UNO Pizzeria & Grill in other cities:
Manager will know why I rated the way I did. You messed with the wrong lady! You thought you could get away with it. But your attitude & you are wrong!!! The food was just awful!!! Really the ranch dressing in with the sundae toppings. Take your attitude out the door!!!
We have been coming to this location for years. We decided to go here for lunch on a Sunday and from the moment we walked in the door until we left I can say we will probably not be back memorial weekend I get it who wants to work but you chose it not me! The boat when he finally came to the door was bothered and so rude!!! The waitress/ bartender never came out and checked on us after the food was dropped off. We finally went inside and asked if we could pay the bill!! Brutal!!! Attitudes and poor service I don’t recommend this place!
The food was very good and they had a decent sized menu. I had the veggie pizza and it was done very well, I highly recommend it. I have also had the buffalo chicken mac and cheese which was also very good. Their shrimp and crab dip was just ok. The staff was very attentive and the food came out very quickly. The only complaint I really had was their bathrooms werent very clean and they smelled very bad.
Came in around 9:45pm. Got the scallops with pasta tomato and spinach in a creamy garlic sauce which was burnt and left a bitter aftertaste in my mouth for hours. My dining partners got the personal deep dish pizzas and said they were good. Table was sticky. Service was not bad. .
Update: Pizzas are amazing; I love all the specialty ones, I love the farmers market deep-dish, the veggie extravaganza, and the prosciutto & arugula pizza w/that balsamic drizzle is to die for!~~Ive been dealing with some lactose issues lately, so the pizza part of the menu was out. I was a little disappointed they didnt have some sort of vegan pizza, but I got the steak and shrimp instead, which were delicious. They definitely know how to prepare medium-rare and the seasoning was excellent. The brown rice was tasty, as were the mixed vegetables (though the veggies portion was a bit stingy). Our waiter wasnt very attentive (hence the 4-stars on this visit), but all in all a pretty good meal.
Called and spoke to the manager/owner because they had canceled my order through DoorDash because they didn’t have the item in stock. While on the phone he told me they had other stuff not in stock. If you don’t have items in stock, you shouldn’t have it available to order through DoorDash.
This was my first time at Unos. I have to say the meat pizza was really on point. I came with two co workers for an after job dinner. We were not disappointed at all. Id definitely come to Unos again. Cant wait to taste the other menu items. They all look so tasty. Would you just look at this deep dish pizza though.
We had the best waitress and service! Our app was served quick and piping hot! And our food was served at the right time after app and hot. Our waitress recommended a balsamic glaze for my roasted veggie pizza and it awesome! And dessert was fantastic! Atmosphere was great! Thank you Aleaha!
I am here on business and called to order take out. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful beyond measure! She allowed me to change my mind and consequently my order several times and continued to be pleasant with me. I arrived and parked in the takeout parking spot and logged in via the link I received. The same person that took my order was the same person that brought me my food without any delay!!!!! The food was hot, fresh and very delicious! I’ll definitely be a return customer! By far…. Amazing customer service and food is excellent! Thank you for doing take out well and making dinner pleasant!
A TEN- GO EAT- DRINK- ENJOY- I have been going to this place for yrs. GREAT FOOD, DRINKS, APPETIZERS but most of all, talk to the very people that work there. We all have had bad experiences in the places we go.This place will listen and DO. From anything you want to know, change, or recomend the staff will take care of you. Best of all is the management, especially back to our area, one that puts things on the top. His name is Rambo. He listened to me and was so polite understanding and most of all a man with action. All the staff is knowledged and experienced. Lately i have been blessed to go there. My wife and I needing the most private accommodations without reservations were pleased that we had one of the best nights in our 30 yrs together. THEE STAFF seeing the two of us laugh, cry and most of all be ourselves, kept there distance but yet gave 4 star service. SO TO ALL THAT WORK THERE AND MOST OF ALL RAMBO THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. FOR I THINK ALL OF US ARE LOOKING FOR THAT SPECIAL PLACE IN TOWN.
