This is my go-to bike shop. Nice selection of products from bikes to tools to tubeless supplies. Repair services are great and so are the people. Very easy to speak with about your bike and they truly care about getting you back on the trails.
Great people did awsome work on both my bikes!!!! Very understanding because my job took me out of state alot so they took care of my bikes wile i was gone!! I never had time to pick them up until recent!!!if you ever need work done see tim! Great great work!!!
In one of the craziest times of most of our lifetimes, as far as day to day operations goes, these folks helped out immensely! Ive never owned a Trek before, and if this shop exemplifies the Trek brand, Im sold for LIFE.This Trek Full Stache 8 HAMMERS. Big shout out to Evan at the shop who is insanely helpful and detailed with bikes! This kind of customer service is hard to beat and will make me a repeat customer. Excellent service. You do need your bike tuned up if you ride often. They take good care of your bike. I am very happy with the service and the friendliness of the people there.
Was in their Christmas eve with a simple problem, removing a tubeless tire from a rim. Didnt buy the wheels (Mavic) through Trek but despite their busy showroom, Tim and team were more than happy to help. Great service and shared with me the trick to getting these tires unseeded. Thanks again guys!
First time visiting new location and was a great experience. I was picking up my new bike and staff was very helpful. They explained all the features on the bike to make sure I knew about the bike. They walked with me when looking at accessories and made recommendations without overly pushing the products. Maintenance staff listened to what I wanted and immediately went to work. They prepared the bike for me the way I wanted and added the accessories I chose. The whole process only took about 30-35 min which was much faster than I expected.
Just had new tires put on my bike (July 22, 2020). Tim always does a great job on our bikes-- knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and offers honest and reliable advice. Well be back!We had a flat tire on my wifes bike on 4th of July--so sad! Took it to the Cranberry Trek store and Tim fixed the tire promptly and courteously (was not grumpy even though he had to work on the holiday!) and saved our excellent holiday bike ride. While in the store a newer bike caught my eye and so now we are working with Tim on the purchase of new bikes for my wife and myself. We have really appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful Tim has been.-----------------Tim and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We have been taking our bikes here for about 8 years and have always been happy with the service weve received. Last year during the depths of the supply chain issues Tim and his team went way above and beyond to track down a set of wheels that I wanted for my bike and had them on my bike within two weeks of my request. The wait time then for factory orders was at least three months. It was important to me to have the wheels quickly and these guys rose to the occasion! Also Tim gave me great advice on which wheels would best do what I wanted them to do. I recommend the Trek Cranberry store to all my friends and relatives! Don Fritsch

