I will never go back!I used to swear by Stuckeys, but after the last week and mistreatment, I will never return.The staff doesnt return your calls, even after calling several times over the course of the week. I spoke to 5 different staff members. (3 at GMC and 2 at Ford in Hollidaysburg) not one could find a few minutes to call me back to move on with my repairs.Disappointed is all I can say any more.
Brian and Brady were great - the whole experience was wonderful, no pressure, and everything easily explained. Love my new Ram 1500! Will definitely buy from them again.
Brian Escala was incredible again! As he stated to us, he really is a dream maker. We went in knowing what we wanted and he made it happen. Jason Parsons in finance was also great to work with. He was super friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend Stuckey, and especially Brian to anyone!
The people were very nice and accommodating. While we were at the dealership, the vehicle we were interested in had a deposit placed on it. However, we asked Tony, the sales manager, if he would mind trying to do a dealer trade for one. I found a vehicle that we wanted and alerted Tony to it. Within one day, the vehicle arrived at the dealership and we were able to drive away in it. We are very appreciative of the willingness and the drive to do business no matter what it takes. We will happily do business with Stuckey’s in the future.
Better make sure they are working on the right vehicle. Showed me pictures from a vehicle that wasnt mine. Tried to get me to buy parts I did not need. Took my vehicle to a local mechanic and turns out that I didnt need any of the parts they did tell me I needed. Waste of my time.
Over one year ago I asked the service department to fill out a MV46 form from the state to get a new license plate because mine was peeling. They passed the vehicle for inspection and gave me a different form that had to be filled out by law enforcement. Every state inspection station is supposed to have this form and fill it out free of charge. This year they refused to pass the inspection and continued to refuse to fill out the form, and they lied to me. they told me the form was optional and that it cost them $50. Both are false. I will be taking my business elsewhere for now, and will probably not purchase from them for our next vehicle. We purchased the vehicle, two sets of tires, and thousands in maintenance and repairs from them.
I contacted sales person Brian Escala with a specific vehicle in mind. He took the time to help me get exactly what I wanted/needed. He was professional, courteous, and attentive to my needs during the entire process. This was my first time buying from Stuckey/Brian and it left a wonderful lasting impression. Top notch experience. I had scouted out a few vehicles on cargurus.com and Stuckey had what I was looking for. The salesman, I think his name was Corey, was super helpful and friendly. Had our new ride in a few short hours.
Amazing experience. I’ve been to multiple dealers in PA, OH, and MD. BEST DEALER HANDS DOWN. Bought a new truck $4000 BELOW KBB! Test drive was easy. Paperwork was easy and understandable. I started looking for cars at the Subaru shop in Duncansville. Caleb Criste was very helpful and informative. I found two cars I was Interested in that were at the Buick GMC lot in Altoona. David Williams was a wonderful salesman to work with. He was helpful and patient. We ended up buying a car and were very pleased with the whole experience. Just recently bought our fourth car from Stuckey. This vehicle came from the Logan Blvd lot. Brian E. was our salesman and he was great. He was able to accommodate all of our requests and even followed up the next day as promised. Eric B. handled all of our final sales paper work in an excellent manner. We were in and out the door in less than 2 hours. We will be shopping here again when we need an upgrade!
We had to unexpectedly find a new vehicle within 5 days. We looked on the internet and started shopping locally. We went to a nearby dealership that our family had purchased 4 cars within the last 5 years. They weren’t willing to do much with negotiating anything even with our loyalty to them.We stopped at Stuckey’s and Dave met us at the door. We were open about what we wanted and what we were looking for. He was a great listener and followed through with everything he said he would. He even came back into work after leaving for the day when he found out we were coming back in. And stayed and walked me to the car once all the financial paperwork was as done. Top notch dude!! We are very happy with our purchase.

They did a great job as they always do but there was people coming in after me and left before me. All I had done was have mud flaps installed.
Jason Parsons was our sales person. He did well, and was not pushy. The vehicle we purchased looked great! Great price also! They accommodated my husbands request to put the vehicle on the lift so he could look underneath. Very pleased with that aspect of the purchase!We did wait about an hour to get into the finance guys office though. That took longer than expected. Overall I am very pleased with the buying experience at Stuckey. I’d go back and buy again!
The 1st acadia broke down 24 hrs from getting it and Jimmy when out of hes whey got a tow truck and a car to get us and told me to use it until one comes in and it 2 weeks and got with 0 miles on it and it was red I really like it better than the 1st one

It was honestly one of the most painless buying experiences that I have had. I went in with my three-year-old son and both Dave and Brady were Extremely patient with me. I filled out the pre-credit application and already knew what I wanted to pay for monthly payments and I had a trade-in and a down payment. They were able to get me into a 2020 GMC sierra with no problems at the price that I wanted. Not to mention that they were extremely comfortable with my son and were very understanding. Painless experience, courteous sales representatives, answered all my questions even before I got there, and got me exactly what I wanted in a two hour time frame. Not to mention, I love when a business treats kids like people and includes them in the process. I am thrilled with my new truck. They do offer some extra things that protect your pain and windshield and fabric. If I have any issues with it I will leave another follow up and review. Thanks Stuckey GMC!

