctors, but I also think their staff is top notch. They have a wonderful system for intake and managing appointments. I also appreciate the evening and weekend hours. Our cat, Tiger, had dental surgery recently and was well cared for and is now on the mend. Hes 14 years old with kidney disease, so the surgery wasnt routine. They took all these factors into account in his overall care.
I have followed Dr Henry from practice to practice for the past 22 years. (VCA keeps buying independents out.) She is dedicated, smart, honest, and very very caring. The facility is warm and welcoming, the staff has always been nice and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about the care my dog has gotten at Stoney Creek.
I brought my pet in for a neuter surgery and because the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, I know my pet is in good hands so I dont have to worry. They texted me to let me know my pet was recovering well and even called the next day to follow up to see how he was doing. They genuinely care about you and your pet and its really comforting. The Vet doctors also know what they are doing and do a great job. They are patient and willing to explain everything to you and will answer any questions.
Dr. Becker and Allie were very patient with Lola, a first time patient. I have had my other dogs to Stoney Creek for all their care and they have always been in good, loving hands.

I have to say that Stoney Creek is the best, and they have the best. I am a newer, returning patient. I have known Doctor Latterner on a personal, and professional level for over 45 years, he is the best. I most recently started seeing Doctor Mengine, and Doctor Santora, and have to say they both are right up there with him. I recently lost my beloved dog Ginger, who was under the care of Doctor Santora, it was horrible. Doctor Santora was only in that dreadful day for surgeries, I called and asked to be seen, because Ginger was getting worse, and asked if I could come in. I was told there was no appointments available, but could be seen as an emergency, of course I said ok, I had no choice. I get a call back from Doctor Santora asking what was going on, and after telling her that Ginger was ill she told me to come in, and that she would wait for me. Doctor Santora accessed the situation, examined Ginger, and an unfortunate decision had to be made. Doctor Santora told me that we were going to do it together, and she stayed we me the whole time. Doctor Santora you are such a beautiful, compassionate person. The true meaning of a great veterinarian!! Thank you so much!! Thank you Stoney Creek for being there for a patient in need. We began going to Stoney Creek when we learned that our favorite veterinarian, Dr. Beth Henry, was working there. We used to bring our pets to Dr. Henry at another veterinary hospital. Once we learned she had gone to work at Stoney Creek, we started taking our pets there. Weve been very pleased with the service we and our pets (1 dog and 2 cats) have received at Stoney Creek. Weve also been pleasantly surprised to find their prices better than what we used to pay at the vet practice we used to take our pets to. Weve now seen most of the vets in the practice, and weve had a great experience with them all. I highly recommended Stoney Creek to anyone!
This place USED to be great. They’ve taken on wayyy too many clients. My dog is in PAIN and the only way they can see her is a few days away for an EMERGENCY visit that costs extra and will be “over an hour wait”. What? I’ll gladly pay for an emergency visit if they can see my dog the same day. Hence the “emergency.” How is that a way to do business? We have had several pets and visited several different veterinary practices, but Stoney Hill is our favorite by far. Our dogs love going there and are treated so well by the friendly staff and knowledgeable vets! They are not the cheapest place in town, but the service and care we receive is worth a little bit of extra money to us. We will continue going there for a long time to come.

I have been taking my 3 Shih Tzus to Stoney Creek for over 10 years. Dr. Johnson has been our main doctor for most of those years. She has helped us with many issues my dogs have had. All the doctors and staff are friendly and wonderful. Having pets can be very expensive and when they are sick you want the best care you can afford. Stoney Creek is affordable compared to some other vets I have seen.They really do care about the wellness of your pets.
We have been with Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital for a couple years. We were referred there by my sister-in-law who spoke highly of Stoney Creek Vet Hospital. Yesterday I brought my Beagle, Jax, for his annual checkup. Dr. Mandy Becker (and Ashley) gave Jax the royal treatment and listened and answered all our questions. Dr. Becker (and Ashley) should be commended for their professionalism. This was the first time we met Dr. Becker and we would request her again without hesitation. The office staff were courteous and professional upon check in and check out.
I appreciate the new measures that Stoney Creek Vet has put into practice. All you need to do is park your car, and call them to let them know youre there. This protects the animals and people, and is honestly a super smart way to socially distance everyone and keep everyone safe.

