Walmart Supercenter in other cities:
Never stocked. Miserable employees. Some of the fridge cooler doors have been missing for months now, what a waste of energy. No one ever around to help you. Having someone stand by the door checking your receipt is a waste of space, they could be used for something more productive.
Was there to shop for meds and treats for my Siberian Husky(7yrs old) for bad hips and some treats and kitty litter for my cats.A male customer helped me with the heavy litter since I have to use a disabled cart. Thank you sir, whom ever you are and thank you to your wife for letting me borrow your hubby to get the litter for me.
They removed in store pick up. Ok, fine, but the app still lets you schedule for in store pick up. When you go in, there are no signs anywhere saying you have to go outside and get back in your car and drive around the building to get your stuff. You have to ask around to figure that out. They are aware this is an issue, yet no one does a thing about it.
Friendly ,,professional ,, Employees that took time to even walk me to the items I was looking for I thank you as always Walmart employees you guys are beautiful I wish you happy holidays and a merry Christmas as a long haul tractor trailer driver we always work together unfortunately we cant do anything with the public. We all know how the public people are Is not polite disrespectful arrogant is arrogant rude and ignorant But we must all overlook the stupidity of others
Scheduled a covid vaccine appt at a particular time but was unable to been seen as they took in a walk in first. Pharmacist was nice and polite but a clerk thatregistered me was rude, obnoxious and had a bad attitude. She needs to be retrained on customer service or be fired!
Employees were rude. Every single one I encountered made me feel like I was an imposition. The store had everything I needed. I drive a big truck and there are signs that say No truck parking. I parked anyway so I could get groceries. I didnt have any problems. Its an easy in and out for big trucks.
Walmart is a great place for great prices. I always love my trip to Walmart. They keep the shelves stocked even on their busiest days. What is there not to like at Walmart. When my dad was having issues walking he would go to Walmart grab a cart (to steady himself) and walk around literally exercising while checking out all they had to offer. He spent many hours just walking while I did my grocery shopping. Thanks Walmart!
Its a Walmart. However, a number of items are out of stock frequently (I know its due to the area), the check out is frequently crowded, and the service members arent the nicest people out there. That being said, the experience overall is not bad, but more rural Walmarts do fare better in the shopping experience.
Im a truck driver and am not allowed to shop here for fear of tickets and or tow. I know its easy to dislike our big vehicles getting in the way and yes some of us are filthy which myself as a driver despise. Consider the fact if were not allowed to resupply in our job to supply you with your needs and wants. I havent been to PA in months because of this attitude towards me in your state, and I seriously doubt Ill be back for some time because of this. Im only one truck that can serve 100s of people with supplies but so what right. Maybe before to long you will have computers running you off the road and it will satisfy your need to hate.
I love Walmart period and I thought the curbside pickup was a great idea but its always a problem, either you wait well past your pick up time or you have to pick up the next day and even then you dont get all of your stuff...and then cant get through to talk to a manager or anyone about the situation.
We were on a road trip...drove 30 minutes out of our way to use the Walmart to Walmart financial services AFTER we call to confirm money services were open and it wouldnt be a wasted drive....welp the manager didnt know how to do it and there wasnt anyone else working in that huge cesspool they call a store that was trained or authorized to do transfers. Disgusting excuse of a Walmart
Theyre very friendly and helpful at this location.. I have done most of my shopping using the online app and utilize the pick-up service offered at the 7am time. I really cant complain everything has been available for the most part. If I had to make a suggestion I would say to try and not use so many plastic bags, its not necessary to use 1 bag for each item. Other than that its getting a 5 star rating in my book.
The have plenty of space to park my truck and get my shopping done. HUGE Super Walmart. Its like an extra large Super Walmart.UPDATE: Sadly Ill never stop here again. Received a parking ticket while shopping. Apparently, trucks are no longer welcomed here. I turned around and returned everything I had purchased. Not going to support the local economy where were not welcomed.
Used to love this place but now the employees shopping for the online orders are so so rude. They will not move and they will run u right over without even blinking an eye. They say lines are so so long because lack of employees yet if they took the employees from their online shopping and placed th on register they would have plenty employees to avoid the extremely long lines.