This was my first time in the store..Ill definitely be back. Everyone was very helpful and kind. They tried to help me figure out a bike rack that I had brought in...it was not purchased at the store ..a friend had given it to me.....but they still tried to make it work ! I am the one that gave up.it was too heavy and complicated.....so, they helped me find one that fits on my car ...it is very light and simple ...they taught me how to put it on and they wanted to be sure that it works. Great group of guys !Thanks
I am in the market for an e-bike. I have never ridden an e-bike before, but I know that Trek makes high quality bikes. I drove two hours to get to this Trek retailer and I was not disappointed.I was particularly interested in a Trek Powerfly 4, however I did not know which size frame I needed. Jen worked with me at the sizing computer (for lack of a technical term) and she determined that I needed a size Large in the frame.She informed me that they actually just received a Powerfly 4 in a Large size frame but it was still in the box. She explained that it could be built next week and I could come back for a test ride. After speaking with her further, she told me that since I am two hours away she would have the bike built if I could come back in about an hour. She called me within an hour and informed me it was ready for the test drive.I returned to the shop and drove the bike and I liked it. I was not quite ready to buy yet since I am still checking on various brands of e-bikes to see which one I like best. I have a feeling I will be returning to purchase this particular model.Jen was super friendly and helpful. She went over the warranty and explained that within 30 days tune-ups and adjustments are free. She also told me that I will receive one free tune-up within a year. I inquired about any discounts on the bike and she explained that unfortunately there were no discounts on the bike itself, but I could get 10% off clothing and accessories at the time of purchase.The professionalism and quality of this shop is amazing! I am sure I will returning in the near future. If you are a Trek fan, you need to visit this shop! It was a completely different atmosphere and experience than any bike shop I have visited before.
I am new to cycling and after visiting another store and being completely frustrated with the customer service and lack of inventory (I wont mention the store in case this was an isolated incident), I found the Trek Bicycle store in Cranberry. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Jen, Mike, Tim and the rest of the staff are ridiculously helpful and patient with someone who is just starting out. Even though they didnt have the bike I wanted in my size, Jen called around to locate the bike at another store and personally brought it to the store for me to test ride. She even brought another similar road bike to make sure I was able to choose the right bike. She and Mike were extremely helpful with fitting me for the bike and helping me select all of the equipment that I would need. Tim has also been extraordinarily helpful in explaining how to maintain the bike and with servicing the bike since I bought it. These people are phenomenal! Do not go anywhere else.
The staff is very helpful and super friendly. We had our new bikes have a recall for unsafe pedals and they were replaced quickly and the staff was nice enough to add some other gear we purchased. I highly recommend this store.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Just be aware that its not a cheap shop... if you need cheap go to Walmart.
Good sales experience. I knew the bike that I wanted, so maybe that helped, but the staff were very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. They did not push the sale of the bike. They provided ample opportunity for me to ride it around the roads near the store, and their staff were good at quick adjustments that were needed. They provided information about safety with the value of the newer helmets and lights, but when I said no to the helmet due to price, there was no pushing. Its too early to say how I like the bike itself. I rode it once for 14 miles, and so far it is working well.
I got two bikes and accessories from this store. I drive a hour and half from Cleveland because I trust Mike and his colleagues with my bike. Customer service is unparalleled. They are patient and worked with me to get me what I need. I will see them soon for my next service!.
Its funny but while I have not purchased a bike there, Ive had my bikes serviced there since we moved back to the area a few years back. Service and knowledge are top notch and they actually spend the time to figure things out and provide feedback and options. I have a couple of older bikes and they are very good about tracking down parts as well. Really great group and they seem to be having fun too! Price is reasonable and service is impeccable.
Awesome experience at this location! The manager (Jim) definitely went above and beyond to help me get situated with my new bike this week. I’m only 3 months into cycling but every interaction I have with the staff at the Cranberry Trek store is wonderful. It makes this new exercise hobby that much more enjoyable 🙂 thank you Jim!! The new saddle is fantastic and the helmet fits perfectly 🙂
I really like this bike shop. All the associates are very knowledgeable and it always seems they go the extra mile. They also seem to really like what they do. I bought a Verve 3 which I love and I recently had a Specialized Rock Hopper serviced there. Its an old bike. I did the level 2 service on it and it looks and runs better than I ever remember it. Thanks.
I bought a Roscoe 7 over the phone, and the staff was very helpful and friendly in dealing with me. The bike was bought during the stay-at-home order and the shop was very busy (as I saw when I picked my bike up), however the staff gave me the time and help I needed. Picked up my bike the next day along with a Saris bike rack, and they took the time to show me how to install the rack. I’m very happy that I chose to purchase my bike at Trek Cranberry.
I spent a fair amount of time in the store learning about the different bikes that fit what I was looking for. Jim was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I have brought in other bikes to be repaired as well and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I have not had a bad experience in all the times that I have been there. If there is any negative, it is that the staff are so attentive to their customers, that you may end up waiting a little bit for them to finish with a customer before someone comes to assist you. No different than waiting to see a good doctor. Highly recommend.
Great service as usual from getting tubes during the lockdown to buy other accessories after Pandemic this is the place to go. These guys will point to the place on the wall, you go look, grab it and purchase. Ample parking and great bikes inside to look at. Glad they are still in the area.
Sales staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Technicians are great. I recently had a terrible experience at one of their competitors, and tried Trek. They are professional and welcoming. I’ll be a customer for life.
Great experience every time and when it’s not, they make it right! This is the only shop I will trust to take my bike. For a newer cyclist they don’t try to up sell you in to things you don’t need. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The one semi not great experience I had, they stood by their brand and made it right! Customer for life
After breaking a spoke while riding up in Erie, one of the local shops up there told me it could be a 3 week wait to get my bike back. Brought it back home to Trek and they had me in and out in 15 minutes with a new spoke and a trued wheel. Great customer service every time Im in their store, thanks!
All of the staff was great working with my 4 year old who was slow to warm up to looking for a new bike. Corey did everything to get the seat to go to it’s lowest setting since my son was between bike sizes and wanted the bigger bike.