I’ve been taking my highly energetic dog here for the past 4 years, and will continue to do so. Everyone is always so nice, and they are always absolutely amazed at her energy level; especially now that she’s getting older, and is still just as energetic as she was as a puppy, but they love her just as much as I do, and they treat her like family. I couldn’t ask for a better vet.
One of my cats had passes away from Feline Leukemia and was exposed to her sister. Because they were strays we never had their shots taken care of because they always seemed so healthy until it came fast and took her away. When we brought in our other cat to get shots and tested, they handled her with love and care. They ran through all options with us when it was over, gave good advice and even had a laugh with us. Amazing people and an amazing clinic. Highly recommend this location to any pet lover.
I just moved to the area and went to this place based on some Facebook recommendations. It has only been a few months but the staff and doctors I have worked with have been great. They are professional and detailed in describing what they recommend and why. We had a problem with our Bull doggies tail and they were really knowledgeable on options on how to fix it. They are warm and sincere and treat your pet like family

I have been taking my 6 year old American Bulldog, Frankie to Stoney Creek Vet for about 5 years now. They are a great staff and always treat Frankie as one of their own. Frankie is not very good with other dogs, so they allow me to bring her in through the back door to prevent any issues with the other dogs. She had gotten both of her knee surgeries at Stoney Creek and they worked out great. I would recommend this vet to anyone I know but I know theyll take care of your animal!
I would not take our pets to any other veterinarian. Almost every single employee of Stoney Creek is warm and compassionate. They are thorough and have not once let me or my husband down. We unfortunately had to put our sweet girl, Stevie, to sleep, and the staff was so supportive during this terrible time in our lives. They cried with us and this kind of compassion is hard to find in todays world. They followed up with us to see how we are doing. We received cards of sympathy from two doctors. They understand that a pet is a family member.
Since my kitties are extremely important to me, I absolutely love everyone and everything thing about Stoney Creek. The doctors, the techs, assistants,and receptionists are the best. I am completely confident in my cats diagnoses and treatment. I plan to continue with Stoney Creek as long as I have pets.

We started bringing our yellow lab Chance to Stoney Creek right after we adoptedhim. We had to bathe him first because he was flea infested. Since then he has improved greatly and is always lovingly handled by all the staff at Stoney Creek.We are very pleased with the care that Chance gets at your hospital.
Son & I took his dog for checkup. Very nice setting, calm, quiet. Pets were seen as scheduled, no visible stress apparent on them, greeting staff w/o fear. If I had a pet, Id take her there confident of receiving very good care.