Nope. This place is not worth it. Service was horrible. Food was hot, sides were cold, burgers were tasteless. Food tasted like grill had not been cleaned in weeks. Bread sticks must have been from the day b4. The worst pickle I have ever tasted - My son. Sorry but; No. I will not be back wish it had been good. so sad😢😭c
Nice lake and facilities but can get extremely crowded to the point they close the park to more visitors. They have additional parking up the hill near the swimming pool. The employees working the boat rental counter were nice. You can bring your own picnic or use the snack bar, concession prices as expected.
Young young man who seated us was hospitable, friendly and professional in his demeanor. My cheeseburger (with no bun)was cooked to perfection, medium rare, mashed potatoes from Mt Olympus and roasted veggies were crispy, and DEEELICIOUS!!! Sara, our server was friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We enjoyed our meals, all four of us and found a GREAAAT meal and NOT just another pizzeriaTHANK YOU ALL!!! OUTSTANDING SPUR OF THE MOMENT DECISION FOR DINNER.
First time eating here since the pandemic started. My pizza was made incorrectly, wrong toppings, and chunky sauce instead of the smooth one I had asked for. I would have told my server, but she was talking to the bartender for the majority of the time, and didn’t check in with us until my husband was almost done his food. Most likely will not be returning. The service wasn’t great. The food is overpriced.
Bartender made a delicious mocktail for my friend who doesnt drink. They were attentive and helpful, and even made me a specialty drink that I requested! (I love a good Blue Mermaid...) I would 10/10 come here again. Oh, and the deep dish pizzas? 😋mmmmm. If they werent so filling, I would eat like, ten of them, lol!! They are so good!
This place is great! The food is great, the decorations are cool, and the people are nice and welcoming. First off, the food. I always love to get new things each time, and everything is always so good. Second is the scenery. I love all the decor and pictures of everything. I think the place is Chicago based? But anyway, lastly, the people are great. Whenever we go there weve always had great waiters and waitresses. So keep up the great work Uno!
Great overall experience! Our server, Ty, was so helpful and made wonderful recommendations for the food. He was fast and seemed like he really cared about the overall experience we would have - super friendly. Our food was tasty too. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
Sorry the food just wasn’t worth the cost. The personal deep dish come out like a kids microwaved pizza for $13.50... what?!? We order a strawberry Frozen drink and it turns out to be a smoothie for $4.09. A price in the menu would have been helpful. Only 4 people in the place and we are all sat on top of each other. Will probably never try again.
I love their deep dish pizza, their wedge salads, and their mint tea. Generally, this is a very pleasing place to eat. Unlike many chains, this one provides a low-key, relaxing atmosphere. The food is good, always filling, and reasonably priced. The servers are attentive and friendly. Good place to go.
I have loved Uno for a while and have visited locations all over the East Coast, but this was my first time at the Exton location. The staff was friendly. I ordered two deep dish pizzas (Numero Uno and Chicago Classic) and they both were very disappointing. Each pizza was overcooked and therefore the crust was inedible. The toppings other than the tomato and cheese were skimpy and left much to be desired. I have had much better experiences with the locations in Newtown Square and Oaks.
I love this place. Its always good. today I got the grilled chicken with two sides of broccoli. What i got was 6 little heads of broccoli..I know this covid thing is taking its toll but you gotta give people what they are paying for. Ill still be back because this is the first time something like this is happening
An established chain restaurant. I love the Chicago Classic and come only for that item, so I cant comment on the other menu items. The establishment needs a bit of a renovation in my opinion, just seems a bit worn out.Staff were friendly and we received our food quickly. Pizza is consistently good which is why I come back.
The pizza was great! The alcohol selection was surprising! They have brewery drinks on tap. Service was great considering that we were a big group! They have group seating in your own personal room, make reservations! Has an eating area and a bar area as well. Prices are reasonable considering the economy. Definitely recommend this place of you want an upgrade from Pizza Hut!
