I would have given (minus)-10 if that allowed me to... Horrible experience i would say. The staff are not whom we can trust starting from the rate they offer to the service they provide. 0 hospitality and the hotel has nothing to look like a hotel. The doorway smells and the bedsheels and blankets are dirty. The rooms are not clean and they charged us addtional amount to what was committed. We had requested for a group and as mentioned they dont even email confirmation so that they can easily change the price and commitments.I would rather stay in a car!!!! Their wending machines were empty the washer and dryer rooms looked like no 1 has entered since years.Old, low grade, filthy hotel. Rude staff. They should just close down.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would.. my family and I needed a 1 night short stay. We found this place. Please please listen to the reviews. The place is absolutely disgusting it smells sooo bad there was stains all over the beds like they just remade the bed from the prior guest and not to mention clumped up and smeared blood on the wall. We weren’t even inside the room for 3 minutes. Woman at the front desk said they usually don’t issue refunds but then told us she would that we haven’t even been there for more then 3 minutes. Still haven’t received my money back the woman at the desk today when I called told me we would not be receiving our money back. The health department and whoever else needs to be contacted will be contacted.
Id rate it a 0 if I could. It doesnt have wifi in any of the rooms, ONLY the lobby area, they apply fees to anything and everything, and they have a lazy staff that is unhelpful. The place smells horrifically and the rooms are musty, and dusty, and sometimes have bugs. I cannot say it enough that you should not stay here, because right near it are much better hotels and motels, and this place reflects its price.
Didn’t even want to give one star, No star at all! Worse hotel in Pa. The staff is not professional at all and the hotel smells really bad. That staff is really really really rude and they don’t stay on their word. We paid for one night we weren’t even allowed to sit comfortably anywhere or talk coz and were threatened to be thrown out of the hotel so no reason. We weren’t even allowed to use to pool in the hotel and she kept saying you have a check out at 11. We had booked 13 rooms and they called each and every room that if we don’t check out at 11 they will charge for an extra day. Not even ready to give us extra 5 mins to check the room. Very very very very very rude people. It’s not like this is w 5 star hotel but whatever rating hotel it is isn’t worth even for one night.
If i could i would’ve left negative star. I’m sorry, but i can make this up. The Host were dressed in her pJs and had her dentures on the countertop. The keycard deactivated as soon as i picked it up. The smoking rooms are in separate building from the main hotel. And if you card deactivate while in the middle of the two building you are stuck until someone opens the door. They attempted to put me in the smoking room (i never booked a smoking room). When you first walk in it reeks of smoke. You can see the smoke in the wall paper and you had people living in the hotel. They appeared very comfortable and had their door open. One of the guest was bold enough to ask me to a cigarette and a ride to the liquor store. We then ask to be transferred to a non smoking room, which wasn’t much better, the bathroom was poorly cleaned, if it was cleaned. The curtains were filthy. It appeared that they might’ve had an infestation because we saw a roach. I’m surprised this hotel is still operating.
This Inn is absolutely FILTHY..You get the bare minimum at best...it doesnt need updating it needs a demolition...the staff is friendly except for one woman with short salt and pepper hair..she was very short with me I felt like I was bothering her..needless to say spend another $20 and get a major upgrade...also we werent even able to do a late checkout not even an hour without being charged....towels are paper thin and they wont give you extras...Never again !!!!!!
This was so bad it doesnt even deserve 1 star. it smells so bad and there was mold on the night stand. the door was stuck and we had to kick it to get into the room. the refrigerator and microwave are yellowed and there was stains on the sheets. in the morning there was a centipede on the wall and garbage was all over the floor behind the beds and nightstand. theres something splattered on the side of the bed and the window was so dirty. also the ac is so loud and makes a weird noise do not stay here i think its a health hazard fr
They charged my disabled friend whom is blind over $4000.00 for one month which was June 2021. If I had known I would have stopped it. That is way to much. The hired help that cleaned the rooms, and brought towels, toiletries, and coffee were good to him.
The rooms are dirty, outdated, the box spring is brown and dirty, the beds are bouncy. The service is meh, my toilet seat broke, the only good thing really is the pool, it starts at 4ft then goes to 7ft. I don’t recommend it here the cost for what you are given is not worth it, you might as well go spend more money at camelback or khalahari and get better everything.
The worst hotel ever stayed in, if I could give no star I would. Smells like musky under arms, smoky corridors, rug in the room and halls are dirty kinked up and old.they need to knock the building down and rebuild. I wouldnt let my dog stay in there. The staff look like their all on Crack and meth. People live in this dump...the department of health should shut them down...

