Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park in other cities:
Extremely overpriced.. an amusement park cost the same if not cheaper and its an all day adventure. Also be prepared to pay 3.50 for socks for every child. I had brought a pair of my own not realizing they were from another facility, was told at the door they were fine to use.. an hour into my son playing someone decides we must purchase their specific socks after the fact I was told ours were okay to use.. will never return.. mainly because of pricing.
Had a birthday party for my daughters and the whole party was a mess from the start of arriving. We’ve never been at urban air before until the day of the party. You have to have each person for the party check in and sign a waiver. It was extremely crowded and took longer to check in then anything. Our “private” host was nowhere to be found when we needed her for something. The host told us food was going to come out around 1:30-1:45. The food did not come till 2:00. Mind you our party ended at 2:30. So we had to rush to eat and open gifts. Highly do not recommend booking a party.
I booked a party on a Friday night during the glow party time. No where on the website does it say you MUST buy urban air shirts for this event. The event coordinator told me shirts MUST be bought at urban air. On the Facebook page it suggest neon colored shirts. You pay an extra $50 for a party during the glow event. An extra $50 for a private room. And you are not allowed any outside food or drinks. Just a cake/cupcakes
Very expensive and crowded. The employees are very young and are not ready to be overwhelmed with the amount of children whose parents are not paying attention. The confusion that is trying to stand in line to pay is a bit ridiculous for as long as theyve been open in altoona.Ive witnessed a lot of bullying and inappropriate behavior with no care from staff.Despite all this, my kids enjoy the attractions and usually have fun.
It was pretty crowded when we were there...which was around 5pm on a Sunday. When you arrive, the signs that explain which line to be in to either pay there or complete an online reservation, are kind of confusing if its your first time. There are picnic tables for seating scattered around the open area. A wonderful alternative to traditional tables!! All of the different play areas were in good cosmetic and working condition. One of the areas was taped off due to a broken feature and we watched employees constantly checking the tape and reapplying it throughout our time there. There seemed to be a good number of employees walking around and available for help, if needed. Snack bar is moderately priced. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Some trash bits lying around the picnic table area but as I said, there were a ton of people. FYI: Lots of(dance floor type) lights moving around, black lights and semi-loud music playing. Photo is just to give an idea of some of the lighting.
This park was way better than I expected it to be! My son is a little over 3, and he only cost $10 to get in there, and then for me and my man to go in with him, it was $5!!!! Just to play with him on the games hes allowed by height to play. Which is pretty much every single thing there, except for this in the air Ninja warrior station, but I definitely didnt want him doing that anyway.. LOL 😂We had a blast, it wasnt crazy expensive, and my son has been talking about it since we went for the past two weeks, so Ill probably be doing this every couple weekends for him since he loves it so much and its inexpensive. ❤️
Six extremely happy boys and one happy Nana. Staff was very helpful and courteous.Lots of activities for all ages to participate in. Price was not outlandish. Felt we truly got our money’s worth. They had a clever way to insure healthy hand sanitation. We are looking forward to the anticipated zip line! Wish we lived closer to take advantage of the club.
Just went in to get information about a birthday party ...they were very helpful and had the answers to all my questions I had ... I am definitely booking my daughters birthday party there. Our hostess Mercedes was absolutely the best. Never had to look for her she was on top of everything. She really cared about our party and the guests that attended. She treated all of them like they were her own personal kids. We will be booking another party there in January for my son and I will be special requesting her for it ... thank you for an awsome event.
Watch out for Samara at the concession stand. She will try and charge your child 5 dollars over what they owe and slide it into the tip cup. She didnt realize I was next in line and caught the entire encounter. @ urban air. Thats strange seeing as I am the mother and it was my children.
I love this place!!! My kiddos have a blast here. Family friendly place to allow my kids to burn up some of that extra energy, while I sit and listen to music and enjoy a slushy and pizza. My daughter and foster daughter love it so much I had to buy a membership, which is a great deal for the cost. They absolutely love glow night!
So we dropped off my son and his friend at 5:30 on a Saturday night. We purchased the the tickets online, which were advertised as an “All Day Pass” for $29.95. Get a phone call from my son, he was told that they would need to leave, they didn’t have the fluorescent shirts required to be there after 7PM. They would need to pay an additional $60.00 in order to get the shirts and allow them to stay past 7PM. He attempted to pay them the $50.00 he had to get the shirts and stay past 7PM, they told him “No, you’ll need to leave.” We get there and speak with the Manager, Nicole. She is unwilling to speak with us about anything, she said “the website isn’t accurate and there would be nothing she is willing to do for us.” We won’t be going back until someone refunds our admission.
