United States Postal Service in other cities:
I think these people are trying to steal packages. If my camera is not delivered by Feb 17 I will call the DA office. Last year I tried to be helpful and put a package for pick up, when I got the email to pick it up and went, they were rude and denied my package. Not anymore with this cold weather and arthritis. They have my camera since Saturday around 6am. I understand Monday was a Holiday, but they put it as arriving late again, for Tuesday and Wednesday. I had it and Im fed up, these lazy bums deserve to be fired along with a lawsuit.
Maybe i would be more understanding of complete hostility on a busy day, but as the literal only person there, i’m not sure why the staff was SO rude. not to mention 100% unhelpful. I left without my package even though my order said available for pick up but honestly i couldn’t care less about that. It was truly the rotten attitude and demeaning tone of the staff that made this an awful experience. avoid at all costs.
I have never been to this location physically but almost all my packages that come via this location are delayed. I feel like they dont care about the efficient delivery. USPS needs to change their managerial staff to be competitive in the current market where people want to get almost everything delivered to their home. They can really make a lot more money by partnering with small business if they start focussing on their service quality and hire better staff. Really disappointed!
What are you all doing with peoples packages!? I have mail that is missing & never delivered! These people are stealing packages or just throwing them out! I’m gonna file my a complaint every day until I receive my mail I’ve never have had an issue like this anywhere else I’ve ever lived.
Had a slightly misplaced package in my neighbors mailbox but one call to the office and same day connection to my carrier and problem solved! My carrier hand delivered it to my door with an unnecessary explanation and apology, which was more than appreciated. Amazing customer service, effort and attention paid to this situation which I am very grateful for.Listen people, I know it may be frustrating when things dont go your way with the mail, but sometimes it just takes some patience, appreciation, and a good spirit to help you work through problems. Im very surprised at all the negative reviews regarding this post office and would venture to guess that the attitudes of those leaving them were probably 1-2 star rated before they even picked up the phone or walked into the post office. Many thanks again to those who brave the cold, bare the heat, and dodge the dogs to deliver our mail efficiently and effectively 99% of the time. The other 1% is up to you sometimes, to meet people half way and work it out! Spring Garden Post Office is waiting for you so take a deep breath, smile, and count to ten and before you know it youll probably have a solution to your problem. And dont forget to thank your carrier for their service from time to time, especially with a holiday gift! It cant hurt you in times like these. Be nice and the post office will be nice to you! :)
As if the other reviews weren’t enough for you, I had a package that they couldn’t deliver so I have to pick it up. Two days in a row now they haven’t opened on time and due to my work schedule I couldn’t wait until someone eventually opened the front gate. 9:10-9:15 is not 9am for something like the post office.
Every package I get I have to pick up from the post office. Sometimes they leave a slip for pick up, but other times I never get anything to let me know they have my package. Packages have been returned to the sender, simply because of the lack of communication to me that it is there. The last time I didnt get a slip, and went to pick up my package the employee told me that it wasnt his problem and I was lucky he was going to give me MY PACKAGE. The employees can be incredibly rude. If I had an option to go elsewhere I absolutely would.
Absolute trash. Employees are rude and utterly useless. If you’re planning on getting a package sent to you, I’d recommend adding 2 weeks to your planned delivery date. If they don’t manage to “lose” your package (which is likely), you might get it by next Christmas. Joy! Close this location and privatize the entire operation.
Terrible customer experience. Always understaffed. Long lines. Expect to spend 45 mins to an hour.Lady at the front desk was the only one working and took a good 20 minutes to retrieve another customers package. First she didnt even greet me - ok. Then she rushed me due to an issue with one of my address. And asked to push it through. I wanted to confirm really quick and spent 1-2 minutes on the phone. Afterwards, I requested an email receipt and was about to input it in the pad, but she skipped it and handed me a paper copy. Youre holding up the line. Honestly I was at the front desk for ~ 5 minutes. I spent more time in waiting in line DUE TO HER INEFFICIENCY.For context, I spent about $20 for a flat rate large box and it would of cost me about $50+ at USPS (due to the size and weight.) At this point I should of paid double to get treated with respect, customer service and better hours. Avoid going here if you can.
I live in Georgia, however I ship packages to my sister in Philadelphia. This is the post office that services here area. She is still waiting on a packaged envelope I sent her almost 2 weeks ago. Ive sent a complaint email, ive called customer service all with no answers. This isnt the first time Ive sent packages to her and she not received them in a timely manner. The envelope I recently sent was one of the post office ones that I paid $3 thats not including what I paid to ship. How is it not there yet??? I sent the same package to California and it got there before the date it said it would.
