Absolutely amazing pizza! And do yourself a favor - pick it up yourself, or order a delivery from them directly - using a food delivery app costs more, and it gives them no way to contact you if theres a problem with your order (this applies to every restaurant, not just Uncle Charlies)

I have to say that there philly steak style pizza 🍕 😋 was very good it is the best I had in Philadelphia, PA. and all over the other place that I have tried there pizzas at I knew a pizza places like this exist I just had to find it also I would not order the Calzon thing again though.

Good menu. Decent pie. Tends to be alot of crust toward edges. Asked for chicken as an extra topping this time but very sparse (Pictured). Could do better for extras.

Ordered waffle fries and a cheesesteak with mushrooms and provolone. Both the fries and cheese steak tasted old. The fries were made in old oil. How this place has the rating it has is beyond me. 10 out of 10 will not order from here again.
The ONLY reason I decided to give this place a try is because it had 4.4 stars. Those 4.4 stars must be from friends and family. This was EASILY the nastiest couple slices of pizza Ive ever had in my life. I couldnt even finish it I thru it out the window. Ive seen much cleaner places. The Indian woman was taking orders and money while trying to help get food ready. Thought that was gross. Worked up here for 10 years 1st and very last time going back to this place.
I was in the area and decided to give this place a try. We ordered 2 Alfredo supreme pastas which were good but did lack a bit of salt and pepper. We also ordered the sesame garlic wings which were the best.. When it came down to the 2 personal pizzas we got, they both tasted worse than the pizzas in a box you get at the grocery store. Seems like the pizzas were pre made and taken out of the freezer to be cooked. They both had a freezer taste to them. I guess I should’ve known it wouldn’t be the same pizza we get up northI did feel a weird vibe from the workers as I walked in. Very awkward place
Uncle Charlie’s Pizza has been our go-to for typical “American” food take out for several years, now. They are far more than just pizza, though they have a wonderful variety of those. Their extensive menu allows us to satisfy the appetites of a family with differing tastes (and dietary requirements!) The service is courteous, the food is good and our orders arrive in a reasonable amount of time. Can’t really ask for more.
Im sorry uncle Charlies this was our little shop of goodies homemade milkshakes ma n pa pizza place...but maybe they sold out? Last time we ordered IT WAS HORRIBLE how disappointing and heart breaking the service the workers and unfortunately the FOOD WAS well down rite disgusting!! However they did try save make it rite? I will give them that? But NOT THE SAME sorry never again....
We have ordered a few things from Uncle Charlie’sAnd we were pleasantly surprised. No complaints great service from the young lady on phone, was delivered in about 30 mins nice and hot and was good. The delivery driver was very well mannered. Thanks Uncle Charlie’s I would recommend them.
From morning until 10pm, rain or shine, cold or smoldering hot outside, the staff is always on point. Whether a cute college girl up front, or a promising young lad brimming with positivity they are always pleasant to talk to.Behind the counter the cooks of uncle Charlie’s work with efficiency and ease. Like a well greased bearing on the smoothest skateboard wheels, rolling down that steep hill right by Oxford Valley mall.They’ve never been late for a delivery, or estimated time.It’s just a shame they’re aren’t more around for everyone to enjoy.I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
I stopped ordering from pizza places around here because of this reason on a Monday night an hour and a half delivery for a Cheesesteak and fries. I called her and she says I know you calling about your order and I said yes The girl told me I’ll be there in 10 minutes. Well yeah he got here the french fries were soggy and cold the cheesesteak was cold and had hardly any meat on it. Never again
We have been ordering from Uncle Charlie’s for years. The food is consistently good and they are always friendly and pleasant to deal with. I never receive pizza that is good one time but bad another. It’s always great!! Plus they really seem interested in making their customers happy.
