Great if you need to mail something, packaging is available. Requires masks so I guess theyre being cautious although all the high contact surfaces seemed filthy.Edit: they got better... Separate clean and used (dirty) pens in separate containers.
I have a mailbox at this place and the staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about everything at the store. I always feel great walking into this UPS Store knowing I will get all my questions answered and my needs met. Great job everyone.

Im a small business owner and the excellent service at this store for printing is a life-saver for me.I use them over and over and have never been disappointed. Whether it is a once and done quick color copy or more than 20 booklets being printed at a time for a workshop, theyve come through for me EVERY TIME. They take the time to make sure I look good with what I present to the public. I highly recommend their printing services and am so grateful to have them, right around the corner. :)
When I got there the line was long, however I only waited for about 1-2 minutes before it was my turn already. Staff welcomed me, and were very nice during my visit to UPS

Because I didnt think of my medications before my trip my daughter sent them via UPS, we paid $100.00 to have them shipped over night delivery. Delivery never showed Until the 4th day. Not the good service I expected, quite the contrary, Terrible service. I would have received it that same day through the regular Postal service!! I will apparently receive a refund in 7 to 10 days, they say. Dont know if I believe them this time either. Ill get back to you all on that one. I was Very Disappointed, not sure if Ill ever use this service again, but then I will check everything Before I plan the next trip! Lesson learned.

Service was excellent quick and professional I had just stopped at Sue’s Notary less than 2 minutes away and they said it would be an hour wait... This will be my go to for notary services

2022-02-05Been dealing with them for years and now all the sudden they hire all new staff and complete change in the way youre taken care of.. was outside door at 3:59 walking to door it turns 4:00 staff all behind the front desk I pull on door and locked already just turned 4:00 guess Ill be using another store then.

2021-05-08I printed off fedex return labels instead of ups. The staff told me he would charge me $4.50 to print off the correct labels. So I left and mailed them at fedex. Kinda weird they would miss out on mailing 3 packages for 3 sheets of paper, guy could have cared less if I mailed from ups or not. I have always used this ups location to mail packages to my soldier, very disappointed.

2019-12-24This store has always been my go to for shipping, staff always great. Today, Christmas Eve, they closed at 4p - I of course remembered I had to pick up a package (a gift) at 4:05. I called and was told they would wait for me. When I arrived there were 3 employees still there, helping another last minute-er. Would definitely recommend UPS at Liberty Center!