Bought a deep dish pepperoni pizza here last week using a coupon I received on the mail and was extremely disappointed.I made my order online at around 8:50 pm and drove to their restaurant to pick it up. When I arrived at around 9:20 pm I found an empty front desk, and a fairly empty dining room inside. It was later during a week night so I wasnt too surprised by the fact that they only had one party having dinner there.I asked for help a few times, and I could see the employees walking back and forth between the bar and the dining room, but nobody came to help me. I waited over 40 minutes to be helped, and another 5 to get my order. The box was already cold, and some of the cardboard was soggy because the soda bottle was placed next to the warm pizza box. The pizza itself was very underwhelming - it wasnt necessary bad (and Im sure itd be better if it were warm) but it wasnt anything close to good. When you add up the terrible attention to customers and the mediocre food, the price is definitely not worth it.
Food was typical which is actually pretty good. Ate at the bar tonight, a Monday night, which was pretty dead. Our bartender was just above worthless. Nick had a great personality, but simply lacked training. We were going to order meals, but ended up with only soup because he took to long to get to us, with only 10 guests at the bar.
Dined-in for a late lunch on Friday. The place was pretty quiet, the staff was friendly, and the service was prompt! My son gave the pizza two thumbs up and my veggie burger was A.O.K. The atmosphere reminded me of an old Pizza Hut that collided with a sports bar. Sticky tables and all—Kinda gross. Ill bring some wet wipes or something next time...
The pizza was good and the server was nice. It wasnt exceptional, but it was a very nice experience night out. Our server seemed to be covering every table in the restaurant. We was very busy even though it was a very busy night. Our pizza came before our salad, and we had to ask for the salad, but otherwise things went well.
Now i see why they close down these places. The food is really not that great. Im eating regular cheese pizza and it had no taste. And for a large plain with 2 glasses of wine to come close to $60 was absolutely ridiculous. Location and lower middle class areas might keep them around for another 4 or 5 years I guess. Not being rude, the waiter was nice and the ambiance was ok. But food quality is Everything!
We went in shortly before closing and the waitress could not have been any nicer! We were able to order whatever food and drinks we wanted. The waitress said, No rush at all. Take your time.and she actually meant it! I was grateful bc I was SO hungry and wanted a Moscow Mule. The gluten-free pizza was, surprisingly, really good!
Food was good. HEAVY ON BOOZE. Like 3 menus just for BOOZE. Server was in a hurry. Asked for dessert order before I had eaten1/2 of my sandwich. Then immediately brought over the check and said shed take it as soon as it was ready. Hate to be rushed when Im trying to have a relaxing meal. Started out getting my drink order and asking if I was ready to order before I even got through 1 of the 3 menus they give you. Then came back in less than a minute and wanted my order. Told her I hadnt even gotten through the menu yet. Not sure what the rush was there wasnt anyone in the dining room but me.
Good variety of foods on menu but they didnt seem to have it together tonight. Had to ask repeatedly for silverware. Took a long time to get salads. Brought one salad and one appetizer out together. Had to wait a long time on the drinks then another long wait on two additional salads and the other appetizer. Then had to sit and wait again while they found silverware so we could eat!!
I wanted to like this place a lot. It took a long time to get the food but while waiting I was sipping my fresh brewed ice tea (it was very good) and found a long strand of the bartenders hair in the middle of the glass. The manager was very apologetic about it and brought a fresh one to me. The food was great.
Ive been here many times. Service is decent when its not busy. People are nice, just missing details when too busy. Pizza is good, but steak is loke ordering steak at a diner. If you like that, you will like it here. Od you have ever been to a Gauchos, you will be disappointed.
Havent been here in a while and when my wife and myself were looking for a place to eat, I found this coupon they sent me in my email. It was $10 off $20 or more, so we decided to go to here. I can’t eat too much due to my bariatric surgery and my wife is not a big eater so we shared a meal, the surf and turf which was a lobster roll and 6oz sirloin steak. I had the steak and it was cooked to my exact specifications. It was juicy, nicely seasoned and tender. My wife said her lobster was very good with plenty of lobster pieces and not overly tampered with, you want the natural taste of lobster to come through. The service was excellent and the manager even came over to insure we had a great dining experience. Like I said before, we haven’t been here in a while but we’ll be back again soon.