Obviously it felt like a Walmart in here, but not in the bad stereotype way. Shopping portion was just fine. Store seemed well kept. Great place to stop if you need more than just convenience store items, off 80. Really helped that the greeter told me to stay safe in the huge storm, as I left, being that the storm came 2+hours early, I had never driven mountains in the snow before, and had all the way to Scranton to go to.
Stopped at walmart since it was close to the store I was originally going to, surprisingly they had good quality produce today. I bought 3 leeks and some other things that I needed for soup. Only thing was the long lines for their very few cashiers, and even longer for the self checkout.
I absent mindedly walked out without taking my $20 cash back from the self checkout, came back 2 hours later thinking it was a longshot but worth a try, and incredibly the staff up front managed to coordinate and track down my money. I dont normally write reviews but I was extremely impressed.
I am an OTR trucker driver. I pulled into your lot and parked on the side near the oil change area. I was in your store for 1 hour, spending nearly $300. I come back to a parking ticket for $25! I am aware of the fact that this is a city ordinance issue. However as a big business that depends on truckers you should either provide parking for shopping or for with the city policy makers to provide some leeway for drivers that need to stop for groceries.
I only shop here on a must need basis. The store had multiple maskless people walking around. Items are difficult to find also. I was looking for a particular cleaning solution in the grocery section, but upon asking a sales associate about where to find it, yep...across the store in automotive! Really, a kitchen cleaner in automotive. This is why I dont shop here, along with the fact that people are walking around in pajama bottoms and bedroom slippers! They really need a dress code before you can enter the store!
They are having issues with organization and inventory. Place is always a mess. Boxes in aisles where you cannot access the product on the shelves. The phone sales rep was horrible, literally rushed us through our purchase and didnt even try to upsell. Actually told us to come back another day. One of the worst experiences Ive had yet. The mess, thats been going on since before Christmas, I thought is was because of yhe holiday and COVID but 3 months later, still a mess.
Received a parking citation for shopping at Walmart. Yes I’m a truck driver and I’m sorry but I gotta remind you not all truck drivers wants to eat fast food 3 times a day. There are truck drivers that prefer to buy groceries and cook for themselves. Shame on you Hemlock Township and PD!
This review is for the pick up service only. The store itself is one of the cleanest and organized Walmarts Ive been to. Ive done pick up twice from this location, and despite checking in, both times I had to wait >30 minutes for my order. Ive also done pick up from the Hazleton location and the service was seamless with
I was there on a very busy Saturday afternoon. 3 skids in the water/soda aisle making getting through next to impossible. And every other aisle is full of associates pulling orders for pick up. It was just so congested everywhere I went. Cant you possibly stock at night? There was plenty of Gatorade and soda on the shelves. But there set 3 skids full. Its not just this Walmart. Theyre all a mess.
Walmart needs more check outs and to start taking cash at self check out. They are the only ones who do not. Walmart, straight up, is the worst store to shop at around. I often spend more just so I dont have to go to this place. We should all boycott Walmart and show them that the consumer is in charge, not them.
I like being able to shop myself. I also love being greeted by Friendly ppl. I enjoy & have absolutely missed talking & seeing ppl due to Covid-19! I was thrown into depression pretty bad when I was informed I couldnt even spend time with my Family & Friends. So if you are someone who went through the same feelings as me just know your not alone & things do get better so hang in there, the sun is just over the horizon. God bless
I have no idea why someone commented that they actually answer the phone at the buckhorn/Bloomsburg location unless its an employee Making a comment here in the reviews because I have called several, several, several times long before covid and just now and no ones ever answers the phone not in any of the departments that are in store excluding eye center and pharmacy I even just called back after trying main store selection as well as electronics I called Deli no one answers there either
Some of the workers could be a little more customer oriented, but thats probably because they have so much work to do so I dont blame them. They seem to be doing pretty well with the coronavirus cleaning and masks. Shout-out to Diana for spraying down the carts diligently!
This Walmart is often understocked and pretty disorganized, but it is seemingly comfortable, and, during this pandemic, one of the safest stores I have been in. I have been to other Walmart stores since the pandemic started, and everything that made me love the stores was crushed simply by the fact that they didnt seem to have regard for anyones safety. It appears that the turnover rate isnt exceedingly high either; over the past twenty years i have become very familiar with many friendly faces at this store. Even the SmartStyle and the McDonalds are pretty clean and comfortable, with many familiar faces.
