I have switched to this place , as they are more compassionate for animals. My other vet was not n after 20yrs n many cats, wouldnt help me as I didnt hv the money right away. But the staff at the V.Zoo as great, they get back to u in a timely manner. Highly recommend them !
A 5 star experience, even during this pandemic!! Dr. Diane personally came out (due to COVID restrictions, they take your pet inside while you safely wait in your vehicle) to discuss our fur babys issues; took time to address all of our concerns and made recommendations based on her experience and knowledge. A professional who is loving and passionate about her patients!!!Her team was courteous and kind, would recommend this facility to everyone!!!!
Our two dogs have been to several vets over the years but we will never change vets again. It is totally worth the 30 minute drive from our house because this is the only place out boys have gone where they actually get excited when we pull in the parking lot! Dr. Diane, the other vets, and all of the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer my multitude of questions. We go there for regular annual check ups/vaccines and Dr. Diane has also repaired our pittys CCL tear. Also, their prices are by far the best weve found. Recommend them to anyone looking for a vet!
A++ in my book. My dog had to have several teeth pulled. I was extremely concerned about him going under anesthesia due to his age and weight, but they were very reassuring. The surgery went well and my dog is doing great. All of the staff from the receptionist to the Vet were fantastic. The prices were also really reasonable.
I wont take my animals anywhere else. I moved to the area in 2012 and needed a new vet and was recommended Dr Dianes mobile vet service. Dr Diane did teeth cleaning on both of my dogs when she was still only a mobile vet without the brick and mortar place she has now. She took great care of them. She also ran a workup on my cat at that time. My cat is underweight and always has been. She was honest with me and Ill always appreciate that. Dr Jehna is my go to vet at the brick and mortar location during evening hours. (I think Dr Diane works daylight hours). I put down my oldest in Jan with Dr Jehna and she was so kind. Becky one of the receptionists is also always asking after my dogs, shes such a sweetheart. They will take great care of your pets!
Dr. Diane and her staff have take care of my dogs for years. I honestly wouldn’t take them anywhere else. They don’t stress about going to the vet, they wag their tails and get all excited to see the vets and techs. I know that we are all going to be treated like part of the family at the Zoo.We all look forward to our visits! Thanks for the great care.
I love it here. I wont take my Zeke anyplace else. And this was my first visit. Even though I couldnt go inside, Kortney was very nice, and friendly. She took good care of my Zeke. Dr. Jehna even came out to talk to me which I think was awesome. They didnt push me to pay any more than I had to which was very refreshing for a vet. I think they are very reasonably priced and I will definitely go back again. Thank you Vetting Zoo!
Very helpful staff. Reasonable prices!!! Youll never find a more caring and compassionate Doctor than Dr. Diane. She is an angel of Mercy to all living creatures. I want to thank her personally for the help and care she gave me for my dog Roxie. God bless you Dr. Diane!!!!
I want to dispel the 1 star reviews here. My family takes their furry kids here frequently. At no time have I heard a single bad thing in the slightest way .In the recent months I experienced catastrophic injury that has me retiring after 34 years military/military contractor service 10 years early. My doberman had a appointment today. I have had her over 8 years as my companion. I walked in and asked the receptionist POLITELY .to talk.I have gone over 5 months with no job until a week ago.I expressed to the staff that I did not have much money and anything they could do to help me WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.The Veterinarian and Tech were kind, patient and treated my dog with the utmost care. They are not in it for the money.I can tell they really cared about my feelings and my furry kid. After very gentile and thoroughly examine my doberman She (Vet) gave me her PROFESSIONAL...opinion.Without batting a eye I was offered help saving my dog.You see as I told her my story being a 34 year vet she said we will honor our disabled vets and help you.I didnt know what to say when I was given a highly reduced bill for her services and surgery Wednesday. To The Vetting Zoo:Thank you,1 you are kind and Im humbled by your kind gesture and they way you handled my Doberman today.
Dr Diane and her crew are absolutely outstanding. Ive never met more compassionate people, ever. I drive my boys over an hour because I know dr has their best interest at heart. Dr Diane does a tremendous amount of service to the animals, it is clear that she loves what she does, and loves her patients. Also, she stands for what it right.. that is very noble and heroic of her to do.
