When you renewal your passport it comes here first but they never update there tracking system. My passport application is in process yet it still shows that it is stuck here. look at your passport status not USPS tracking
My package has been held up at this Distribution Center science Feb 15, 2022, it’s now March 08, 2022. I made a online order for $18.94. That’s stopped mail circulating. This center doesn’t answer their phone. And mail box is always full. I’ve made official complaints. But nothing has happened. I will start sharing this on White House social media. I’m sick and tired of the abuse of my mail.
Thieves. Packages always arrive opened. This has been a consistent occurrence this past year. Philly: city of brotherly thievery and incompetence.
They scanned one of my workers comp checks along with tax information from my job and irs letters to myself. I haven’t seen none of those pieces of mail yet. I’m now going thru the postal police to see exactly where my mail is.
No one at the PHL distribution center wants to put the effort to find a missing priority mail package containing important documentation. Tracking ID clears shows its sitting in PHL and has not made its way to the local post office which is less than 30 miles away for the last 3 weeks.
Lets see it takes 2 days to get from southwest Philly, by the airport to the Bensalem post office. Funny I can make it to the airport in 40 mins .I guess the post office walks the mail every where
5th time. Straight up my mail was opened. It had the check still in it but lord knows this the first time. Stop opening people mail seriously this couldve been damaged or lost even worse than if it was just being handled with the typical uSpS care
This must be where packages go to die. Ive had numerous shipments delayed whenever they end up in Philly -- either that, or they never show up at all (or damaged/opened). My most recent problem was a package that was stuck here for five days; luckily, its showing as departed as of last night, but its been a full week since this thing was sent from a location less than three hours from my house.P.S. Cheez Whiz on sandwiches? What are you, five years old?
Would give a 0 if I could but shipping took forever, package was open , put in another item than the one i bought. If you see your package her cancel and get a refund.
Same issue as the many reviews before me. I ordered several packages, each of which went through different USPS routes and have received all except the one at this distribution center. Its been in transit, arriving late for 5 days now and was supposed to have arrived 2-3 days ago. Very disappointed as it was a time sensitive package. Wish USPS would address the concerns expressed by so many.
I am disappointed with your service I paid for priority mail which include a very important document. It says it was received by your facility July the 9th supposedly I should have got it by monday the 12th and what frustrates more is that since July the 13th to this day ( the 21th July) there hasnt been any update whatsoever concerning my package.Update: My mail came the following day.

