Nothing outstanding. The people were polite but service was relatively slow. The food was okay.
Just too much disappointment on so many levels. There are PLENTY of fine Mom and Pop, locally-owned Mexican and South-American restaurants mere minutes away with far better food, far better service, far better ambiance, and that adds up to better value. Plus your be supporting your local community instead of some behemoth Corporation like yum ßrands.
There is not a Taco Bell in my town so I decided to travel to da one in Gilbertsville. Now I havent been to a Taco Bell in YEARS, and let me tell u IM HAPPY I WENT!!! Mr Matthew was at da drive thru and he was incredible!! He was super nice and went above and beyond to make sure my order was fresh and correct!! Thank u so much Mr Matthew and everyone who was working dere dat night, yall were simply AMAZIN....GOD BLESS!!🙏😊🙏😊🙏
Be prepared to wait an hour for your subpar food. Only drive thru open and dont expect it to move much.
Ordering with the app allows for changes without holding up the line in the drive-through. Ensuring you get what you want without inconvenience. The employees I have dealt with have been courteous and professional. I think they are doing a great job at dealing with the situation that we are all in. I definitely prefer this to the other fast food options that are in the area.
Every time I order from here they mess up my order. I pay extra for the modifications I want and they comply to NONE of them. Didn’t give me the sauces I asked for. A few times they even put meat in my VEGETARIAN items.
The service here was terrible. First I ordered the famous “Nacho Fries”, only to find out that they are sold out of fries until the following day. Subsequently, I order a Mexican pizza, which to my disbelief they were also “out of”.To my regret I ordered two chalupas as a take out order only to find out that they messed up my order. I kindly requested black beans to be placed inside the chalupas and when I get home I find out they had placed refried beans.Let’s just say this was by far ONE OF THE WORST Taco Bell’s that I have been too.On the bright side, the restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.Addendum:This TACO BELL IS A JOKE. They skimp you on the beans. The only reason I came here for a second time is because it’s close.Do not come here.The staff is still friendly so if you need a friend then this is the place to be.

This is the worst Taco Bepp I have ever eating at. The food was poorly prepared the bathroom and dinning area is filthy. There customer service doesnt exsist!!!Tgaeyhad a gentle man waiting for over 20 mins to order food and that was after a argument on who was going to take his order!!I will tell everyone I see to eat somewhere else!!
Workers were very disrespectful to me. I went there to get food and they told me they were close so I called them and they said they were opened and I got hinged up on many times and cursed at and I was missing things from my order and got told they can’t do anything about it

I got a doordash order specifically for the things that I wanted to order when I got my food my driver was king and friendly doing her job so when I inspected the food I said there’s no way this is all my food and it wasn’t they finally put the sauces in the bag which they never do and they forgot my quesadilla two of my burritos and my slushee drink all that I ordered but I got doordash credits at least so unless you want a messed up order every time you go do not eat here I’m sick of not getting what I order the reaso I even consider ordering here is out of convenience but that doesn’t even seem like a great idea either!
Worst experience ever. My granddaughter ordered soft tacos with just chicken and cheese nothing else. There was a sprinkle of cheese and two small pieces of chicken in them. My husband ordered beef taco and got chicken taco. My chicken chalupa supreme was floppy with very little ingredients in it. And my crunch wrap was flat and soft no crunch at all, and very little ingredents in it. Will not be going back.

Food was well made and correct. Clean dining room. Clean restrooms. Our only complaint was that they did not mark our food, and two were extra meat, so we had to examine our chalupas, lol
Id would of gave ZERO stars if possible! When customers order they should get what they pay for! Not 1 small piece of chicken on a chalupa. I call to inform the management an I was spoke to like a p.o.s. Shes busy, shes training, shes under staffed.... all not the customers fault. Then hangs up on me an refuses to answer when I call back.... Thank you for wasting my money!

Are very slow to aid and assist delivery drivers. Either they ignore you at the window, or you get ignored at the drive thru. I had a pickup on Easter and they let me sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes without response and the 2nd time I went to the window (the first time I was blatantly ignored), I was finally told about hour changes. Unacceptable and unprofessional considering there were 2 employees and I was the only one in need of assistance.
Trash all over the floor and my food was not very warm
Tacos are thinner, price is higher.But cereal boxes are smaller & the price is higher too.The people who are working the drive thru are courteous, patient & generally quite nice.

Two stars for when I feel like I actually get my moneys worth. Mostly one star though. Most of the time, I get power bowls and this place gives MAYBE 2 tablespoons of meat. Mess up orders often. Burritos barely filled. I spend close to $30 and get barely anything. A bunch of lettuce and cheese. Think Im done with this location.
2nd trip here in 1 month. Last time was shorted an item and had to wait in line for it again. Todays visit was sure my last! The store manager seemed to have no concern that they are out of multiple items, Baja items, Napkins, Mild Sauce and sweetened tea. I will be sure letting Summerwood Corporation know about my 2 most recent trips. Receipt has the number and website.

