I was treated well at this dealership by the Sales group. And the management. Be careful of the pressure of the finance group. Also, check out all of you’re available options when and if you want an extended warranty, particularly if you are buying a new car. There can be significant differences in prices.

Best car buying experience I have had. Our salesman, Brian, went to work making the car we wanted come to fruition. Between him and the finance guy, Jason, we got the best possible deal and we were asking a lot out of them. It was the last place we tried, next car, it will be the first place we go.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle on April 30th from Stuckey. We purchased a 2018 Chevy Equinox. The buying process was okay. The salesman knew our budget and still allowed us to test drive a vehicle he knew was outside of our budget. He knew this was the first time we were buying a vehicle and needed some guidance. We asked for any suggestions on makes or models and were given the typical, “whatever you like”. After we found out the vehicle we loved was over budget, we looked more and decided to test drive the equinox. After we ran some numbers and my wife and I took a walk to talk it over, we returned to the office and the salesman had already taken another customer and we were directed to have a seat in another cubicle to wait for a different person to come start the loan process. Eventually everything was squared away and we left without issue. Brady was the best thing about that place. He was the one who handled the warranties and things. Nicest guy. Smart. Straight to the point. I would give him 5/5. Now a month later, over Memorial Day weekend, the tire pressure monitor alert popped up on the dash. We haven’t been driving the vehicle much, and I figured I just need to put some air in, so I waited a week and took it to the gas station to fill the tires. The sensor alert didn’t go away and wasn’t reading the pressure. I called Stuckey and they informed me that since I do not have an extended warranty and it is past 30 days, they will charge me $149.99 to run a “diagnostics” to see what the issue is, then charge me to fix it. So I asked, “so you sell someone a vehicle and a month later something needs reset and you charge the customer $150 just to tell me it needs reset? Then charge me again to reset it?” Their response, “correct. Since it’s past 30 days”... I already know the issue and just need it reset. It will take 5 mins, but they just want money. I wouldn’t buy a car from here if it was $10,000 less. Terrible experience.

Took my truck there to have a recall done. Paperwork said it should take about an hour. I was in and out in 30 minutes. No problems whatsoever. Nice girl to deal with at the desk. Thanks for the great service.

Went to this dealership first saw a few cars we liked... talked to salesman told him we were going to look around ,but would be back...Went back to test drive the car we liked... sat down to talk figures...salesman got up to talk to mngr..came back said we have a big problem.. we said what is that... the price on the car is WRONG!!!The price in the computer was right,but whoever stuck the price on the car looked at the wrong stock # and put wrong price on car an $8000 difference!!! Mngr said $500 is best he could do....for..... well lost a huge sale today!!!!!Didnt do anything to try and sell us that car!! Wont b back