This place is the worst! The employees are worthless especially when it comes to trying to get kids to behave and not cause trouble. Management is terrible and even though it says kids cant be there without adult supervision people just sign the form and leave their kids - which those ones actually try to hurt younger kids. If you dont want to have your kid hurt or have bad kids pick at you then dont go here.
We saw they have jumperoo from 10 to 12 for little kids under five years or six years old on Fridays. We usually go to get air in State College but we wanted to go here and change it up a bit. I am so glad we did I had no idea they had so much stuff to do. My son is three and he had an absolute blast this is going to be our new family fun day spot.
We went to urban air Altoona, pa last night for my cousins 2 kids birthday party….let me tell you I will not take my kid there ever again! It was a disaster from the start! We get there and the kids are all excited to get started, party was to start at 6:30 (glow party) … the host said the kids couldn’t start till 7 because of cleaning. (Mind you none of this was told to my cousin) so right there a half hour lost. Parents were to be able to pay 10$ with the party, they charged full price. When my cousin confronted them with these concerns the host wasn’t sure what to do, so she asked for the manager. When she voiced her concerns with the above things and that not all of the things she paid extra for weren’t open. The manager looked at my cousin and said what do you want, the party for free? Ummm no lady your a manager and you need to tread lightly when dealing with customers, they were spending a huge amount of money and just wanted answers that these people couldn’t handle! Needless to say my cousin pulled over 20 kids and said she was done, they weren’t doing a party at a place that treats people like that! The lady fought with and was very rude and told my cousin she didn’t have to refund the money and proceeded to tell her to leave! This managers name is “Nicole” and not only was she rude and didn’t know how to handle a manager position she couldn’t even conduct her self in a mature manner (and she was wearing a dress that was not appropriate around kids!) good luck to those who booke parties or go there! They lost my business
Check in process is confusing. Staff is not interested in helping. Waited in line for 30 minutes to buy tickets only to be turned away at the desk because of not filling in the waiver properly. However, the self-help kiosk only asks for parent information for the waiver and doesn’t mention anything about adding children. Will not come here again, and would strongly recommend families find somewhere else to spend their time and money.
We go to Urban Air about every two weeks ..Have a membership..great bargain..not sure I understand the few negative reviews ..Have ALWAYS be treated respectfully, professional, and politely..By all Staff ..Kids have so much fun..everyone smiling ..kids away from their phones & x-boxes for a while ..great physical fitness….I like to have my grandson..try the more difficult apparatus.. each time ..confidence builder ..will have a birthday party there ..Great Place
Not worth paying for the young kids. Small area for 5 and younger but taken over by older kids - running over the little ones and they dont do anything about it. Very expensive for what they have to offer. Would go to sky zone or get air next time. Honestly, wouldnt be bad for younger teens to hang out though.
This place is truly amazing! I had a group of 11 children there for a birthday party and it was the easiest birthday party Ive ever had. (kids ranged age 18 months to 9 years) We had our own host who met us at the door, helped us all get checked in, explained the process to us and escorted us to our party room. She did so much more than that including serve pizza to us and cut our cake. The only thing I had to do was bring cake with me. The staff did the rest! So if youre looking for a stress free birthday party, this is totally the way to go! There is also plenty of seating for the family members that came with the kids and easy access for them to watch the kids in the different attractions they had. All of the staff was helpful and kind and always smiling. It was clean and organized. There was not one single glitch. I even forgot birthday candles but no worries, our party host came through and had some ready for me! I would definitely do this again. And let me tell you, none of the kids wanted to leave but once they did they were definitely played out. If I could rate them a 10 out of 10 I would. You wont regret! Fun for all ages!
This place is absolutely AMAZING! Great for the kids to stay active as well as the parents to enjoy hanging out and playing with their kids! There are so many things to do that my 8 year old daughter didnt get bored for the 2 hours we spent there. There is more than enough seating for parents and how the layout is set up its easy to keep an eye on your kid(s) without having to constantly move around. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Always cheering the kids on and giving them high-fives too! The food is really good and they have options for everyone. The prices are very fair and having the option to purchase a monthly membership pass is even better yet!!All in all- I highly recommend Urban Air Altoona!! If I could give a 10 Star rating I would! They easily earned it!!