Lately my packages arent delivered on the day they are supposed to. Tracking will say out for delivery but it doesnt get delivered it just doesnt get scanned. This has happened to ALL of my packages this past few weeks. And this problem is only with USPS, FedEx and UPS dont seem to have this problem with their delivery drivers.
Im self employed and order a lot of things online, which unfortunately means I have to deal with this post office and its employees on a pretty regular basis. I actually go out of my way to choose UPS or FedEx shipping to avoid this place as much as possible. If I have a package ordered to my home, I always pay close attention to the tracking number, because the carrier NEVER leaves a slip or rings my doorbell. A lot of times I miss packages on days that Ive been home. I think they often just mark unavailable in their computer system and dont actually attempt to deliver the package. If you have the misfortune of needing to actual go to the post office in person, god help you. The employees are surly and incompetent, and completely unmotivated to provide quick service. Theres usually a line out the door, and the person at the window moves at a snails pace to locate packages or otherwise fulfill customer requests. Dealing with this place really puts a damper on the ease of online shopping. Avoid this post office at all costs if possible!
This is by far the worst USPS I have ever visited.First- the employees act as if they want to be fired. They won’t open the doors until 9:05 at least when they open at 9AM.The lady with glasses is rude and unhelpful. Today I tried to drop off a prepaid package and they literally asked me to wait in line. What? It’s prepaid... please do not go here. OR actually, please go here to do your business because I want the employees here to be as overwhelmed and miserable as possible!
Where does one begin? If it isnt the extremely slow service, its the I really dont care attitude of the employees. The last time I had a package delivered to that post office, it took an extra two weeks before it got to me. I wound up having to time the truck to grab it from them before it was returned. Also, this post office isnt in the Spring Garden vicinity. The area is being gentrified, currently, so that may be a reason why some of you happy-go-lucky folk are attempting to rename the area. Stop it. Youre better off going to another location if you want your mail handled properly and with haste.
I had went in the office to ship an item and kindly asked for tape to put on the shipping label. The post office clerk, Roxy at the Post office located 1299 N 7th St. Philadelphia PA 19122. She had raised her voice and then left the counter to approach me. She was very intimidating and very rude. I’ve never experienced this as I go to this post office frequently to ship items and asked for tape without any issues. I’ve always was given tape when shipping an item. Very disappointed.
Im giving 1 star because, i cant rate it lower. Do Not Have Packages Delivered by this location. When ordering something, please select another delivery option! I work at a business in the area and if the regular mail carrier is off or on vacation our packages could end up in Africa. I dont know how many times our packages were delivered to another business across the street. We have lost very important things because of this. It doesnt matter whose name is on a package if the correct address is on it. I just had a package returned to the company it came from because the address was said to be incorrect. How incompetent or shall I say, just lazy is that? If the package is sent back to this location, good luck if they can find it and the attitudes of the staff are at an all time low, like your bothering them by coming in!!! If UPS or FedEx cant deliver a package for you in this area, dont bother because they are just that bad!Regular mail is all they can handle!!!
This place is horrible! Barely any supplies. No tape to mail packages but they’ll let you buy some. They move slow. The employees are somehow upset that they get to sit in air conditioning/heat all day (depending on the season) and won’t even greet customers. Be glad to have a job at the rate of how mail is going. Oh and their delivery is beyond horrible. My priority mail that clearly indicates not to leave will be left on my N. Philly steps, left at neighbors home or do a knock and run. Just horrible.
This Has Been My Family And My Post Office For Over 20 Years. Its Disgusting The Lack Of Quality In Customer Service. When Im Expecting A Package I Always Make Sure Someone Will Be Home Or That There Is An Area For The Deliverer To Safely Leave The Package. There Have Been Numerous Times When The Deliverer Will Say That There Was A Delivery Attempt & There Was Not. Currently, They Have One Of My Packages Without A Delivery Attempt & One Certified Letter That Needs A Signature. I Have Gone Online Twice To Schedule A Redelivery Which They Have Ignored Countless Times Even Prior To This Situation. Everyone In My Household Works Full Time. Its A Shame That People Cant Just Follow Through With What Is Asked Of Them To Ensure Good Quality Of Their Work & Customer Service.