The waitress was delightful. She made a mistake but the management took care of the mistake and gave us an order for free. So the service was great but I cant say the same for the food. I might give it another chance because the people were so good but very disappointed in the food
They constantly get the pizza order wrong. My father checked the takeout order before he left and he told them it was wrong. He waited an hour for them to fix it and it was still wrong. Not sure what to do at this point. My family likes the food here but what a pain that they always get our takeout order wrong.
Never had a bad time at Uno. This location is no different. Not a big fan of chains, but unlike most, I cant find a bad thing to say about Uno.Ample room for a big family like mine, good service, enjoyed the food. My mood always brightens when I hear someone say were going to Uno.
Personally? If you are looking for good pizza, its good here but Marios pizza down the street is better. That said, if you are looking for variety, ambience or pepsi...choose Uno pizzeria and grill. Lots of options including desert and salad, seafood and steak.Serving staff is great too.
Sitting here on Sunday evening...an hour in with a group of soccer players/parents and still waiting for our appetizers. Crowded and theyre so u der staffed for a holiday weekend its not even funny. One bartender whos pregnant with a full bar of people eating on top of drinking.....hope our food is good if we ever get it...
My wife recently ordered from here for a carry-out order. I have always enjoyed their pizzas but their service on this one was also excellent. We had ordered a salad and she had misspoken during it so it came across as a full, separate salad. They actually called back and said it could be done as a side, thus saving some money. When I went to pick it up, they had left the salad out (okay, so that was a mistake) and after I started to leave, called (even put the manager on the phone) apologizing profusely for the error and had started to walk it to our hotel when I met them to pick it up (we had told them I would go and get it.) The food, as always, was great but this friendliness and customer service really stuck out in our heads. It is not often you find that in restaurants.
I went in this location on Monday of this week after my youngest daughter had a 12 hour surgery, the first of several. My company for the evening was my oldest daughter-age 5 and a half going on 16. We sat down and were greeted cheerfully by a gentlemen whose name escapes me but who had tattoos. I asked him if they were closing and he said no, they are open until midnight, so settle in. I can say this is the second time we have visited(the first being after the Cubs won the World Series because why not) and the manager approached and made us feel welcomed. So as not to be long winded Ill jump into why this was a First class all the way experience. Another waitress was cleaning up a party and struck up a conversation with us and I told her about our day as I sipped a much needed Guiness after a long day in the waiting room at Dupont. The manger approached after we have gotten into our meal, Salmon(which my daughter said was very good) and a Chicago classic. As the meal concluded our waiter when handed my card to pay for the meal, gracefully declined. The manager picked up our entire check. In conclusion, not only did the manager show great awareness and flex her positon with perfect execution, everyone on her staff acted as a well oiled machine up to and including a gentlemen from the back of the house on his way out the door. This particular experience spoke volumes of the leadership and the unity of the team. I would reccommend the manager be put in a greater role with the ability to touch as many people within the organization as possible as she clearly gets it and her team strongly supports her in their respective roles. Thank you and kudos on a very well run establishment on that particular evening. June 5th 2017.
The quality of food in this location is worst . I have been here couple of times and every time it was a disappointment. The roasted egg plant flatbread was always half baked and sagging . Rest of the items were also not good. I used to visit this restaurant very frequently in wisconsin and this was my favourite . But the quality at this location is bad .
First time trying deep dish pizza outside of Chicago, gotta say it wasnt very good. The pizza lacked cheese, whatever topping you got wasnt given up to expected proportions. Having tried real deep dish, this pizza was not even close to the real thing. The crust seemed to have been fried on the bottom and not baked in the oven as it was overly crunchy and greasy as hell. That oil/margerine taste ruined whatever 20% good flavor the pizza had going for itself. Not gonna try UNO again.