The people who run this place have poor customer service and starting harassing me. I placed an order with a woman for one of their specialty pizzas because I was visiting from out of state and I heard good things about their pizza. Received a call back a minute later and she stated there was an error in their menu so I would be charged for an extra topping. I asked why I should be charged extra for an error on their menu. She said that the extra topping isn’t included (even though it was on their menu). I said fine, then I’ll just order a plain pie instead. That’s when she says “but your pizza is already done”.... 1 minute after I ordered! That is when I cancelled my order and hung up. I received another call 3 minutes later from a man stating I can’t just call and order and then cancel because the pizza was already finished. He then offered the extra topping for free, and tried bargaining with me, but I already made up my mind and hung up. 10 minutes later, I received another call from a blocked number, and it is the same man and woman on speaker (I can tell by their accents) yelling, cursing me out, and threatening me. Since it was a delivery order, I ran down to the front desk of the hotel I was staying at and asked them if someone from that place comes here, don’t let them up because my wife and kids are with me. I was worried about the welfare of my family because they had an error on their menu.
We absolutely love Uncle Charlie’s! Their menu is larger than most places so you can always find something you’re in the mood for. Their pizza is always amazing and their delivery is always quick. We are loyal Uncle Charlie’s pizza fans for life!
Weve ordered from there half a dozen times and they have never failed to be excellent! The garlic bread cheesesteak is absolutely awesome and is a must try for people that havent had it before!The only downside is the delivery times are never right but whos are? Assume 45-60 minutes despite what they tell you and all will be well!Ive never been inside the place but I rated it tops in everything based on the food alone. Would definitely recommend it!
Food was good and priced reasonably. Loss of a star is due to their affiliation with GrubHub. Driver came and demanded a tip. I had my wallet by the front door for when he came but he didnt even give me a chance before being rude. I shut the door in his face. Will be picking up next order hopefully theres better customer service at the restaurant.
Uncle Charlie’s is our go to spot for delicious quality take out or delivery. My wife and I always have trouble deciding what we want for dinner and we love uncle Charlie’s because their menu has everything we could want. The wings are meaty, and pizza is great. We are regular customers here and enjoy the food very much
I recently ordered a pizza online, and the DoorDash delivery guy didn’t wear a mask upon delivery. The pizza box wasn’t seal with a DoorDash tempered sticker this is very unprofessional dealing with the high-rise of COVID-19.I call your store and express my concern an older lady responded back on the phone and said we do not use tempered stickers on our piazza.She also stated that it wasn’t her issue that the driver didn’t wear a face mask that’s DoorDash problem.With that said am guessing your company doesn’t care for my safety while ordering food from your company.I toss out the entire pizza for my Heath concern and lack of customer service from your company.I really hope you guys fix this issue very soon.
I order from these guys at least once a week. I love their bread sticks, the menu is huge and I highly recommend the soups. Are usually order online for delivery, but of the delivery people are Very pleasant, the food gets here promptly… Absolutely one of my favorites.
I ordered food thru the slice app and picked uncle charlies and they made the items just the way i wanted it. The mozzarella steak fries were good and i ate them all. The steak sandwich was packed with meat and they even toasted the roll and i ate the whole sandwich too. The manager was freindly and the restaurant looked clean too.
We switched to Uncle Charlies after our former pizza place continued to always get our orders wrong. Uncle Charlies always gets our order right, and has great food! Best pizza and sandwich place around, give them a try, youll be glad you did!