The worst service ever. I was home all day yesterday but received a delivery attempted text from amazon. No one rung my bell or knocked on my door. I never even received a notice from USPS. Then when I called they were the ones who were agitated. It happens all the time with this location. Really wish I could choose who Amazon delivers their packages through. USPS is the spawn of Satan.
This place and its workers, if you dare call them that, are a prime example of wasteful tax dollars and incompetency. I stopped by to pick up a package and was informed that the employees scanned a bunch of mail incorrectly. Fortunately everything will be delivered, but it might be delayed a week. Nope nothing gets delivered. I call back and management says theres nothing they can do because their delivery workers cant remember the packages from a few weeks ago. After asking what I can do about my missing packages the manager then tells me, with one of those smug-clearly not caring tones, to file a police report... I would be ashamed to work here. Its no wonder the US post office is going bankrupt, and frankly Im happy my tax dollars wont be going to this failure of a workplace.
The lobby was full of people today and the clerk disappeared into the back for 22 minutes. No kidding. What a nightmare. Service is horrible once you finally get up front. I agree with the other reviewers that theyd rather move to a new neighborhood than ever come back here. Its like waiting at the DMV.
I agree with every bad review Ive read about this post office. Theyre absolutely terrible. They never leave package slips any more, either. Most recently, I discovered a package I was waiting for had been marked as Moved/No Address Provided and returned to sender. Ive been living here 11 months and received several packages from that sender before!! Of course, I only knew that happened by checking the package status online. This is the absolute worst Post Office Ive had to deal with in Philly.
Clerks are awful. I had a slip to pick up a package that was delivered two weeks earlier, while I was on vacation. The clerks wouldnt even look at the slip and told me they didnt have the package anymore and had no idea where it was. I asked if they could track the number and see where it could be and they told me I could do that. I am sorry, but you are being paid to WORK at the post office, kindly do so.
BEWARE OF IMPROPERLY CALCULATED SHIPPING COSTS AT THIS LOCATION. I just went to this location to ship out 3 packages all the same weight and size. I had calculated them on the usps website before coming in (they were 58in long and height and width 5in, 3lbs 10oz weight) and the website said the cheapest option (ground shipping) would be between $10-20 for each of them depending on address. The lady working customer service then tells me the cheapest option is $45 and that all my packages were gonna be $45 regardless of shipping address. I told her that made no sense, that I calculated the costs online and they were all $10-20. She tried telling me the online calculator was wrong and that the calculator in store is different, which makes no sense either, so I told her to give my packages back to me and Id go elsewhere if she didnt want to figure out why her prices were wrong. I then took them to the USPS on Frankford Ave, just around the corner, and the lady there charged me $10-20 for each package just like it said online.
SO frustrating.. I love ordering things online because I have no time to shop but ALWAYS have trouble with this post office. I have lived in many different parts of the city and have never had such problems. I feel helpless in the situation as they have lost many of my packages/ never delivered them. And when I try to pick them up them give me trouble with that because my license has a different address on it. The woman at the desk is also very rude.
The service there is great to me compared to other places for it to be a small post office handling high volume.Rich at the counter is great, Everyone else is awesome.Ive had a few packages misplaced in transit but as long as Ive had all my information, identification and tracking in order, Things went smooth.I think thats where the bad reputation comes in. I sometimes while in line see people mad when the staff demand proper identification before releasing packages to individuals who just moved to the area and expect things to happen like it does in middle america. Its a small 2 window post office serving a high volume neighborhood.I applaud the staff there. Thanks Everybody.
I do want to give a 0. I understand in this city you are hard to find good service, but I never think about such suck service. I usually see USPS car pass here, but never really stop. They do not really delivery your package, but hold in their office. They always said Notice left but no real notice in our mail-box. I called for re-delivery, but the people on the phone was rude. I always choose UPS and Fedex now, my package of 300 USD is missing forever in their office...I real hope USPS notice their bad service...and you do not want to drive their to pick up your package. Very dangerous area!!!
Waited in line for 20 mins then asked to get out of line to go to another window since we were picking up. Waited for 15 mins at the pick up window then told by staff to get back in line which was now out of the door because the person at the pick up window was no longer there. By far the worst USPS in the city, understaffed and too slow.
