Toms is usually a great place to hangout. Unfortunately they were either very busy or understaffed the night I visited. Friends had ordered food and only got half their order and the other order seemingly got lost in the shuffle. Once we spoke up, a few minutes later, everything came out. Otherwise, it was great.
Everything Ive had so far from this place has been fantastic, from the cheesesteaks, to the pizza and stromboli, even the club sandwiches are great! Although you have to eat the fries quickly because they harden when they get cold.
Great quality food and experience every time we order from here. Their pizza has to be the best in Aston and Ive tried at least 5 different pizza places in total. The wings are as good as Buffalo Wild Wings and Im not kidding. First time we ordered from here was for my daughters birthday party. Second time was for the Super Bowl. Im a meat lover and LOVE their veggie lovers pizza.
I have been eating Toms since I was about 15 years old. It was wonderful back then. And now over 32 years later it is still The Best Pizza! And still The Best Service! These other new comer pizza places in Aston can kick rocks compared to Toms! Thank You for always just being Great! Thank You! JM.

The food we got was terrific, no complaints. Their process during the pandemic needs revision. They let one person in the store at a time. A woman was in line. She waited 10 minutes to get into the store, made her order, came out and got in line again. Other stores only take phone orders and when you get there you call them and they bring the order to your car. A much better process.
Burger & meatball sandwich were good but they didnt come with chips or fries; food was brought to our table one at a time: meatball sandwich a good 5 minutes before burger...in our family, we eat together so the MB was no longer hot by the time the burger was brought out 😞. The acoustics in the dining room are horrible, it was SO loud in there and only 3 other tables were occupied

I have been going to eat lunch at Toms for about 22 years and to date have never had a bad experience with the food, Nick or Pete or the Dad, Chris. Now with the bar and dining room I have been there with my family and have even had some corporate events there and everyone I have exposed to Toms has nothing but rave reviews of the food and not to forget the servers at the bar and in the dining room. The servers typically pulling double duty behind the bar and serving the tables in the dining room all with a smile and a warm and friendly attitude. BRAVO TOMS.

Much more than just a pizza place. Toms has the best Greek Salad around. I really love their Greek pizza too but every pizza and sandwich I have had there is delicious.
Somebody I know who is a regular there happened to voice his voting option and a cook that works there literally told him off. I tried calling the bar tonight to address the issue with a manager and not only I didnt get a manager on the phone, no one picked up. Period. Granted, I understand that Saturday nights can be busy but I dialed 4 times and let it ring for over 3 minutes each time. No answering machine or a person picked up. I give it a year or two at best. Seems like theyre going down hill.

Anyone who said the pizza was good- lied! Worst pizza Ive had in the area and maybe ever! So sorry I stopped in today to try this place. Should have stuck to Cocos and there not even fantastic just the best for the area. Woman taking phone orders should have been my first clue to go somewhere else. Dont go! Dont waste your money people! Literally anywhere in the area would be better.
Pizza is delicious. Everything tastes fresh. Salad veggies are crisp and fresh.
I had an extraordinary time at this restaurant. We liked the wonderful environment and the food. The staff members were very welcoming. I’m glad we eventually managed to visit here.
We eat here often and I have always said they have the BEST Greek Salad around and they actually have Greek dressing! Most places dont. But tonight was exceptional! Whoever threw together that salad tonight, and the pizza...bangin!
Would of given it 3 stars had the girl taking my order on the phone been nice or at least pleasant. Ordered here few times before and everytime she jst sounds annoyed. Ordered 20 wings and asked twice for extra blue cheese, which annoyed her of course, and still did not get it even after she repeated my order back to me. Overall food is ok, but customer service is lacking big time. Its ashame, but probably gonna avoid this place in the future in fear of getting same girl on phone and or not getting what I ordered.
Mrs. & I are new to the community & we stopped in for the Monday Margheritas, & some eats....we both agree, their bartender isnt foolin around. No mix people, we are talkin freshly squeezed limes! Whos thirsty!? Lol 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Food here was good Staff is friendly and helpful. not too expensive and it is good for groups but you can also dine solo. Wait time isnt too long. its a good spot for if you have a group and on a budget.

We order every week and every week they forget something. Finally called and spoke with the manager and his answer was “what do you want me to do I’m busy!” Zero customer service skills, won’t order from there ever again!

Here now and we are enjoying everything we have had. Meatball stromboli, onion rings and wings are all great. The bartender is super sweet too..so happy we stopped in.

2022-03-18Drinks were great. The pizza was amazing had the Italian meat which tasted liked a hoagie! Best pizza ever! Also ordered cheese kids loved it.Had to only give 4 stars because of the boneless wings and cheese steak eggrolls were just ok and a little dark would not buy again. Over all would definitely return for the pizza and bar!

2022-07-03Ordered mushroom cheese steak. Hardly any steak on it, mushrooms were bad tasting. For the price it was a rip off. They use to make a good sandwich. Not now. Will go to laspada’s. Where’s the beef?

2022-06-05They used to have the best pizza nice thick crust plenty of meat plenty of sauce they are skimping on everything now you’re lucky to get one piece of sliced thin pepperoni for each piece and they have been stretching the dough too thin square pizzas is supposed to be nice and thick anyway.C’mon guys you’re going to lose customers!!

2021-12-27Waited an hour and a half for COLD appetizers and a hoagie, on a stale roll , ham and cheese were cut Way to Thick (ew!) and the lettuce way so limp ! Sad it’s been my go to , but now I need a new pizza shop

Sitting at the Bar & Grill, Bartender was prompt, courteous, friendly.. it was the best cheese steak I have ever had...