Great place for kids! But definitely take into consideration the peak times. We went once on a weekday in the summer and everything was awesome! Staff were kind and polite, the place was clean, and minimal lines for 10-15 minutes. We just went today, on a Saturday, and there were significant issues. There were long lines to enter with only one staff member helping customers, but several others standing and talking behind the counter. The wait for a bottle of water was over 30 minutes. Luckily, we arrived early enough to get a table to sit and leave our belongings, but many people had no where to leave coats and shoes. Lines for all attractions were extremely long. A couple kids in our group had been waiting over 30 minutes to get on the rock wall and without warning, they announced their color bracelet was out of time as the staff was letting them in the attraction. She abruptly told them never mind, you need to leave. I’m all for leaving when your time is up, but they wouldn’t have waited over 30 minutes to be told never mind.
We tried Urban Air for the first time to celebrate our adoption day!We have a family with 5 children and the staff was very helpful and patient harnessing and unharnessing my crew over and over again as they would leave and come back. For our large family it was a bit pricey to do regularly but well worth the $ to come here for a special occasion because our kiddos had a blast! Thanks for helping us celebrate Adoption day with so much fun.-H
I was able to take my grandchildren to Urban Air, Altoona, PA and we had a wonderful, safe time.We actually felt normal for a few hours. We entered with masks on, our temperatures were taken to assure that we were not sick, and questions were asked to protect everyone.Everything was sanitized frequently and hourly we were asked to sanitize/wash our hands. The staff was so helpful and kind,We had so much fun and felt so safe. We are looking forward to going again real soon.
We attended the third Sunday of the month sensory time 10-12. Th staff was very helpful and we enjoyed our time there so much my son didnt want to leave. We appreciated no loud music and no bright lights as these things can be overwhelming to our son. We look forward to attending again soon! Thank you to All the staff as everyone was so pleasant and helpful!
Other than the small issue of the girl working the sky rider (Alaina I think she said her name was) who was rude to both my son and myself we had a fun time. Place was clean, but at this point I dont think its something weWould be doing again if we knew the same worker was there.
Today was our first time there and I am so glad I purchased a membership! We had so much fun! From the time we walked in the door until we left, we had a great experience! The staff was all very kind, caring and courteous! Just watching them and interacting with them they go out of there way to make sure everyone has a great time! My daughter wanted to try the climbing steps and was afraid the one girl working that section at the time held her hand and offered her words of encouragement even though she only went to the 2nd step the girl praised her and told her that she bets shell be at the top before she knows it. That warmed my heart! We are looking forward to many more future visits! 😊
Weve visited urban air twice. Weve enjoyed both times. Its clean and staff is friendly and very helpful. Food is reasonable. Price to get in to enjoy all the activities is a bit pricie. $65 for 2 kids and to get their socks. Not Aweful, but its a chunk. At least my daughter has fun and I know its safe n clean. .
Took a 6yr old and 4yr old (with sensitivity) and they both had fun! Our 6yr old loved everything and her favorite was the ball pit course. Our 4yr old is nonverbal and non mobile; he loved the lights and it was nice to be able to have access to a ramp to watch my other child. Prices were affordable and we went mid day on a Saturday and it wasnt so overcrowded that you couldnt have fun. Lines went quickly. One thing I would complain about is the set up of the changing table in the womens bathroom. I had to move aside multiple times to let people in and out of stalls while changing.
We had a gift card we wanted to use for our time at urban air. After waiting in line for approximately 20 minutes. We finally got to the register. Apparently they could not use our gift card and had to go to talk to the manager. The manager refused to come and talk to us about what was going, instead of choosing to come talk to us he instead sent his staff in between us. Claiming we had already used the card. We did not. All in all it took around 30 minutes to get paid. Will not be back. All the manager had to do was come say hey it’s not working and we’ll figure it out. He couldn’t even be bothered to do that. Horrible customer service!!!
Took 3 kids here and had a blast! Price was great for kids and parents! Cant get prices like that at any other trampoline park. Staff was super friendly. We got there right at open so there were no lines for attractions. Will be coming back again! They have such great deals to make it more affordable for families with multiple kids! Not only did the kids have fun, but we were able to have fun as adults with them!