Due to not being home to receive online delivery, my package was sent to this post office. I waited in line 45 minutes. The woman at the window would disappear into the back room for 5-10 minutes every time someone new came to the window. What could she be doing back there?? On top of this, she acted like each person was inconveniencing her by coming in.Once I finally got up to the window (debated leaving the line at least 5 times due to the ridiculousness of the situation), I gave the woman my slip (which was dropped off at my door by the mail person stating the package was sent to that post office), then she, without fail, disappeared into the back room for 5-10 minutes. It was laughable. She finally showed herself again so she could tell me the package could not be located. From here, she directed me to her supervisor. This was an even more rude, and equally useless woman who took down my phone # and told me she would let me know when they found my package. I knew this would not happen. I never received a call. I tried calling them and the phone just rings until you are automatically disconnected. What do you do at this point? Wait in another 45 minute line? Probably better off letting the package be consumed by this atrocity of a business than be stuck in purgatory along side them.
My local mailpersons are great, its the delivery of packages. They always have an Exception notice saying my location is not deliverable? Then they tell me my package is ready for pick up at Spring Garden St Station without really making any delivery attempts. They never leave any paper notices either, proving that they were even at my door.I have a working doorbell with front door light and address numbers. I am home all the time and I have live in the same location for decades. I am an older woman with health problems who has trouble walking and I do not drive or own a car. I need deliveries to be made to my home, it is essential for me now especially with the Coronavirus. So the problem is not me.This is not a legit delivery service anymore, they are out of control over there.
No one will ever pick up the phone. I have had two packages reported as attempted to deliver while I was home the whole day and no one ever knocked or attempted to make any sort of contact or delivery. No notice left. Scheduled redelivers that never happened. Worst post office.
I live in Northern Liberties and unfortunately, this is our designated post office. This location doesnt even warrant a 1 star ranking, but you cant post a review unless you pick a star.I mailed my Mom in Florida her Mothers Day card about 10 days before Mothers Day this year. About a week ago she called me and told me that she received a letter from the post master general saying they caught an employee of the post office stealing mail (including her Mothers Day card which contained a personal check). I did not even realize that she had not received the card, and she thought I didnt send one! How clueless do you need to be, to think you can get away with stealing mail?!It doesnt end there. I recently received an email saying a package I ordered had just been delivered. It was 1:40 PM and I was working from home on that day. I went right out to my mailbox and the mail was there, but NO PACKAGE and NO SLIP. I tried to call the post office, and you guessed it...constant busy signal. So I waited a couple of days to see if the package would come, but when it didnt I called the post office and filed a claim. They told me that someone would call within 48-72 hours. Well, I am working in the office today and just missed the call from the post office. I called right back, and you guessed it...CONSTANT BUSY SIGNAL! WTH?!
Couldn’t be more disappointed with USPS. Sometimes our mail just doesn’t come. Or more recently, I’ll order a package and the tracking information will read “delivered” but it never arrives! This is the unfortunate part about living in north philly. Mail couriers steal your mail! If you need something important delivered, please please get it shipped to another address because more than likely it will never arrive.
Horrible. I have been waiting nearly an hour with only two people in front of me. It has taken the postal worker nearly 20 min to take care of on customer and 40 mins to take care of another customer. If I could give this site zero stars I would. This certainly is an example of why the postal service should be privatized.
See they hired a unhappy person to serve the customers. Apparently the manager lets them text while they are sitting at the window and do not need to acknowledge the customer or say thank you, have a nice day etc.Its a shame because there are 2 people that work there that are really nice and good at their job.One is the African American woman with short hair and has been there a long time. She is great. The other is a white guy a little heavy, he is always quick and ready to be helpful.
The service at this post office is so dismal, I started paying extra just to have online orders delivered with any other service but USPS.As an office slotted for closure (not soon enough), all the staff has given up to the point that they accept, on your face, that they no longer do basic things like answering the phone or even leaving notices when a package cannot be delivered.Surprisingly, as a ghetto post office, the location is not an issue. Easy to find and never a problem finding parking. The nightmare starts when you walk in.And the misery is not contained to the office itself. Trucks, postmen and customer service are all on a concerted effort to reach the lowest possible point in client satisfaction.Out of the last 10 packages, 9 were late, 2 got lost, 3 were thrown at the door (thank you neighbors for not stealing them!). 1 came destroyed and 7 never came and had to spend 2+ days tracking them with the this office.A disgrace to every post worker out there to keep this office functioning like this.
