Lawrence was incredible!! We called 20 minutes before he was supposed to close on a Sunday! It was an emergency because my daughter had lost her phone and needs it for work. He waited for us and then took all the time to make sure that she was completely set up with everything that she needed! I couldn’t recommend of Verizon store more highly! thank you thank you thank you Lawrence!
Shamika was amazing to us in getting new phones! We are not tech savvy and when frustration tried to creep in, she calmed us down and reassured us the she would help. She was patient, professional, and extremely personable.Would turn to her as my Verizon Wireless Guru anytime! I’d give her 10 stars if we could.
The team in here is amazing. Even when there is a line, they try to get everyone through as quickly as possible while maintaining attention to detail. I highly recommend making an appointment for you go in, but trust this team, they have your best intentions in mind and are far superior to the other Verizon locations.
I recently purchased a new iPhone on Snyder Avenue in South Philadelphia. I received excellent customer service from Shamika!! She answered all my questions and handled the transfer of data seamlessly. She was so knowledgeable about additional questions I had with adding lines and doing things that were most advantageous for me. If you need a phone, she is the person to go to. Thank you Shamika, I’m loving it!!!!
I went in unsure if I wanted to get a phone and decided last minute I was gonna go for it! Then there was an issue with my card just as the store was closing. Lawrence worked with me and patiently waited while I took care of the issue. He was also super helpful and went above and beyond to have me out of there with a new phone as fast as possible! Thanks Lawrence!
The store is pretty sparsely furnished, which was weird, but in terms of available services and equipment they had everything I needed. I went to replace a phone and Miko was a great help with that; he even took the time to review my account and point out a loyalty incentive I hadn’t yet accepted which saves me $5.00 on my bill each month.
Shamika was a great help throughout the entire process. Despite dealing with multiple people at once and being the only one in the store at the time, she was very helpful and efficient all at once. I recommend going to Shamika for help the next time you visit a Verizon store.
Guys here are great. Both times I used this location I quickly ran out of work to get there right when they were closing and both times Lawrence and Raymond opened the doors for me and stayed later after closing to help with my phones. They definitely both went above and beyond. Thanks guys.
Cant fault the store for the company messing up. I upgraded my internet connection today and the Verizon website said to just show up to the store and the equipment would be ready to pick up. And even said no need to call. They had no record of my order when I got there and calling support didnt get me anywhere either. I now have to start the process over again.
In all my 20+ years of having a cellphone, never have I had such outstanding service as I did with Miko. The man was totally by himself in the shop yet accomplished the work of 4 people. Not only that but he was patient, knowledgeable, and ridiculously efficient. 10 stars for Miko. Someone get that man a raise.
This is unacceptable. This Manager is scamming people. Google said the store will close at 7pm.I was there at 5 and waited for 50 minutes because the sign says return in 20min. But no one returned. People believe the sign and wait in this very cold weather for no reason. Probably this guy scamming people with is sign so they get tired and leave. It is very sad that Verison treating their customers like this. Made them wait in the cold like this. Very frustrated with the service.
Lawrence was Phenomenal! I lost my phone and didn’t remember my iCloud password. He called Apple to help reset it and although I had to wait 13 days (bc of Apple) , Lawrence gave me timeframe and also helped me once my password was restored. All my contacts, apps, pics uploaded back to normal. Great employee and great with customers!