We were there for my nieces birthday party yesterday & the hostess was amazing. She was great with the kids, friendly, & helpful to those of us first experiencing Urban Air.We loved all of the kid friendly activities & the ability of adults to join in on the fun. It is a great addition to family friendly activities to our area.My only 3 critiques concern the snack line, pizza, and dodge ball area. The snack line workers were swamped and doing their best under the circumstances. They definitely could have used more help. I lost 1/2 hour of enjoying the party just waiting in line for drinks.I was curious walking around as to why it seemed people eating pizza were leaving half of their crust on pans or plates. I soon found out when we ate at the party. Although the pizza does not taste bad, it is quite good, the sauce does not come to the edge, nor does the cheese or toppings; one is left with at minimum 2 bites of pizza before hitting all crust. There is so much waste. If the pizza is continued to be made this way, included sauce may not be a bad addition.Dodge ball: we went and waited in line to have a friendly game of dodge ball with little kids and adults. We watched an intense game with teens who had been playing in there since arrival. They were aggressive and having fun but not at a speed we wanted to play at. We asked the attendant to play by ourselves but she looked at me like I had grown horns. She said we played on one side and they came on another. Of course they ran and slammed us hard. We stood there, blocked the kids, and walked right out. There should be some allowance not to play with try hards. I dont begrudge them for having their level of fun but not all want that. All in all a great day though. Would definitely come back.
Urban air has done a tremendous job with reopening and providing a safe environment for everyone. Friendly and courteous staff make the experience enjoyable for kids and parents. My 12 year old loves coming weekly. I would highly recommend if you havent tired it out stop by and give it a try. You wont be sorry.
We have our kids monthly membership for Christmas. They adore Urban Air over other trampoline parks they have been to. Staff are helpful, there is plenty of seating for non-jumping parents and the food is actually good. This is such a great alternative to video games and other indoor activities- they kids are moving, gaining strength, endurance and learning to take calculated risks in a somewhat controlled environment. Out of all of the kids gifts at Christmas from all family and friends this was their favorite!
Wonderful experience at Urban Air on Tuesday August 18th. We travel from Johnstown just to play at your facility. The staff were very friendly and accommodating during these crazy times. My 5 and 7 year old kids LOVE all you have to offer. We cant wait to come again.
Love this place! I bought a membership for entire family. There’s 2 adults and 3 kids. It’s just under 50 a month. The price is great in my opinion Staff are very helpful. The pizza and icees are very good. Very kid friendly and adult friendly place. Fun for all ages.
Ill start off by saying that my son definitely had a blast! There was plenty of trampoline squares for him to jump and run on and he loved the dodgeball area. It was kind of a bummer that the tubes were closed, but pretty cool he could still jump in the ball pit (I understand with the precautions of Covid and all). The website kind of made it seem like there would be more for my almost 4 year old to do, but I know some locations probably have more attractions than others. It would be cool if they could expand into the old AC Moore building, though. I loved jumping around with him and showing him all sorts of tricks and stuff. Ill probably wait til hes a bit older and/or taller to take him back, or until Covid is over so he can play in the tubes, whichever comes first.
If you are looking for a covid friendly fun time, this isn’t the spot for you. Out of the approximate 250 people in the building, I’d say about 15 people were wearing a mask. No social distancing guidelines to be seen. They had one crumby rule that every 30 minutes you had to go wash your hands, which is a nice first step but masks should be required. It was disgusting and I won’t be back.
I had my sons 9th bday party there and it was the most fun he had in a while... all his friends loved it. The staff was ammaazing!!! It was clean and very friendly.. it deff makes ur kids tired... my son and friends jumped so much into a nap on the way home.. my daughter now wants her bday there. Its deff worth the money and drive.
Attractions are great, very nice mix of features. Best when not crowded. Honestly, would’ve easily been 5 stars, but took away 2 stars for infuriating policy forcing me to buy THEIR branded jump socks (rather than letting us use identical jump socks from another franchise)...I brought 3 kids and dropped over $100, you really need to squeeze another $3 per person out of us? All other franchises let parents reuse jump socks from basically any trampoline park. FAIL
This place is so amazing and the membership deal is great. Instead of paying $27 each time for the Ultimate it’s only $14 a month. They have so much more stuff to do than trampolines. We are members and have already been here 3 times! Food in cafe is great too. Try the bourbon or lemon pepper wings. Staff is very kind and energetic as well.
Very cool place, but due to safety there is lines, vs. Free for all, so it slows down some of the attractions. Its just the nature of the venue. But very cool, kids cost 15-27$, socks extra, parents can participate for an additional 6$. Has a snack bar and plenty of seating.
