Found all the items we were looking for, check out time was fairly quick and smooth. Staff has always been helpful and friendly.
They have great steaks and prime rib as well as the prices are very reasonable
I really dont like going to Walmart. Its really convenient, but theyve pushed most of the other businesses out so their prices are the lowest. At least you get the entertainment of the people of Walmart.
My favorite Walmart, except for the peach st walmart supercenter, far more clean and wayyy more variety, and mostly super helpful and all around genuinely nice employees!! Highly suggested!!!

I always like Walmart they have a very nice selection of fresh vegetables and fresh fruits. And I love to look for their clearance bargains. Right now they have a set of earbuds for under $ 7.49 what a great deal. The box in the picture says 27 but when scanned at the register the price was the 7.49. I also got this cool Bluetooth speaker for $7.

Went to checkout with my boyfriend and the machine malfunctioned as they told us. They said it had been malfunctioning all day. The worker went to help us check out the rest of our stuff and another worker came over went through our stuff and accused us of shoplifting.
I must say that the staff there was incredible. We were helped three times without asking. I noticed too that the store was clean and well staffed.
This place is so nice for Wal-Mart. Will be going back soon. Its clean.. So much better than the other Wal-Marts in Erie.
This Walmart is the bigger Walmart in this area and they do have most of the things Walmarts carry but not as big a selection as some of the stores Ive been in and other states

Nice and easy. Its turkey season and there were plenty of them on hand, all of the ones with wings and legs were about 20 lbs at only 0.98 per lbs. Also I was hunting for velveeta squeeze cheese and an associate took me right too it. I like that type of customer service over just pointing or quoting an isle. The fifth star was reserved due to lack of fruit cake. Though it may not yet be in season. If you still need a turkey, go here. The butterball brand is large, plentiful and at a great price.
A lot of people dont like self check out. But I actually prefer it. Other than the high grocery prices that are happening nationally, its on par with many other grocery stores.
You can find most things youre looking for, as they carry many items. However, some more niche products may require going elsewhere.
Walmart has what I need. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Have quite a few new friends Al Walmart.
Dont like the self checkouts. Always end up needing a cashier anyway and when I have a check I need to go to another register. Really stupid setup. 🤷♀️
Had to return a product (purchased from different Walmart location) as it was outdated when purchased. Found the same item on the shelf at this location with same outdated best by date.
Well I am getting really good at scanning and bagging my own groceries, even better than a Walmart employee. Nothing falls out of a ripped bag because I dont over stuff them. I should be able to get a cashiers job anywhere. Thanks for the job training. (SARCASM!!!!!)

Quit moving the darn stuff around! Very hard to find things and I shop there a couple times a week. When they moved everything around for covid the shelves were ALL stocked full.. I wear a small size and got a few things. I should got everything because that is over. As for the self check out, someone always helps me. I only want to use the checkout one when I have a cart full. It looks like there are more workers now. They are watching or assisting and there are way more checkouts now.

I was super irritated that three items I came in for werent available. It really made my shopping experience annoying. My last stop was the deli which completely turned my experience around for the better. The young lady working the deli counter was amazing! Her attitude, her manners, just her demeanor in general were top notch. She is the perfect example of what customer service should be like. Her name was Molly. I hope she gets recognized often, she deserves all recognition.
I use to go in store and shop at least once a week for my essentials. Didnt mind, the staff was okay, had a kind face when needed. But now the place is a disaster. If you go in for a large buy, like groceries and house supplies with item adding to a couple hundred or more its terrible. They have turned all the registers into self checkouts. Small buys of $20 or so isnt bad for self check out but not large buys. The workers just stand around on their phones or cop guarding you. Acting as if your about to steal. Its ridiculous. Never going inside the store again. Im now just doing pick up only.
Walmart continues to mark up items at the quality of the products they sell continue to deteriorate. The staff at almost every Walmart I go to either have no clue where to find anything or have a bad attitude or both. Also every single Walmart I walk into I get followed bye there loss prevention team as if I were a criminal preparing to steal. I recommend the American people start to boycott Walmart until they get their house in order. It used to be a great store now it is just garbage and until they improve upon their processes and products I will be taking my money to Target.