Chris was great. Took my old Gary Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo and he did a great job fixing the brakes and did overall adjustments that make things shift much smoother. Fixed my front wheel bearing which had some play. Trued the spokes. Bike rides much better now.I found out afterwards that Chris worked with KC Trotter at Top Gear Bikes on the Orange Belt near Wexford. Thats where I used to take my bike for service and would have been my go-to place to buy a new bike (but they closed). As I mentioned to Chris I was considering a replacement for my 31-year-old mountain bike, he walked me through new Trek bikes that would best match my riding style. Kudos to Chris for helping me today both with repairs and with new bikes. Thank you! I plan on purchasing Trek replacement bike for my antique mountain bike when its day comes and Ill look up Chris at the Cranberry Trek Bike Store. My new go-to bike store.
I have been a customer at the Trek Cranberry store for many years. I have gotten to know the service manager Tim H. and he is a very knowledgeable and honest guy. There is such a peace of mind knowing that I can trust my very expensive “toys” with Tim and his team. I could take my bikes to other bike shops in the area, but I would not feel as comfortable knowing that they are not looking out for me the way Tim does.
The best service Ive ever had in a bike shop. Tim spent time on the phone getting the right part, took extra time to make sure the switch was perfect. Highly recommend this shop.

Love the bike. Jen was super knowledgeable. Im a beginner, so needed the whole measuring - loved the computer measurement. Wish I didnt feel nickel and dimed with the whole kickstand/water bottle holder sold separately thing. It would go a long way if it were a gift bag for purchasing. For a few bucks you could really look like heroes there.

I always had a good experience @ Treck, courteous, attentive staff. My MTB has been misdiagnosed from other bike shops, I was told to replace bottom bracket etc. I checked with Tim heck, fixed my bike, no bottom bracket, bike rides great. I highly recommend the shop & Tim as consultant mechanic.
I was getting ready to head out for a quick evening ride when I realized my tubeless tire had gone flat. I stopped in here as it was the closest bike shop near me. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He stopped what he was working on and promptly re-taped, filled with sealant, and inflated both of my tires. The price was very reasonable and he showed me how to do it for next time. Ill return for any bike work needed.

After my husband bought a Trek Verve 3+Electric bike in the fall, I had been looking to purchase and electric bike. I have compared the Cannondale Neo SL 1 and the Trek Verve 3+ , and decided to go with the Trek low step Verve 3+ over the Cannondale. I liked the lighter weight of the Cannondale, but the mechanical and tech features of the Verve3+ sold me on the bike, as well as the customer service by Mike Do and his team at the Cranberry Township location. A few days after I purchased my bike, my sister and her husband bought Trek Verve 2+ electric bikes in central PA! I am looking forward to riding many trails on this bike. Thank you !
Jim the manager was quick to act when it came a simple thorn going through my bontrager LT2 tire that came with my new bike purchase from them a year ago. He was also the one to originally sell me my bicycle then. He is kind and knowledgable about trek products and professional. He acommodated me with newer better tires than the ones that came with the bike for the difference in their price and a free change on them as well. He took the time to listen to my concern and treated me as more than a customer but as a fellow cyclist. On my original purchase the year prior, he was patient and answered all questions. This is a rating on the Cranberry PA store. We will definitely be trek fans for life and will give them more of my business in the future.

Time management level below Mariana Trench: stopped by on June 3 and scheduled a Level 1 maintenance appointment for June 11. The bike was not even looked at by June 20. Picked it up with no maintenance performed. Look, I know pandemic and all that kind of stuff make good excuse - I dont mind waiting - why did YOU ask me to bring my bike for service on June 11 if you knew you are that behind? Why would not you say bring it on June 20 or September 1 - any day when you could actually work on it? Besides, it was supposed to be a Level 1 maintenance... Awfully unprofessional.
Trek Bicycle Cranberry has been my go to for over 3 years now. They helped get me started and have been there for every step along the way. The guys in the shop especially Jimmy B and Tim are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with whatever I need. I only trust my bikes with head mechanic Tim, he is top notch and always goes the extra mile. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Cranberry for all your bike needs!
We had trouble deciding on a bike for my daughter. The staff was very patient with us while she tested several bikes, and they were very knowledgeable about each bike and helped us make a decision that was right for her size and preferences.
Excellent service from team that helps run that store day in and day out. The man at the front desk was very helpful and gave us excellent infromation on all of the bikes. We went on to buy a bike and their group got it set up and ready to go for us.

Tim Heck is one of the best and most knowledgeable service techs Trek has this side of the state. Always with a solid answer or solution, Ive never been let down.Service and Sales are impeccable and the quality of their knowledge isnt just from reading a manual or some article off the internet, its from experience in several bicycle disciplines.Wouldnt pick another shop.