I have been taking my cats here for 6 years and I dont see myself going back to this veterinarian again. In the past couple years every time I have called to make an appointment for my cat to be seen I have been told that theyre just way too busy. However if I pay more they can schedule me an emergency visit where I sit in the waiting room and I wait to be seen in between appointments. This was my primary vet. Why is it that my primary vet, who I have spent thousands of dollars with, can never see me in a reasonable amount of time? Additionally when my cat is in need of an ultrasound there never seems to be a doctor on staff to administer. The cost of the ultrasound at Stoney Creek was $208 plus some additional fee. I found a facility where the ultrasound cost $85 and they were able to guarantee me an appointment within a couple of hours AND had a technician on staff who could read the ultrasound. I think Dr. Tallant is a very caring professional and I completely trust her but thats not enough to make me go back to Stoney Creek. I have found other very caring professionals at a facility that treat me much better even as a first-time customer even though they are farther away.
We have been going to Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital for 4+ years. We appreicate the gentle care of the staff and the top notch physician care for our dog, Diesel, and our cat, Bart. Weve experienced the most routine services (nail clippings) to the advanced (surgeries) and couldnt be happier. We recommend Stoney Creek to all of our friends.
I have 150% trust in the staff & doctors at this facility! Everyone is super friendly, my polar opposite dogs are cared for & loved, and their care is super tailored to their specific needs, which is a dream! They are super easy to schedule appointments with, and have terrific hours!
It was difficult for me to find a small pet veterinarian that I could trust, but I absolutely love Stony Creek. They have been nothing but compassionate and caring, and hold themselves highly accountable. My first interaction with them was when I had my beloved rat Pot Roast put down. Putting a pet to rest is a very difficult thing, and Stony Creek really helped me get through the process. Pot Roast had been suffering from a tumor on her shoulder for a while, and I wanted her to be at peace. I didnt realize how bad she was -- even in the waiting room she had been munching on a banana and scurrying across my shoulders -- but they could tell right away that she was on her way out. They gave me ample time to say goodbye, and apparently she passed before they could administer the anesthesia. They did not charge me anything because they had not used any anesthesia on her; I thought that was a real sign of integrity, because I would never have known otherwise. They even gave me a carrying case so I could bring her back home and bury her under her favorite tree in dignity -- and they even provide a back door through which you can exit if you are too distraught and dont want to go through a crowded waiting room. They also gave me great advice on various maladies with my other rats. Im not from around here, so its really reassuring to know that there are such good people close by when I need them for my small pets.

We are a first time dog owner. We had a lot of questions during our first exam. The front desk, technician, and Dr Henry are amazing. They took their time to welcome you and your pal but most importantly gave their full attention answering our questions and even provided more advises and options.One month later, we found that our dog has hookworm. Instead of asking us to see the vet again. They allowed me to send an email with a picture and Dr. Henry diagnosed it. She prescribed me the medicine without having to actually see my dog. This is #1 service. IWe wont go anywhere else! We strongly recommend Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital!!!
I was not satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment of our dog at a vet we had been going to for 40 years. I was enthusiastically referred to Stoney Creek by a friend, went there for a second opinion, and never left. Dr. Tallant was not satisfied with diagnosis from previous vet, recognized symptoms, and did thorough testing. Stoney Creek has a professional and compassionate staff, Dr.T was amazing, even calling us between visits to check up on our fur boy. No doubt that they loved our pit mix, pulled tricks out of a hat to keep him comfortable and happy while extending his life with cancer, and cried with us when his battle was over. Our cat is due for some attention, and I will collect his records and move him to Stoney Creek, our new Vet practice of choice..
I have been going to Stoney creek vet for almost 5 years now with both my dogs and even my hamster. They are all very friendly and take their time with you and do not add on unnecessary test and charges. I am very happy with them and glad they are near our home.
Switched to here from Prospect Park vet and have never looked back. They are all so nice, and very concerned about your pets. They fit you in without too long of a wait, and call to check on your pet after their appointment. Very knowledgeable, and sincere.