EDIT: my package was sent to my local post office at 5am today (April 8). It is now out for delivery. Ill see if everything is as it should be.Second edit: my package arrived perfectly fine. It was packaged nicely and contained both items. It arrived late, but arrived nonetheless.Original review: I have had other issues regarding usps delivery, but now Im receiving the In transit, arriving late message that others on reddit and other social media sites have been complaining about. Some of those people NEVER received their package(s), and I am NOT about to deal with that. My package was supposed to get here almost a week ago. My moms package has never arrived since December. I dont know what you guys have going on in this center, as other places have MUCH better service, but Im not about to let my package be stolen, lost NOR damaged.
I paid for 2 day priority mail to have my passport renewal info sent to the passport office. It has been sitting in transit for the past 6 days. This is time sensitive as I am scheduled to travel in 4 weeks. I am beyond irate as I did my part and even paid the expedited fees now only to know that my information has not made it out of a USPS distribution center. This is inexcusable. If there were another choice to send this type of mail, I would have done that, but unfortunately there is not as the USPS is the only entity allowed to deliver packages to the Passport office.
Passport was sent out for renewal on 5/25/21, arrived at this facility and there has been no update since 5/27/21. I have tried everything to figure out where my package is at, as I need a new passport before 7/26/21. I visited this place for orientation. The staff is a little disorganized, but theyre gòod people. Dont eat at the cafeteria, they prices are OUTRAGEOUS!
Dont use USPS. My passport has been sitting somewhere for 2 weeks. No customer service because of Covid and no updates from tracking. There is absolutely no accountability from the US postal service. In addition, I have have my work paychecks stolen within postal service transit and nothing has been done.Worst service and zero accountability when it comes to stolen, lost or documents sitting somewhere in their facilities.
I have 2 different packages stuck at your facility.Says they left your facility and were in transit then were apparently returned for some reason with a note saying arriving late then were in transit again, then back at your facility. This isnt the first time Ive seen this weird activity out of this facility either and the reviews clearly show this is a trend. Whoever is running this circus needs to fix this issue.Would leave 0 stars if it was possible.
This place seems to be processing packages LAST IN FIRST OUT. More recent packages are being delivered but not ones from Dec/Jan time frame. Probably at the back of the storage and cant get to them. Package for customer was sent with priority in January and is still stuck in this processing center a month later. They keep updating the status with a new scan and in transit to destination, but clearly it hasnt moved for a month. This facility is 10min from me. Can I just walk over and get my package back as its gone nowhere in a month?? Ill help sort if necessary! Stop teasing me with a new scan with no intention to move it!
I’ve ordered a package may 30th it is now June 11th my package arrived at the Philadelphia Pa network distribution center since June 8th it has not moved since . My shein package said it should come between June 10,June 11th, it is June 11th and it said still in transit arriving late my package have been stuck for days!
Just like everyone else, my package has been sitting at the distribution center for 10 days. It was shipped on Dec. 7th. It was moving quickly till it got to the distribution center. Ive tried to be patient and gave it a few days since its the holidays, Covid-19 and probably short staff but its been way too long. Is no one working there especially if your open 24 hours? Normally once my packages arrived there, they send it out the same day or next day. Amazon & UPS are moving quickly and at a great speed during this chaos. I got the package early so it be enough time to send before Christmas. I guess I wont get it ... Thats if I even do. Very aggravated!
Sadly, a lot of these reviews say this place is awful. honestly my package went in, and came back out. Don’t be worried if your package is landing here, be worried if your sending you passport here, or any documentation.
Why don’t you guys update where my package is or goes after here… what the heck is going on there… my package that was suppose to be EXPEDITED was there at the facility for three days and now it says on transit to destination for two whole days and it doesnt update me where exactly it is!
They have had my package for 10 days with no updates. The USPS has greatly deteriorated. Now they are going to raise the price of stamps? Why? To be more efficient? Its a disgrace.
This people has my passport HOSTAGE since March 22 2021, showing is “in transit” since that day, THIS IS A TIME SENSITIVE MATTER, and I PAID for 2-Day Delivery, how is it that this is EVEN LEGAL? I NEED my documents to get to it’s destination ASAP or will report my package and passport as STOLEN by this Postal Office. TERRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My updates have been saying “In transit to next facility” for the past 3 days but has not moved. Please get your stuff together. COVID should no longer be an excuse at this point especially when you have carriers like Amazon and UPS doing a hell of a job better and gets orders in ON TIME.
I Shipped a package using 2 day priority mail from LA to Philly. On Dec 12th the package was mailed from LA and arrived at the philadelphia distribution center on Dec 17th and has been there for almost 2 months. The tracking hasnt updated since Jan 17th. I filed a claim and even called USPS to have it escalated to the supervisor but nothing. At this point I assume my package will never be seen again. I know Covid-19 issues and Dejoy removing sorting machines really hurt the usps operations but this is absolutely ridiculous. I have tried being patient and understanding but i have lost hundreds of dollars between the shipping fees and package contents. After this experience I can no longer trust usps and therefore plan on using any other mailing service but usps.

USPS is a joke did overnight shipping to my pets and they were missing for 4 days, then I received an update 4day later saying these guys had them. Customer service is trash you would think they would prioritize live animals. At least give me an option to pick up at facilities if shipment is delayed. 9-10 my birds are dead, and no one can do anything. USPS customer service needs a huge update.
I understand that there is a pandemic, package will than likely be delayed, but how are you guys gonna hold a package for 2 weeks then tell me it will be out today, have the delivery time go from as late as 3pm to then change to 9pm to now having to hold on to it longer. Not to mention other packages that we have been waiting over a month for it to be delivered. You people need to get things moving, you are more disappointing than realizing when your dad is never coming back with milk.
We mailed our package containing Christmas cards, etc Dec 11 as 2 Day priority mail to arrive Dec 14 so our family could have in time. Mail didnt leave Greenville SC until Dec 22, arriving at Distribution Center until Christmas Eve where it is still sitting with no further updates except to say its in Transit and arriving late. We will Never use USPS again to send important mail. We believe our mail has been stolen. There is no real customer service and the people working at the receiving post office are not helpful. Horrible!
My passport renewal application is still in transit at this Philadelphia distribution center since 03/15. I sent it from Georgia on 03/8/21. Its been a month now with no update, just in transit. What horrible service. I planned to speak about this to the news because it seem like an ongoing issue . People are planning to travel and now because of this unprofessional behavior of the USPS, they ruined their trip. Shame on you! Do not send your documents to Pennsylvania.

