Samuel Fishman was very helpful in my mva case. He was very thorough in handling my case and making sure I got the proper care with all parties involved. Very satisfied with my settlement.
This office was my saving grace! I went to them after my husband and I were in a debilitating car accident. From the very beginning I felt confident that they understood my concerns and were fighting for us. It was a long grueling process fighting the other insurance company, but they kept me updated throughout it all. They fought to get us the maximum amount and they did! I would (and have) recommended them to anyone I know. Theyre straight shooters and will tell you like it is, and I appreciated that. They never sugar coated anything, but I had complete confidence they were fighting for me and genuinely cared not just about my case but about me.
The worst experience Ive ever had with a lawyer. He sent me to a chiropractor that did nothing for 4 months but used up my Medical Payments Coverage of my insurance. Samuel Fishman then dropped my case after a little over a year in and wouldnt respond to my calls. I found another lawyer who took my case, sent me to a pain management specialist who did a wonderful job. He just settled my case for the full limit of my Uninsured Motor Vehicle Coverage. Thanks for nothing Samuel Fishman .
No joke. This happened. I was with another lawyer who i wont name. He dropped my case, never send me a notice, and went to court with my passenger :(I went to Fishmans office with my file. He called the insurance company, and within one hour ! got me a settlement of $15,000 :)Read some of the other reviews, and that was NOT my experience. Fishman took me from zero to a hero in one single hour. Cant beat that

I loved my experiance with Sam Fishmans law office. He handled my case very fast. I was in serious money troubles and couldnt work. He then reffered me to his social sercurity office after I failed to get benefits on my own and got me the help i needed. I am now on my way to being whole person again. It was a great experiance. Do not use this lawyer. I felt helpless with his representation. He had his receptionist monitor phone calls when he should have spoken and monitored the calls.No updates...i felt helpless with him as my lawyer. I gave him a shot even though he had bad reviews....i should have listened to the reviews. I highly recommend that you dont waste your time on this firm.
Answered any and every question I had. Case was settled in less than a year even with covid. Followed up with all messages... referral to good doctors and therapist. I have no complaints.
This afternoon I took my grandmother to an appointment with Samuel Fishman. She wanted to get a few letters explained and because she does not speak English, I was her translator. We were walking into his office and it was taking a little time because my grandmother is in a wheelchair and they do not have a ramp for her to go up on. A man walks by us and mutters under his breath What...the...hell I didnt want to assume it was towards us because I had never seen him before. Then he walks up to his secretary and says Damn it THESE people. I was very shocked and hurt by this remark from a complete stranger! That man ended up being Samuel Fishman. We come into his office and my grandmother is by the wall in her wheelchair, he comes in after us and says fine, Ill walk around like he expected my grandmother to move out of the way. Then when Im translating some things for my grandmother, she begins to ask questions and he looks like at her and asks are you dumb or something?, I was in absolute disbelief, but I didnt translate that for obvious reasons. I politely ask him, Please do not disrespect my grandmother Fishman tells me Who the hell are you? Im not taking orders from a 16 year old! (I am a US Marine veteran) I calmly say to him Please stop being so disrespectful, she just wants to understand. Can you treat us like human beings, like clients? He gets very angry and screams at me How about you treat ME like a human being, MAYBE then Ill treat YOU PEOPLE like that. He proceeds to ask my grandmother in English, Where are you from?Ukraine? My grandmother doesnt understand and just quietly nods at him to which he says That explains so much. How about she goes and takes her problems up with Putin? Im just looking at him at this point because I have nothing to say to this man. He yells at me What the hell are you staring at?! My grandmother started crying. I just told my grandmother lets go, and we left.
I just walked out of Mr. Fishman’s office with a big check! He’s the best! All the negative reviews are just mad he didn’t want their case! I got my money when I most needed it too. If you’re lucky enough to have him agree to take your case, you know you’ll see some $$$$

2022-08-19Back in the early 2000s My wifes grandfather was hit by a motorist on Bustleton Ave and Mower st. After retaining Samuel Fishman began a suit, complete with trial days and all. At the conclusion of a 3 day trial, my wifes grandfather who had his leg broken in 3 places due to this mans negligence while driving, was awarded $17,000.00, which Samuel Fishman, his personal attorney, proceeded to provide itemized receipts for pens, markers, post-its, paper, legal pads, you name it, he needed it for the case, must have bought out a whole staples, since you know all of these things he already would be purchasing and likely writing off ofsince hes a lawyer and would need these items to effectively do his job, let us guess how much the receipts totaled to?? YOU GUESSED IT! $17,000.00! THIS MAN IS A CROOK AND DESERVES TO HAVE HIS LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW REVOKED!!!!!

His office has remained consistent with my case and available to me whenever I needed them or had any questions, which was greatly appreciated. 2022-01-15I got in accident when i was pregnant and my childfen and husband were all in the accident aswell. I was fefered to samuel fishman by my stepfather who was also belped by him before. Ive never been through anything like this and samuel guided my family and I through the whole thing and got us the help we needed. Im very thankful to have an attorney like him . I highly recommend that anyone out there involved in any accident to comtact his office!

I did exactly as I was instructed to do for him to best represent me with my case and he delivered as he said he would.