These folks are the best! Highly recommended! Theyre compassionate, professional, and reasonably priced. They came to our house for vet appointment for our dog. The vet and the tech that came to our house took their time, answered all our questions, and really worked to keep our dog calm.
The Vetting Zoo staff is absolutely wonderful. We have seen Dr. Diane for our dog, Odessa, and Dr. Jehna, for our cats. We rescue cats and sometimes this leads to extensive care, and important, yet affordable, treatment and this establishment delivers. We lost our sweet Louise to renal failure and Dr. Jehna was nothing short of amazing during our unfortunately quick journey with her. We recently took in a stray from the creek who turned out to be pregnant and again their staff was wonderful with us in getting her completely checked out! We frequent their shot clinics considering all the animals we have here and they are always top notch with quick, wonderful service and positive attitudes. I am forever thankful to have found the Vetting Zoo and have recommended them to so many people. We will forever be clients and honored to be serviced by them
Its very busy but it busy for a reason. The pricing is so great, and for cats who live indoors only and dont really require a whole slew of vaccines from the vet, this is perfect. After waiting in line, the amount of time my cat was in their care was maybe 2 minutes. Theyre so quick to vaccinate and my cat wasnt too stressed out.Definitely get there early (and i mean early) if you have somewhere else to be. And dont be the jerk who gets EVERY vaccine for your 3 dogs. Go to the vet for that PLEASE. but if you just one or two, its a great option.
I honestly don’t think I could say enough about how amazing everyone is at the vetting zoo. Not only do they do anything and everything they can for my babies, they are always so warm and welcoming when I come in. I’ve honestly never felt that way at a vet ever before and I’ve gone to many. I recommend them to everyone who asks for a vet. The plain truth is, you will never find a staff that is more caring and compassionate and willing to do whatever to make you happy and your animal happy. So thankful for them and always dealing with me being a over-worried cat mom! :P
The Vetting Zoo has my favorite staff of any vet office Ive used by far. Even when dealing with my dog who is a huge, skittish, pooping maniac, everyone is very kind and patient. They always call to check in on my animals after treatments and have been consistently successful in diagnosing and treating their ailments.
I love Dr. Diane and her team! They are kind, friendly, educated professionals who have a heart for service. While we LOVE the convenience of their mobile service, having a wonderful facility to take our fur family to in the event of emergencies and/or the unexpected is a blessing. Our admiration for Dr. Diane was confirmed when in September of 2014 we had to say goodbye to our beloved 17-year old Schatten. She explained everything, was calm, loving and gave us time to grieve. Six months later, she helped us welcome our new family member who experienced some issues after a shelter spay. Dr. Diane personally followed up and responded to questions seeing our new family member through.Dr. Dianes love and commitment to animals is exemplified by her frequent participation in low-cost vaccination clinics. Her and her team work tirelessly to provide exceptional care. We appreciate all they do -- thank you!
My wife and I spent thousands of dollars at another vet for an entire year trying to figure out what was wrong with our 2 year old Yorkie. We never were given a diagnosis but given pills and told it was an ear infection. My wife found the Vetting Zoo and Dr. Jenn concluded a possible congenital defect and my wife decided it was best to put him to sleep due to his suffering and pain. In one hour Dr Jenn gave us the answers that another vet couldn’t give us in 1 year and thousands of dollars later. Dr Jenn and her team were the most compassionate team my wife has ever experienced in a vets office and even in her own doctors office. The vet tech even got down on the floor to comfort my dog. Dr Jenn talked directly to my dog and comforted him through the entire process. There was no upselling or feeling of obligation to spend extra money. The team even gave my wife time alone with him and never rushed the process. The only regret we have is that we did not find The Vetting Zoo sooner. Today was the first day I woke up with out my “Little Man” but I’m comforted in the fact that Dr Jenn and her team made the experience for my wife and him comfortable and treated the entire situation with dignity and respect. The Vetting Zoo is truly a diamond in the ruff of money hungry vets that operate their offices like assembly lines. Thank you Dr Jenn and your team.