Walked in to check out bikes and was really interested in purchasing one. As soon as we walked in we werent greeted by the guy in the front and he was assisting another customer at the moment, so we decided to just looked around the store. We decided to hang around the store for a few more minutes and even decided to check out the bikes near the front desk to see if we can grab his attention but were not very lucky. Were fortunate enough to get a funny look from him though. I try not to believe that the reason we werent looked after is because me and my cousin are Asian in descent. But maybe Im not wrong. Anyway nice store but poor customer service. A simple Hello Id be with you in a minute wouldve made the difference
Nice store, great location, unfortunately their prices reflect this. Been there twice to buy a bike and they were more excited to sell me that bike than properly fit me and my daughter with the right size bike.Who would try to sell a $900 dollar mountain bike to a 10 year old girl? they triedI respect local businesses but dont take advantage of me because you saw me drive up to the front of the store in my 100K bmw.
Seems like they do the minimum they can get away with. Took two bikes in, gave them a week for a level 1 service package for each, and when I called to see if they were ready to go- they were not. Didn’t even clean either of the bikes. Now I’m stuck with a dirty bike for a cycling trip to Wyoming. Waste of $$$ 😔 Manager was quick to give me a free future bike wash. Idk, maybe they’re just too short staffed

What is the point of a bike store with no inventory representing a company that you cant even just order online from? What is the point of not having different frame sizes in stock to match someone to a bike that they may want to purchase? Its a bike store that you cant get a bike from. Should get 0 stars
I am from out of town, here in PA on business and of course brought my bike. My chain broke on the trail. I googled for a bike shop near my hotel because I knew it would take forever to get my bike fixed. The guys were way helpful. Offered to fix it up on the spot. Didnt gouge me on price and even gave me a discount on some gear I picked up while I was there. Do not get service like this very often from bike shops.
I go here for all my questions about my fx3 and the staff is very friendly and always helpful on everything I need to keep my bike rolling. The only downside being they only really carry bontrager brand equipment and parts. Bontrager is a great brand they can get pricey

I took my mountain bike to these guys for some last minute repairs before a race. Tim made the repairs the same day and had me right back on the trails. Very knowledgeable staff and great service.
I live in Salem, Ohio and I used a local bike shop for all my bicycle repairs. My carbon fiberTrek developed a creak so I took it into the local bike shop to diagnose, and do whatever was needed to eliminate this noise. Three times later, bottom bracket replacement, crank arm fell off twice............time to look for a new mechanic. Took it to Trek Cranberry, stuck around while Tim took the bottom bracket apart, pointed out a few other anomalies and recommended my repair. took it out for a spin tonight after picking it up 4 days later and it felt like a new bike. Trek is no more expensive than any other shop around. I found my new shop. Thanks Tim!
First off Im from De . I have been to this shop a few times. when Im in the area visiting.Today I stopped in because I broke my shifter on my mt bike. They glad to help , however there is only one shimmano XT 10 speed shifter in the area.I do have my sights on a new Squisher so the let me take out a fuel ex9 for a test ride.I thought they are on par with most bike shops , they where even dropped the price $700 on the bike I was looking at.Plus since I live in sales tax free De he offered to meet me half way on the tax burden.The head mechanic seemed knowledgeable about Mt bikes and suspension and hubs.Now I have been to a few bike shops lately and have found I know more about the bike then the salesman, I will say the one salesman was lacking in product knowledge.I might buy the bike from them however Im not sold on the wheel set and paint scheme.

2022-07-03I cannot say enough wonderful things about Trek, and especially a particular employee, Jen. I went in on a whim to buy indoor cycling shoes. I didnt realize that shoes can be a tricky purchase. I had a lot of trouble finding just the right shoe. Unfortunately, I was only finding out if they worked for me after taking a class. The 30 return policy was much appreciated - I was able to try multiple pairs and find the perfect fit. Jen was incredible - she special ordered multiple pairs in various sizes for me to try and held them all for me as I tried each of them. After a few attempts, I found the perfect pair in the perfect size. Indoor spinning class has been much more enjoyable and comfortable with the clip-in shoes!

2022-04-11Jen at Cranberry Trek is fabulous- She is considerate - professional - listens to your concerns - accommodating tempered with a sense of humor!! We had visited multiple Trek dealers and Cranberry employees were more concerning and problem solving! Tim is an excellent Trek mechanic - personable also professional and easy to relate to - Meeting and solving all of our needs - So as to have a comfortable and safe ride!!! 2022-07-11Emergency repair on my Diamondback while traveling from my home area (Ellicott City, MD Trek Store home store). Checked out the issue, and repaired it quickly for a very inexpensive charge. Took great care of my bike, and got me back on the road to complete the drive to my location for vacation. All this over the 4th of July weekend. Top Notch Shop!!

2021-05-18First time customer experience was fantastic. Took my 1997 Gary Fisher Joshua XO there for a maintenance overhaul....Great job and exceptional detail on the work. Bike looks and feels awesome, almost like 20 years old NEW! Thanks guys and great work! See you again.