One star in store shopping experience. Five star in store pick up.This is because there are many more items available for in store pick up that are at the store not stocked on the shelves.Example: we buy the jumbo toilet paper because the mega wont fit on our holder. Jumbo is available for pick up but only mega is in stock on the shelf when walking through the store.This Example is like many other items I was looking for today but no where to be found on the shelves.Long story short we will only ever do pick up orders now. Just dont bother taking your family inside ever.

Walmart comes down to prices. My money barely stretches to cover as it is. BUT the whole self check out thing SUCKS. and the pick up service inundates me with plastic bags. I already shop for meat at Bellos and produce at Aldi. Walmart really needs to become part of the solution not the problem

Was at this center around 8:30 a.m. today. I walked in to the entrance and saw only ONE small cart with a container sitting inside. Because I needed only a few items and I was in a hurry, I did not want a large cart. I took the container out of the small cart and started wheeling the cart toward the entrance. Suddenly I heard a loud, angry male voice ordering me to put the cart back. He said if you want a small cart go outside!!! I think his name was Bill. How rude!! He wasnt busy......why didnt he offer to get a small cart??? I have NEVER had a disrespectful WalMart employee before. I told him I was reporting him.....he said go ahead.....WHAT A JERK. He prob. wants to get fired so he doesnt have to work and perhaps get unemployment.
Everyone loves walmart me too but Im getting upset with having to scan and bag my own groceries and they never have anyone cleaning carts. Yuk, covid?? They are the biggest super store. Right

Friday 4:00 p.m. rush hour there were only four checkouts serving customers and I dont know maybe 20 check thats where you check yourself out. Walmarts prices are not low enough for me to do my own bagging and ringing out. I do not mind not returning. I prefer a person over a machine.
While using the self checkout, I realized I grabbed a badly damaged box of crackers and one of the check out helpers ran back and got me a new box and helped me get a coupon entered that wasnt being accepted. Really appreciated the prompt help and service.
In my opinion, compared to the other Walmart locations in erie, this one right by Erie international Airport, is the best!!!! They seem a lot Bigger than the others and I know for a fact that they have more of a selection with their items and products, wider variety available. The lawn and garden center is amazing fully stocked with great things to choose from

Went to pick up a few bags of mulch here. Parked my car near the mulch for ease of loading but the two employee kids standing outside told me that I had to move my car to the normal parking lot in order to purchase the mulch and then drive back to the mulch area so they could load it up. What a waste of time. I just left and got some mulch somewhere else.
It was ok , only 1 cashier , I refuse to use self checkout because it cost jobs , if Walmart continues to replace people I will find another business to shop . This was the second Walmart I shopped at tonight , the first had no cashiers so I parked my buggy and supplies ( none perishable ) and drove across town to the second Walmart and bought part of my desired supplies , part because the second store didnt have everything I wanted . Disappointed in our friendly neighborhood family store !
Extremely disappointed that the whole store is now self check out only.No conveyor belts to put your groceries if shopping for more than a few things. No interaction with cashiers or other customers in line behind you. When will I get an employee discount for checking myself out? The store looks like something out of the Jetsons. Bring back check out lanes and cashiers.
Walmart has remodelled, they have added I dont even know how many self service check outs and only kept four full service check outs. however they are never open they claim its because they dont have the staff to man these registers. however at each self service side of Walmart there are at least 3 sometimes 4 Walmart associates standing around in case you need help. they should have one on each side and the others should be manning those registers. I am not employed at Walmart and I dont go shopping so I can bag all my own groceries. I will be going to other stores now instead of Walmart. I Dont understand how Walmart thinks its more economical to be having 8 employees stand around in front basically doing nothing because not too many people need help. they should be Manning those registers, At least Walmart would be paying those employees to work instead of standing around.

