Great experience. Justin and his team were courteous, friendly, and professional. I had emailed ahead to inquire about my needed repair. They were waiting when I arrived. Repair was quick, complete, and better priced than I had expected. In addition, it was warranted. Next time I need phone or computer repair Ill know where to go. Incidentally, its a 45 minute drive for me one way and well worth it
Justin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He replies quickly even before store hours! His iPhone screens are excellent quality and far superior to other places I’ve gone in Erie that were more expensive and actually left me with a more messed up phone than I brought in.. I’m so relieved to finally have an Apple quality screen again! Thank you Tech Nuts!
Justin has done fantastic work every time Ive stopped in. Hes replaced two of my iPhone screens as well as the battery in my late 2013 MacBook Pro. Hes knowledgable, efficient, and 100% trustworthy. I recommend Tech Nuts without any hesitation. An asset to Erie, PA.

Great customer service. When I broke the screen on my phone, I emailed Tech Nuts and Justin emailed back and forth with me with details on the part and when it would arrive, etc. I was almost an hour away so I asked a bunch of questions before I made the drive. He was super friendly, and the night I dropped it off, I was supposed to pick it up within the hour but I lost track of time. By the time I realized it, it was well after closing. I found out when I went back the next day that he had hung around past closing because he knew I lived far, and if he was annoyed he didn’t show it. Friendly business owners like that impress people and keep them around. I would go there again even though there are closer options.
I smashed the screen on my iPhone at 7:50 pm, called the guys at Tech Nuts and they offered to stick around and repair my phone! Excellent service and pricing. I recommend them to everyone I know!

I have been there twice for issues with iPhones. Both times they were able to fix my phone while I waited. What I really appreciate is that if your device is beyond repair they will tell you so you can save the money for a new device. I wish all businesses were as honest as Tech Nuts.

2021-11-29Excellent and competent service. Im from Michigan and was on my way back home after visiting my parents in Erie when my laptop decided to go kaput. My Mom and Dad have trusted Justin for years with their tech issues (so grateful for that!) and I took the laptop over there. Tammie greeted me and went out of her way to try to find a solution before we left PA. My schedule wouldnt permit me to wait around but Justin had it fixed in a matter of a day and I was able to pick it up over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. It works awesome! Super professional, courteous, empathetic, fairly priced and knowledgeable. Its a drive from MI but its beyond worth it!

2021-11-08Justin was very nice over the phone and in-person, and he explained his background and knowledge of computers. However, I feel that the repair diagnostic was not thorough and that some information was withheld. What I mean specifically is that he pinpointed the error on my Dell laptop to one of 3 places, but had he taken the time to disassemble the computer, there was physical damage on the motherboard that could have been identified.He waited until after performing the diagnostic to tell me that he doesnt work with refurbished (i.e. pretty much anything past manufacturer warranty) parts, so I had to take it somewhere else to get it repaired. I also paid for a second diagnosis since he didnt identify the problem. When I asked him for a written description/formal invoice, he said he typically only does that verbally but would email me one. I followed up and got a block of text in an email as my formal invoice and description of services.Overall, I am disappointed with the service, but not his professionalism. I only wish some of this information had been stated up front and I wouldnt have wasted our time and my money. He is a nice guy and Im sure hes great when he can fix your problem.

2020-09-03Justin was awesome! I called Monday about getting my MacBook Air battery replaced. He ordered it that night and received it Wednesday and I got it replaced Thursday! Took about 20 minutes to get done and was way cheaper and faster than if I went through Apple. I highly, highly recommend Tech Nuts, LLC to anyone! Will definitely return with any other issues with my laptop or phone.

2021-08-06Justin is the guy who can fix all your technical issues. I had a laptop cleaned out and updated, all the important files that I couldnt access were saved and restored! My son had a PC built by Tech Nuts, needed a few extras, Justin did it in near record time! If you need your electronics fixed, improved or built from the ground up, stop in to Tech Nuts!

2021-06-30My laptop needed to have the charging port replaced. I call them up, and scheduled the repair. I dropped my laptop off on my way to work, I punched in at work and I received a text telling me it was finished and ready for pickup. I couldnt have asked for a better experience or a better price. Just an amazing shop

2018-07-21My sons iPhone screen was busted to the point the screen was crumbling. I friend of mine had recommended this place, so I thought Id give them a call. Justin clearly explained what he could do and the cost, so I gave him a try. He was able to replace my sons screen for a good price in a short time. He didnt try and sell me any other products (which I thought was awesome) and he was very personable, explaining things and just seemed like a great person to work with. Highly recommend this business and if it happens again, I know where Im going back to.
