2020-12-27This new building has some nice looking finishes, but its still got a lot of kinks to work out, and definitely not move in ready yet. There have been 3 fire alarms triggered (we think due to building defects per the firemen - no actual fires) and a power outage in the last week alone, including one on Christmas shortly before 5am. There is no onsite staff or emergency maintenance available to residents, so when this happens it takes a long time to resolve, with nothing communicated to residents in the meantime.

2021-12-26The level of noise in this building is absolutely disgusting. the rent money spent is complete waste. management is not on top of the issue, but when they are and noise no longer there i will delete this seems fair enough.

2021-10-16!!!!!!! READ BEFORE MOVING IN !!!!!!!!this place is not good!!!!!! it look elegant but once you inside thats when the problem start they will show you a different apartment and once you sing the lease they will give you a different one besides that multiple people are leaving and complaining bout loud noise from top and bottom and also growing mold all over bathroom and living room besides that the management is so unprofessional trust me i had the worst experience of my kife here dont do the same mistake take me as an example

2022-01-04I really love that the townhouses are super quiet. It was really nice and quiet all through the evening and night hours, as well as at daytime. A great place!

2020-12-25Persistently get woken up by blaring fire alarms, once at 5 am on Christmas to no power. No on-site staff so these kind of issues tend to get ignored.