I am so disappointed with WalMart and will try to never shop there is the future. First, whoever thought the new check out system with a good idea at anytime, let alone during covid, should think again. Employees were standing around chatting as we were corralled into one area to check ourselves out. The set up is not efficient or convenient. I didnt even bag my groceries... Just took them to my car and bagged then outside. Ill stick with Aldis at this point. To make matters worse, I had a return and waited a considerable amount of time for that. No one was touching anything and the clerk needed to wipe down her own register/computer which was behind plexi anyway. Then should sprayed the counter and machine profusely and didnt really wipe it, with the quest smelling cleaver I have ever smelled. And she was going to put the new bathing suit I was buying on top of that. WalMart is really lowering their standards and is not a pleasant place to shop.
The young man that helped us get water was extremely helpful and courteous. Sometimes you have another certain employee that just saysnot my department or not my job.
Cleaner and better organize than most Walmarts Ive been to visit; however, still stricken with some of the common ills: scarce employees, confusing signage, occasionally less than clean areas. Still I recommend it is one of the best in the area.
My Wal-Mart is W. Lake Road, Erie. I love this Wal-Mart! Update: the store now has multiple self checkout area now. There are a few Employees who will help you if needed.
No meat in coolers at 7:30 pm. Im not sure, but there may have been problems with the equipment, but youd expect some kind of notice in a store that size if that were so.
Helpful and friendly workers. The bathroom were kept up and clean. I got at 70 inch TV and had trouble fitting it in the car. The young man that helped me was helpful. I like this Wal mart more then the other Wal marts in my area and will drive the extra few miles out of my way to go to this Wal mart everytime

I am very impressed by the manager, Pete Burns, he is efficient, knowledgeable, and a very good leader for his staff. Also very friendly and remember you by name and asks how you’re doing.I can find deals at Walmart In the clearance aisles and I like that very much.Only one thing several people weren’t wearing masks and when I asked about it, they said it was a personal choice for each shopper. I am immune compromised so I did not like that response. Come on Walmart get it together make everyone wear masks please

Wal-Mart has become a joke of a store! If I wanted to be a cashier, I would have applied for the job! Im not getting paid to do your job and Im not getting employee discounts so why in the hell would I check myself out at the register? Now youre talking about going bagless? Go to hell Wal-Mart!
The team is friendly at the register, as of late the floor teams are a bit overwhelmed by restocking constantly, not to mention the up tick in theft. All in all its a clean place they redid the customer bathrooms to be effective for Covid-19 Sanitization processes and it looks great!Update 6/2021:Redone again, though this this for financial reasons I think... ALL but 4 registers are now self scan and they increased the staff that handles the online shopping orders. Great for people in a rush bad for anybody who wants the personal attention at the register.

This store is 80% self-checkout! Meaning....NO LINES! They only had 2 service checkout lines, which surprised me. I like doing self checkout...I can do my own thing!
One of the better walmarts in erie in my opinion. Friendly staff and employees and always has more of a selection of items in stock. Went here to get my daughters new highchair and even though they had just ran out of the one we wanted they told us the exact day they would get more and even took our name down to hold one for us!!
Only Walmart in the entire Erie area worth going to. The others are nowhere near as respectful or accurate to service. Wish I could get my Walmart plus grocery orders from here because Peach St literally has yet to give me one accurate order to this date for months now!
Its a Super Walmart, I dont know what else someone would expect. The store is clean and well stocked, the staff are polite and the hot foods are as good as youd expect for walmart. Its got almost everything someone in the region could want at a decent mass produced quality.
Well self checkouts everywhere. But have attendents standing there. Not one attendent cleaned a register. Whats the point of them sanding there telling you to go to a register. So probably not whipping down anything.

This store is well kept and has generally friendly service. Experiences arent as pleasant during covid 19, the reduced hours forces everyone to go shopping at the same time which seems counter intuitive to social distancing. Many people still dont understand the 6ft apart lines so expect to be cut in line while waiting. Constant countdown to closing time on the intercom creates a bit of hysteria towards the last hour. Ill rate it better once reasonable hours are restored.

