UHaul changed my pick up location from 10 mins from my home to COLMAR which is over 35 mins away. I called COLMAR office, waited on hold for 6 mins and then spoke to someone. I explained the situation and asked if I was responsible for the additional mileage and same return time since it was much further away. He was short, rude and condescending. He was not trying to be helpful or provide information. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he reported that I was speaking with the General Manager. I stated, you are the General Manager speaking to me this way? He responded that he didn’t have time for this and hung up on me. Needless to say, I cancelled the truck and won’t use UHaul again. Watch out for the bait and switch with your reservations! GM needs some customer service training.

The U-Haul online reservation system is a bit painful but the staff here were friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we had a good experience.

Kate is AWESOME. Very professional. Went in and got out in 20 minutes. She was super friendly. I am not sure why this place got such bad reviews. I love Kate. She is so hip. Yo. Thanks for all your help. Definitely use their services in the future.

Worst storage facility ever. I would leave 0 stars. I rented a unit from November 2013 to February 2016. The manager here Jasmeen Santiago is rude and unprofessional. They charged me an extra two months after I moved out because the movers left the lock on the unit. Jasmeen said they didnt know I was moving out. I told her I called before the movers came and to listen to the recorded phone calls. She said shed talk to corporate and call me back the next day. She was rushing off the phone because she had to pick her kid up from school at 3:15...something I dont need to know. Needless to say she never called me back. I called twice more and had two different guys leave messages on her desk to get back with me. I never heard from her. I finally called corporate and filed a formal complaint. Dont use this facility. Rude management and empty promises. Dont waste your time or money.

The discourteous and small-man-turned-manager Gary made our experience miserable, as well as costly and time consuming. Of the other two employees we interacted with, one seemed pleasant enough but the second was presumably led into more hostile rudeness toward us by Gary. As my anger at Garys treatment of us fades, it is replaced by a strong pity for whatever happened to create such wretchedness and bile in him. We will pray for him while concurrently warning others of his presently bitter soul.I suggest you use an unrelated storage unit or rental truck franchise, for the sake of your own happiness. 2018 Feb 26

Worst Uhaul dealership ever. I went in and reserved a truck for pick-up at 10 AM on July 14th at least a week early. They assured me that the truck would be available and my reservation was locked in. On July 13th, the manager Gary called me and said the truck was not available until 6:30 PM. He refused to tell me who messed up the order. In fact, he said no one messed up the order and it was no ones fault. He gave me a Uhaul 1-800 number to call. I called them and they said there was the very same truck available next door. There are two Uhaul dealers right next to each other and Gary could not pick up the phone or walk next door to coordinate for the truck rental that they failed to set up properly.Absolutely poor management and poor customer service. Go to the store next door!

Helpful attendant. Not enough staff, waited in line 20-30 min to pick up moving truck. Did not have requested size truck available, so I accepted a downsizing from 17 to 15 (they overbooked).