My veterinarian passed away so a friend of mine told me about getting shots for my new kitten at the Waggin Wheel. That is how I found out about Vetting Zoo. Just had my cat Sandy in for a urinary blockage problem. Everyone on the staff was very pleasant. My roommate was there for 4 days and the bill was very reasonable. Excellent follow-up when I called with questions. Sandy is back to being the little pest hes always been. 😘😸
April 15th unfortunately we had to use the services of the vetting zoo. We had a very sick pup. The vetting zoo treated our dog as if it was one of their own. The decision to let our dog cross over the Rainbow Bridge was by far the toughest. The doctor and staff were with us every step of the way. The compassion for our dog was amazing. The kindness they showed to us and our beloved Lady was truly appreciated. Thanks vetting zoo and the staff there.
Dr. Diane, Dr. Autumn and their staff are not only consummate professionals, they are kind, compassionate, and gentle. I have entrusted my beloved pet family to them for the last four years, and they have never let me down. When I am unable to use their mobile service, I will drive almost 30 miles one way to go to their office; they are that good!
If you are in need of a vet for your fur babies, Call the vetting zoo, Dr. Diane and Dr. Jehna both are highly qualified to take care of all your pets needs. We would not take our Buddy anywhere else! Good people, Great Service. Everyone here cares about your pets well being.
Switched to this place about six months ago and love the affordable costs and friendly environment for our pets. I’ve never had anything but kind and professional interactions with the staff. I’m glad I found the perfect place for my pets to go to. Keep up the good work!
Doc Dawg is a 9 and 7/8 year old lab. He has been using the vetting Zoo for eight it was years.. It was a very hot day when we went to the rabies shot clinic. Doc had a problem with the heat. I took him to the water bowls multiple times they were laid out and waiting. It got to the point where it was a little too much for him getting in and out of the Jeep. Last time I took him for water one of the people from the zoo came over and suggested I hose him down. It work for a little bit. Realizing it was too much for me to keep taking him out of the truck and putting him back in he went with some of the staff. As the line move forward he stayed with these remarkable people. They provided us were about eight bottles of cold water. As I moved the truck forward he stayed with staff members. When we got close to the buildin Doc decided to go sit in the garage with several other staff people. To make things easier for him they actually brought his shot outside so we didnt have to get up and go in. When everything was done one of the staff members picked them up and put them in the truck with a nice bag of treats. You would think that was the end only the next day fairly early we received the phone call. How is Doc doing.Doc was doing quite well hydrated and being his usual self. You could not ask for more dedicated and caring people for your pets.Doc sez yous cin take dat ta tDa banc. Bark bark
We are so grateful for the staff at the Vetting Zoo. Earlier during the pandemic, our puppy managed to get ahold of, and swallow, an entire chocolate chip cookie in plastic wrap. We called and they gave us emergency instructions (calmly and kindly to me-- who was not very calm and very, very upset!) for how to purge Albus and next steps in case we could not induce vomiting. In addition, the staff has been nothing but kind, professional, and forthcoming for the last year (which is the length of time we have been going to the Vetting Zoo). They have treated us and our puppy with respect and kindness, are always happy to see him, and when we have needed to make decisions about his health, have been very knowledgeable and helpful.
Extremely disappointed that we will need to find another vet. We have 5 fur babies and have been clients for a number of years. Breanna and Dr. Jehnna provided excellent care during their visit to our home. However we are extremely disappointed with the attitude of the in office staff. After arriving 10 minutes late due to puppy car sickness we were totally would have to wait until the doctor was finished with her current appointment. I had no problem with this and decided to wait outside to keep our dogs busy and calm . We were chased out of the office into the parking lot and told that we would have to pay cancellation and late fees on top of the office visit charge for that day. When I try to again explained it was only 10 minutes and due to our puppy getting car sick and having to stop along the way the receptionist coldly told me it doesnt matter that is their policy. Our puppy is our child and if she is sick we are going to stop to take care of that. I would assume that people who work with animals would understand this, however apparently the almighty dollar trumps friendly service and bedside manner.