Very disappointed and disturbing, Dirty room, syringe found on floor next to the bed when we woke up. The hallway had a disgusting odor of marijuana. We were in the pool and a hotel representative was asking for everyone’s room number without identifying herself and that upset us so we went back to our room because there was no explanation and that worried us. We wouldn’t stay there again if it was free. We received a $25 discount off our bill however during this pandemic there’s no excuse for this.
Never stay there dirty and staff is not professional.Told them at check in we were staying 3 nights they only charged for 2 then called us and asked why our personal belongings were still in the room I told her we booked for 3 nights. Had to check us out and back in again and charged double for another night!
If i could give it negative stars, i would. STAY AWAY. Anybody see the movie Psycho? Or The Shining?REDRUM REDRUM, yup, straight out of a horror movie.. the smell is horrible, stale stale cigar/cigarette smoke, this coming from a former smoker. I could go on and on but dont see the point... drive further, sleep in a wayside rest, but dont waste your money here. Looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in...a long time. The ceiling tiles in the check in area were just hanging, looking like they were guna fall down at any moment..there was a group of people in their 20s roaming the place. Just go someplace else.
This place was disgusting! The room hadnt been vacuumed or cleaned. The whole hotel stinks n this is what the employees smell like also! Room smelt like dog urine n the ac didnt blow cold air out.
Currently staying here with my Wife and Son. For the price, its perfect for me. I been at 5 star hotels and needed to call the front desk for cleaning however the staff is beautiful. Needs updating however, I love the hotel and heated pool.
The pool was fun, was the best part but the communication was bad, the front desk person was a female, she was very unprofessional, there’s no WiFi so they lied when they say they have free WiFi and made up some bs excuse about why they do not have WiFi... definitely should have talked to the manager about it but I didn’t. Everything else was fine

Whole place reeked of cigarettes, and i saw a cockroach scurrying around the hall i wish i could give it 0 stars!
In need of upgrades and the indoor pool should open at 8am not at 10 am in case you want to take that last dip before checkout at 11am... otherwise staff was cool .

It’s a 0 star hotel hiding behind the name of Howard Johnson by Wyndham. Let me start by saying i was so disgusted. The front desk was really unprofessional and that should have been my first sign. There was this really weird smell, should have been my second sign. The curtains were ripped, there was a dead bee, the sheets had stains on them, bathtub had mold, and the beds were definitely about to fall apart. I’ve attached pictures. Please do NOT go here. We came here for my sister’s birthday and I was so disappointed.
This place is uncomfortable and has an odd obsession with jungle themes, but doesnt quite land the plane on it.
My bf and I stayed at this hotel didnt know what to expect and oh boy..lets just say we didnt even shower in the bathroom. Never again.

2022-03-14Horrible, pool was not open, breakfast was not available. The main two reason we booked for the night on what we thought was a great deal for the special price. It took over an hour to get a coffee pot to replace the broken one that was in our room. It is a shame too see bad customer service take down what by the looks could be appreciated. The room, well lets just say i believe it is just plain old laziness.

2022-02-21Do not make any reservations with this hotel. The owner and other people regarding reservations are extremely rude and not courteous in any way. Money is their only concern not customer service. My family and I were in a devastating car accident at 8PM on Friday, the night before the reservation. The hotel will NOT provide any refund and told me this was my problem not theirs. My son and I have just been discharged from the hospital and need additional medical treatments.

2022-03-23This place is horrible do not book here the pictures are deceiving. I book this place through another web site so I was able to cancel before check- in thankgod I went early the lobby had a bin to catch water from the Ceiling, the smell was horrible smells like mold. It was old and run down. Looks like a shelter thats abandoned .They need to shut this place down period. I need to speak with cooperate.

2022-02-21Room smells of mold - wet Capet- very old towels- never replaced them - shower rod was not bolted in wall securely-pool area was dirty no chairs very dirt appearance-rust all around on metal against the walls— leaky roof with garbage can capturing water in main lobby -- no rain during our stay— garbage and beer bottles in lobby garbage and sofas were all torn . Very dirty!

2021-08-15This hotel is disgusting 🤮. The carpet was peeling away from the floor and there was a moldy and stale scent that lingered through out the hotel. The room it self was absolutely atrocious the bathroom tub had stains in it, the wall paper in the bathroom had cigarette burns on it. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. The blankets looked like they had been there since the 70’s. Both the microwave and mini refrigerator were white appliances that were turning yellow because they had been there so long. The tv stand had mold on the right side of it as if something had been splashed on it 10 years ago and the wood was peeling away. This place is Detestable and disgusting. Lastly the parking lot was filthy. Dirty pampers beer bottles and trash all over the place. If I could give this place Zero stars I would.

2021-10-02Very nasty carpet was soaking wet. The room smells bad mold all in the bathroom. The drapes are falling apart. The air conditioner blowing out a moldy smell. The lights not working in the room. Never ever again. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

2021-08-08We utilize the facility for our Sunday worship services. We have been here for almost 8 years and the consistency of service has been the same. They have always remained friendly, polite, and accommodating. They may not be fancy in their appearance but the rooms are clean, the staff is kind, and the rates are reasonable.

2021-06-24The worst hotel I’ve been in yet. Would never recommend it to anybody. They need to work on their staff’s communication skills and the hotel’s cleanliness and hygiene. The hotel smells really bad. There’s no elevator and the staff switched off the pool areas lights after 10 without even waiting for a few minutes. The receptionist wouldn’t let us stay 5 minutes over the checkout time. Also, they charged more than we agreed to before booking. And the worst part is, this treatment was with a group of 13 families not just a single family.