So happy this place is in Altoona! Such a great place for kids to have safe, clean fun with family and friends. We have been to 2 birthday parties here and they were so great and no work for the parents of the birthday kid! Food is good too! Love it so much we got a membership so we can come back over and over! Never seen a trampoline park with unlimited access for so little!
Went there with my daughter for the first time this past friday we had a blast! I ended up hurting my ankle on the one ninja warrior course (realizing my body isnt a giving as what it used to be😂) and the staff was amazing they brought me ice for my ankle checked on me many times throughout the evening making sure I didnt need anything, my daughter had a blast and has been asking every day when we are going back!
I cannot say enough good things about this place. My little family was at a birthday party a few weeks ago. We have an autistic 9 year old who absolutely LOVES Urban Air. He had won a fidget spinner out of the claw machine and anyone that knows him, knows that it was a BIG deal. I had actually lost his toy 2 different times. Each time, the employees gave him another. Not one word of annoyance, not one eye roll, not one lecture about keeping it safe. They always accommodate his needs and are so patient and understanding and KIND! Honestly, we are so glad and grateful to have an Urban Air in our community.
I didn’t catch the employees name for sure but I think his name was Andrew, he was working the sensory Sunday event this past Sunday. He is an AMAZING asset to your company! His kindness and compassion went so far! He helped my 10 year old on the ropes course. My son was so afraid to get up there but wanted so badly to try it. He has cerebral palsy and his right side doesn’t work very well he is very unbalanced. This employee not only helped harness him in without making him feel bad but then also walked the course with him to make sure he felt safe!!! I cannot thank him enough for his help!!! He made my son feel so incredibly special and gave him such a boost of confidence!!!
Was there a few weeks ago took my 5 and 4 year old and Im pretty sure I had more fun than them. I could not stop laughing when my son and I played in the I believe it called wipe out course or something but planning there upcoming birthday parties there for sure nothing else like it around here usually we go to slinky or chuck e cheese but here we can actually join in with the kids love it!
The facility was great and the kids really enjoyed their time here. I docked a star from the rating due to their cake policy. We were celebrating my sons birthday there with some of his friends. We stopped by three weeks back to inquire about pricing. We made it clear we would decide whether or not to book a party (vs walk -in) once we determined the number of guests. We were told the only restriction on bringing cake was no icecream cake. We didnt have enough attendees to justify booking a party, so we went the walk-in route (it was $100 less for us to walk in). We were now told since we didnt book a party, we couldnt bring in cake. We celebrated with cake on the sidewalk in front of the venue. I could understand the policy if they forbid all cake, but the other extras received with booking a party still did not justify spending an additional $100. While Im certain well be back at some point, I would not reccomend it for a party if you dont have enough participants to make booking a party worthwhile.
Fun for everyone! From the rope course to the wipe out zone to trampolines to battle beam, all around fun. Clean environment with many daily events that suites everyone’s need. Toddler area along with area for younger kids. Warrior course is a lot of fun for any skill level with 4 options to choose from. Also great food at reasonable prices!
This truly is a great place to bring the kids! Too hot to play outside? Kids driving you nuts around the house? Spend an hour or so at Urban Air and all that built up energy your kids have will be released! They will have fun, they will view you as the fun parent, and youll be able to catch up on your work emails as they bounce around!
Practically impossible to jump as there are so many toddlers taking up all the trampolines. I’ve actually seen a parent just walking back and forth on the trampolines holding what looked to be a newborn baby. It’s actually not that bad when it’s a weekday, although the trampolines are usually quite stiff.
