Superb customer service and knowledgeable staff. They have done jewelry repairs for me on the spot for two necklaces but I most appreciate the repair on my broken Tag stainless watch band. Urbanowicz are very reasonably priced and if you pick the right day they have their two super friendly dogs in the store. Though I haven’t yet purchased from them, they have beautiful jewelry as well.

I purchased a mother’s ring for my Mom 52 years ago. She has worn it every day since. She was worried that the setting was getting worn and she would lose the stones. Without changing the character of the ring or the setting, John was able to secure the stones. The ring is beautiful. John is truly an artist. They take such care of their customers and the jewelry. I highly recommend!

I love everything about Urbanowicz. We went to the peters location and it is extremely welcoming. Christine is super helpful and friendly! She has helped my fiancé and I twice now. My rings are gorgeous ! The two dogs made my day. 🐾 you have customers for life now.Highly recommended !

After being insulted at a mall jewelry store, I opted to find something that was a little closer to home, with a family owned vibe. Here come Urbanowicz to the rescue. The stone in my solitaire engagement ring had come loose, and was in need of repair. It was done so, not only in a timely manner, but was returned in basically brand new condition. They took the time to clean and polish the whole ring, bringing back the incredible sparkle. The staff is so nice and so good at what they do. Thank you so much for keeping my ring safe and looking so good! Ill be sure to send my husband in soon ;)

What a professional, pleasant and efficient experience! I stopped in to have a ring looked at for repair. Repairs were made on the spot and jewelry was cleaned and shined to look better than its looked in a long long time. Super friendly and very nice work. Would definitely frequent this store in the future and highly recommend for jewelry needs.

I am very happy that I chose to work with local jewelers that have great expertise in selecting the perfect engagement ring! I had visited both the Caste Village location as well the the Peters Township store. The staff at both locations were very easy to work with and they helped me to choose the perfect ring that I knew my fiancé would love! I have been a customer for over 20 years. Have looked at other jewelers and have not been satisfied with the overall quality of the jewelry nor my treatment as a customer. The prices of the jewelry and service are VERY fair and the staff NEVER tries to sell you unless you are 100% sure you are ready to buy. I hope to be able to continue to shop at Urbanowicz Jewelers (or have my husband shop there) for MANY years to come.
