Been dealing with the immigration guys Seth and Francisco for the last 2 years! I’ve dealt with a different lawyer from a different office not replayed to them and did not have a good experience was lied to and guy was just taking my money and that’s when I decided to change! Even though I had a difficult case since the beginning them guys were excellent Francisco was always on top of things always told me what he was doing why and what should I expect and Seth was excellent got me what I needed with stress free and all he wanted was to make sure I was happy and got what I needed! Kia House represented me in two traffic court cases. She was extremely professional and clearly commanded respect from the district prosecutor and judge. The entire situation was extremely nerve wracking and Ms. House made it so that I barely had to speak. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and I know I wouldnt have been able to accomplish the same results on my own. It was definitely money well spent. I do wish communication with the office staff had been more consistent, but in the end I got perfect results.

Greg was my mother’s lawyer in a case where she was wrongfully accused of a crime. He and his office staff are very easy to work with and we were very happy with the results of the case. Update:Your response is simply not true. This office represented me twice and I have paperwork to prove it. Also both times I voiced my frustration and got nowhere so I don’t understand why you would think I was satisfied?Original:Both times I had a case with this law firm I had horrible experience, and not because I needed a lawyer, but because they were completely incompetent and had no clue what communication is. One time it took way over a month for me to get a response, on another occasion new attorney they sent showed up to court without talking to me once or even going over my file and knowing the incident.

I hired your services to apply for a green card, and during over a year and a half I had 3 different attorneys. There were a lot of added stress to my case due to some mix ups made during the filling process and the fact that each time I was assigned a new attorney I was not informed by it -which only made me question if I made the right move. I unfortunately received a speeding citation. I was really stressed out about getting points on my license. I went to Anthony Gil who helped explain the process to me. Hes a confident and experienced guy who seemed to know what he is doing. I felt a lot better with him and Prosmushkin law firm defending me. We set up a court date. I get a call on the court date personally from Greg telling me the case was dismissed! I really appreciate their knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy in handling my case. The secretary was also very patient with me (given all the questions I had) and made the process even smoother. This was the first time I ever had to deal with a lawyer and I would highly recommend the firm to others.

My spouse was denied visa in late 2013 during her first interview, so, I searched immigration lawyers on the internet and picked this office out of gut feeling. I called the phone number and a short time later I met with the staff. They were very cordial. They listened to me and after short deliberation, they let me know exactly what needed to be done.I am happy to say that: my spouse received her visa. The office was great all around with my request for name change. The level of professionalism and communication was excellent. I recommend their office for anything within their expertise. One of the problems I had in the past with law offices was their lack of updates on my case, and it was difficult to get in touch with anyone handling the matter. The Law Office of Greg Prosmushkin is the best law office around. I had a case with traffic court I let an unlicensed person drive my car and he had almost 6,000 worth of tickets he owed them so the judge ordered me to pay off the 6,000 dollars before I could get my car back I had spoken to many other lawyers about taking the case and they told me there was nothing that could be done but once I spoke with Greg he appointed Jeffrey Goldin and Anthony Gil who are amazing lawyers they each get 5 Stars they will fight with you until the bitter end they are very reliable they keep you informed and up to date about whats going on with your case I love these guys. They got me my car back they are amazing at what they do I would highly recommend everyone who needs help to talk to them they have the greatest lawyers around.

I would ABSOLUTELY, hands down reccomend these guys over & over again. From the very beginning they were extremely honest & very thorough with explaining every step we were taking & what to expect. I paid this law firm and Im extremely dissatisfied with their service. They were rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive to my needs. They showed me a great deal of attention until I signed the contract and made the payment. They didnt return my phone calls, I was passed over to inexperienced attorneys and treated me with a total lack of regard and respect. I tried to speak with the head of the firm, Greg about my concerns and he was unresponsive and unwilling to accept responsibilities. Greg rather have his underlings respond to my concerns which I find to be totally unacceptable. In my view the only thing this law firm was good at was getting my money and despite their deferring accountability BUYERS SHOULD BEWARE and SHY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM!!!!!!!
Greg took care of my traffic case this past week and the results were better than I had expected. I just had to pay a fine, but NO points on my drivers license, which was fantastic. Ive used these guys in the past, (Greg and Anthony), and each time they have exceeded my expectations. They know what theyre doing, and I highly recommend them.