My passport application has been stuck in transit to philly since january 13th. my wedding is in 4 weeks. paid for expedited and priorty.. have not recieved any assistance and they just keep closing my cases whenever i open them. have spent probably 30 hours on the phone with 8 diff USPS workers, 3 diff supervisors, 2 diff consumer affair agencies, etc. and still have no updates. So I placed my order with Columbia back in December 23rd , then I got updates saying that it was supposed to come the 31st but now it’s still in transit. It’s been 5 days. Kinda worried bc before they’re usually like 3 days late with my packages but now their 5 days late. I need my coat :/!! How come Amazon & Ups been working faster than y’all ! Y’all can drop my mail off but not my coat :(?

Edit: I came back and gave this place 3 stars now. When I check the shipping status online at home, it shows in transit. However, I went directly to the post office and when they checked it, my mail has been DELIVERED. I confirmed with my destination, and my package was delivered already so that is good. PLEASE GO CHECK YOUR TRACKING NUMBER AT YOUR POST OFFICE JUST IN CASE.I sent a Priority Mail envelop to Pennsylvania and now it has been stuck at the PHILADELPHIA PA DISTRIBUTION CENTER. I mailed my passport renewal application from Seattle to Philadelphia on 3/2/2021 . It arrived at the Philadelphia on 3/22/2021 and arrived at this center on 3/27/2021. Today in May 8, there is no further movement or delivery to the US Passport Service. I tried to contact my two local post offices in person, no one said can help. I wrote to customer service, no one reply to me for solve problem. What is terrible service ! I should give 0 0star for their service!

Two packages I ordered have been sitting here for almost two weeks with no updates. Hard to support this company anymore when UPS and FedEx can still deliver on time packages. I feel bad for small business owners because sooner than later if they keep using USPS - they’ll keep having to refund buyers due to these insane delays that seem to have no end in sight.

I understand that they have unprecidented delays in shipping, however, USPS needs to realize they should have not agreed to ship items with businesses and the like if they cant deliver on time. I 100% believe anyone sick needs to stay of from work etc, however they should not agree to do a job they are unable to do given they have less workers at this time. They are going to have unprecidented amounts of people asking for a refund on thier postage fees. In addition they will have many returns wherein businesses wont want to utilize USPS in the future given this scenario. I already got a refund on my postage since I paid for 2-day shipping weeks ago and its still at the Pa distribution center....those items are going back as soon as I get them since I dont anticipate any of my gifts for my family to arrive by Christmas.
Im very upset. I ordered something for Christmas on December 9th and it suppose to have gotten to my post office on December 18th. Its December 22nd and it still hasnt gotten here yet.. It says it still at this location. Based off these recent reviews I feel like it wont arrive before Christmas and thats terrible. :( The USPS should NOT be blaming Covid for the delay because FedEx and Amazon has been delievering packages ASAP even while the pademic is going on. Mailed very important documents on Jan 14th (Priority Mail 2-day). Its been in transit since Jan 23rd. At this point I would like to travel 8 hours to Philadelphia to pick up my package from this facility and deliver it myself.
I ordered a item on ebay. The item was processed at this facility on December 3rd and has sate there ever since. Its been 10 days and no movement. They try and say its because the governor shut the state down and blah blah but USPS are essential employees. Weird I ordered a cooler from a company in PA that was shipped via UPS and I received it in 2 days. The election shouldnt cause my Christmas package to not make it by Christmas. Sorry leftiest!!!!!!!!
Seems that whenever a package hits this DC, a day or more is added to the transit time. I know in this age of Covid, and increased home deliveries, to expect the occasional delay, but this has been happening long before 2020.On average, I have 10 packages a week delivered to my home and even more to my place of business. Other carriers have nearly 99% on-time delivery, but USPS packages going through this facility is well under 50%. If my parcel hits the DC in NE Philadelphia, there is usually no delay, so whats going on in this facility?? This gives the entire USPS a black eye, makes their tracking system seem inaccurate, and causes them to lose business. I am sure my customers appreciate the accurate tracking I give with another parcel service.Three stars, cause theyre not terrible by any means, but the delays leave something to be desired.
I mail five packages off on January 23, 2021. Once they got to the processing and distribution center, all five packages has not been moved. I spoke to several people who acted like they was going to help, yet did nothing. The post office is blaming everything on Covid-19. That is their way of saying they dont work, or do a little work, and still get paid. I lost thousands of dollars from what the post office has done.