First incident. Went to this location , got ny irder. When i got back to my job. The food was cold. I only work maybe...10 min tops from this location . When I called, they said we were far away so they cant do anything about it. So .. okay. Let that slide.Second incident (Same location)- same thing. Food cold , but this time. They put HARDLY ANY meat in our tacos / gordita crunches ! Wow . That actually happens ALOT.. at different locations too.
Food was excellent as always. Just wish order takers did not rush you. I hate when they say, is that all after every item. Managers really need to train their workers better, at least in customer service.
Good and fresh. One issue was the soft tacos were cold. But that may have been the lettuce and ingredients other than the meat. They seem to add new items to their menu frequently which is great for fast food

My sister and i are almost always eating at this taco bell and the employees here are the best. they always made us feel at home and almost choke on our food from laughing so much. we were having a rough day and decided to grab food, some of the employees proceeded to talk like shreks gingerbread man. that was the best part of the day. 11/10 recommend this place
Friendly fast service. Great price on the crave boxes but they dont allow substitutions. They have happy hour 2-5 when the specialty frozen drinks are only $1. But you have to pay extra if want that instead of a soda😖
I ordered my food which was great; however I wanted a Sweet Lightening soda & they dont have it at this location! This is a great location & the worst thing is they dont have Sweet Lightening Soda. When will this be an option or Ill have to go somewhere else.
The kids at the counter, and kitchen, were very friendly and prompt. I was taken back by their kindness. However, I was blown away, when I ordered their new French fries, my container, and those of my children, each contained 6 fries. I thought it was a joke. They said, were sorry sir, this is how theyve trained us. Its very important. I asked him if the fries looked like the menu picture. The cashier said, obviously not, sir.Going cheap on the fries?? Really?? It looked rediculous. Those poor kids.Other than that, really good fast food and service.
This location is marked as Dine In available on google, and upon walking up to the door there was no sign indicating that its not open. I walked in(with a mask) and was immediately kicked out saying drive only. I asked not even for a take out and they angrily said no. I walked to this location and since I didnt drive I couldnt order anything. So I walked over to Boston Market which was glad to take my order and my money.
Usually really good service but multiple times that I have gone there has been something wrong with the food. For example, some of the beef hadnt been cooked or is mushy or the chicken was rock hard once. But overall the food tends to be good quality and served relatively fast.

I love this place. Not just for food but the people. Every time I order the people are very friendly and nice. I do remember one time ordering during a busy time and it was a bit of a rush for them. An employee John was very upbeat and positive to the rest of the team. After the rush was over he had thanked everyone for a job well done.
Poor communication and poor service. My order was repeated correctly and after being given an attitude that I was at the wrong window to pay my order got to me wrong. I am extremely disappointed.
Its Taco Bell. They have a few vegetarian options. Its nice to see. Theyve switched up their menu to different stuff since Ive last been through there. The diablo sauce is amazing if you enjoy hot stuff! Highly recommended addition to a bean & rice wrap!!
Had a fantastic taco sesh! Justin was very personable, attentive, and friendly. It was pleasant seeing him connect with each guest and keep the place clean during dinnertime rush. More of a refreshing experience than usual.

The last night my family went here, there were lots of youth working behind the counter. many of them standing around talking with the F bomb being used often and loudly.Im not a prude, however, myself and 8 or more other customers waited at least 15 minutes for our orders. I will say this though, I have eaten here many times and my order has never been wrong. typical taco bell fare!
Tacos old and sticking to the wrapper. No lettuce, hamburger, etc in the burritos. Burritos were small and lacking ingredients. Never had these problems at this taco bell before. Drive thru employee was very nice and professional. Also, everything was cold. Its the last time I go to this taco bell.

Eh...its a typical taco bell location. Not stellar, has issues with order accuracy through the drive thru. Somw of the employees are fantastic...others can be rude. Overall, not awful and my husband and I will stop here before well go to the one in royersford as this ome gives a better experinace overall even with the issuws sometimes.
I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a cheese roll up and they werent cooked. Not one shred of cheese was melted. Place has turned into a joke. I wont be back.

Good food as always. Although the food prepared here is sloppy whenever I get something as simple as a quesadilla or a nacho bell Grande. And whenever I get a drink here, it either gets mixed up for a different drink, or taste like the cleaning solution that the drink nozzles are cleaned in. Often a really strong taste of sanitizing solution.
I mean...its Taco Bell. The restaurant is usually clean, staff is great - very friendly actually. If you want your expected Taco Bell food definitely come here. The dining area can be a little chilly in the winter months.
I love that taco bell allows you to order on your phone its super convenient. What i dont understand is how this place can constantly screw up your order and not give you the right food or even all the food you order. It happens all the time if you go here DO NOT USE THE APP they will screw it up and rob you of a few bucks.
Everyone was very nice that worked there. I went through the drive through and my kids were screaming about what they wanted and the guy was very patient and nice. My kids food stayed warm all the way till we got home in Pennsburg.