I am completely disappointed with this veterinarian. I made an appointment for two of my 9 week old kittens two weeks ago to get their shots and vaccines and come the day of the appointment I call to confirm because no one called me to confirm and they tell me they tried calling and didn’t get a response so they CANCELED my appointment. I then asked what number they had and indeed it was the wrong number, they continued to tell me that even though it was their fault for writing down the WRONG number I will need to reschedule without even trying to squeeze me in. As most would know it is important to get small kitten dewormed and vaccinated in order to keep them growing at the proper speed. I will absolutely not be seeing this vet and I recommend no one else does considering a mistake is made on their end and they do nothing to accommodate.
Dr Diane Fords dedication and compassion is evident in the care that she provides. She and her staff work hard to help our pups and Fosters. Thank you team vetting zoo for saving our special girl Dottie...there were a few times in her 10day stay with you that I didnt think she would be coming home...but you saw to it that she did... You are fabulous.
Went there for an 9 oclock appointment at 845 they told me it was canceled cause I didnt answer their phone call to confirm I ask what number they called wasnt even my number than they said they cant see my dog and if I rescheduled I would have to pay a deposit cause I canceled the place was also dirty and smelled
I am sharing this post to all pet owners as a warning. As a new dog mom I left my new puppy of 4 months in their care for the dog to be neutered. I had a good experience with the vet but I recieved a call telling me that they gave him vaccines that he didn’t need and didn’t take care of him properly. When I picked up his back end smelled like poop and it appears he went to the bathroom on himself and they didn’t even bother to wipe the poop off. I couldn’t even give him a bath for 2 weeks so he stank until he was finally able to get a bath. Also, they didn’t even bother to look at the vaccines he already had and administered vaccines that he already received. And they tried to make me pay for them, arguing that they didn’t have the paper identifying the shots he already received. However once the chart was opened, it clearly showed they had the paper and didn’t look at it. Very disappointed in this place. The neglect by those working here makes me worried for any dog owners. When this situation was discussed with dr Diane she advised that I was flighty and didn’t know what vaccines I had to give him. As a new dog owner I of course didn’t know about when all the shots need to be given. That’s their job! Please do not take your pet to this place. Some people working here were very kind but the neglect and mistreatment of my dog shown makes me very nervous if anyone takes their pet here.
Dr Diane is a caring compassionate animal advocate. She has always gone above and beyond to care for her patients and is a great person too. She knows her facts and is always looking out for her furry friends. All of us that know her well know her heart. She is a truly remarkable Dr.
WARNING: So disappointed in this establishment. I had taken my first dog to them and had a positive experience, however my second dogs experience during his neutering was unprofessional and I wastreated very rudely by both the staff and dr Diane ford. I went to pick my dog up from his neuter appointment to find out that they had given him a shot that he already had. I kindly explained to the receptionist that my dog had already received this shot to which was in the inital paperwork given. During this experience, Becky stated kill me now at the front desk while we were trying to get this fiasco sorted out. Becky went to the back and grabbed the initial vet tech to which she continually lied to me stating the paperwork was never given to her. When I told her it was in the folder and she had scanned every paper but one (which was in their records) she then said “oh there was no folder.” But how could there have been no folder if she had all but one paper scanned? The vet tech also stated that if I was going to put up such a “stink about the shot” then she’d pay for it. I told her that I shouldn’t have to pay for a shot that was already administered to my dog and simply missed by the office. The vet tech stormed off and Becky proceeded to tell me that the vet techs tone of voice is “just the way she is.” There is no need for someone to be rude and the vet tech simply gets away with it because “that’s just the way she is.” If I had ever done something like that at my jobs I would’ve been fired. Finally, I left both upset and disappointed that myself and my family had been so mistreated by a staff I had grown to like and trust. When this situation was brought up to Dr Diane Ford she was both rude and disrespectful and didn’t seem to care how her staff treated myself or others. Word of advice, don’t waste your time going here. There are some very kind ladies but after seeing the blantant ignorance given by Dr Diane Ford, the receptionist Becky, and the original vet tech, I would advise to any pet owner to not leave your dog in their care.
Dr Diane and Rob and their staff is awesome!!! And they know what their doing!! They wrk very hard for the animals and u can tell everyone up their loves the animals. Dr Diane has a heart of a gold and it shows in her work all the way!! All the animals that they see are very lucky to have a vet like them!!! I have been with them for a quit sometime now and will not go anywhere else!!Katie and poot give u all high fives tooCongrats again too u and rob and Diane on the office you guys are amazing and youre dreams came true!!!