Greg Prosmushkin is not only a hard working man but a caring one. Often you will come across lawyers who care about your case because it can make them a lot of money, but he becomes personally invested in important cases and seems to morally take a stand against unfair and unjust actions which have occurred against his clients. As a result he not only got his job done within a reasonable time for me personally but he also did so efficiently. I never felt uninformed or ignored as many people in my position tend to feel, and was able to get in touch with him about any questions or concerns I may have had during the entire process. Overall I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for help in his departments and would definitely go to him for help again as well.

They got the job done. They are not that good returning calls. When they did they pass me off from lawyer to lawyer and from paralegal to paralegal. Sometimes they were not polite or professional. They made may mistakes in my paper works. They did not prepare me well for the interview. And lawyers from the firm gave me inconsistent advices. When I emailed the head of the law firm of my concerns more than one times he never respond to me. I selected this law firm because they were the first one came up when I did the google search. For myself I would no choose them again.

I had as great of a time as one possibly can when dealing with the Law thanks to the Law Offices of Greg Prosmushkin. So I called this lawyer and by surprise, he called me back promptly only to have rehearsed lines waiting for me. I needed just a few minutes of his time to explain my suspension situation, apparently that isnt part of the script. From the very beginning of the conversation I was told I need to have a investigation on a matter on which I am very familiar with and that I could explain it very quickly. I understand Lawyers are known to be vivacious but I think there’s a thin line between overzealousness and disrespect. None of the offices have followed up with an action plan. Nice to know they are ok with disrespecting and belittling their clients. Don’t pick them if you’re looking for someone who will listen to you and if you’re going against them get a ruthless lawyer because the service and disrespect they have shown is terrible but I guess that’s how they run things there. 🤷🏿♀️

Real client here, immigration case. First time using Prosmushkins office. Why 5 starts - because i got exactly what i paid for and what i expected and a little bit more. I discussed main things with the lawyer, while paperwork was done with their assistant and secretary (all their assistants are real professionals - they call you to remind about important things, they call to check if you receive mail and they know what they are talking about). Case went exactly as they predicted, i didnt waste any extra money (i was sure i will and i was ready for it) and i didnt do any extra actions.For me being immigrant it is important to get details about my case, even if they sound stupid and not important. People from that office provided kind and friendly responses to all my questions - so when i was worried about timing or about process, i just called/emailed and their team gave me confidence and peace with their explanations.I strongly suggest using this office. Before referring my father I should’ve read the negative reviews because now I agree! This law firm lacks communication, the person who picks up the phone is rude. I have been calling and have left MULTIPLE voicemails for the paralegal and attorney handling my fathers case — no call back. I began thinking it’s my father and I they were avoiding. I had my mother call - she was able to get through - speak to the lawyer I was just told “wasn’t in the office” AND SHE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. HOW BOUT THAT?! I wonder how that happened? Bec when i called less than 10 minutes before my mother - the lawyer wasn’t there. When she said it was for my father and they realized the name they were shocked.My fathers interview day comes. They sent a lawyer who did not know about the case. The lawyer (in front of the immigration officer) turns to my father and says “ I’m not sure much of what was said but I do know that you want to make sure you’re telling everything”. What a way to make it seem like my dad is withholding information. We’ve been dealing with ONE lawyer this whole time and to get another sent to the interview was just mindblowing.My father has now missed his deadline twice. The first deadline AND the extension. I have been calling since the second week of July. Two / three times a week leaving vm even explaining myself to the lady at the desk with words such as “it’s urgent”. Speaking to Marianna “my fathers deadline is coming” . ZERO cares given. JUST YESTERDAY 08/15/2018. Marianna got on the phone. She PROMISED me (and I quote) “Norka, I PROMISE you Natalia will call you today between 3pm-5pm)”. She even got defensive when i told her i hear that every time i call and never got a call back. She says (again i quote), “ well it wasn’t me that you spoke to. I promise Natalia will call you today between 3pm-5pm). I even said i can come at 430pm. “No no don’t worry. Natalia will call you. We are double booked at this time”. Well today is 08/16. It is now 3:45PM.. no call, no voicemail, no email. Nothing. I just called the office again and of course “I can leave a voicemail”. I’d also like to point out my fathers deadline was 8/FOURTEEN . Mean 8/14. And I’ve been calling since second week of July as I can put my hand on any Bible and say I haven’t heard a single lawyers voice from that firm over the phone with me.When my father went for the consult and decided to have them handle the case, I mentioned to him. Don’t pay everything all at once. Communication was great! Until my father went to an appointment by himself that he was told they didn’t need me for. He decided to pay it all since he had the money on him. Ever since then, it’s like we’re peasants!I wish we could get a refund because now they’ve left my father with ONLY two options: Refile or move. Another lawyer won’t even look at his case since he’s missed two deadlines. When really HE didn’t miss it.To answer to the owner that responded below - that’s INCORRECT. I was there for a majority of the meetings that they had. There’s so many different things that I can say. My father has an appointment in September. I’d LOVE for you to be there if possible. But what I won’t hold back is your office is horrible at communication. Another example would be the fact that I just called to speak to you and was told “ he’s not here” i said “okay does he have an answering machine so I may leave a vm” - let’s just say I didn’t get the chance to leave a voicemail bec I was never transferred. She says she took the message, I hope that’s true. There’s no inaccuracies in not getting call backs, having my mother call right after me and she gets an appointment. I was also there for my fathers interview so there’s no inaccuracy in what was said in front of my face. I spoke directly to Marianna so there’s no inaccuracy in her promise. There’s also no inaccuracy in what was said to me by Natalia following this initial review! Quite frankly, you’re right about one thing, it’s not my case. 🙌🏾
Shannon Doman, Esq got my Philly Metro traffic citation dismissed outright on the first try, which is a much better outcome than I expected (several tries and then negotiate to a non-moving violation). Philly Metro traffic court is notorious headache, and I had to contact about 10 attorneys before finding Shannon. Based on discussions with other attorneys, the outcome he thought likely seemed unrealistically good, but then he made it happen on the first try. Kudos Shannon and team!