Usually the store is self sufficient really dont interact w staff.. find most of the items are easily found today ,however the pharmacy lady stood watching as soon as the man in front left the line( tired of waiting)she closed the pharmacy door with us standing there, luckily all I needed was to ask a question! Wont make that mistake again..
This Walmart is always clean and set up for easy shopping. Staff is, for the most part, kind and supportive of questions asked. Rarely do I see people slacking around. Employees look clean and ready to work. I’ve had great support from cashiers. Downside, seasonal stuff moves in and out too fast.
Im sorry but any company that switches to mainly card in a world where some people dont use card to purchase small items like at the store shouldnt even be a company I cant tell you how many times I forget about their change and have to waste money from my account because they decide to have 2 out of 15 registers all the time with a line reaching up to 10 - 15 people and a 20 min wait just to checkout I dont know if this is how all Walmarts work but if you ask me I find it to be a little ridiculous
Coal Twp, Pa Walmart is terrible. They only have a couple of checkouts open & people are lined up. I was the 4th person in line & stood in the same spot for 20 minutes without moving. This is all the time. I try to go out of town to other Walmart where the service is much better
Needed to get tire rotation for tires I purchased there. No mechanics when I arrived at 745am(opens at 8). But shortly after 8 a single tech arrived and started working on the vehicle ahead of me. By the time I checked back an hour later there were 3 techs and my car almost done.Did good work as they spotted a piece of metal in one tire and repaired it before it became a flat. All in all not a bad experience.
While shopping I heard an announcement saying the store would be closing soon, but did not hear what time. I went down the next isle and 2 employees were stocking shelves so asked them what time they closed. One of them rudely replied that they close at 8:30 and that meant you had to be through the checkout and be out the door. It was 8 when I asked. There was no smile or any kindness just a lot of anger. What happened to the customer service and smiles that Walmart was known for. Maybe they need to go back to giving out smiley stickers 🙂 so the employees remember to smile. This is why I only go there when I absolutely have to.
Nice place but truckers beware if you park here you’ll get ticket. I got one 😐 In this time when we are the one who is delivering food and other necessary stuff for people to survive this craziness with virus, I don’t think this was the right moment for officer to issue a parking ticket....but anyway they will never know the struggle when truckers have to find a parking space. Peace out to everyone and be safe. 💪💪💪
There seems to be a lack of organization, more so than other Walmart’s .No one seems to know what’s going on, even the managers, Covid has only made it worse. The reason I am giving four stars instead of three is the pickup center is fast, efficient and so useful. Order, ship to store for free pick up within a couple of minutes. I also enjoy using the auto center for oil changes. They are so quick if you get there first thing in the morning.UPDATE- Team leader Amanda please watch out for your customers instead of talking to family and looking at pics on phone, for 5-10 mins while a customer was waiting for help. It was not you who was to help the customer, however can you kindly say someone will be with you soon? Instead you ignored the customer and continued to talk with family while you were on duty not break.
Really disappoints me that truck drivers can’t park here ( they legit park away from everybody else) and this store finds the need to have a officer give them a parking ticket.... it’s sad that the people transporting goods to stores during this pandemic can’t even stop to grab something to make themselves to eat or grab simple things to take care of their needs.
Called for electronics no one answers after trying for over 20 minutes i tried the service desk where i guess no one works hung up on twice and no one there to answer the simple question of do you still sell the slide projector i saw during December or no? since i wasted the time it would have took me to drive up to the store (35 min drive) i decided id just go and look what i see four people standing around talking beside a ringing phone ... so no purchase today i think ill go on amazon
This place is an absolute joke. Poor management is a huge understatement. Waited well over an hour to purchase a crossbow. Management stated they only have one person capable of running the sporting goods section because that one person has special training. Initially, when someone had went back to look for the bow we wanted (which we had called a couple hours prior to confirm they were in stock, which they were) the guy came out and said he couldnt find any bows but found a little toy bow. Not to mention when they finally found the right now, they thought we needed a background check to purchase the crossbow. What a joke. When all was said and done, the assistant manager said I dont know what you want me to do for you when we said we waited an hour and a half to finally purchase the bow. Shop here if you want complete idiots to waste your time.