Uncle Charlies is really awesome. I am life long resident of the area and they have the best and most diverse menu available. We order frequently and the phone staff are always cheerful and helpful. Their app is even easier! They deliver when they say they will, usually sooner. I recommend them highly.

Called in to Uncle Charlies last night and ordered a cheese pizza. When I got back to my hotel room I realized they gave me a pepperoni by mistake. I called up to explain the mix up and ask for the pizza I ordered. The guy on the other end of the phone told me I took your order I heard you say pepperoni I explained to him he misheard me because I dont eat pepperoni pizza. I explained I wasnt mad, stuff happens, but would like the pizza I ordered. Initially, he agreed to then called me back and told me they dont do exchanges and if I wanted a cheese pizza I would have to buy another pizza per the owner I cant believe this place is able to retain customers by the way I was treated. I cant recommend enough to never go to this place. Total disrespect.
Food is always delicious, service is always friendly. My go-to place for Saturday night dinner for over 6 months now - they have a very wide selection of sides and appetizers to go with your meal. Would definitely recommend to anyone in town visiting Oxford Valley Mall or the attractions nearby
Biggest selection of food Ive ever seen for a take out/delivery restaurant. They even have breakfast available all day including omelettes. Good is delicious an the staff is the friendliest Ive encountered at a take out restaurant. A must try and trust me youll be back. My new favorite take out place!
We order from here frequently. Theres such a wide variety of great foods from cheese whiz fries, hoagies, pizza, to gyros. Large portions for reasonable pricing too. We always try one thing different everytime and have no complaints from all the things weve ordered. We definitely recommend Uncle Charlies for anyone.
Ordered milkshakes asked for them to be extra thick. Got them and was like drinking milk. Went back showed him that it was too much liquid and he said Ill fix it, and put MORE milk in it. So when I asked for my money back and told him to keep the milkshakes, he wouldnt give up and give me my money back what a little thief. Wont be ordering from there again. Almost $20 dollars down the drain. I should have called the cops.Update: They called us later after seeing this and made it right . The owners are good people still like going here.
This is really a very nice place for takeout. I have ordered from them many times especially there large pizza and wings. They have huge menu item at very reasonable price. I would recommend very much.

This is our third time ordering out from here. My husband and I were looking forward to trying a new place for take out. The first two times were great, calzone and sandwiches were delicious! This third time we ordered pasta dinners and they were HORRIBLE. The pasta was so mushy and the sauce (alfredo and vodka) was DISGUSTING. We ended up throwing it out it was that terrible! We were impressed with the large menu at first but after that dinner experience, its clear they should scale down on what they offer and focus on a few items tasting good. Only stick with the lunch foods because you will regret spending a lot on the dinners!
I will never order here again. They skimp on all the food, order is always wrong, ALL chicken products have small pieces of bone in it. (quesadilla) etc. They use cheap and burnt oil, menu is way too big, more than they can chew, thats way food always messed up. All food is processed and frozen, nothing is fresh. Dont order here...................
Usually ok but sometimes they just cant get it right!!!!!! Tried to order a salad today. Once delivered it had a issue with salad. They said they would bring a new one, great I thought... New salad was incorrect, no feta cheese. Plus no dressing. Driver brought dressing but no cheese. Called back again, they said I wasbeat, they werent bringing the cheese. Worst expierence and not the first time something like this has happened. I cant even eat the salad now so complete waste of money.

Person who served me over the phone was polite and helpful, the wings and pizza were delicious, my only complaint is the crust of the pizza (including the bottom) was very soft, no crunch/crisp whatsoever. Next time will ask for crispier!

Absolutely TERRIBLE! I actually saw a RAT run into the back kitchen and freaked out. The man who is the manager and who barely speaks english was trying to PAY and BRIBE me not to report them. Of course I accepted this bribe, but how could I ignore this?! Absolutely disgusting. I will never come here again and I suggest no one does either. I know I am not the only one who say the rat either. There were a few other people in there too. Unbelievable and disgusting. NEVER AGAIN!