I eat here every time in town as I can walk from the Hampton Inn. Poor form tonight. Walked into the bar at 11:20 pm, ordered a to go order. The food was brought but not the to go drink. No one working at the main desk. Paid the bill and tipped over 20%. PJ the server, never responded after I paid to bring the remainder of my order (the to go drink). So the choice was go back to the hotel to keep my food from getting cold, or to wait and get what I PAID FOR AND TIPPED FOR. I left after 15 minutes of no one replying. VERY SORRY SERVICE!!! UNCOOL
I just went in UNO. Door was open so I entered. I encountered a 55, fake blonde women who was extremely rude. She asks me what am I doing. I said trying to have a meal. She said they are not open. I said forgive me, the door was open so I entered. I then asked if I could use the bathroom, and she said no. It was an emergency and she could care less. I believe she was either the hostess or a manager. TERRIBLE customer service!!
Our Internet Marketing & Business Networking Group has held a few events on the private porch/patio area at UNO. What a great location and venue for networking events. The manager and servers are very accommodating and helpful with our group. Were looking forward to hosting more events at Uno Chicago Grill in Exton/Lionville!!

2022-06-12Absolutely one of the best restaurants my boyfriend and I have been to yet! We went here last night for our monthly date night and the host and waiter were absolutely amazing with service. Drinks were phenomenal not too strong and definitely not weak by any means and the appetizer and entrees were even more incredible! Will definitely be back in the future!! 😁 Wede give more stars if we could!

2022-01-16Everything was amazing! Our server Shane was very cheerful, funny, and helpful. There were so many things that sounded delicious on the menu that it was a struggle to decide. Our food did not take long to be ready, and when we got it, everything was so delicious! Highly recommend!

2021-07-20The restaurant was clean and the waitress was attentive and friendly. She quickly took our order but didnt overstay or linger.Free soda refills as we ate the giant raviolis appetizer. It was a good combination of cheese and sauce that went down well. Most surprising was the waitress brought us I individual plates so we could share. This has become a thing rarely done anymore. The outside was breaded and crispy the inside done well with cheese.I had a meatball and ricotta personal that had mushrooms along with the traditional red sauce and mozzarella cheese. I was able to sample the more meat robust personal that had sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella and red sauce. The crusts were both deep dish and I loved them. The pizzas were very tasty and came after we finished the appetizer. There was a rustic feel going on back when these chains dominated the restaurant venues and late 80s music accompanied our stay.Very good experience up until my friend went to the bathroom. Trash was over flowing and soap was out or not functioning. It may have been a thing done that day but we were there at 11:30 so Im concerned this was not just of that day!The good: family friendly, staff was friendly, food was very good and came at the right time . Extra plates go a long way and the atmosphere while I was there was great. The down was the rest room!Still recommended!

2022-07-03Ordered buffalo chicken quesadillas which is usually my go to, had no buffalo sauce on it. I know they usually arent heavy with the sauce but this had nothing on it at all so they were super dry. Ugh disappointing

2022-04-30I just visited this restaurant for the first time in two years post pandemic. I will start off by saying the service was very good. My review of the food however is not very good. I have no idea what happened to the deep dish pizza that I Used to crave. Not sure if the ingredients changed. the pizza itself was the Personal pizza size. The crust lacked the old fluffiness and fresh dough taste. I noticed the deep dish crust was much thinner than it used to be. The other thing I noticed about this restaurant is the crowd was probably one quarter of what it used to be. There was always a wait . I was just there prime time at 6 o’clock on a Friday night and the restaurant was only 1/4 full of mostly people in their 50s and 60s. So I am not sure if the change in food quality is what resulted in this substantial decrease in business.

2022-06-18I have eaten here 4 times. Ive had steak and sweet potato fries once and their Chicago style pizza the other three. The steak dinner was really good, as was the pizza the first time I had it. The sauce for the pizza is good, and the first pizza I had was loaded with it; I loved that pizza. The other two pizzas were lacking in sauce, so I was a little disappointed. Next time I order I will ask for extra sauce.

2021-07-21Pretty ok food. Margarita is not up to mark. Its less alcohol more sweet blue liquid. Had better ones. Salad is not that bad.

2022-05-08Its good. And if youve been to an Uno before you kinda know the menu and what they have to offer like any of the bar restaurant chains. The location is a bit weird to pull into because of the way it is nestled in-between some hotels, but if you go to pull I to one of the hotels flanking it youll be able to get to it easy enough.