My pet had an emergency, so I took her there right away. They wouldnt see her without an appointment. My sister and I took her to the Palmyra Animal Clinic while my other sister called ahead. They were ready for us. After checking her out, it was painfully obvious she couldnt be saved. Sweetie crossed the rainbow bridge that day. Thank you to Palmyra Animal Clinic & Dr. Hann for your compassion!
If I could give ZERO stars I would!! Absolutely HORRIBLE experience for not only my pup, but also myself and my boyfriend. we took our dog to the Waggin wheels pet store in mount joy for their vaccine and nail trim clinic. The vetting zoo staff at the check in table were not very welcoming. We got checked in, and got taken back to the room for the vaccine and nail trim. First, they grabbed the leash from my boyfriends hand and PULLED my dog knowing he was terrified. As I was trying to pet him and let him know everything is okay, the male trimming his nails tells me to “move and get out of his way.” As he is trimming my dogs nails, he cuts him and makes him bleed. As my boyfriend asks what nail is bleeding he tried to play it off and wipe the blood off the floor as if we didn’t see it. I am EXTREMELY upset with the poor professionalism these employees had. I will NEVER return for any reason and I will never recommend this vet/vet techs to anyone!!
They have a relatively reasonable price, but dont mind not knowing some relative information regarding pets. Professional, and good to work with overall.. The person who answers the phone can be a bit snippy.Edit 10/24/18:I should have said that it was my wife that dealt with you, and not me...... the relative information was simply a simple questions about AKCs requirements for microchips and if your microchips would be okay for that!! The pets name was Cassia.... anyway, I didnt mean for this to be a negative review as much as just a comment!!!!
I visited The Vetting Zoo after spending thousands of dollars at Hershey Veterinary Hospital, in a 7 month time frame, I had full blood panels done, xrays , months of medication regime given to tiny 2yr old dog. Even after my fur-baby couldn’t eat, swallow showing many signs that he was ready to move on, which was the most heart wrenching decision I ever had to make in my life. While evaluating All records from Hershey vet hospital its almost evident that X-ray was not evaluated properly, the blood work analyzed incorrectly per breed and health risk.etc No congenital diseases taken into consideration or present symptoms. Now Upon arrival at The Vetting Zoo the staff were immediately compassionate. The Vetting Zoo Dr.Jenn amazing and precise to the pets needs. She was able to evaluate my furbaby giving adequate diagnosis and decision for best approach this was heart breaking for me as a mother and the vet as was visually sad as professional. My little guy was very ill for sometime unknowing exactly why, ‘misdiagnosed”. He was in pain, no quality of life , and honestly already start to stages of the end. I was ingnored by Hershey Vet Hospital 1016 COCOAAVENUE 17033 they where all about money vs actual care. Vetting zoo Dr.Jenn was the most compassionate vet I have ever seen. Her vet tech was amazing as well compassionate. Dr.Jenn spent at least 2 and half hours with us. In all honesty , I recommend going to THE VETTING ZOO for any and all needs. I couldn’t have make the necessary medical decision without the compassion of Dr.JENN. IF YOU LOVE YOUR FURBABYS AND WANT NOTHING BUT THE BEST HONEST ,COMPASSIONATE CARE YOU NEED TO GO TO THE VETTING ZOO!
Our family has been with Dr. Diane from almost the beginning & have nothing but positive experiences with her & her growing team! She (and her husband!) have always been so kind to us & our furbabies, making house calls, scheduling has always been so flexible & easy. I speak for my family & I when I say that we were so proud of Diane when she opened up the shop in Campbelltown/Palmyra and have enjoyed watching this amazing person, who just happens to be a vet, grow her business & passion. You can truly see that Diane & her husband love all animals, and that very much trickles down through the whole staff. Every encounter has been a positive one, I cannot say enough good things about the whole staff at The Vetting Zoo! We would all highly recommend taking your furbaby here (oh, and the prices are incredibly reasonable - another plus!).- Woodrow & Ingrid(the aussiedoodles!)