The doctors at Stoney Creek are caring and thorough. We have looked to Dr. Johnson and Dr. Tallant for care of our cats and a turtle for over 10 years. Dr. Tallant in particular has helped solve several long term chronic issues with two of our cats, and undoubtedly saved their lives. We also love Eileen for her awesome cat grooming services! The office can be a bit too busy, but that is because the vets are so good.
Ive been taking my dog Pepper to Stoney Creek for the past 3-6 months. The technicians and Veterinarians are great, however on several occasions I had to follow-up with office staff to get Peppers genetic test results, follow up on an email requesting records. Several times it seems that Im rushed off the phone and my wife can attest to that as well. Theres no excuse for that in my opinion. Im able to get quick appointments for Pepper and they seem to take good care of her medically. Im hoping for better results and will update my review at a later date.
We (me, my wife and 3 sons) became first time pet owners in August 2013 when we adopted 8 month old Layla (a beautiful lab/shepherd mix) from the SPCA in Media. Needless to say we were nervous but very excited to have Layla in our family. Dr Jennifer Johnson and the staff at Stoney Creek have been there for us every time we had a question or concern about Layla and made us feel much more confident in raising our beautiful dog. I have heard pet owners having nightmares dealing with some other vet hospitals but I have never heard one bad word about Stoney Creek. We had a bad experience with a pediatrician when our oldest son was a baby, they made us feel like we were stupid and bad parents for asking questions, so we changed pediatricians. So being a first time pet owner we needed a comfort level and we get that at Stoney Creek, they make you feel like family, no question is a stupid question not when it comes to taking care of your pet. I highly recommend Dr Johnson and Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital!
Everyone is friendly, kind, and professional. My dogs love going here! They always help my pets feel better, and they work with my schedule to set up my pets’ appointments.
The office has bad communication from front office to back office. They seem to always give excuses rather than try to increase customer experience. I understand COVID has limited our abilities to see doctors in person but follow through has been very difficult. I changed vets.
I just moved to this area not too long ago, and this is the first and only vet I will be taking my critters to!I have a rat, a leopard gecko, and two bearded dragons. Every time I go in Im greeted enthusiastically, and my pets are treated great! I did my research before deciding which vet to go to, and this place has the best reviews. In terms of cost this vet is one of the best, if not the best, for pet owners on a budget. They offer quality services at reasonable costs!
I cant express how much I love this vet! My tomcat Vinnie had a blocked urethra on a Sunday night and they saw him at 7:30 an for an emergency visit. The doctor gave us an estimate that was out of our financial reach and found items she could eliminate from the bill making it affordable with out compromising his quality of care. They also educated me on how watching his diet and fluids could control the chances of it happening again. I just inherited my first dog when my mother passed last Christmas and Im taking Serenity there for a full exam and dental check....Im confident they will educate me on how to keep my new baby as healthy as possible. Ive dealt with numerous certs over the years and this one is heads above the rest!
We followed a vet from Glenolden Animal Hospital to Stoney Creek a long time ago. The vet techs, the vets, the ancillary staff (so important to the office) are just wonderful. They love each animal, and treat us humans ok, too. They just go out of their way to treat and help. Everyone leaves satisfied. I know I do.
Stoney Creek Vets... one of the very few vets in the Delaware County area that has expertise in Ferrets and other exotic pets. Dr. Tallant has ferrets as her own pets so where else would I take my ferrets? She is fully aware of their special needs and explains them to you. I have a national vet chain a 1/4 of a mile up the street from my house that I could walk to... but I hop in the car and drive 20 minutes to Stoney Creek Vets instead. Dr. Tallant and the rest of the awesome staff are well worth it for my little guys.
The doctors and staff at Stoney Creek are extremely knowledgeable and caring about their patients. They go the extra mile and it makes me feel secure that my animals are loved, respected and given the best medical care and advice available. No other place I would go, ever.
My dog gets very stressed when going to the vet but at Stoneycreek I,ve never had to wait a long time which makes my life much easier. I also think they are very thorough and the staff is always pleasant.
Update July 2019 - Sad to see changes once sold; Drs moved on...so have we -SJLWouldnt take my pets anywhere else; doctors are very knowledgeable, kind, understandable when describing pet information and staff are kind and friendly. Prices compare to my previous vet; why would I go anywhere else?!?!!Update 5/15/15 - recently Rx Hills Science Diet was suggested for my cat, glad that I took the suggestion! Eileen, my 3 legged 15 yr old, is actually wants to play again! How wonderful and surprising to see her acting like her younger kitten days ~ thank you!
Stoney Creek has always taken excellent care of Sebastian. We would never take him anywhere else. When he was younger he was quite a handful but the doctors and staff handled him great. Dr. Johnson and Nina are his favorites.

