My inlaws have been at The Gardens at Orangeville for a few months. The care they receive is exceptional!We are always made aware of changes, Dr. appointments, and test results in an extremely prompt manner.The staff is wonderful! It takes a special kind of person to work with residents who have have specific needs and do it with compassion and patience. The Gardens is full of great people like this.We are most grateful to the staff for their care and concern -- it makes us feel secure that our family members are in a pleasant and secure facility!

My dad has been in the nursing home for several years. My mother was also in with him for a while. Very happy with the care they receive there. So many dedicated staff who will even work extra hours to cover so all get quality care. So glad too the parking lot is getting fixed. Things are looking up. Great job in doing their best to keep the place covid free. I feel they do a great job keeping the place clean and a great job with the food menu. Great job too in providing entertainment for the residents. Always something going on.

Our son has been at the Gardens at Orangeville for 7 years. He has had some very Serious health issues and it has been a good place for him. The staff treats him so well and I know he feels comfortable there. He had a recent seizure that put him backwards a bit but the staff is working to getting back to where he was. AND the Gardens is just 10 minutes away from our home so we can see him as regularly as this Covid thing allows.

Mike Peterman, I was a resident at the Gardens of Orangeville for about a month for Rehab from a car accident. The facility was nice the staff was great. Very Friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The therapy department was great at helping me get myself back home. The only issue I had was the girl that was the house keeper did not clean my bathroom. but other then that it was a wonderful place to be for rehab.

Ive had to watch both my parents live in several different nursing homes and was so saddened by those experiences. Finally, my father was admitted to Orangevilles sister facility, The Gardens at Millville (PA) and they took great care of him through the end of his life.Soon after, my wonderful husband of 31 years suffered through early-onset Alzheimers. He had therapy in several other facilities and I cant say I was very happy.Finally the time came for permanent placement and we were able to get a bed at The Gardens at Orangeville (PA). After the caring way their sister facility at Millville had cared for my father, I was sure Orangeville was the place I wanted my husband to be.I feel SO blessed that he was able to come here. The entire staff has been so helpful to me and loving to him. The nurses and therapists have been phenomenal, as well as the office staff and even the maintenance man who helped hang a painting in my husbands room -- and we are talking about still being in the time of Covid so Im certain they have often been shorthanded, but Ive never heard complaints. They have always gone out of their way to help, whether with my husbands care and comfort or with my paperwork.As one nurse put it, it may not be the most posh place, but it has something much more important -- heart and caring. And every time Ive visited its been clean and pleasant (with a small but pretty landscaped courtyard for the patients) and plenty of windows. Even the food has looked good! They are very informative with my husbands care. Staff is pleasant and helpful.He was at two other places, which I was not happy with.

I feel that the facility could improve on call bell response time.Dietary should meet with residents on food preferences.Overall I was very pleased with the care that I received. The care was good, staff were nice. I could not ask for better people to care for me

Care was excellent.Kitchen did not adhere to my diet, I kept receiving food on my tray I could not have. Staff did call the kitchen and got replacement.Facility cleanStaff niceStaff come as quickly as they can when I rang my call bell for assistance.

I love the activities at The Gardens at Orangeville. My favorite is BINGO! I also enjoy the food. It is very filling and appetizing. I would recommend The Gardens at Orangeville!

Its hard to rate a place like this...my grandad was in here for a while till he passed. When I visited it was always so said, people wandering around aimlessly looking depressed. But i guess thats the scene...felt and smelled like death