For the 10th time in a row this walmart has no handicapped power chairs available. And if u ask a door person they either act like they dont care or you r bothering them. disability dont come here.
Closing at 11 mixing extremely very difficult for a diabetic to shop after he has gotten out of work at the same time that the store closes. So sad to see that the management of Walmart does not care about people with diabetes who needs a shop as well after work.

Im not a fan of the herd people like cattle form of covid 19 crowd control. Seems 100% fitting for store and associate convenience and safety and does nothing for customer convenience or safety. Were supposed to be social distancing and avoiding spending extended time in large crowds!

Shelfs bare, went back to store 3 different days to get things diet ice tea with lemon nothing 3 wks , sugar free pudding nothing for over week or more just frustrating to go shopping and cant find anything
We pick up our groceries at Walmart, usually we don’t have to wait too long. Today we Waited for over an hour! That is ridiculous! There were so many cars here, they were serving people that just got there before people who have been waiting there for an hour! They need a better process on how to figure out who arrived first and who they should serve first! Very annoyed!
Couldnt figure out why the girl couldnt help me cash out where i was at so I had to ring out myself then take my stuff where she was to use a check.She should of taken me to where she was to begin with but she had to stand there with another girl and do nothing.Really getting pretty bad🙃

I tried out the pick up order and did my grocery shopping online. After working a long day and then having a long drive home this helps save time. Kristina brought everything to my car and loaded my car up. She was super friendly! Highly recommend the pick up orders!

Normally i dont have this happen the lines were full and a worker said come over here Ill check you out on the self checkout. I thought that was great very fast and efficient. I love this Walmart even though I have had some bad experiences but this worker made all those things go away by the kindness he showed. I really wish I would have caught his name.

Best Walmart in Erie by far! Clean and people are friendly. Managment not so much... I guess it depends on who is working and the day. The greeters are AWESOME!! Love Bernie the greeter he’s the best!! Makes me feel welcome and want to go back.
Had my wallet stolen. You know who you are. Cops looked on the camera you dummy and are coming for you. Lol I know Ill never get my money and ID and gift cards back but I will get justice.

Wal-Mart is okay but what I dent like that store was I had my emotional support dog with me and he is a lettel dog to me thats not fair. But the other Wal-Mart lets me have my pet with me so what gives. Thats all I have to say I will not go to that store on West 26st one anymore.

First time using preorder pick up. I had a pick up time of 6pm. Didnt get my groceries until 7:45. Tried to do the social distancing route but obviously they arent ready for it. I didnt even leave to pick up until they sent me a text it was ready for pick up. I felt bad for the short handed employees.

By far the best Walmart in the Erie area. Not usually too crowded and they always have products stocked and wife selections. The staff is extremely friendly and youre likely to get a warm greeting from their greeter! The deli service here is the best around they are helpful and precise. Im here on a daily basis and find it to be a great location.
Need more cashiers. I do not work at Walmart!! I dont feel that I have to cash myself out when their are people walking around doing nothing. I feel that if I have to cash myself out, I should get a check from Walmart. My job, I go and work and get a check. I go to Walmart shop and have to work too, no check..Smh...
Well this is a new twist on unfortunate shopping experience. It is now necessary to stand in line and have your receipt scanned before leaving the store. Its frustrating enough to stand in line to check out my own purchase. Now I have to stand in line again to have it verified. Please just hire good cashiers to do the proper process and go back to being a convenient place to shop.
Fair selection of products, however they do not carry several that I look for and purchase regularly. It was clean, stocked, and the employees were friendly. Of course, there could always be more people on the floor, waiting for someone to assist in specialty departments is timely, and I understand the push to use self checkout lanes, but theyre not always practical.