Stoney Creek has been more than wonderful!!! Dr. Talant has a huge knowledge of animals. She is a pet owner herself, and has great advice. She absolutely loves animals as well! Dr. Talant has a heart meant to care for animals and my pets know it too. They love her! My poor sick little baby would still purr for her even at the end. I am so glad I have found this vet. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
I love Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital. They provide complete, professional and compassionate care for my animals. Ive gone to several other local vets before and they dont hold a candle to SC.I had a cat diagnosed with a serious illness. Her life was extended for several years due in large part to the expertise of the vets at SC.
Honestly Ive had a pet brought here before a few years ago and it was fantastic until I called about my current pet and was treated like a child, like I was uneducated. When your in a panic and need assistance nobody should be like that to someone on the phone. Customers have a potential to bring in so many things and open doors, well you lost a customer and a few others after hearing how some have been treated.
We switched to Stoney Creek a few years ago after other vets became big company. The Doctors and the staff at SC are all wonderful, compassionate and friendly. We have always had good experiances there even when we were there for a not so good reason. Thanks to all of you at SC.

I own exotics and Drs Tallant & Johnson have always given me a straight deal with their care, and my education, They are more than willing to explore new techniques, and alternative therapies. The prices are very competitive. and i feel they go above and beyond with the patients theyve helped for me.Definitely my Go-to Veterinary Hospital!

The BEST vet! Our friends referred us when we adopted our rescue dog and we have been taking her and our two cats there ever since. Not only are the vets incredible (knowledgable, supportive, etc), but EVERYONE in the office is great.
I have been going to Stoneycreek with my dogs for over 15 years. My last dog last away a few years ago, and when I got my new puppy last week, I knew I’d be taking him to Stoneycreek. Dr Henry was great with him! I highly recommend Stoneycreek!

We bring our three dogs for their annual check ups and we love going to Stoney Creek we were previously at another local vet and very unhappy with their care. Once we switched we were amazed by the care of everyone from the doctors to the tech and even the staff who greet you we feel like they love our dogs just as much as we do and thats more than we could ask for!
Staff and Vets at Stoney Creed Veterinary Hospital are informative and caring. I had a recent emergency visit for my small breed dog. As a new first time dog owner I was extremely worried. Dr. Tallant was so very helpful, it even made it hard for Daisy to be nervous. It was so obvious in her mannerism and tone of voice how concerned she was that we do the right thing for Daisy, not just in her words. 5 stars.

I reported that my dog had an apparently infected rear leg. Dr. Mengine promptly called, instructed me to send photos, and scheduled a Zoom session in about an hour. The Zoom session allowed Dr. M to examine the dog, diagnose the problem and prescribe meds, which I picked up in time for the dogs afternoon meal. Very efficient!

Ive been bringing my ferrets to Stoney Creek for about 8 years now - their staff is great, and their vets are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. When I moved a few years ago I tried a new vet that was closer to my new home - all it took was one visit to realize it was worth the drive to Stoney Creek! When I bring my ferrets for their annual checkup they always clip their nails (the new place volunteered to do it, and then charged me $10), and give me specific instructions on pre-treating them with Benadryl for several days before any vaccinations. They also require me to stay for about an hour after they receive their vaccinations, knowing that a bad reaction could be fatal if not treated right away. You can tell that they really care about the animals! While they are great with all animals, its really hard to find a good vet for exotic animals. I highly recommend them if you have ferrets - Dr. Tallant is great!
Dr. Tallant is super smart and compassionate. Her research background makes her, in our opinion, quite valuable. Due to her knowledge, our cat, The Boots, lived to be almost 22 years old. My husband and I are extremely lucky to have her as our Vet. I have met people in the waiting room who travel quite far (King of Prussian, south Philly, the state of Maryland, just to see her.)
Our dog Cecil is always very excited when we tell him we are going to the doctor at Stoney Creek! Dr. Latterner and Dr. Slattery have always been very attentive and thorough with his visits. We are always greeted warmly by the office staff, and Cecil loves the extra attention (and treats!) We have never had trouble getting an appointment for emergencies, and very little wait time once we arrive.
Although I received very bad news about my dog today, Dr. Santora was wonderful. She explained all options available. She was warm and empathetic. Everything you could ask for in a vet.
Great health care for my dog. Reany is 12 and the vets, techs and office staff have been taking great care of her for 10 years. Highly recommended them.