I was in the middle of working on a deal, and they sold the vehicle, I was talking with them all day. The guy on the phone was very nice, and apologetic, they had supposedly pulled the keys, but they sold it anyway. I had spent a great deal of time making arrangements to buy the car. So i passed on another car in the process, so I hope that car is still available.

I can’t say enough about how great my experience was this dealership. I drove 3.5 hours because of their aggressive pricing and I was not disappointed when I arrived. I dropped my vehicle off at the appointed time. It was days before I received a call back. I was at work when I was called so I was unable to answer. Any time I tried calling back i was unsuccessful getting through to Alicia. The service center did diagnose the issue with my vehicle and worked with the warranty company to confirm repairs would be covered. That was a positive. Unfortately, I am unable to drive the vehicle after getting it back because the exhaust wasnt put together properly. I am also missing the plastic engine cover since taking it in to the service center. I now have to drive back to the service center which is over an hour from my house, wait for repairs to be completed and drive back. I have to take a day off work to do that. The exhaust is noticeably loud. My wife did not acknowledge when she picked it up but i noticed immediately and found the significant leak immediately as well. The first thing i noticed when popping the wood was that the plastic engine cover was missing. I am by far a professional mechanic so not sure how this was overlooked at the service center.

I brought my truck in for service while working out in State College and had the fortune of Stuckey Ford getting me in with an appt. I had Don as a service advisor and he was delightful and very helpful.While waiting for the truck, I walked over to see what was available on the lot in the chance of getting something new. I was introduced to Josh Owen and he was awesome. He took the time to show me just about every truck on the lot and give me all the info for each one, even though I kept going back and forth not being able to make up my mind lol. His patience and knowledge with all of my questions was beyond appreciated. For now we’re staying with our F-150, but when the time comes for any of you Pennsylvanians to shop for a Ford, I highly recommend Josh and Stuckey Ford! This past Saturday, my husband and I purchased a used 2019 Dodge Ram truck to replace our beat up 2007 Toyota. Eric Black was very professional and helpful. I had researched which vehicle I was interested in purchasing, so called Stu keys and spoke with Courtney who assured me it was a available. When we arrived, Brian Carter came right out, showed us the car and went over all its features, put on a plate and we took it for a drive on our own. We returned, made the deal and within 2 hours we were leaving with our 2018 GMC Acadia. I bought a used 2015 Hyundai Sante Fe from Eric Black and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My credit was not the best at the time and their finance person worked really hard to get me approved. They also worked around my schedule to pick up the car, get me a temporary plate, and were even flexible about me getting them the down payment. Those are the extra things that separate the exceptional from the average.

This dealership was maybe the best i have ever gone to. They didnt preasure us. They listened to what we needed. They didnt have what we needed on the lot. They said they had some coming. The salesman and internet team reached out immediately upon them getting the vehicle. They had all paperwork completed and ready to go. I think it actually took 30 min unlike when you go and its 8 hrs. I will continue to shop with these ppl.They were great!!

Had for the last couple months been receiving phone calls from Stuckey GMC. Stating they were interested in talking about buying my pickup back that I had bought from their former owning company three and a half years ago. I decided to take them up on the offer last week. When I seen a truck on their internet page that took my intrest. The process was quick and easy. The salesman Christian Bickel was very courteous and helpful from the time I walked in the door and even days after the sale. I first talked to Steve on the phone he got me all set up to come in he is a great guy very nice and very understanding with a great sense of humor. When I got there I was greeted at the door. Then I got my sales guy Brian and he was amazing he really worked with me even tho my credit isnt the greatest he didnt push me out the door like most places he actually got the ball rolling and then I had to wait for the bank which wasnt that bad of a wait cause I had to come back the next day because I was in there real late in the day so not much time for the banks to make a decision. But the next day my sales guy was off so I was greeted by the other Brian and he helped direct me to another guy which is the finance guy and he was amazing too hahaha I cant remember his name but he was really good to me hes the tall cute one then my last guy was eric he is very nice and awesome very friendly and he got me out with my new car. I love my new car so much. Overall I give them a 5 star if there was more stars i would definitely give them the max. If your looking for a place to buy a car I would definitely recommend stuckeys i went to the one on Logan blvd in altoona pa. They are amazing even the receptionist is a great woman. All of them have been so helpful and understanding and I had a wonderful experience.