This morning I researched Wal-Marts web site to see if the had any deals for the weekend. To my surprise I found quite a few. Got my son around to go for the hour drive to get there. Cashed out with the first cashier with no trouble I showed her the app with all the prices on it In electronics and she was understanding that I did everything right on the app as far as selection of Bloomsburgs Wal-Mart store on the app and selecting pick up so I could get those prices. I had the list with prices still saved on my phone and the app and showed both of the store managers while I was trying to cash out. Both were arrogant and acted like I manipulated their website to show those prices and told me they can do nothing for me and I should be “pissed” at Walmart.com and they can’t help if the website messed up. So I wasted four hours of my Saturday and as I was walking out I left the goods I gathered at the customer service counter instead of purchasing because they wouldnt honor the online price and I picked up my bag of things from the cart that I had to pay for in electronics and the assistant manager rudely asked if I even paid for the stuff in the bag, may I add in front of my son. I felt highly disrespected and it 100% came off to me like they had to desire to honor their “price match guarantee” the funny part was it was the price their company listed on THEIR website. And it was not just one price that was a Discrepancy from the website it was all but two that were wrong and I had 37 total items on my list. Buyers beware worst experience I’ve ever had and most demeaning by far. Totally will avoid Wal-Mart but all means nessessary if the complaint is not handled accordingly.
I really dont like giving my money to corporations like wal-mart.. But since its one of the safest places in the world because covid-19 isnt spread there.. Id rather shop here rather than catch the virus at all these small struggling mom n pop stores.. I cant believe how smart this virus is
I was waiting to pick up my items that I bought online at the place where you used to pick them up. I kept hitting the button asking for assistance, and it kept saying an associate is on their way. Then nobody came, but about 20 employees walked by me without asking if I needed anything. Finally one employee who was probably a manager walked by and asked if I needed anything. She done informed me that this area is no longer a service that you have to pick up any items elsewhere. I went there and everything is automated, which was kind of cool, but its nice if an actual human being can help you sometimes. The employees did not seem to be very helpful, except for the one who finally asked me what I was waiting for.
I shop at Walmart alot but lately I have seriously considered cutting down on shopping there. Its not all Walmart s fault but I am a Healthcare worker and I cannot believe the number of defiant people who wont wear a mask or wear then under ther nose. If it is a state mandate , why cant you not allow anyone to enter without a mask ? I saw a father of 3 children who were obviously old enough to wear a mask and none of them had one on. The longer people dont listen, the longer this pandemic will last. I am a nurse and you are making my job and the jobs of my fellow Healthcare workers very difficult.
Never seen anything like this place. Store hours during Covid are 7-8:30pm. I arrived at the store before 8:30pm and was needing to grab 2 specific items and when I tried to go in 2 employees refused me (not becuase I didnt have a mask), but because they said they were closed when it was 8:25pm. I said it is not 8:30 yet. They said we are closed. I said you are not and showed them on my phone their specific hours. Mind you as long as we stood going back and fourth I could have had my coue items and been in self check out and done. They claimed they needed to get 300 people out of store, which was clearly a lie. There wasnt no more than 30 cars in the parking lot. I asked for a manager and l he supposedly come out and said they stop allowing customers in at 8:15!? I have never been treated so poorly by a store employees especially when trying to shop at their store when it wasnt even supposed to be closed yet. I would definatly never try shopping at this location as clearly they make their own rules and dont want customers coming in to shop during during store hourse (when during any other time it is a 24 hr store).
I like going to this Walmart because it has all of the Sundries I need for my home plus it usually has a good selection of broccoli & cauliflower! I love their electronics Department & their Beauty department as they generally have all of the lotions, shampoos & everything else Im looking for. The employees are generally nice & helpful. This Walmart is also not too far from my home & it has a McDonalds inside it & I love McDonalds!
This Walmart is a lot bigger than the one in coal township and just generally appears cleaner. However, the customer service here is not always the best. I also think the selection is better here, probably because of being near the BU college. Another plus is large isles! At coal township you can barely fit 2 carts in the same isle and you have to maneuver to let someone past. If Bloomsburg was closer, I’d definitely prefer to shop here.