A package for us arrived to that location 2 weeks ago to be shipped to us. We now have to open a case, because our local USPS believes our package was stolen by someone at this facility. Looking at other reviews, theft is an issue at the location. Apparently theft is common practice at this facility and management has to know. So whats being done about it? Obviously absolutely NOTHING!

USPS I give you an ultimatum if my parcel does not arrive within 5 days, I will reduce your annual yield to a minus value. The churn rate will be unimaginable. My passport has been stuck hedre since 3/12. There is nobody to help, Ive left voicemails. Even the lady at the passport center pretty much said youre screwed.... so booking a trip was a mistake, as you cant get your passport anyway.
If I could give a negative star I would. I gave my priority package to a local post office in Bethlehem. Its been bouncing around between Lehigh Valley Distribution Center and the Philadelphia D.C. since December 5, 2020!!! Its Jan. 11, 2021!!! And I was just going to NYC. No one at this facility takes calls, or responsibility. No one answers reports. This facility is a disgrace and should never be allowed to operate as a postal distribution center.

I’ve had medication sitting there since the 28th of February. I know that might not be as long as some people are waiting, but there’s MEDICATION in there you’d think they’d get it to its next location already?? Highly disappointed in how usps is continuing to handle things now that we’ve been in the midst of this pandemic for a year now.Edit: I now have ANOTHER package that’s been sitting there for over a week and I’ve had to open another case file. Why is it that it takes 3 days to take a package from California to Pennsylvania, but it takes 3 weeks to move a package off the shipping line onto a truck!!! This is outrageous, why is it you people have jobs still? If I pulled this stuff at my job I would be looking for a new job.
Package arrived at the center on the 11th with overnight shipping. It is now the 19th and I have no word of the package, no response when I call, and all of the reviews talking about theft and shoddy management are not giving me hope either - especially because I used to live nearby and I know those accusations arent unfounded.
Well, this is really bad. I ordered matching, Christmas eve outfits and PJs for the whole family from Kohls. I wanted this Christmas to be extra special because my mom is very ill and might not make it to another. I also want the kids to remember this Christmas with their Güela, so pics and funtivities with the outfits as part of the theme were all planned out by the fam. All outfits were shipped in 4 packages. All received from UPS but one, shipped by usps. It was moving at pace until its idle state in this facility 12 days ago. I pray I get it on time. But, like many others I will now have to return this item since I have to make time and scout for another just in case, AND in the middle of this pandemic.They shouldve planned strategically for this. Such as, meet your shipment by allowing reroutes to usps locations and allowing pick ups, hiring more people or just being honest with retailers and set real delivery dates.