We were lucky to find the store quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Our customer service rep, Raymond, couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had many questions about the Verizon offers, plans, and phones. He hit it out of the park. We also look forward to visiting the new store in Snyder Plaza.
Lawrence is the best! My wife and I wanted 2 new iPhones and we were switching from AT&T to Verizon. Lawrence walked me through what the process would be like, called me when the phones arrived, then stayed with us 30 minutes AFTER CLOSE to ensure the phone number transfers went through correctly. He made the nerve-wracking process smooth and easy for us!
I came here to return the equipment. It wasnt that long of a wait; even though it did have a few people, the service was fast. My return was fast, and the guy who attended me was friendly. I do, however, have two complaints.1. The person attending me wasnt wearing a mask2. One of your employees was legit walking around the store in her socks. Not that big of a deal, but it threw me off only because of how dirty those socks were... it was just gross.
This store has very limited inventory so do not expect to leave with what you want or be able to test any equipment. Raymond is the absolute worst for multiple failures during creating a new line with Verizon.1. Raymond ordered the incorrect color new phone.2. Raymond claimed he submitted a gift card request for 500 dollars because we started a new line. He never actually submitted this request nor were we actually eligible.3. Raymond could not figure out how to set up our new phones in store. My husband had to return to the store to drop his old phone off for trade-in as we were switching phone plans. After a month I noticed my husbands phone had not been processed. We went back to the store and apparently Raymond just stowed his phone away in a drawer... for a full month and did not contact us. He also did not return my call/voice-mail when I tried to ask about the phone status.Goodbye Raymond. Lawrence was much more helpful and I believe he will successfully correct his mistakes!!
Shamika is seriously the BEST. Most experiences at Verizon especially in the past have been stressful, frustrating, and unpleasant and she made it so easy and stress free. It was also super quick and she’s SO helpful and knowledgeable. Overall great experience, highly recommend her!
Lawrence was an excellent and knowledgeable sales associate. He was extremely helpful when I was there to purchase a new iPhone. He took care of all my needs from purchasing the phone to helping me choose and then he applied the appropriate screen protection product. He answered all my questions and made sure that the phone was up and running before I left.
First time here. Had hard time finding. I called store to find out exactly where they were located the worker directed me to the store better than Google did. When I arrived he greeted me. He was very nice and professional. I received my equipment in a timely manner.
So I just want to say Lawrence is amazing!!! I was looking for a car charger and nothing worked and he was nice enough to charge my phone for me. I was stranded without my phone and he literally saved me!!! And he convinced me that I need to switch to Verizon, so I will be considering it. But he is an absolute gem and very knowledgeable about the products. Thank you Lawrence 😊
Lawrence was great. He helped me with an order for new IPhone 12 Pros and then helped me set them up the day that I picked them up. The transfer of all kinds of data including apps was initiated and completed quickly. The apps continued to download after leaving the store because the versions for the 12 Pro were very different than the versions for my 5C. He was great .. very calm, pleasant,and polite.

2022-05-08Devastating news from a teenager. Dad, my phone is broke. You know how it works. It must be replaced ASAP. Either insurance or upgrade. Fortunately this one was due for an upgrade and the wife volunteers to go get it. Makes it last thing on her to do list and almost does not get to the phone store in time. Arriving with minutes to spare before closing she encounters Lawrence who not only helped her but stayed well beyond closing and according to the wife, even helped fix up the family plan which was actually out of data. Wife comes home with new phone in hand and great story to tell of Lawrences excellent service. Asked me to write this review. I happily obliged. Happy wife happy life. Happy teenager helps.

2022-04-06Brianna was fantastic. I went in and told her I am not buying a phone mainly because I thought for sure I was going to overpay. Well Brianna was cool, calm, and collective when dealing with me. She was very informative and told me all about my many options and promotions that were going on in the store. I ended up buying a phone and am very happy with my decision.Best customer service I have ever had in Verizon. I highly recommend coming into this store and asking for Brianna.

2022-05-12Brianna was very helpful! When the phone I wanted was not in stock she was able to order it, and was willing to be flexible and work around my work schedule when it arrived the next day. She made sure everything transferred over to the new one and got everything I would need to protect the phone set up, and got me out by the time I had to go. Thanks so much Brianna!

2022-03-08Antonia at this store was so helpful and friendly. She and her coworker went above and beyond to help me with my new phone. I usually do not look forward to going to ANY Verizon store, however this one was a lovely and painless experience. So lovely I had to give them a 5 star review! Highly recommend going to see Antonia at the new South Philly Verizon store right next to the Acme. The store is brand new and super chill - also very clean inside with lots of seating and parking.

2022-07-20Had 2 excellent service experiences with Verizon employee Shamika at this location. She assisted us in upgrading 1 of our phones, quickly and expertly. She also alerted us to an almost free upgrade on one of our other phones. She made sure we understood all the costs, installed our screen savers and made the process very pleasant. Our first positive Verizon in-store experience in years.

2022-05-20Omg. Brianna was amazing. My phone was stolen, I came in basically in tears and she was wonderful. Helped me get a new phone and reassured me that I could potentially get money back if my phone is found. She was so polite and also helped me get in and out super fast since I came in during my lunch break. Would give 6 stars if possible!!!!!

2022-03-12Best Experience I’ve ever had at any cell phone store. Lawrence Livingston helped me set up my FIOS and add a line to my business account. He was helpful,knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. The store is beautiful. Definitely will come here for all my Verizon needs.
