I go here all the time, the staff is kind & helpful. They literally do everything here & theyre prices arent bad at all. I hope they are there to stay!
Used to travel farther to another USPS/UPS drop off store - very difficult to park there (at Bustleton Ave. and Rhawn St.), poor service and unpleasant atmosphere. Then I found out about USAVE online.USAVE is the total opposite. Easy parking on Castor Ave., right in front usually (just put a dime in the meter). The store is very clean, well organized, but, mainly, the young man who manages it is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Will definitely use this place to ship all my packages in the future !
Great place to go when it comes to Mailing faxing etc.. returning satisfied customer very helpful reliable and friendly service they’ll answer all your questions! Highly recommended!!
Excellent service, they seem happy to have your business. Curb parking feed the meter, no bathrooms they do all kinds of services.

2020-02-05Ive gotten passport photos taken here. The photo quality was great and the guys here were kind as I tried to fix my hair a million times before taking the picture. Ive also called them with questions about shipping large items. I was advised me on how to go about it, and if it was even worth it in the long run. Basically theyre super kind and always look out for you.

2021-02-13Place will help you a lot more than the local USPS/Fedex place. If you need someone that speaks Spanish, they have that, if you need someone that speaks Chinese ask they have that as well. Prices are very competitive and service is quick with multiple employees.

2021-02-13Been going here for a few years, Ive noticed that everyone is extremely helpful in answering all questions and that if you speak spanish or chinese they will translate and help you slowly, over the phone, great place that serves all carriers

2020-06-23The only reason I am giving it a low rating is because of the fee they charge to print labels...u shouldnt be charged a few bucks fee for printing a label to return an item first its not the buyers fault and its not reimbursed or on the receipt...this is a drop off place u should be able to just drop it off and printing should be charged to me Im the buyer also at the library printing is a quarter since were in carona virus mode everything is closed I have waist gas coming here until I see them open the guys are nice but some stuff is rediculous like the keys not all of them come out good So i have to come back here and its imbarrising the new guy I believe doesnt know what hes doing as much as John and they tend to rush u it takes time looking stuff up sometimes I love this place very nice guys but some things I dont agree with...

2018-09-26I’ve dealt with numerous shipping centers in the area, and most of them weren’t very nice, and had a habit of leaving packages behind for days at a time. I was recently recommended USave Shipping to make sure things ship out on time and I was pleasantly surprised to find the staff to be very friendly on top of that.

2013-11-01Courteous and timely service. Also used their notary. Great prices and hours. Graciously stayed open after hours while our order was completed. Will definitely be returning to this location when I need their services.