I have lived in several locations and have had multiple home Wal-Marts--I am embarrassed to say this is one of them. I always leave this place in a worse mood then when I entered. The stock they carry changes weekly, half the self checkouts are consistently out of order, the other half consistently malfunction, and finding a live employee to help with anything requires some creativity. Unfortunately, its the only one-stop store in the area...so...just plan to interject the inevitable misery sporadically.
Walmart has fairly reasonable price, its close, thats why I go there. They never have enough cashiers but are getting better with having a clerk at the self check out lines because they always mess up. People (customers) are obnoxious standing in the aisles screaming & throwing a fit because they think they are the only people in the store.
Waited in line for far too long at both the service desk where I had to cash a check, no less than 15 minutes and after I waited an additional ten minutes to check out because only one register sells tobacco. That line is more often than not, long and agonizing. People with carts full in line with people who are buying one item.
In the past, I did enjoy going to this Wal-Mart.However, as of recent months, the customer service is ridiculously slow, and very mediocre at that, theres no sense of strong work ethics in this store.I am firmly disappointed by this detail, and I will not be returning to this location.
I just waited over 3 hours to get four used tires put on I called and was told it would be an hour to 2. I did get an apology but I feel like a discount or something should have been in order because she knows that Im a quadriplegic and I told her that I had to wait there she said she would try and get me in and out. I went way overdue on my medication.
Walmart is what it is. Almost always has the cheapest prices on merchandise and food. As much as it frustrates you there is no competition or other choices in the area; you’re happy your getting cheaper prices. Cannot fault the company for driving all other businesses out of business by offering low prices. My complaints with the local Bloomsburg Walmart is I constantly see employees walking around all over the store or standing somewhere up front near customer service but there are minimal lines open (real lines - not self checkout). I feel I’m fast at self checkout but others don’t understand it and take forever so a normal line would be faster. Adopt Lowes’ policy, more than three people in a line and a manager will call for more people to open registers. Or heck - managers why not jump in an actually help as we see you standing there watching doing nothing (lead by example). Or how about have an intercom and tell your employees if they don’t have anybody in there line to call “register XX is open” rather than look down seeing team members with five or six in their line and nobody can see your secondary register tucked back in between people while you just relax and get over. Checking out is the only pain.Update: Your carts are horrible and you need to have somebody invest in new ones. Stopped by on 8 Nov 19 and there were about 5-6 carts “staged” by the door. I thought - wow they are all ready to go and that’s when I realized NOPE....these are all the broken ones people brought back because the wheels didn’t work or they made too much noise. Who checks these???
Im a very disappointed customer to the Walmart in buckhorn pa. I would rather take the time and drive to wmspt..the employees are very much more respectable in wmspt. And cleaner..Ive given many times to maybe it would change...but no matter how many times Ive tried nothing has..the bathrooms are aweful..the handy capped in the back ..no light..and I was trying to help my handicapped mother let an associate no ..simply walked away ..very upsetting..and there is absolutely hard to get a handicap cart...and they dont clean them like wmspt. Sad I could go on but I hope there is future change..Ill still shop with your company but a different location..which is sad cause Im only 20 min. From home !
If you have to go to Walmart even if theres one closer to you you should still choose this one. So much cleaner and nicer than St Clair and Hazleton. The employees also care enough to do their jobs. The shelves arent empty and they come to you to ask if you need help, instead of you spending 10 min looking for an employee for them to say they cant help you anyway because they dont work in that department. We didnt even have to wait in line for longer than a minute and believe it or not but I didnt see one customer in their pajamas!