I like the fact that in the electronics aisle, depending on whos working. They can activate a prepaid phone right there at the register. So all you have to do is open it put the battery in it and turn it on, and youre ready to go.
My experience at Walmart with the employees was phenomenal at the Westridge location. However the clients they have are something to desire. Miss overprivileged person...and thats putting it nicely... did not pay attention when they were pulling to get to a parking spot and nearly ran over a handicapped person... Inventory is less than we were in Covid-19 lock down. Prices are inflated and customers are required to use self check out while former cashiers stand guard while self checking out.FACTS. BOOM‼️

Had a terrible experience. The worker at the self check out on the left hand side of the store, was very rude I wish I knew his name early 30s buzz cut avarage built. He stared my wife and I down very intensely. We are a latino couple. He came when we were still in the middle of ringing stuff out, he got in our face and reached into the cart, and told us we forgot to scan an item, basically insinuating that we wanted to steal it. We told him we were aware. He then proceeded to insult us under his breath, calling us ignorant as people. When confronted he said he would meet me outside. I wish I knew his name.Next time I go I will remember to take his picture and his name and put it on here
Store is to big. Needs a Ap that gets your stuff in real time. For a few items. Or specify the more items you have the longer it takes to receive them like 10 10min., or 20 20 min., or 30 30min.

Very nice, quick and friendly. 97% of the time my order is all their, when i select no substitute. Would and will recommend.😀 the only thing i would change would be to put in a open air covered parking structure on the building. So the workers and customers are protected from the elements like rain and snow
The store is fine, it’s the pharmacy that is awful. You get a text saying your prescription is ready and when you get there they have no idea what you are talking about. Then they fill it, taking 10 minutes, and another 5 waiting in line to get it. I ordered a prescription to be filled over the phone. I was told by the automated machine it would be ready by 11 and low and behold it wasn’t. This pharmacy SUCKS!!

How can a business so heavily relied upon close early on a daily basis during Covid? Employees repeatedly put out over the stores PA system they were closing. I rushed to get a few items that I could get only to stand in line for over 30 mins because only three check-out lanes were open.
Workers arr rude on floor.cashier had nose ring and his nose wasnt covered by his mask.rubbed his eyes then his nose and touched my items.doubtful going back.
They moved everything around in the most non sense way. I dont even want to come here any more. If youre going to move stuff try to have it make sense and not be a massive mess. Im guessing you thought it would keep people here longer. Nah Ill go to tops.

Love this Walmart. The staff is helpful and answer questions without attitude. Ive even been asked if I want help finding anything. The moneycenter is nice too, have used for money orders with no problems. I find that most prices are cheaper than the nearby Wegmans and has more product options. Love my one-stop shop.
Overall good experience, items in stock, store clean, friendly helpful employees. Downside to experience was I purchased a phone card & discovered when I got home that cashier had failed to activate it. 30 minute return trip to store to correct problem.
Love this store. Employees are so friendly and they are the most stocked Walmart around but definitely should require customers to wear masks instead of possibly spreading covid-19 to all the other customers who respectfully wear them
New years Eve in the afternoon went to pick up a few things for dinner there were no carts I had to go out to parking lot to get my own☹️while employees stand around and there was a very bad selection of pork in the meat dept!! Place seems to be badly managed!! Not what I was expecting!! Hope someone regains control of this place no managers to be seen 👎
Awesome store once again you guys have a lot of things in your camping department that suited our needs
This was a great Super Center, huge selection of items and a well kept store.
The five stats in my rating are not for Walmart in general, but this location should be an example to others. I have never been in a Walmart where the items were so neatly placed on the shelves and the clothing was very nicely hung and folded and sorted. This was by far the nicest Walmart that I have ever entered!Now Walmart in general I would probably of only given maybe a 2 star rating. As a plus size person I feel discriminated against as the plus size section is a tiny tiny fraction of the clothing department and I can find nothing that interests me or if it does it is too small. The Just My Size and Faded Glory brands are very much missed. Seems like when they switched to the new terra whatever that the plus size department got smaller with fewer item choices.
Amazing I got a brand-new white and soy blue mountain bike with white writing and a white helmet the bike was originally $150.00 and the helmet $20.00 but it was on sale so all together the cost was $100.00. Wal-Mart is the best store ever!!
Usually a good store, today the shelves were pretty empty. At the checkout I let the cashier know that I had water bottles on the bottom of the cart, she must not have scanned them because when I got to the door the greeter stopped me and asked for my receipt. He scanned it, scanned the water bottles and said something about thanks for keeping me working. Wasnt sure what that meant. When I got home the bag with all the glass jars in it had a hole in it, it dumped all over my driveway when I pulled it out. What a mess. I guess in the future Ill have to make sure the cashier gets everything to save some embarrassment and check the bags before I carry them.
This was a grocery run for the week. Yesterday, around 3p, I noticed Only 1 register was open. There were many scan as you go,self machines open. What has changed in PA??? Re-models at the location I was at????
I had to wait a half hour for someone to assist me in the fabric department. There were at least five or six people that were trying to get me a person finally someone came. Plus they charged me more on the fabric than they should
The auto shop, you have to keep an eye out for, they never put a new oil filter on my car, and charged me for the tire rotation . I bought the tires there , so you have free rotation for the life of the tires. The online sells just as much as Amazon, which I was very happy with the service.
3 cashiers all self checkout, shelves are bare. 1st time Ive been actually in since early February (pre-COVID) will only do pick up from now on. Not worth it!