I have a package that has been in transit a week and a half, to get from Massachusetts to Philadelphia. Then they supposedly attempted delivery on a Saturday when someone was here to receive. Now, who knows where the package is. I am going to have to re-order products and have them re-shipped because of their incompetence. This is unacceptable business. Ive requested never to use the post office for small package delivery again.
I would give this post office a 0!!!!! Waited 15 mins before the line even moved. While one slow moving, anal woman moved at 3 mph. Then she was not willing to help one lady ahead of me locate her package that clearly had a tracking number that said it was there. Then the lady before me couldnt get the stamps she wanted. Then when I get up there with a postal slip and ID she wont give me my package because it was a different address.... Ummm its delivered to my mothers house! Then says she will have it redelivered to that address again and writes part of the address on a POST IT!!!!! while employees are in the back singing songs and rapping lyrics for fun... Go help that lady. She needs it! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I BETTER GET MY PACKAGE!!!
This place is awesome. The workers are very kind and helpful..........Youre going to see a lot of negative reviews but most of the time....theyre people who come to the post office unprepared and hold up the line so everyone gets angry.Or they come to pick up a package with an identification that does not match their address so they start bitching and complaining and of course theyre going to give a bad review when theyre wrong.
I swear to God someone needs to get in touch with the post master general or some inspector general because the incompetency of this post office is near criminal. Constantly losing my package, false attempts to make a delivery I have called amazon several times pleading with them to stop using usps. Its gotten to the point where I am unable to use amazon because if I dont end up going to the post office to pick it up. They lose the package. I see the local mail carrier for Northern Liberties in the bar on his lunch at the Abby near spring garden but I dont think he is the guy that handles packages. But I have had it i lived at this address for over a year and I have yet to have a successfully delivered package and i order a lot from Amazon
I noticed that I put the wrong zip code on my order a week before it arrived at this facility. I called them ahead of time to tell them my situation they told me they had changed my zip code in their system. I still have been given no updates on the website, and when calling the 19121 facility asking if theyve received my package yet they told me no, and that according to my tracking number my zip code had never been changed! This is terrible service...Lets not even remind you that every time I call they put me on hold for 5 mins and then set up their phone moments after to receive no calls (busy signal).
By far the worst post office in Philadelphia. the people who work there are rude, lazy and extremely unhelpful. Be prepared to wait up to an hour in line due to the fact that they work at a snails pace and do not have the ability to multi-task. Some USPS facilities like the one on frankford or the one in chestnut hill have stand up people who are generous, smart, hardworking and helpful and will even go the extra mile to make your day easier like staying open a little extra time or helping someone carry heavy boxes....at this location it is much different. you will get an hour wait with a rude ignorant teller who could care less busy you are....unless u have no choice but to use this post office then dont. its not worth the headache.
I had the delivery man, in front of several neighbors, shout that he would never deliver any packages unless a house number was on the wall. Never looked at the screen door or the pavement. Totally unprofessional in making his own policy and regulations instead for implementing his job description.
I put in for a change-of-address to go into effect in three weeks, when Ill be moving. Two weeks before it was supposed to start, my grandparents mailed me a letter that was returned to them with a note saying unable to forward. When I called the Post Office, the woman on the phone said that the mail carrier just sent it back without looking at it. She was apologetic, which I appreciate, but why would a mail carrier return mail to the sender without looking at it?! Bizarre. Now all of the mail that Ive received at my old address has notes that say change of address not effective, send to old address--which is so weird, because its not even supposed to go into effect until tomorrow. Theyre clearly pretty disorganized over there.
Im a person with hidden disabilities and need to have my service dog with me when running errands. Everything single time Ive gone in there despite telling them my dog is allowed to be in there they still try to kick me out. After showing her tags (which legally I do not have to do) they still continue to treat me poorly and today they denied me my mail because my address didnt match my ID. Ive been there many times before and they never cared about my address on my ID not matching. Hey if you dont like dogs whatever but dont discriminate against people with disabilities.
My packages have been scheduled for delivery Saturday many times and I get a notice on the tracking link that says no one home but I was all day. the customer service woman is horrible and has attuitude problem and do not offer any help. this is the worst post office ever
This has gots to be the worst service ever in Philadelphia. For one, we are a business, and we take it very serious. Why am I just now receiving an electric bill due for 12/22. Its 1/21!!!! You can not be serious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then when calling to tell them of their HUGE mistake, which by the way you have to pay late fees when making a late payment to PECO, their line has a busy dial tone. I have been trying since yesterday to contact them, as it seems we missed a package yesterday. I have yet to hear the phone ring, and not a busy dial tone. I wish there was a way to get this place closed for good. Im so tired of dealing with these people its ridiculous.