Diane Ford should be fired. She has gone out of her way to publicly bash an animal shelter and discourage adoptions, despite the employees doing their best with what they have. Ford could have helped them but instead helped to spread lies. She attacked employees for believing an owner that a cat was fixed when she would have done the same thing. She bashed them for not having a vet even though they have been looking for months. She blamed them for not noticing an injury when it took the owner months to find it themselves. She knows nothing about how animal shelters are run but instead of trying to learn, she chose to attack them. She has no right to be talking about something she knows nothing about and I hope she gets fired.
I am writing this review in support of others that I have read for this business because as I read them and see you quickness to dismiss everything said to you as if it is nonsense it is quite alarming. You act as if a ton of people are out to smear your vet clinic for no reason at all and that couldnt be further from the truth. You also act like everything in every 1 star review is completely fabricated and people are just creating fake bad experiences to mess with you and your business.People would not take the time to write out long detailed stories if they were made up so quit acting like they are. No business is perfect. It is called constructive criticism and feedback and you obviously cant handle it. It is everybody elses fault, never yours or your staffs.Which brings me to my next point. Your office staff seems to be a common problem from what I am reading with extremely poor attitudes and no people skills whatsoever. Everybody is always an inconvenience for them. Yet you would rather fall on the proverbial sword for them before you reprimand them for quite possibly the worst customer service skills around. As another person said in there review, if anybody behaved like this at a job and business with standards that cared about their reputation, they would be fired almost immediately for this behavior. Do you even realize that when your staff acts like this towards people that it costs you business? Nobody wants to be treated like this, especially when it comes to their pets! Also, these polices I see brought up are completely insane. First off, NO DOCTOR OR DENTIST CHARGES ANYONE FOR BEING LATE EVER! Will they refuse to see you and make you reschedule your appointment? More than likely, but they wont charge you for being late. You seem to fail to understand that while in some cases being late is due to poor time management, more often than not it is due to circumstances out of a persons control such as emergencies or traffic problems. And yet you pass this burden on to your clients and profit off of it. Shame on you for that really. Thats really unethical. You are just weeding out the people youd prefer not to see by doing this.Think before your respond to this review too and dont try too hard to make me look like an idiot as you attempt to do with everyone else. Nobody is constantly trolling a vet clinic in Palmyra on the internet as you are trying really hard to make this seem. People have better things to do. These are legitimate and real concerns that you just blow off and act like you never deserve.Maybe if you cared about animals half as much as you do how you are portrayed on the internet, you wouldnt have these problems with people. However its very clear that nothing but bad attitudes and narcissism rule the roost here.People should really start contacting the Better Business Bureau and/or the PA Vet Board instead of writing reviews on here because it is very clear that nothing is ever going to come of these.I know you cant help yourself, but really it is in your best interest not to respond to this. You arent going to make me look like a fool. Oh and by the way, Ill save yourself the time from making the smart comment, No I am not a client of yours so dont bother looking. I do know people who were however, and between that and how you act with all of these reviews online, I have a pretty clear picture of what is going on.Again, this is constructive criticism, not some random hit job on you and your business. You are no better than the president really for thinking that everyone is just out to get you.
We had to put my childhood dog to sleep and the staff here made it alot easier with there support an there patience with the family is amazing they even washed his blanket we bring him in on an returned it with his ashes they gave is all the time we need to say our good byes they held him with love an he went so peaceful he hated vets but he gave them no problems at all he laid his head on her lap an slowly went to sleep
The Docs and staff go the extra mile. Hal and I were in a room with a sofa and recliner. I thought it was a waiting room, turns out the tech and Vet sat on the floor with Hal and performed the exam. At one point Dr. D was laying on her back looking up at Hals chest. Talk about removing the stress of being on an exam table. Google needs to add a 6th star.Larry H

2022-01-08As a person who is a pet lover, active in the rescue community and owned a grooming business for 10 + years, I have had experiences with numerous veterinarians. Dr. Ford is definitely one of my favorites. Her knowledge and care for pets is clearly evident. Her common sense approach is appreciated. I feel fortunate to be one of her clients and more importantly to have her assistance in looking out for my personal pets best interest. Thank you for all you do!