All they have is self checkouts no actual cashiers. If i wanted to work as a cashier then I would apply there. Not a fan.
My sister is an amputee and needed to go shopping. Well she has to use the electric carts to shop and had to go through 3 different carts to do her shopping. She has complained to the store about the carts not being charged so that people that need them can use them. Hopefully this review will open managements eyes cause if this happens again I will be contacting corporate about this. Its laziness and irresponsibility of the store.
Great rx n dinner fast n easy
Well, its a Walmart Supercenter. Has pretty much everything you need except good steaks & fresh seafood. Dont know many people who havent been to one. Staff is just about always helpful and courteous.
One of the best wal marts in the Erie area. Lots of free parking and I like the friendly personal. Always stocked very well. The bathroom is clean , easy access to All departments..
I got some pictures developed off my phone today. When I got stuck operating the kiosk the employee was prompt and very helpful. And my pics were beautiful.
I got a router and some other things, the employee service was great, as well as the checkouts being convenient and easy to use. Overall, it is a walmart
If I could, I would give this store 0 stars. The Walmart pickup program has clogged the isles with people and huge carts making it difficult to navigate. They also fill every end cap, isle and open space with skids of stuff so that the isle can only handle one shopping cart at a time. After navigating the maze they create and I am ready to check out, there are only 3 registers open. They have self check out where employees stand there and stare at you but do not actually do any work. If I do not get a discount for doing their jobs for them, then I will not use the self check out. Then after waiting 10 minutes in line the person at the register will not even lift heavy items off the belt. They force me to do it for them again. Then when I think the headache is over, I get to wait in line AGAIN for another person at the door to check my receipt and cart. Obviously the people they employ are not competent to ensure all items are paid for at the register, so they must pay someone else to double check their work. Walmart does it right, cuzz they do it twice: what a joke! I will no longer go to Walmart. I have switched to Wegmans. I will give Wegmans my $250-$300 of hard earned money a week.
Prices for milk are unreal. I live in Ohio and do most of my shopping at the Walmart in Madison. Eggs are $.56 a dozen and milk is $1.98 a gallon. I realize they have more competition than this place so can you imagine how much money they are marking up these prices? I think its called price gouging.
I left my phone and wallet at the store, when I finally found out what I had done, I called and customer service was wonderful. They had found my phone, wallet and credits cards. They were very professional and gracious regarding the whole incident. Great Staff!!!!
Like this location better than the Ohio location. The program they have for employees shopping for customers is terrible at all locations. Employees will not get out of the middle of the isles for in store customers and they are very rude
What happened to Walmart? Went there at 830 Thursday night 11/21/2019.Gathered a full cart of groceries and ready to check out but no cashiers at the counters, only self check-out, 2 carts of groceries, Asked for help but the lady told me she was the only cashier there and she just sat and stared at us trying to scan and bag everything ourselves, I guess that was her only job, Very disappointed, Does Wal-Mart think that its status has increased to the point that they neednt service their customers anymore? We couldnt believe it! I will not be returning,
Cross off Walmart. Only one real person check out. Will not check myself out of any store.
Empty remodiling but still selfihent
Very long lines during the middle of the day while there is plenty of employees standing around doing nothing. Management acts like they can’t lift a finger and assist the cashiers and open a new line. Products are nothing special. If you ask me, spend the extra few dollars and go to Wegmans right down the road... so much better, and you can’t beat the quality at Wegmans!