Everyone knows Walmart sells poor quality and is often know for terrible service. This Tire and Lube is lacking in service done right the first time. Upon my initial encounter of this tire and lube I noticed they had an exceptionally long wait time for just doing oil changes. The second time I came they screwed up my oil by forgetting to reset the timer, leaving oil all over the steering wheel and not putting in a reminder sticker. When I complained they did give me a free oil change, which was the right thing to do.When I came the third time to get my free oil change I was first in line and told it would be less than an hour. I told the technician I was from out of town traveling with the family we had a cat and dog (in crates and tied up) in back of the car. They told me that was not a problem. They told me it would be done in less than an hours. So I took the family and we walked around the other stores till the hour was up. When we came back the van was still in the same spot, hadnt moved an inch. We were told we were the next in line! Suddenly I was being told that they hadnt done anything because of a recent policy of no animal in vehicles during oil changes. They did nothing to try and call me to let me know and they had my number. When I asked why they didnt contact me one lady said it was because she didnt know how to dial outside the area code?! For real?! They tried to bandaid the issue by giving me a $20 gift card which again was the right thing for the manager to do but in the end they need to get better service. Maybe Walmart should pay their employees more? Maybe then theyd actually be able to hire people who know and really care about what they are doing.Dont bother going there unless you want to risk a headache.
Walmart is normally very busy when you go in and they dont have enough cash registers open and people are standing in line to close not keeping the 6 distance. And a lot of their staff only had the mask around their mouth and not their nose. Why wear a mask if your going to not put it over your nose
Went to the deli and buy 1 pound of lunch meat marked at 6.00 a pound and get charged 6.74. Mention the mistake and the help argues that they are right and take the sign down. I am about done with the buckhorn Walmart nothing but thieves . Went through the check out and got double charged again. Will it ever end
This Wal Mart has pretty much everything you want. Not enough help on the floor to serve the customers properly. Not very clean either. Under the racks and around the shelves are dirty and dusty. The coupon policy is in place for a reason , the cashiers should be educated on coupon use. AND ....I could have got some great Wal Mart people for Facebook but I was too busy. Lol
As a college student in a town not so large, this Wal Mart has saved my butt one too many times when I need appliances. Food, technology, furniture, fish food, toiletries whatever you need they have it. Customer service is also very good. Workers are friendly and will help you out when you need help finding something.
First off walking through the door and the old man standing there counting heads telling me I have to wear a mask blah blah blah but isnt even wearing his correctly. Guess what buckhorn Walmart you can try to make people wear masks in your store but your employees making a scene because I choose not to better learn to wear that mask right before he makes a scene with another person.
I always enjoy shopping at Walmart and plus you can buy large packages. Sometimes they have good buys on meats and frozen foods. I have never had food delivered to my home but I’m going to lace a order at the Bloomsburg Pa store for my grandson to pickup. He’s always there shopping for little things.
Although our shopping was fine. We went to use the rest room before we left. And it was so dirty. The toilet seats were filthy the sinks had no soap. The floor hasnt been mopped in what seemed to have been never. Almost all stalls had no toilet paper in them. Water all over the floor in 2 of the 5 stalls.
Its a Walmart. What else do you need to know? It is not the worst Ive been to. It does suffer from many of the traits that other Walmart stores do.There are always too few check out lines manned by real people. Self checkout is always backed up because the one not quite a cashier but Im here to help employee has to go from automated checkout to automated check out to help people who cant seem to figure out how to check themselves out.In the winter and during heavy rains the flat roof of the Supercenter leaks. Not a big deal. You just need to slalom around the buckets with your cart. The employees have always been polite. The tire and auto center seems to be well run.
I dont ever expect much from Walmart. The lines are long, the store is always out of stock of the products I need, and the register clerks just throw things in bags , with no consideration of what goes with what. Ex: mixing heavy items with things like fruit and veg. They try to put as much as they can, in those flimsy bags...only for them to rip when loading them in your vehicle.I will say this though...I went one morning before 8 am, and the bathrooms were spotless. So I guess as the day wears on, customers themselves are careless and messy in respect to the restrooms!.What more can I say. I should say that there are a few employees that are caring and respectful of the customer. Makes up for the others which are not.
Wow really give truckers a ticket when shopping in your store!!!! Was in for less then one hour parked all the way in the back out of everyones way. Back by all the campers 10+ at least non of which were ticketed. Way to make truckers feel like second class citizens. You sure as hell dont want our business but want us to get your products to you!!!!!!
The managers and associates in this store are idiots. All they do is gossip and dont lift a finger to help customers or do any honest to goodness work. Come to this location if the zoo is closed and you really want to see cackling monkeys and Winnebago sized women at any time of day.