STAY AWAY! FAR AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!They abuse their position of power and they are the most miserable people I have ever met. They should be ashamed, terminated and the building should be demolished. Even then they would prob haunt that area for an eternity badgering you and micro managing you about “what’s so fragile” or “I’m just letting you know” *slams package down* WOOOOWGO TO ANOTHER POST OFFICE!! JUST NOT HERE!!
WORST EVER! How is this business still open and running! This is the third time a package has been misplaced, not delivered AT ALL it got returned to sender after a day, and now they say my package got delivered at 9:43 PM on a Saturday? It wasnt delivered so how are they saying it was when there office is only open until 5 on saturdays!!!!! WORST
Worst post office ever. They never redeliver my packages when I schedule redeliveries, they dont attempt delivery for packages or ring door bell but rather just leave a slip (and sometimes dont even do that), when you go to pick up a package they take forever and half the time cant even find your package.
The people that work here are awful. They dont care about you, the neighborhood, or the quality of service. They will pretend to try and help you by walking into the back room and then coming back and telling you they cant do anything and to just call the next morning (probably so that you have to talk to someone else). Particularly, the woman who goes by Ms. Jackson. Utterly useless. Quit if you hate it so much.
The woman in the front was extremely rude. She had 8 people waiting in line and she told everyone to wait because she had a lot of things to stamp. People kept asking her questions and she just pointed to signs and didnt even acknowledge the people waiting in line. Very disrespectful

2022-03-05Its always a what if scenario. I received notice that my packages have been delivered to my post office box. But its seems one or two individuals can never retrieve all of them. Whereas there are others who always retrieve them with no problem. Ive learned not to stress out, instead look foward to the next time.

2022-05-25The young lady who clerks there was very helpful and moved things along as fast as she could. I appreciated her taping my label for me onto the packaging. Many thanks!

2022-06-22Never actually pick up the phone and drivers mark everything as attempted even though they did not. Doesnt matter because theres obviously no consequences for being horrible at your job.

2021-12-20I love my neighborhood post office. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. I know they are working very hard especially around the holidays and it means a lot that they are still so friendly to the customers!! Happy holidays and thanks for all of your hard work year-round.

2021-12-14I have been living within the delivery zone of this post office for nearly a decade. I had had several packages stolen around Xmas time 2015 (I had been selling on Amazon marketplace for several months without complaint, then they brought on staff for the holidays and four items went missing). It seems they replaced the bad apple, as this was a relatively isolated incident. Life went on. Then about a year ago, the old head who had been working there for years retired.WINTER IS UPON US. The new guy constantly doesnt know what simple things like non-machineable envelopes are or how much extra they might cost. Packages are marked undeliverable. Worst is when they are marked undeliverable, then they are sent back to the sendereven though the system says they will be delivered next day. If you get a package marked undeliverable-- will attempt next business day, make sure to call about it or preferably take time out of your day and go over yourself so you can talk to the unqualified guy behind the counter. Remember to ask them to check the back room. It is NOT on the truck for delivery

2022-03-15I just got denied the service for two days in a row without any good reason. It says it’s open at 9am and we had to mail various things out and two days in a row an employee told us that he could not do anything and we should come back at 10am. Worst location.

2021-08-31My certified letter was delivered to this infamous post office..from Staten Island .NY ...ultimate destination was SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION PHILADELPHIA...a very important letter. Been in transit for last 3 weeks. Called USPS help line....gave them my info. Still no updates from this Post Office. Blah and blah from USPS help line. Will never never ever use USPS for important mail. Perhaps my certified letter is on a boat to Mozambique.????

2021-09-17Review is for customer service, not USPS. My package is delayed but the workers at this office have been incredibly helpful, taking down my information and looking out back for it. I interacted with four people and they were all very kind and worked together to find where it might be. Thanks, Spring Garden post office for making my experience with the USPS less terrible.

2021-02-24It is a worse post office and USPS Very very slow delivery, priority mail cost me 28days. I lost some packages by wrong delivery. Can not figure out any package issue. I made intercept services for pick up package myself especially some important package, but really out for delivery saying intercept no works. I am very disappointed with USPS service. If you have important package,UPS or Fedex will be your wise choice.