2022-03-26I moved to this area just under two years ago. When I got a puppy especially I looked to get established at a vet. I took him to one my room mate took her cat to and had a bad experience. I did a search and am so glad I found Stoney Creek and got set up there.My pup has lots of anxiety and them being a fear free practice has helped him tremendously. No matter what accommodation he needs they work with us. As a pet parent we all have our own ideals about how to raise, feed and care for our companions. At Stoney Creek they are wonderful at listening and collaboration, I know I will always be met halfway here and that my babies will get the best care.I recently had to bring in and not long after take my cat of 14 years to The Rainbow Bridge. The compassion and care I received at this difficult time was unparalleled. Even down to having lots of selection on how I wanted to memorialize my best friend. I received it all yesterday and was moved to tears again by the professionalism and beauty of it all. It was very appropriate and the tribute my cat deserved. That alone was worth it.As I plan to move yet again I will be sad to leave here for sure and will hold other offices to the high standards I find here. Simply the best.

2022-01-07Stony Creek Veterinary Hospital has been our vet for more than 12 years. The doctors are caring, knowledgeable and pleasant whenever we visit. The staff of office workers and vet techs and nurses are the best too, all are patient, friendly and kind. We had our corgi in there the other day and the doctor took a photo of our boy because he is so cute.

2022-06-26I walked in with my 11 yr old pit panicked and crying, they were sweet , understanding and quickly found out what was going on. Unfortunately we had to put my girl down. They let me take her home and come home back as a family to say good bye. My other two dogs, my husband and my best friend were welcomed. We got to hold her and remind her how much we all loved her and then they gave us time alone with her it was my first dog I’ve had to put down and I don’t think I could have asked for a better experience. I really appreciate the whole team there!

2022-06-16So happy with Dr. Haney & the lady my dog butted. We came in my boy was in a muzzle. He is stranger shy. Another young lady took us into a room. The nurse let me take my baby back to get weighed. Dr. Henry came in & was so great. She knew he was scare & stressed. Did what she could. Help us with our next visit. Answered my questions I could remember. Even tried to give Olympus chicken. Such a great lady.

2022-02-15EDITED;Current update month of 2/22; very pleased with our most recent visit to SC and especially with Dr Henry for calling my pup in for the exam. Drs extreme patience, being very thorough with the exam and being gentle with my skittish, nervous pup. I am pleased to say Bella (Italian Greyhound) is doing well from her recent neck injury and I already have suggested both Stony Creek AND Dr Henry to other friends. I must also say; with visiting other vets in the area I feel with Dr Henry we have finally found the right Dr for us.Very pleased with the recent visits and the cancer surgery my Italian Greyhound received. Dr Henry gave my pup a thorough exam, didnt rush the exam and listened to my information and concerns. Also, and unlike the mentioned vet below, Dr Henry wasnt pushing for costly test after test possibly padding the bill. I have to say I appreciate their price point in that the low-high scale wasnt drastically different and it actually came-in a bit lower vs it being much-much higher as with a certain Vet on Baltimore Pike Springfield ... (you better plan on spending a lot there and even much more than the high end of their low-high estimate). So far the only two concerns I would have with Stony Creek #1 Im not very comfortable with the the idea dropping-off my very nervous breed dog at 7:15am to possibly sit in a cage for several hours stressing out before they even get to her. However, I have the feeling they did get to her early as she was also discharged hours earlier than I was told (if so, thank you!). Other vets even University of Pennsylvania were accommodating to this nervous breed and allowed me to being her in moments prior to a procedure... that helps keep the stress level down. #2 I get the feeling Stoney Creek may have a LOT clients, being booked-up for weeks ahead and if I needed to get my pup seen the next day, two or few for lets say something simple like a UTI ets it would possible be a couple weeks of waiting to get in, something like that doesnt really warrant an emergency visit or the cost that comes with it. Unfortunately, that long wait-time would probably force me to another facility, but time will tell. All in all, this recent visit and experience with Stoney Creek gets an A+ and a thumbs-up from me and hopefully my pup!