2021-08-17If you never heard any bad remarks about The Vetting Zoo....Its because theres nothing bad to say!!!Dr. Diane is my primary veterinarian. Her and her staff are PHENOMENAL!!!You can ask them ANYTHING that concerns you about your pet and they treat you AND your pet as though they are FAMILY!!Theyll tell you prices before they do anything,And they take the cheapest way possible for the care of your pets.I was leary for YEARS about vets because Ive heard horror stories and I didnt want my fur babies hurt or worse.Let me tell ya somethin...The Vetting Zoo is the most comforting place possible to take your pets to!!Hands down!!! 5 stars doesnt do them the justice they deserve!!!Ive included a picture of my kitten Onyx...Although he isnt the first pet Ive brought to The Vetting Zoo...He is the most recent. He had blunt trauma done to his bladder and I was terrified I was gonna lose him. 😿💔But Dr. Diane not only helped with my anxiety and worries....She handled him with so much care it was as if he was the most valuable little kitty in the world. He has a twin sister named Luna...They are bonded and inseparable. Not once was I frowned upon for bringing her with so that Onyx would be more compliant during his visit!!Not to mention... they have a low cost shot clinic once a month!!!That saves you even more money!!!I am a lifetime part of The Vetting Zoo, and I wouldnt have it any other way!!

2021-09-01The vetting zoo has always been able to fit my dogs and me in, even with last minute notice. I drive over an hour, but I trust their work and their prices. They never push anything extra, like my past vets.

2021-10-12This is a great place. The staff is friendly and always calls back quickly! They have a wait-list in case an appointment gets canceled so there is always a chance for a sooner appointment. They also always take the best care of my cats and during car side were very willing to answer all of my questions when I couldnt physically be in the exam room. Even when they had to refer me to a specialist vet, they first tried everything they could there for a reasonable price. I am always very happy with the service there!

2021-12-03Great service. They have a very friendly staff. Right now with the way things are it is hard trying to find a vet taking new clients. So glad I found the vetting zoo that does shots at a low price. They do it once a month. It can be for cats or dogs which is great because I have both so it worked out well for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

2021-08-14Unbelievably rude clerical staff does NOT care about your pet! After 5 years of taking my dog there I was basically given the boot by the very hostile girls at the front desk for not confirming my appointment?! Seriously? They claimed they had called me “several times” to confirm and I “failed” to return their call and confirm in a timely manner so my appointment was canceled and immediately given to someone else. So In the actual version of events, they called a total of 3 times, Thursday morning while I was working, Friday morning while I was working and then again Friday evening at 6pm when I called them back immediately. Karisa answered the phone and I immediately apologized for not calling sooner but was abruptly told “your appointment has been canceled and filled by someone else”. She was ready to hang up when I said “Can’t I even reschedule?” To that, I was promptly put on hold for several minutes. Then she comes back on the line and tells me that because “I allowed my appointment to be canceled” I had to go “back to the beginning” (whatever that means!) and they couldn’t see my 14 year old dog for blood work until December! (Original appointment AUGUST16) When I asked to speak to his doctor I got put on hold again and then Krista got on the line and told me “this issue does not concern the doctor.” “So you won’t even give her a message?” I asked. “No.” She responded. UNREAL!! Sorry, Dr. Jenna and Dr. Diane, I will not take my poor, sweet, senior pup to a place that could cast him aside so heartlessly all because I didn’t return a call fast enough while at my extremely busy job. Dr. Diane, I have record of when they called on my phone and the voicemail in text format if you’d like to see it.****Response to “owner”s response” to this review. First of all, it is an out right LIE that I have a history of. “No shows”! I should sue you for slander!! I missed one appointment because I got lost trying to find the place ONE TIME! And I still called and told you guys I was lost and was told I would have to prepay for future visits. In Retrospect, and in light of your condescending, uncaring, UNTRUE response to this event, that should have been my first clue. Good luck to all of your current customers. Personally, I’m VERY happy to take my pets elsewhere!

2019-01-16The Vetting Zoo was extremely helpful. We brought our dog in when I wouldnt move from off the bed and right away they suspected he had Lymes disease. They tested him and confirmed it. After a nail trim, blood test, office visit, and prescription filled the total cost was half what we were expecting. Along with a cheap bill the entire staff was extremely friendly. Well definitely be going back!
