Terrible place. they talk trash about people they don’t even know and make threats to people they don’t even know. Wouldn’t recommend this place to somebody I dislike. Don’t waste your time bunch of dirt balls.

2021-10-13Not too happy with knowledgeable on mechanical components...I took car in for turn signal replacement and wiring checkAnd they just kept trying 2sell me a battery...After i bought the battery they said i desperately needed...Still had turn signal problem they never fixed

2021-06-13Had a vehicle issue at Pitt Race and their driver refused to enter the facility to help me. Anyone on site, spectators, janitors, anyone has to sign a simple acknowledgment before they’re allowed on site. Every other tow company in the area knows this and has no problem logging in to enter. The driver refused and drove off, leaving me stranded. He did not even bother to update AAA so that they could send someone else. Considering I waited and hour and I had spent money on an event, their unprofessionalism and willingness to strand someone are unacceptable and they should not be allowed to service for AAA.

2021-06-13I took more than an hour to arrive and when they did they refused service and left me stranded. Thank goodness I didn’t have my family with me and add another local service was willing to come and help. They didn’t even bother to update AAA with their refusal of service, very unprofessional

2021-06-13Horrible, unprofessional. They have no problem leaving you stranded and simply driving away if they don’t wanna do the service. Definitely should not be a AAA provider.

2018-07-26I did something stupid, I hit a ditch. Dont judge, people hit ditcjes. I called T&T because tjryret local and a friend recommended them. They arrived quickly and got my car out of the ditch with no problems. I was back on the road in less than a half hour. The price was very reasonable. Hopefully, Ill not hit another ditch, but if I do, I know who to call.