The greeters who scream at you to put a mask on while youre trying to get to a cart because youre carrying an umbrella, a 10 month old and a diaper bag are the absolute worst type of people. The rest of the shopping trip was ok, but I was steaming about the rude treatment at the entrance the entire time.
Today I called ahead and asked if this store had semi truck parking. The lady said there was plenty of room to park as long as I was just stopping in long enough to shop. I got there and on my way in I pushed 6 shopping carts over to the side out of the parking lot. 28 minutes later I was walking out with my eggs and drinks I purchased to find a 25 dollar parking ticket. The fat crossed eye manager I got when I went back inside was extremely ghetto and rude about it. She tried to tell me I was lying about anyone telling me I could park there to shop and then said there are no parking signs posted which is not totally true. The signs dont cover the whole parking lot clearly. It appears like theres no parking on the front side. I hate Wal-Mart and I hope they go under.

2022-05-02I have no issue leaving bad reviews when theyre deserved, and boy if I could rate this store with zero stars I would. Lets start of with the employees; only a handful are ever actually doing work, the majority of the time I can even find an employee (other then when theyre hiding in the bathroom for 30+ minutes) theyre gaggled around each other telling jokes, goofing off like teenages, or making faces behind other customers backs. When few are actually working they WILL run you down with a cart if youre in front of them, almost like the forgot the term excuse me. Now lets move onto the presentation of the store; its always filthy. Always. Ive come here and WATCHED employees find trash on the floor and kick it under shelves just so they wouldnt have to pick it up. Now adays youre gonna be lucky if you can even get into ailse without trouble. This most recent trip was horrific do to the amount of backstock they have taking up whole areas. An abled bodied person would have extreme difficulty getting between the pallets and the shelving unit, and as a wheelchair user that opportunity goes out the window. In addition there where two ailse that were 100% inaccessible to anyone. Its almost as tho they DONT want people to buy the products. Im pretty sure at this point Id rather the add the 50 minute drive to the target in seilensgrove.

2022-06-11Automotive Department..I actually was traveling in the area over Memorial Day weekend and needed to get a quick oil change. Other garages in the area werent able or willing to accommodate me. I called the Auto department and they said to come on over. They have a designated lane just for fast oil changes.. it was easy, fast, and the staff friendly.

2021-12-08Got 25$ fine for stoping for shopping. Called cops asked to visit me at the truck , because was ticketed for loading my truck with products I got in walmart. Officers was very unhappy to come to the scene for the second time. I was happy to see this guys , and to see how much time they waisted for this ticketing. Bad place for the truckers.

2022-03-21This particular Walmart is huge! There is plenty of space both between and within each isle. The staff were all friendly and even when busy I was able to get through self-checkout pretty quickly. The biggest complaint I have is the parking lot. I’m not sure if it’s poor planning out maintenance but the parking lot was awful.

2022-05-15Used to go to Walmart as my one stop shop. But for the last 2 years, theres hardly anything I shop for anymore... if I do go to this store, its usually for a new movie, candle, or wax cubes. Thats it.The other thing thats irritating is although they have registers from one entrance to the other, they only have the self-checkout lanes open. And the self checkout lanes are cards only!!!

2022-05-12Safer and cleaner than wilkes barre or Hazleton walmart. You dont feel like your going to get shot shopping here but its still a messy store like most walmart. As far as management goes its horrible and working there would be most comparable to voting for biden..its a horrible idea just dont.

2022-03-03Went as far as the parking lot. I am disabled and walk with a wheelie walker, the parking lot was packed and no handicap parking spots available. I dont mind walking a bit further but not all the way from the far corner by the garden center near the road going into all the stores. They either need more handicapped parking or better yet keep the end with the garden center open year round so people dont have to walk so far then have to walk around a gigantic store for a few items. I have changed to ordering online but I cant have groceries delivered because They say I live to far away. 13 miles. Soon I wont even be ordering to be delivered in the mail if they cant help their disabled customers alot more. Im sure Im not the only one who feels this way. !!

2022-01-31Very unorganized terrible options , never stocked. Employees ignore you blatantly, understaffed, not very helpful, very few real EMPLOYEES, many terrible workers. Understand that covid affected this, but they should be working on getting employees who want their job and dont harass and cuss and berate customers over asking them easily answered questions.
