Buying anything over the internet can always be a daunting task but is especially daunting when you are buying used vehicles that you rely on for work. We have bought several Bucket trucks from Utility Auto Sales and they have eased our minds considerably. They provide honest pictures and represent the trucks well. We got one that had an issue we found after delivery and they worked it out with us quickly without hassle. They will always get first shot at our business.

Having my own reasons for purchase of a truck of this type, I shopped around for 8 months. Finally checking out Utility. Made an appointment and had about 90 min. to check out the trucks and the crew. All were very nice and especially informative. Since I was a novice, and not being an experienced contractor, they made the process and decision much easier. Aaron being accessible post sale is a big plus.

Recently drove to Pennsylvania from Massachusetts to purchase a bucket truck. Arron and staff were true professionals and very accomodating to our needs. We had a few minor hiccups with truck once back in MA, but Arron was very quick to take care of all things and ensure truck was operating in a first class manor. Highly recommended and will be buying additional trucks from him.

Recently purchased my third vehicle from Utility Auto Sales. I received personal service from the owner and was able to ask detailed questions of his crew of mechanics. They make buying a large commercial vehicles easier with their extensive knowledge. I have purchased used trucks other places before, but not since my first experience here. The owner makes me feel like Im his only customer.

Aaron is a very trustworthy and upfront person. I was weary at first that they would be another one of these equipment sellers that slaps a coat of white paint on them and send them down the road. This is NOT the case. they go through them, and if they find a problem it is fixed with the right parts. He also employs diesel engine mechanics that are excellent. I cant wait to have a need for another truck and he will be my first stop.

We just purchased an Altec 40 bucket truck, our second such purchase in four months. Very pleased with the product, excellent pricing and the service. Weve been to their shop, inspected each time, asked for some detailing here and there and have been very satisfied with the units, delivered to our door in NJ. -

The only review here is by the owner. You really need to watch this guy. What he reveals is not always fully true, like writing his own 5 star review. Different things were promised and not delivered. We negotiated and agreed on a price, a Bill of Sale contract was signed by Mr. Berube and then signed and returned by our firm with the only thing outstanding was clarifying the warranty he was offering and he then sold the truck to another customer without providing the answer. I do not feel we were dealt with honorably. My advice, look elsewhere.

Just purchased our 3rd truck from Utility Auto Sales. Just as pleased with this one as the first 2. Guaranteed to be buying our fourth from them. Super friendly people to deal with. Very honorable and professional people.