On the outside looks plain bit still inviting. On the inside in a jungle gym play ground. It looks interesting, cool amazing fun for kids even. I cant give a full review yet. I waited for 3 employees to help me. But they were all busy with a family of people, however I cant say what they were helping them with for 24 minutes? No paperwork or money was being passed and no one said well be right with you sir so I walked out.On the plus side, I believe I awnserd some of my own questions. Pricing, in my opinion it is expensive to come here. I would compare it to eating out and getting that expensive speak Friday night. Its fun every once in a while but not doing it all the time.I give the place 4 stars. ( Activities, awesome environment and family friendly. But pricey)My first impressions of the employees 2 stars. ( the 2 star shows in the review to reflect the importantance of customer first impressions)
It was extremely unorganized and difficult to know what your pass covered. We also had a child under 5 who wasnt given the correct wristband so he was told by staff that he wasnt able to do certain areas. Upon leaving and speaking with the owner it was determined that he could have in fact gone on the attractions since he met the height requirements but at that point we were already leaving. For the price you pay youre definitely better off going to Monroeville to Skyzone
I am glad that we got a trampoline park in our area and it has a lot of nice things in it to do. Unfortunately, the service has been terrible the 2 out of the 2 times I have been there. There was only one employee checking customers in the first time I was there with a long line. This time they had 2 working but they were helping each other and working together instead of taking separate customers. Again, it took forever to get in the place. My sister went to get a drink and it took 20 minutes to get it because of another long line. There were 3 employees working the counter but were so slow and it didnt really seem to matter to them that it was busy. Really makes look management bad here. I dont think I ever saw a manager help out.
Had a great time with our grandsons, although a irritated that I was unable to bring a cake in with us. I mean I did drop a pile of money $65 getting in, not to mention pizza, wings and veggie trays and how could I forget $20 on water that was $2 a bottle. ((And fyi you cannot buy pitchers of soda or water because they would lose money))
I went to this location for a work event and found this facility very clean and had a lot to do. The pizza was good, but the bbq and bourbon wings were great. I had to call later in the day and ask if you could do a takeout order which unfortunately you cannot. I will definitely be taking my niece there to have fun and order myself some food.
Was very disappointed. If they are crowded they have a time limit of 2.5 hours then you have to leave. $26.99 for 2.5 hours is a little expensive especially when most of your time is waiting for a table and waiting your turn. Then the next people coming in can stay till closing. Not much supervision. Kids in charge of the place. People use tables to put coats, shoes, and drinks. Then there us no place to set while kids are playing. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED
What a great place! We had a blast the entire day. Nice to see kids smiling and laughing while getting exercise. Also, refreshing not seeing them texting but communicating face to face. Good clean fun! Every employee was professional, kind and helpful. Thanks for a great day. Well definetly be back!
The price was a bit higher than expected. 95% of the people setting at a table including myself had to wear jackets because it was so cold. Im talking to the point that my daughter couldnt eat the pizza we ordered because it was cold when we finally got it. Sorry but Im not impressed on my first visit.
Demanding and rude staff. Online Waivers did not work properly, had to fill out 3 different ones then when we got to the building got the kids checked in they wanted me to come back because Waivers werent working. Host was rude except trainee was nice. Kids got yelled at for jumping in wrong area when they were told they could jump there. Host harassed birthday girl about mother coming back to pay bill several times when it was planned to come back to pay final dues. Would not recommend and will not return. Over priced and not worth it.
Had an awesome time at Urban Air Altoona! The setup is great! It is easy to observe your child while keeping a hover-free distance. Which earns an easy 5-star review from the parent perspective. But there is much more to love about the place. Most of all, Urban Air Altoona has a welcoming atmosphere and desires to accommodate ALL kids young and old, and of ALL ability. Everyone will find something to love here. On of my favorite attributes is that there are minimum arcade games, which keeps the focus on being active. The staff was great and the food was quite tasty. I would highly recommend a visit... or 10!
Great place to take your children awesome atmosphere & every single employee there is very professional. If I could rate this higher then 5 stars I definitely would !!! I see other reviews of people saying how expensive it is but the smartest thing you could do it purchase a ultimate pass for $13.99 a month and your set.
I took my kids yesterday to the park. We are members and go there fairly often. On this day, my son (age 8) decided that he wanted to try the ropes course. He was very scared but really wanted to try. Makala was working the ropes course and was so patient and kind with him. She encouraged him for 20 minutes, having him move to the side when other people wanted to complete the course and try again when he was ready. He finally ended up completing the course and loved it! Makala went above and beyond to help my son build confidence and complete a task that was scary to him. I am so thankful for her kind heart and compassion!
My family 💛LOVES🧡Urban Air Altoona! This place is awesome for kids and ADULTS. No other place beats $5.99 admission for adults and NO time limit for all of the activities.👊🏼 Climbing Walls👊🏼 Ropes Course👊🏼 Trampolines👊🏼 Wipeout👊🏼 Battle Beam👊🏼 Ninja Warrior CourseSimply spoken🌟Fun😁Kid friendly🤸♀️Great place to have a birthday party🎂
Way to go Urban Air Altoona!!! We had our daughters birthday party there last weekend (opening day) and everyone had a blast!!! The staff were amazing!!! They greeted us, checked us all in, participated with the kids and made it all run so smoothly!! We will definitely be spending lots of days and nights there!! Thank you for bringing Urban Air to Altoona!!!