Paid for 2 day priority shipping, Got shipping by cargo ship apparently. My package has been at a standstill for weeks. Lazy bums need to learn how to do their job. Outrageous.
Had a package shipped 1-2 shipping and arrived at this DC on a Friday and then nothing... package was suppose to arrive on Monday and its now Thursday (almost a week later) with no updates on my shipping since Tuesday when they let me know its in transit but arriving late. I understand short staffed and delays but at least an update would be appreciated
I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been waiting for a package that I paid $50 extra for over night shipping and it’s been 2 months now .... no one answers the phone and it goes straight to voicemail . It says the mailbox is full even though the phone service is supposed to be 24/7 and I don’t even know if I can pick up my package ! Terrible .
Terrible is the only word I can use to describe this. My time sensitive package has been at this facility for 3 days even though it is a first class package. I tried calling but there is no option to speak to anyone. Disgusting
Some advice to those trying to get late mail moving again - send @USPShelp a brief message on twitter with the tracking #. I sell on ebay and do this regularly whenever my packages stop moving and it almost always works, and its even worked a few times during this pandemic.
My passport has been stuck there since January 9th, 2021 with no new information. It’s been more than two months. I’ve tried to open a case but there was no way to check on it. I’ve tried to call, but it sends me to a voicemail that just hangs up. It’s all incredibly frustrating.
USPS has lost so many of my package here, I will not use USPS anymore and have requested anything being sent to me to be done by ANY other carrier even if it costs more. Ive even had packages sent back to the sender for wrong address, which is really mindboggling, because the sender had USPS verify the address before being sent and even sent me a picture of the address on the box showing it was correct. Very disappointing and frustrating.
I have been waiting for my package since December 25, 2020. It says that my package is there at USPS Philadelphia center till January 25, 2021. I understand the hard hit situation due to pandemic but at least you shouldn’t be taking this long. Pathetically poor service.
According to my tracking number, my priority mail is sitting there since January 26th, 2021 at 11:20 am.Today is February 8th, 2021 and still my mail was not delivered. What is going on with USPS ?
So I guess I’m like many of the other reviewers with no package after being delayed for a week. I hope y’all are enjoying the fondant you stole, probably thought it was something valuable. Why haven’t this place been investigated yet? I wish I could take my 1 star back. Thanks for ruining my daughters birthday. We get it’s an pandemic but I’m in a state where the numbers are tripled the numbers in PA and we still don’t have delays this long without someone reaching out to you. 👊🏽
Y’all stealing packages. Nobody answers the phone. I paid for overnight shipping and it’s been like a week no package. Y’all outta pocket for that. Send people their stuff. Y’all wild’n in that distribution center
I ordered a package december 21st. It said it was arriving January 4th. Today’s January 13th, it’s been at the place for two weeks and I live 30 mins away from there. Unbelievable. I’m going avoid usps for now.
Ive had a package departing and arriving at the distibution center for 6 days now. Id drive down there and pick it up if I were allowed! Ill be avoiding USPS for any mail usage as much as possible!

I am not sure why the entire distribution center work staff is not fired. My certified letter sat in the distribution center for 6 days. From Chadds Ford to Chester letter took 12 days. Incompetent employees and equally incompetent leadership. It is known this distribution center lacks leadership and still nothing is done to improve the incompetence.The 5 star ratings are from employees and not actual customers. Maybe they should start moving the mail and stop patting each other on the back😖😖
Shipped 3 packages and received 2 packages, all of which were sent priority mail, but still sat in this facility for 3+ weeks. They can’t continue to reasonably operate at this location with just one sorting machine for the entire metro area.
Same deal as everyone else. Your packages go here and they take forever to come out if they ever do...it’s like a black hole for packages. I had one item go from FL to this distribution center only to depart for KS the next day, then back to the Philly DS. Makes no sense at all.
I would greatly appreciate an update on my lost mail case. I sent a package on the6/5/20 from NJ to you guys. Package departed destination however there is no update on tracking at all. Package was late and stuck for couple days in Philadelphia which is understandable due this covid-19 however now it has been about 2 weeks with no answer. Please verify your trucks and see if a package was left. Im having a bad sense about this one... even tho I have insurance on it I just want this to be deliver to its final destination... bc I will be loosing money .Not happy ...
This place is the WORST. My 2 day priority mail package has sat there for 35 days without being processed. Nobody will do anything to help & they won’t even give me an estimate of when it might be delivered.
We had two packages sent together and one of them was lost with no updates and no information. We paid for a tracking number so that this wouldn’t happen and 50% or our mail was lost. Unbelievable.

Im a retired postal employee. What is going on in Philadelphia? My brother lives in King of Prussia and it took 3 1/2 weeks to receive a Christmas card mailed from Columbus OH. ( delivered on Jan 14, 2021) Other family cards that were mailed the same day ( December 21, 2020) were delivered in two days in Ohio. Then on December 30, 2020, I mailed a credit card payment to the Payment center in Philadelphia. It was processed on January 22, 2021. I dont know wants going on between Columbus OH and Philadelphia Pa but something is not right and needs to be fixed. Please make sure mail is processed when received at the Philadelphia facility.
A lot of my packages I have to receive do not come on time or come to a different Post Office and being sent to sender. How can you sent a package to Havertown or Bristol instead of Broomall? How is it possible?A lot of my packages I send circling around for several days before going further.
Any package that goes into the Philly distribution center stays there. I have one package that has so far taken over a week from within PA. I had another one get redirected from Washington state to Philly to DC back to Philly and finally to me. Dont send anything time sensitive that has to go through Philly. Packages can sit in the Philly distribution for a week or more. Ben Franklin must be rolling over in his grave. So sad.