Shady!!! Went to look at vehicle. Asked the salesman to show us the Carfax. He said they dont do that anymore. Why? He said Carfax isnt reliable and you cant trust it. His reason was, if someone has an accident and they dont tell their insurance company. And pay out of pocket to fix it then it wouldnt be on the Carfax. Which is true. Thats the chance you take.However, if someone had an accident that WAS bad enough to turn it into the insurance company or their was an accident report from the police. And they did get it fixed. Then it WOULD BE on the Carfax!!So basically they dont want anyone to know they might be selling a car that had an accident and went through an insurance company to get it repaired. Even a salesman at another dealership said it was shady and his reason makes no sense.Buyer beware!!!

Sales was great. Service will lie to you. We bought a Tahoe there 2 weeks ago and told them there was a defect in the touch screen. They said they ordered the part then they said they replaced the screen. We got the vehicle back and it did the same thing. We come to find out the screen was not replaced. They replaced a mod. In the rear that was a easier fix. When we told them it was messing up again the service advisor said they never replaced the screen. Now the car is back there again. We are on our 3rd time driving nearly 1 hour and 30 mins 1 way. So its a 3 hour trip nearly. When they say they have stucky 2 u. Its more like Stick it 2 u and not in a good way.

Went to Stuckeys on June 10th for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2019 Terrain. I was asked by Joe Apple if I would like to get a new vehicle and told him that my lease was not to end until February 2022. He then put me in touch with Brian Escala in sales. Since my vehicle had low miles and was in good shape, they wanted to purchase it. They, like almost every dealer in the area, were having trouble getting used vehicles. At the time, they had no Terrains. I did look at a Buick Envision, and although it was a nice vehicle, I wanted another Terrain. They found one at another dealership in graphite grey; however, that deal fell through. They got back on the search and found a Terrain in just the color I wanted, blue emerald. It was a win win for both of us.I am so pleased with them. My experience was very good when buying my truck. Kenny and Brandon were both very good at getting my payment where it needed to be. Brandon even helped clean the truck, which is something you dont see a sales manager usually do. Only downfall is they wouldnt budge on the price of the truck and I tried to get them to throw in mud flaps which they wouldnt do. Just bought a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 from there last week. I had researched ahead of time what vehicles I was interested and called in letting them know I was coming up.Josh Leonard is the salesman I was transferred to and was very respectful on the phone. I live and hour and half away from the dealership (Ridgeley, WV) and work full time along with online school so needless to say my available time is limited. Josh had the vehicle ready for me to test drive along with all the paperwork I would of asked to look at already prepared. He worked with me and a young couple at the same time, always bouncing between us making sure he kept us informed and went above and beyond addressing my concerns and questions ( I am very indecisive on large purchases). He walked over the vehicle with me as I asked questions and helped me move all my tools and equipment to the new vehicle. The finance team did an amazing job answering all my questions and reviewing all the paper work with me. Because of Josh and their finance team I could of been in and out of there in under an hour or two if I was not so meticulous about things.I have worked for 2 car dealerships myself in the past and purchased vehicles at multiple dealerships in multiple states and this is by far has been the easiest and most pleasant to deal with. I looked at vehicles from a total of 30 dealerships and could not find anywhere between Cumberland, MD and Altoona that could beat them on price or quality of vehicles. I was recommended by multiple people to go here and I will be recommending people here myself from now on.

Alicia was a great service advisor to work with. The vehicle we had serviced spends most of its time in Johnstown, PA. The 78 year old driver (my father) took it to the local Chevy dealership there, advising that it was nearing the end of its warranty and there were likely some issues, and that he wanted it to be looked at for the equivalent of a multi-point inspection. They were difficult to work with, advising that if nothing seems to obviously be wrong, we cant simply look over it. I then put together a list of items that I knew were faulty after doing my own multi-point inspection, and Stuckey embraced the opportunity to work on the vehicle and look at it as a whole, which turned into about $1,900 worth of repairs...fully justified. I have had Stuckey perform other work on my other GM vehicles, and will continue to work with them moving forward. For all of our family vehicles, they are housed in towns with their own dealerships (Johnstown, Philipsburg), but Stuckey in Altoona is where we go due to their level of professionalism and efficiency.