This place is a dream for any parent, but especially parents who have kids with a seemingly undrainable battery.Unleash the kids, grab some food, catch up on work, do emails, paperwork, or just talk with other parents. In a new reality where we have to be aware of COVID, and staying safe, Urban Air is committed to this with vigor. Always see employees cleaning, hourly over the music system reminders for everyone to wash hands or use the antibacterial sanitizers, they are very proactive in maintaining a clean and safe place.
Its cool for kids. But not as a parent when there is no place to sit. I obviously as a bystander dont want any leg workout. I also dislike that because of lack of seating where the trampolines are it becomes frustrating and there is no desire to engage with other bored adults. I also am not a fan of the lighting it made it feel dirty, which it really was not. But all I think about is foot fungus when Im there and the lighting isnt that reassuring.
I had my daughters 9th birthday party at the Altoona Urban Air location. In advance, grandparents offered to help pay for the party. They purchased approximately $300 of Urban Air gift cards Sweet!! ... Noooope....Upon attempting to pay for the party with the gift cards, both staff and managers advised that the gift cards were not accepted for parties huh?!? Okay, we will purchase a season pass then. Nope! Sorry you can’t use the gift cards for a season pass either. You’re kidding right? How is this even possible? So these grandparents came to your store, put $300 in your cash register and now that store credit can’t be used to purchase your services?! ..... 🤯
The place is great but expensive... becoming a member is the best thing you can do even if you only go once a month but when you set up the membership make sure you do I correctly because changing your membership is a hassle and the staff at urban air are no help in changing your membership
I just want to start by saying the kids had a blast. I on the other hand was not as thrilled. Definitely in need of more tables or even just chairs for spectators. After finally finding/sharing a table, I went for some drinks as I waited on my pizza. Thats a whole other story Ill come back to. I returned to my table to find the staff took it to accommodate a party. Seriously, you didnt see it was being used? Did I have to leave all my personal belongings there, even though there r signs saying not responsible for lost or stolen items, to make it more obvious? Is there an overbooking problem where there is no availability for the general public?Anyway, back to the pizza. So I was given some kind of beeper thing to let me know when my food was done. When I ordered my drinks I asked how the beeper thing worked and was told it would beep. Here I thought it would vibrate considering the music is loud and I dont know that I would have heard it anyway. Turns out my pizza had been done, sitting on the counter with people, including kids hovering all around it...yuck. I was told the beeper needed charged and obviously wasnt working. Btw...there should be more than one cashier. The line was crazy long.Next, there definitely needs something done about the rockwall. There are four different rockwalls people can climb. They allow 4 people in at a time, but there is no limit as to how long they can be in there. What is wrong with giving each person a chance at all 4 rockwalls and then getting back in line. Waiting time for the rockwall is ridiculous because of this practice especially considering you have to pay extra for this attraction. There are definitely some wrinkles that need to be ironed out. Like I said though, the kids did have a blast and we will probably give it another shot.
My kiddos had a blast i had a blast playing with them my only complaints are there wasnt any soap in the womans restroom we were there when they first opened i think a few more tables would be nice but otherwise i think prices are great staff are wonderful park is very nice

2022-05-06We’ve been coming here for Jumperoo for about 6 months now. It’s so wonderful to be able to meet up with my other parent friends and their little ones!!! It’s especially great during the winter hours or rainy days, so they can run and jump amongst their peers and burn off some energy. We love it, thank you for your hospitality!! Woohoo!!

2022-02-06You pay for all day pass and get 2 hrs. Seems to me that they should either change their pass to 2 hrs or offer a refund if they kick you out early because of high demand probably better off coming during the week. Not worth 90 minute drive to give kids a day of fun, when you only get couple hours. Also need more seating for the parents. Could go to trampoline park in butler and get more bang for the buck!