Yes USPS is an unmitigated disaster right now but this facility takes the cake. I know if it has to go through Philly the package is doomed to stall for days. I live a couple hours away and Ive had a few priority packages destined for the philly area take more than a week coming through here.
My dad sent a package from San Jan Puerto Rico February 8th for my son as a birthday gift and paid $50 extra for 1-3 day shipping and I still have yet to receive my package. It’s been saying it’s at the distribution center since February 17th and for some reason y’all don’t know how to answer y’all phone but this is very unprofessional

I mailed xmas gifts to my grandkids on 12/7/2020 from Largo FL to Reading PA. Package sat in Jacksonville FL since 12/12 -- arrives at Phila distribution on 1/12/2021 until 1/31/2021 and now in transit to the destination -- it is only a 45 minute drive to Reading, PA. Its been 3 more days. My son just received his xmas card I mailed on 12/14 and the envelope is tore up like someone was looking for money. UNACCEPTABLE AND SHAMEFUL. We all are suffering with the pandemic -- NOT an excuse. Looks like LAST IN FIRST OUT!
My passport is also held up here. I sent it in on 3/18, and it has been in-transit at this facility since 3/20. Based on some Reddit forums and other online posts, this looks like a frequent problem.
I filed a missing package claim on line and its been over 3 weeks and all it says is that they are searching for it, how long does it normally take? I received a piece of the envelope with just my name and address. This is ridiculous. Can I go there in person?
This center has had my package for 7 days, and is just updating that the product is in transit at that center everyday around midnight so It looks like it left the morning ive checked everytime for the past 3 times.
I am 22 miles away from this sorting facility. They are currently holding a package that I really would like to have. Do not choose USPS Retail Ground. It is ridiculously slow. This basically gives the sorting facility authority to hold packages. I would like the package soon, or I will give someone hell. This is not the way to get repeat customers to ship items via USPS.This package has been in transit for 10 days now.

This Facility has become just as bad as the Phillly NDC on 1900 Byberry Road. Our driver has been at the location since 0840 tiday for a 0900 Drop Shipment appointment. Its now over 4 hours and nothing is done. Driver has another drop at the NDC!! That will not be happening. Driver hours are dwindling and needs to get back to Long Island NY. A COMPLETE DISGRACE!

This place is a black hole for mail. My package that was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago has been sitting at this location for 7 days. No one answers the phone and their Facebook page doesnt let you leave a review or write a message or comment.

Normally their extremely crowded,and only have one person working.. Depending on what time you go,if you get there early, their not crowded but twords the afternoon,theres a long line. Other then waiting I havent had many issues, a couple times my overnight package arrived late,and once my package arrived open,luckily it didnt loose its contents, but things happen sometimes, so I understood it .
I delivered mail here. It went pretty smooth this time. In and out in about 40 minutes
I sent a product I sold to customer in PA and it’s been at this location sense 3/17/2018 and has not left the facility yet as of 3/27/2018!So then I called USPS and sat on the phone for 2 hours they said wait till end of the week, then call back and make my insurance claim.Wish my product would get to the customer so he doesn’t get upset with me! So far I’m not impressed with USPS for their customer service!!
Literally my package went from California to PA in 2 days. It has been stuck here for 2 WEEKS! Called customer support but they are a dumpster-fir to deal with because for some reason none of them know how to help.
I had an expensive package arrive here December 13. It’s January 9. It’s been almost a month! You can only blame so much on Covid. I suggest avoiding USPS like the plague if you live anywhere near philly.

This place is the worst, cant tell you how many packages I have had with an expected delivery date, that comes and goes and it just sits in limbo with Departed USPS Regional Destination Facility PHILADELPHIA PA NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER but it never really leaves, just updates with a new time every few hours and days. I am glad my taxes pay the great benefits and salaries for no one to ever answer a phone and if you happen to get someone on the phone, they are utterly clueless.