Grocery pick up and online shopping have been a godsend. I am handicapped and even using a scooter is difficult. I enter an item in the app as I think of it, add final items, choose a pick-up time and hit check out. There is no extra fee on the groceries, shopping, loading, and no tips. The Millcreek store has super customer service. Now if I could find someone to put the groceries away Id be happy as a clam!
Youd think a Walmart is a Walmart, but some are maintained better than others. This is one of the nicer ones - always clean, generally well-stocked and organized.
The store is in the process of rearranging. It is difficult to find what you want. Otherwise it was clean and quiet atmosphere.
Its WalMart, youll find everything you need! The staff is very helpful, the store is well organized, and the prices are low!There is also a Subway inside

There isnt a better Walmart for a hundred miles. The store is usually a bit understaffed, but what Walmart isnt? At any given time they still have more registers open than Target. Its incredibly clean & well stocked.

There are absolutely kind professional and I really enjoyed being in this Walmart out here in oil City then being in Pittsburgh Robinson thats a horrible place to shop its a nice place but its just too many people
The selection in food and items seems more limited than other Walmarts. However, I am able to get what I need for the time.It is well maintained and the workers are nice and helpful.
Went to take back some clothes that I bought for my grandsons birthday and would not let me return them , they were the wrong size, they told me it was because I made other returns within ninety days. Ridiculous if i buy a product from there and its wrong size I should be able to return it. I dont care how many times I have returned things ... I hate trying on clothes so I take them home and if it dont fit you should be able to return them with no hassles.
I will never go to this place ever again literally not one cashier theyre forcing me to do self checkout.. I dont work here Im not doing that..
Had a haircut appointment at the salon inside Walmart. Great job! Then, I picked up a few groceries...good selection and quality, especially produce and meats. Great place to pick up a rotisserie chicken for dinner!
Its a nice big store the prices on most of there stuff is to high over half the items you can buy new the same price or cheaper ( just need to lower prices)
Inside of this store tonight is a permanent storefront for a company called NRG. The two men operating in the store harassed me terribly I told them to leave me alone but they didnt stop I reported them to the store manager and I refused to go shop at Walmart until they are gone. There is no reason to have them located in the grocery department to harass people. The manager did say she would do something about it. But I refuse to be harassed while Im trying to shop.
It is sad a lot of items are out of stock or no longer ordered. Try to buy 3 different sandwich meats deli all out of stock. Come on out of bolony ham and turkey.
Worst Walmart to shop at! If you ladies have WIC use other stores!!! DO NOT USE WALMART stores. Go to Giant Eagle, Topps even Wegmans where you wont be treated like your less than human for using the WIC program to help feed your babies and children.We know it doesnt at ALL feed them through the month and it takes your money as well as WIC to do. This location cashiers, are very rude and demeaning towards any customer who has WIC. Cashiers see you coming and turn their lights out so they dont have to cash you out then are allowed to make rude comments to you if you do. This isnt the first time its happened to me at this location or at the Edinboro Walmart. So apparently its corporately acceptable to treat women with babies so badly at their stores. Go elsewhere plain and simple.
Ordered calendar through 1 hour photo along with 8x10 collage. Waited two days and was referred to the 800 number twice. The 8x10 was ready after the second day but not the calendar. Order was still processing. The floor supervisor, Brian, was so rude! Didnt offer any resolution to my problem. Worst service Ive ever received anywhere. If he wasnt so rude I probably wouldnt even leave a review but he was just a jerk and terrible at his job. Just asked if I wanted to re order or cancel. Will never use photo lab again!! Shutterfly from now on!

