Had issues with this preschool on the parent side. My daughter loved it and loved her teacher. But the first day we went for pickup and they gave us someone elses child. Never followed any safety protocol. Had to tell them it was the wrong child and to please give us our daughter. Went onto the app and saw a picture of her practicing writing her name and they spelled it wrong so she was practicing it incorrectly. I never got financial paperwork. They gave it to me after she had already attended for weeks and it was wrong. Never got any papers back, but still got over charged for a month and got charged for a summer program she never attended-they charged me in March for a program in June-tried to get the issue resolved numerous times and they never did. Got the financial directors number to call and she never called me back. Still trying to resolve the issue today and have not yet. Again my daughter loved her teacher and had a great time, but from a parents side it was very scary and frustrating.

Terrible experience. My son is 4 years old and has autism and I was looking for a good daycare since it was his first time being in a daycare center. The teacher did not know how to handle kids. I was in there with my sons ABA services to see what behavior he was having in there (beacuse they said the teacher cant take care of him with other kids). I was in the office watching the cameras and ABA was in the classroom, my son didnt have a bad behavior, there was other kids being bad in the classroom and they didnt have a problem. They lost a kid inside the classroom, they were screaming at one kid telling him why was he in today if he was sick. Teacher didnt have no interest in being a teacher.Other problem I had was they charged me the full week when my son wasnt even able to be in there two days and i had the title 20 help. When asked for the refund they took 3 months to give it back and I was calling every week and they would tell me they told the finance lady which they never did. I ask for the finance lady pone number because they were taking to long and when I reached out the lady told me they never told her about any refund due to me. And the second week they charged me again without my son being there any more. I will never take my son here again. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Terrible place I regret taking my child here to be very honest. The lady Becky was so rude to my mom and later on to me and is very entitled. I’m so disappointed and heartbroken that I had to withdraw my son out of this facility. I walked in today found my child crying alone , I asked the teacher why is my child crying and she proudly told me my son wants the the attention she can’t give ,just to be clear my son is 9 months old. My son has been crying all the way home and you can tell by his voice that he had been crying for long. My honest review take your kid there when they can talk and say how their day was.

My son is 4.5 years old with special needs and receives services privately and through the IU. After three other terrible childcare experiences, we finally found a place that truly likes my son for who he is. My husband and I are both educators and have been pleased with the curriculum and teachers. One of the teachers noticed his interest in reading and started teaching him how to read! He has matured and learned so much in the 10 months that he has been there. Becci has been more than willing to foster a partnership with our family to make my son’s experience as best as it can be, and it shows in our son’s progress. Her door has always been open and she has been quick to answer any questions or concerns that I have. Going in wanting to build an open and honest relationship with TLE was so easy with Becci and Tara. I could go on forever on how much we love TLE. Our only regret and not finding them sooner.

My son has been at TLE Bethlehem for about two years. We really like the teachers, the facilities and the curriculum. The teachers and staff are very caring. Would recommend.

Really miss this preschool! My son went here for almost a year but we left due to moving jobs. I haven’t found anything that matches!

I just started my sons at TLE in Bethlehem in March 2019 and extremely happy I made this decision. I was having issues with my prior daycare and wanted to get my kids out of there. My oldest son was also having behavioral issues. Ms. Jennifer worked with me in getting my sons into better learning and safer environment. She also gave my son a second chance with his prior behavioral issues. Since my sons have been there, I have not had one issue with my oldest son and they both have learned so much in the few months they have been there. Their writing and speech has improved tremendously in less than a month. They keep the kids active and motivated. Very friendly staff and teachers.

Terrible experience! Since I arrived with my husband and my 3 years old kid, the called Assistant Director a woman called Jamie,She received us with the worst facial expression possible, she did not greet us properly and she did not even want to provide more information about the place. The minutes I was there I felt in a horrible atmosphere! The hospitality and kindness dont exists on the part of this lady, it is a pity that a school with such a beautiful building is in charge of such a person!