This is by far THE WORST distribution center. I don’t understand why my package has been sitting in the same freaking place for DAYS WHY!!! Whoever works here clearly doesnt know how to read packages. My package that was supposed to be in Puerto Rico on Nov 1st still has not gotten there because this distribution center keeps sending it back to the distribution center where I live.
I ship about 150 packages per week. We have so many that are not updating from the Philadelphia center. Really displeased with this my customers are all worried about their packages and I am beginning to worry as well. This has gotten progressively worse each week.

This USPS facility has been holding up my package for 5 days, from January 19th until today, January 23rd. I dont even know when it might show up because there doesnt seem to be a way to call this facility directly and find out what is going on. The only direct phone number listed online is an obsolete one. The 800 number just leaves callers hanging and hanging and hanging, listening to the same recorded advertisements over and over and over. Not happy with this at all. Too bad I had to give this facility at least one star.
Ive applied on 03/22 and now its already left on 03/29 the Philadelphia Facility to its destination which is my home, I hope Im being fooled by this. I paid for expedited services though
Package coming from China with terrible EMS tracking updates. My package arrived at the Philadelphia Processing and Distribution Center 12/21 and was delivered to my house 12/22 just in time for Christmas. Read a lot of bad reviews about missing and delayed packages, so I will consider myself the fortunate minority! Thanks for getting it right!

Holding onto my package since Aug30 and today is Sept 11th. You cant get in touch with anybody over there and nobody at USPS knows what the hold up is. The package has a tracking and the last update was at Philadelphia PA 19176 and that was on Aug 30th. Nobody knows when it will leave that black hole (sorting facility).
Sat on my priority mail urgent xrays for 48 hours before sending it onward. Package now on track to take 6 days to go 200 miles. Well done PO.

Tracking package. Saw it arrived in Philadelphia and scanned at USPS on 6/9/17 then scanned in Florida on 6/11/17 and 6/12/17 ??? No answer at the post office. What a mess!! Dont even know where to begin. I was supposed to receive a package days ago. Was supposed to receive it the 17th. Its been over a week and nothing. The tracking system sucks big time. Someone from this facility stole the phone I shipped. It never arrived to the destination. I have the imei number and have reported it as stolen and a police report has been filed. You know who you are. Just return the phone.
Got a package from my husband in the UK, that he sent three weeks ago and has just turned up today, the package was damaged and contents were missing and it was written off as being damaged in transit. its clear to see that the box was busted open and was rewrapped in plastic wrap with a note on the back saying sorry fro the damage. Im still missing my items.

Im an United States Postal Service employee & go here for work related activity. (no photography is allowed by me in these areas)Ive read a lot of the reviews here and laugh to myself. There are many cogs on this wheel of delivery, therefore many variables to some of the issues brought up. I know & work with many dedicated & hard work people who take personal pride in their work.
Thanks to the kindness & professionalism of Ms. Higgens and Ms Buckner my mail with partially illegible zip code was rescued from a sorting bin within 3 hours of my frantic call.My passport & visa from DC embassy were inside. They were gracious & went the extra mile to help me. Kudos!

This is terrible. I ordered my textbooks for college over 2 weeks ago. The place I ordered them from is an hour away from my house....i started class today and I still don’t have them....instead of delivering it to my house, they send them 3 hours away to Philly? How does that make sense?

They or surrounding facilities have caused insane delays on items. I suspect they also caused water damage to an item that destroyed its value.
Worst postal service Ive ever had the experience of using and the whole customer service experience is a joke! Reading other reviews about packages being sat there for days and being loaded and unloaded for delivery but then go back to distribution center.

2022-06-21This is absolutely one of the worse USPS in the USA. I can claim this statement because I know several people who works here. After telling them my dilemma hoping they would be able to help in some way, they told me mind-blowing stories regarding the mishandling of USMail at this center. The only advice I was given was to use UPS or FedEx in the future. Unbelievable!My dilemma: I had an important package sent Next Day Priority Main (insured) to be received by 6:00pm. In traveling the package was received by two different post offices without any problems. Lastly, it was to be dropped off at this Post Office Distribution Center (7500 Lindbergh Blvd, Philadelphia PA). The package arrived on time, logged in, and then went missing. My case is now being handled by the Complaint Department. I’m praying this will get handled properly, and my package will soon arrive. If not, my plans are to contact Consumers Affairs and even the USPS Office of the Inspector General if need be. No one has time for incompetent, non-caring and lazy people!