He helped me years ago with an illegal substance case , he also helped my whole family with very serious cases that I wont get into detail about. Now just recently me and my girlfriend were in an auto accident and even though we did not fully finish our treatment, we still did the majority of our treatment.we thought we were not gonna get anything due to not fully finishing our treatments.Next thing we know about a year goes by and we get a call from Greg saying Hey turns out I got you a nice settlement on the case I thought you lost. So that was just a shock.

One of son’s got a ticket on a Friday night in Philadelphia few months ago. According to the ticket he didnt stop at the stop sign. It was supposed cost about $150.00 fine and two points which is transferrable to NJ. I googled on Sunday and sent an email to Greg Prosmushkin’s firm. I was surprised to receive a call on the same day Sunday afternoon and he explained the legal process. We went to the hearing and Mr. Greg Prosmushkin was able to reduce the offence. We only paid fine and no points. Excellent service and prompt response. I will strongly recommend him to others if they face any motoring offence.

2022-07-27Long story short-I was in a car accident in 2016. They represented me and got a fair settlement before my case went to trial. Gregs team took 49% of my settlement saying fees+fees(for their document service + visits etc.) on top of my settlement when i went to sign the settlement document. My father in law got into an accident last year and he received good settlement and the lawyer only took 25% of the whole settlement. This is when I realized I didnt get a good service from them and i gave lot of $$$ just for their fees. Is he a good attorney ? Yes. Will i recommend him to friend and families? No. My advise talk to him about his other fees before you sign him as a lawyer.

2022-03-14My husband and I hired Jonfranco Esimio as our lawyer to file the paperwork on our adjustment of status. While every other lawyer was trying to scare us into hiring them, Franco gave us the confidence we needed to move forward with our case. Ever since our first meeting he was very positive and helpful while we asked all of our questions and said we had nothing to worry about. Him and the paralegal Kateryna Knapp worked on our applications and in a matter of 3-4 days we were back to sign it. Our case took only 5 months to be approved, no RFIs and with the company of Jonfranco in our interview; calming us down and reassuring us. We are so grateful we hired him because we knew since the first meeting that we made the right choice to go with him even though we had seen a cheaper lawyer that was very unprofessional and did not listen to our concerns.