Visited this location when I was in Erie visiting family. It had what I needed. Someone even helped us find it, which is rare these days. Not much else to say. You need a Walmart Supercenter? You in need of some random set of items and also the milk you forgot to get last shopping trip? Walmart Supercenter has your back, Erie.
What a mess! Shelves are all messed up nothing in its place. The store was packed! Employees standing around. I do not recommend this store.
Too many self checkouts...if I wanted to run a register I would apply for a job. Will not shop here again.
Àmple parking and ease of access. Probably one of the better WalMart stores are n town. Usually well stocked and clean.

2022-04-29Let me preface I never write reviews like this, ever. Never in all of my time at this store has the front end become so toxic. After installing the self check outs the staff has become nothing less than hostile. Every time I need assistance its like they cant be bothered, dont help, or are completely clueless of how to do anything. I shop maybe once a month to pick up what I need but every time I dread going to check out. There is always a problem, often with the machine which no one seems to know how to use/fix. Or with being rendered assistance where I am treated poorly consistently. Today the machine said to wait to assistance, when I asked for it the employee said oh well that sucks and walked away. The unprofessionalism I deal with every time I go there is astounding. How would you rate your visit today? The self checkout asks. 1 star, always.There is much more negative I could say about this store and the company after working there for 3 years. But Ill leave my personal feeling out of this. This used to be a good store with decent staff (not including management). Its drastically gone down hill and turned into a retail cesspool embodying even negative trait of the retail world.

2022-03-29Typical Walmart. Over the years the automotive section has gotten much smaller at this location and really doesnt carry much anymore. Still the best prices on oil. The food section is good in this store, though it gets reorganized with surprising frequency. The check out area is a little odd, mostly self checkouts at this point.

2022-05-25The store isnt bad but the management likes to retaliate against old employees and ban them for no reason. So just watch what you return if they messed your order or something up they dont take too kindly to people coming and addressing issues they have had for months

2022-04-03Expensive, I just want to thank all the people who wanted a big raise and finally got it. so their employer would have to charge more money for their products to pay their employees. The number looks good on paper but you really arent any better off than before. Oh well Im sure you cant see that.

2022-06-02Went to Walmart on 26th around 6 pm. and picked up a cooler , price on 2 shelves said 34.88 there was 4 coolers , when I rang it up it was 94.00 called over associate and showed him it where it was he saw the price and called manager . I showed the manager and she said she was having the price changed they had no place to put them and someone didnt mark it the right price. I went to customer service explained to them and she told me she would call manager because they should honor the price . Manager that came over was the one I talked to first and they already changed the price and wouldnt honor it or even give me a discount . I shop there alot but will find another place to shop .Everywhere I know honors mess ups .

2022-05-20Probably the nicest walmart Ive been too. Always very clean, feels very bright and the best stocked walmart in at least a 30 mile radius of my home. Its my number one choice if I need to make a walmart trip.

2022-03-16The staff always answers my questions and often will show me where to go to get what I need. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. And, of course, there is the whole lower price issue. Walmart is fantastic.

2022-02-22Whatever happened to employees being cordial. On my shopping trip today I used the self-checkout which I hate anyway. Two old bitties stood there and acted like the gestapo as I scanned my items. Both had a scowl on their faces. If you hate your job, quit and go elsewhere. I hate going to Walmart and only did to get photos printed. It will be a long time before I return.