2022-03-142 stars because the kids had fun. It was a really bad experience over all. I purchased the monthly pass because the website notified me it would be quite a bit cheaper for our family of six then to get day passes. Our ticket said we were there arrive 4-4:30, we were a few minutes late and it literally took 20 minutes just to check us in, and not because of the line but because of the confusing website and the girl doing it didn’t seem to know what she was doing. The website says it’s open until 9 on saturdays we were forced to quit jumping at 6:30. Then if you want to do “glow jump” from 7-9 you must buy a shirt and pay AGAIN. Seriously??? Please communicate that to your customers!!! I really felt ripped off…..We jumped for not even two hour and paid around $100. Not worth it. Also, my daughter and I came down with a stomach bug the next day. I’m assuming we got it there. Probably won’t ever go back unless the kids hound me to much then I might cave but only on a weekday now that I know about glow night on the weekends….

2022-06-11I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I had my daughters birthday party here and both the Host Catrina Crynock and the Manager Paige were excellent to work with. These two employees made the whole experience a breeze there were no issues at all, they were very polite and had a very positive attitude from start to finish. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for everything you did for us also if the Employer is reading this give these girls a raise its hard finding good employees these days.

2022-04-28Our kids had an amazing time at Urban Air. The place was clean and offered a lot more than your typical trampoline park. Their favorite part was the sky rider. No trampoline park around has anything like it. It’s worth the drive. My wife and I are joining in on the fun next time! Great place for kids and adults!!

2022-05-02My daughter always has a great time playing here. Went to the glow night and she had a blast. I just wish the prices were cheaper to go. My daughter is lucky if I can afford to send her. We have only gone twice in 2 years.

2022-01-02Its a fun place for kids FOR SURE! Weve been there 3xs in the last 6 weeks for parties. It always seems pretty packed and last time there were TONS of kids jumping with expired wrist bands. I understand getting your money worth, but it would make it nicer to develop a system to count how many you left in at 2pm so at 4pm you get the same out... like a turnstile kind of thing ?!

2022-03-18We never had a party there, so we were unfamiliar. We were told to sign in when I got there. Didn’t get help. Asked for help and got attitude. Were rushed during party. Kids were constantly told they were doing something wrong, even in the areas we paid for. At the end, they LOOKED in our gift bags for the plastic rods that held the balloons!. I will never shell out $300 for a party there again. Ever.

2022-03-06Incredibly awful experience. Poor service throughout. I ordered online the ultimate tickets (the most expensive type) for both me and my child - on the website, it was described as day pass and did not mention anything on height restrictions on the activities included. We arrived at 4 (the time I chose when purchasing the ticket), and waited till about 4:15 for our turn to get the wristbands. Then we were told that my child could not have the wristband for two activities that she most wanted to do due to not being 48 inches tall. I asked that I was not aware of this in buying the most expensive tickets (I am not interested in this at all, and I buy my ticket simply to accompany my child), and I was told by the staff that all other activities are available to us - so they mean that no downgrade of our tickets or any refund is possible. Then we went to the cafe to get the food I ordered ahead online, and was given only the drink and told to wait for the others (pizza and pretzel with cheese). We waited for more than half an hour to get the food, and found that the pretzel with cheese had no cheese at all. I asked the staff at the cafe, and was told that they indeed dont have cheese. I asked how come it is phrased as pretzel with cheese online, the staff said the only thing she could do is to refund and I will need to go to the front desk for this. I dont really care about the refund on this four dollar thing, but I was really upset about this situation. So I went to the front desk, and was told the website information is inaccurate - the pretzel they offer do not have any cheese. I said when I paid for it, I did not know this (it is called pretzel with cheese online with description that made me to believe it is pretzel filled with cheese). The staff then changed her wording and said the cheese is blended into the pretzel. Oh come on! I tasted the pretzel and know it is just regular dough. And I can tell the difference between a regular pretzel and one with cheese! So I decided to give up wasting time with them and returned to play with my child - it was already 5pm then, and we hadnt really started playing yet. Then the speaker announced that the climbing area was open, so we went there and found we again needed to wait. So another waiting for more than 20 min before we finally got our turn (the staff there was friendly though). Then we played a bit of others and found that the time was 6:40pm when the speaker announced that one cannot stay anymore if not having paid for the glow night separately. I asked a staff whether our ultimate ticket can stay and was told no. Starting from 6:45pm basically all areas were closed to clean people out and leave only those with glow T-shirts on. We did not want to stay anyway, so we left immediately. Therefore, we purchased the most expensive tickets, had real play time of less than two hours, and had to leave. If I could give a zero star, trust me I would. Last point to mention is something I personally do not like - the place was very dark with uncomfortably flashing lights, and the music was so loud it was hard to hear each other. After returning, I felt like having a jet lag.