Food is getting more and more terrible every time I visit any Taco Bell. I even let them know about it on there website. But never had anything back. Unlike fast-food burger joints....there isnt really another alternative to Tac Bell.

Went to Taco Bell drive thru today for a quick easy meal while in route. They first gave me the wrong order, so I pulled around and parked... Took my one month old daughter and went in to tell them they made a mistake--no big deal, it happens just a pain bc I have such a small child. They handed me my bag and out the door I went. Got to the car loaded her back in and went to eat when I noticed again they had the wrong order so I had to take her out and go back in. This time they had to make my order and I had to wait. While I waited no one said a word. Didnt compensate for the inconvenience and just brushed it off which I think is very unprofessional given the circumstances that they made multiple mistakes. I mean how hard is it to check an order before you hand it out the second time... Ridiculous
The last couple times I have came here the lobby was shut down an you couldnt get in. You could only go in the drive through. What place shuts the lobby down at 5pm???? Just because your backed up?? This location is getting worse by the day. Great food but they NEED more staff!!! If it werent for that it would be five star.

They are a great bunch. Especially Bobby ,great to have an intelligent talk wit. Only problem is , , they drop naked chicken and rolled chicken tacos from menu after they become popular. Shame on corporate.🙄

Where should i start . me and my family ate there at nite . the crew looks like they need to take a shower. And the bathroom stinks needs to be cleaned and smells like they smoke pot in it . teenage crew droping curse words in front of children . honestly shut it down clean it up . wish i could speak to the owner . or maybe they need to drop in at nite with out warning

Gotta love Taco Bell, this one is clean and food is good. I only had 1 long wait (out of several visits)was compensated with 2 apple pies and a cinnamon twist, I hadnt even complained.

At 9:51 PM on Sunday October 21, I witnessed nothing short of pure dedication from the staff at Boyertown Taco Bell. A car left the drive thru without their complete meal. Team member Sean dropped everything and raced outside to catch the car as his team members cheered him on. Between witnessing this act of heroism and the delectable beefy frito burritos we feasted on, I would recommend the Boyertown Taco Bell to anyone.
At least one person on staff was fairly unprofessional, and it was not very clean. However, the food was fine, not that theres much of an opportunity to mess it up anyways. I mean, its Taco Bell.
They got my order right (TODAY)& I was in and out the door within 15 minutes. So Ill give them a 3 outta 5 cause they usually screwed up more than half of my meal!
This place was very busy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even though I had to wait a bit for my order. They made it up by giving me a free cinnamon twist and apologized for the inconvenience.

2021-09-08I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a cheesy Gordita crunch. What I got was a cheese quesadilla with about 3 pieces of chicken but they decided to add some lettuce and tomato and 3 pieces of chicken in the Gordita crunch. This is the worst I have ever had from there and do not plan on returning to this location.

2022-03-17The worker Mike did an absolutely amazing job! He was the nicest worker there! He absolutely deserves appreciation! The manager on the other hand was absolutely rude! I will not be doing business with this taco bell any further!

2022-05-19So… I still live my life in the 90s. I still have my blockbuster card, still have my collection of TMNY figurines, you name it, I got it. Anyways, Taco Bell is my childhood. So many great memories with family and friends.. even my crazy exes. I love the tacos. The tacos are my life. To be… or not to be… that is the taco. This location is awesome. The people are always nice, even the kid who hands me the drink and deeply stares into my eyes. Kinda creepy.. but I just go with it. Love you all. Keep up the great work and amazing memories.

2022-06-30I was the only customer inside at the register. I stood there for over five minutes with not a single person working there even acknowledging me. There were only three cars in the parking lot… I guess they don’t want my business. Very disappointed. Oh and the bathrooms looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Urine caked on the urinals. Sticky floors. Beware of getting food here.

2020-08-13I am a huge fan of Taco Bell, but lately their quality of food has been diminishing since this past winter.I will occasionally stop by to see if its any better at this location, but today was the worst. Ordered chalupas. Note that there is hardly any steak at all. It was so stuffed full of lettuce and tomato as filler, that I thought Id bitten into a chalupa salad or something.Other taco bell locations are far better.I hope this review is taken as constructive criticism and the location improves.

2020-08-13So happy to have another breakfast choice again. This location opened today at 8 am for breakfast. The workers here are friendly and always get my order right.

2022-04-19No one in our party of 6 enjoyed the food or experience of being there. The amount of food for what I paid was terrible. Havent been there in years and will never be again.