Wow. I call to order some desert and I ask what they have, he says all of em ok, I said whats that mean? He says our menu is online I said, ok well Im on the phone. He says our menu is too big to say on the phone so at this point Im baffled bc this guy literally doesnt want me to order so bad he is basically refusing to let me hear the desert menu (about 5 deserts)

I ordered off of their menu posted online. The price they gave me for a total was $9 more then what their menu said for prices when i added it up. I cancelled my order cause i dont like being ripped off. Their response was they got a new menu. Well maybe that should be posted online.
Its 50/50 with this place. they are more worried about their money then their customers. i ordered fries with cheese it came burnt. they said i should have known that american chesse doesnt do well in the oven.( im not a cook so there for i wouldnt have known that) The manager huff and puffed then finally said he would send a new cheese fry but said he will never do it again because he is losing money. I think keeping your customers happy should be important
Who in the world thinks its okay to use Cheese Whiz instead of real cheese? They put it on everything. I cant get over it. The rest of the food is good. The fact that they dont accept special requests on their menu says something about their service.
Always ordered from them good food. But today they lost a customer for ever. A sausage parm should not come with peppers and onions unless you ask. A sausage peppers and onions does it says it. Im pissed. So long uncle Charlies. 👎🏻

Several bad experiences with food not being ready and not correct we have decided to not order from here again. Today our order was over 20 min past the time said and was all undercooked.

The home of the best SWEET CHILI WINGS, the most amazing loaded onion rings that pop with WHIZ, BACON & MOZZARELLA, excellent HUGE SALADS that are to die for, my favorite being the SUPER SALAD with FRIED EGGPLANT, ROASTED PEPPERS & MOZZARELLA. They customize any order, they have quick friendly service and also do a gr8 job catering, making us delicious HOAGIE trays for our corporate lunches!!!! and OMG, they serve 28 speciality PIZZAs... Racist place wouldn’t serve us said that they closed early. Sad at this day and age and served someone after we left came 20 minutes before closing with the open sign still on. Black dollar isn’t valued here!

Its the roll of the dice with this place. Sometimes it is fine, sometimes they mess up pretty much everything and it takes hours for them to correct it. Id say the food is alright on the best day.

2022-03-30Originally I stopped by for a slice but found out they were under new management and that they only do whole pies so instead I decided to get a buffalo chicken wrap and it was amazing. The next day I came in cause I was interested in finding out how their pizza compared to how it was with the old management and I must say it was something about the crust from the old management that I miss. The new owner is very friendly and makes you feel good about spending your money at the establishment.

2022-01-15First order under new management had a fried house fly on the chicken fingers 🤮 ..no one ate any of the food in that order.Total disappointment being this was our go to place for us and our clients for over 6 years. Took us a few months to even try this place again, and was again super disappointed. Food was half cooked, cheese not melted, wrap wasnt a wrap at all..and swimming in grease that looked like all butter. Made everything mushy and slimy. Gross. Also took an hour and 10 min to get delivered. At least there wasnt a fried fly this time. We used to choose this place first and send our clients here because it used to always be right and had super fast delivery. Its a shame the old owners are gone. Literally anywhere else would be better 👎

2022-05-12I ordered weekly from here for 9 years. When the new owners took over it was hit or miss for awhile but the food was actually better even though it was more expensive and the menu was smaller. After a few good experiences, I stopped ordering about 5 months ago. I was told delivery would be 45 minutes and it turned out to be 1 hour and 50 minutes. The pizza looked and tasted like it was cooked 2 hours ago and ice cold with the sauce running and cheese congealed into a waxy looking blob.. Fries completely drenched in a sopping wet brown bag of grease and of course ice cold and soggy. This was the most unappetizing mess Ive ever had delivered from anyone. I would love some reassurance that the new owners have straightened things out and Id give them another try, but Im not seeing any recent rave reviews.

2022-02-05One of the best Food Spots in the area, and i say food spot because its not just the amazing freshly cooked italian dishes but everything else on the menu too! now today i tried their tomato pie, and as a born and raised NJ resident i have to say its the best Tomato Pie i have ever eaten. the home made sauce is like a blast of pure Italy dancing on your taste buds. every time you walk into the restaurant your treated like a long lost family member! as a Proud Italian American i can say Uncle Charlies Is hands down the BEST pizza place in all of Falls/Morrisville!

2022-01-23Im assuming they are under new management and its obvious. This used to be my go to place but after today, not anymore. The food was over fried, the portions are small especially for the price. Wont be ordering from here again