2022-04-05****UPDATE BELOW*****Passport renewal documents sent, priority delivery date was 3/9/22. Tracking shows items went out this facility BUT was returned back to the facility and have been sitting in this facility since 3/13/2022 and today is 3/19/22. Its so unfortunate that we are required to use such unreliable services to manage such sensitive information. There is no reason UNRELIABLE DELIVERIES should be the theme of most reviews.4/4/2022 UPDATEAs of today, my USPS tracking has not been updated since 3/13--------HOWEVER, TODAY I RECEIVED MY NEW PASSPORT, noticing that it was processed in less than a month! I have concluded that USPS is failing to scan some of packages which are actually being delivered to the Processing Center. FYI- one additional step I included in my research was to check My Passport Status daily although USPS tracking was not updated. On 3/25 My Passport Status changed to In Process with a date of 3/22. Had I not looked there I would have stressed longer than I needed. If your tracking is not being updated try going to the Passport Status website to monitor changes. I know each case is different but I wanted to come back to share a positive outcome to an otherwise very stressful situation.

The local post office agent in Holland has not been helpful on my calls and my findings on the passport processing center in Philadelphia has produced no results meaning it is not in their processing system because it has not arrived there yet.I am due to travel late July 2022. I just wonder why my passport priority mail is stucked at the above post office in Philadelphia..This is really heartless and frustrating.Please the above post office authorities in Philadelphia, do something soonest to solve my problem.

2022-06-13My package containing an expensive piece of jewelry, for which I paid extra for priority 2-day shipping, has been stuck here for a week now. In Transit, Arriving Late. In transit my butt. No departure scan, no response to my missing mail claim, thank God for buyer protection I guess. Ive heard theres a theft ring here so Im guessing Ill eventually receive an empty package, IF it ever even leaves this black hole of ineptitude. This place needs to be investigated.

2022-06-07I had a priority package sent to Philly. After investigation, ironically the stated my son picked up on one of w dates of delivery. I can bet you that package is sitting at one of the USPS locations without a doubt. That said, they not only owe me refund, insurance and need to search facility for package.It was area zip of 19135. Either they look for it in the unclaimed area or I will file a Federal investigation and press charges. Yes Ive folloed their policy but now its my turn to go over their heads.

2022-04-20I am very frustrated with this USPS distribution center, because I believe they dont scan the envelopes or packages thus, vulnerable of getting loss. I took a screen shot of my passport status online and I was lucky to get my tracking number. that way. Moreover, according to the status that I got online, my expedited passport has shipped on December 30, 2021 and I will receive it on or around January 2, 2021. When I clicked on the tracking number on 12/30/2021 it says, label created not yet in the system (USPS website).It is now January 3, 2022 and when I enter the tracking number on the USPS website, it is now showing Status Not Available. I did not have any choice with regard to USPS distribution center because mine is a passport renewal. This is a time sensitive matter and I payed expedited service for my passport renewal. How is it possible for this specific distribution center get away with this? Where is my passport? It says on the USPS website that express mail arrive within the 2 days time frame or your money back guarantee. You are pass the 2 days for sure and what really concerns me is the tracking number that is not available in your system. Can you guys explain why this is happening?Update: They failed to deliver within the allotted time frame. I paid for 2 day express delivery. Although I was able to get my passport, it is delivered late. Also, not being able to track my envelope is also very stressful.

2022-06-13I have a package that has seem to have vanished at this facility! I can’t get any answers and the phone number is useless! I have heard from several USPS offices and no one seems to know where my package is. Tracking history has not been updated in a week. This is highly terrible and with all of the other bad reviews seems like something unethical is going on at this facility.

2022-05-155/15/2022:My passport has been stuck here since the morning of 5/9/2022. USPS got so lazy that not only is my passport stuck here, but they quit updating the tracking number on the 13th. In transit to the next facility... bunch of liars.

2022-07-01How can a package that was at your place be there for 14 days and says in transit to the next location when I live in NJ and only a 1/2 hour away and I still dont have it. I guess you need to check your employees before they leave because now you can find it so someone had to steal it and this isnt easy to replace.

2022-03-20I paid for 2 day priority mail to have my passport renewal application sent. Tracking shows it arrived to this distribution center on 3/11. As of today 3/20 it’s still showing “in transit”. Due to the numerous negative reviews on this location with similar stories.,they need to be investigated!!This is unacceptable!!