I had dealt with Garrett Lestochi in the past so when my second son wanted to get a new car he was the first person I called. I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. He gave me some rough numbers to see if it was do able. I went to the dealership and was greeted outside by Eric Black. I told him Garrett sent me to look at some cars.i told him what I wanted to look at .My son was meeting me in an hour so he said he would have the cars pulled in front of the dealership whe I got back. Worked with Joshua Leonard on a deal for a car when I was having a tough time getting a car because of some issues with my finances, they worked overtime on it and got me a vehicle. Great guy, great place in general, super nice, helpful and will do everything they can to get you into a car you deserve and can afford. Would buy from again!
I believe there was more suggestion to provide a 5 star rating than there was to educate us about the vehicle. Several staff could not and did not show any knowledge of the intricate workings of the vehicle. I did ask the sales manager how the cruise control worked, and he stated he only drove it to Hollidaysburg. He did not go the extra mile to provide an answer. With our previous purchase, the sales team or salesman thoroughly explained all functions of the vehicle and entered information in the vehicle computer provided by us. This was not done with this purchase. Why is there always an up sale from the finance people? Although we went a second day to finalize the paperwork, the interest rate should have been explained. With our numerous questions concerning monthly payment, did we realize money was saved with a better rate versus the length of the loan? In todays vehicle market you cant convince me the dealership doesnt do nor could provide a company that would do undercoating to the vehicle, who doesnt want to protect their investment. Buying a vehicle should never take the amount of time it takes, its almost like the dealership doesnt care about your time, only their bottom line. I might be a very picky person but if I were to detail the vehicle for consumer pickup it would be spotless, I dont believe this was the case here and yes I did point it out. What you pay for a vehicle in todays market the vehicle should have quality floor mats, not a piece of paper, whats that all about anyway? Yes I did ask for Matt Stuckeys number as I would have asked the same questions as stated here knowing that it would never be provided.
All staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Eric who took a lot of time to answer the many questions I asked and was great at explaining options, etc. He didnt pressure, just patiently took time to be very helpful. Bought a preowned 2018 Sierra and it has exceeded all of our expectations.

I went into Stuckey to purchase a Buick Encore. The sales rep Brian that helped me get my vehicle was awesome. Very friendly answered all my questions. The whole transaction was fairly quick and Im in love with my Buick. I did however feel very pressured by another rep that was pushing the extended warranty. He didnt seem to want to take no for an answer but all in all I am very satisfied. Thank you Brian!

Also, check out all of you’re available options when and if you want an extended warranty, particularly if you are buying a new car. There can be significant differences in prices.

2022-06-13My wife and I purchased a vehicle on April 30th from Stuckey. We purchased a 2018 Chevy Equinox. The buying process was okay. The salesman knew our budget and still allowed us to test drive a vehicle he knew was outside of our budget. He knew this was the first time we were buying a vehicle and needed some guidance. We asked for any suggestions on makes or models and were given the typical, “whatever you like”. After we found out the vehicle we loved was over budget, we looked more and decided to test drive the equinox. After we ran some numbers and my wife and I took a walk to talk it over, we returned to the office and the salesman had already taken another customer and we were directed to have a seat in another cubicle to wait for a different person to come start the loan process. Eventually everything was squared away and we left without issue. Brady was the best thing about that place. He was the one who handled the warranties and things. Nicest guy. Smart. Straight to the point. I would give him 5/5. Now a month later, over Memorial Day weekend, the tire pressure monitor alert popped up on the dash. We haven’t been driving the vehicle much, and I figured I just need to put some air in, so I waited a week and took it to the gas station to fill the tires. The sensor alert didn’t go away and wasn’t reading the pressure. I called Stuckey and they informed me that since I do not have an extended warranty and it is past 30 days, they will charge me $149.99 to run a “diagnostics” to see what the issue is, then charge me to fix it. So I asked, “so you sell someone a vehicle and a month later something needs reset and you charge the customer $150 just to tell me it needs reset? Then charge me again to reset it?” Their response, “correct. Since it’s past 30 days”... I already know the issue and just need it reset. It will take 5 mins, but they just want money. I wouldn’t buy a car from here if it was $10,000 less. Terrible experience.

2022-03-28Took my truck there to have a recall done. Paperwork said it should take about an hour. I was in and out in 30 minutes. No problems whatsoever. Nice girl to deal with at the desk. Thanks for the great service.

2022-06-10Went to this dealership first saw a few cars we liked... talked to salesman told him we were going to look around ,but would be back...Went back to test drive the car we liked... sat down to talk figures...salesman got up to talk to mngr..came back said we have a big problem.. we said what is that... the price on the car is WRONG!!!The price in the computer was right,but whoever stuck the price on the car looked at the wrong stock # and put wrong price on car an $8000 difference!!! Mngr said $500 is best he could do....for..... well lost a huge sale today!!!!!Didnt do anything to try and sell us that car!! Wont b back
