This company is consistently inconsistent, and unprofessional. I was excited to try them out, as a fellow social business owner, but have been repeatedly disappointed. They are terribly disorganized, and repeatedly make preventable mistakes, causing extra stress, time, money, and energy loss. The first couple of deliveries were acceptable, but they lost my sheets and their customer service went down hill from that point forward on a weekly basis. Theyve overcharged my card, have lacked initiative, due diligence and follow through, arrived outside my business hours, I could go on and on. They are playing games that I dont have time for. Integrity and accountability are essential parts of being a social enterprise, and they lack this. What an unfortunate waste of time.

We have used Wash Cycle as our laundry service for almost a year now. RJM manages Airbnb-styled rental units in DC. Several of our units do not have laundry service on site. Wash Cycle offers an easy and seamless solution. Not to mention they are so accommodating to individual needs. In an industry where reservations are made last minute, cancelled or extended with little notice, Jon is always willing to go the extra mile to make things work. He often makes an extra trip himself just to meet our needs. When needed they can turn a large load of laundry around in just 24 hours!Another thing that is worth mentioning is their impeccable service recovery. In a world of many moving parts, small foul-ups are inevitable on both ends. Anytime Ive had an issue, I simply call or email Jon and it is taken care of. This guy never says no to a request, even when it has been outside the normal realm of their business operation. It really is great to work with a company that is so devoted to providing end-to-end service.I am a satisfied customer and you will be too. WC has only gotten better since we began our business relationship! Thank you Wash Cycle!

I would have previously given this company 5 stars but I had to take it down to one because the last 6 months or so they have failed to charge my card and then not properly inform me so that I had to pay a very very large sum at once. They also dont tell you when your route manager is sick and then dont deliver your laundry 4 days. If youre an actual business that needs a reliable company I do not recommend this company

The last company I worked for used Wash Cycle so I figured Id give them a shot.. Well- No response after emailing them, then using their online chat, then calling for information about their services. What terrible organizational skills. Will not be using their services.

Ive had mixed experiences with Wash Cycle. Ive used them only a few occasions. The first time was a total disaster, with them screwing up every possible thing they could. It was so bad they ended up giving me the service for free. The next few times it was much better, but they seemed to do no pre-treatment of clothes, so small stains that would have come out with proper pre treatment remained.

Avoid at all cost!! Three times (out of 5 or 6 times I sent it to them) they returned the laundry completely wrinkle (Ive pictures to prove it). The concept is great, but this guys do not know how to make it work. The blame the laundry services they outsource, but it could easily be the transport method they use: the bike. In my personal opinion: THE WORST LAUNDRY IN TOWN!!

The management is terrible.... instead of firing the one bad seed they promoted him and now they risk losing their main site, because he doesn’t know how to do the job at hand. He very spiteful and petty if he has a personal problem with you he’ll make up something that you didn’t do and write you up for it. He even tried to blood covered sheets on a clean sheet cart.... the other staff members are wonderful but they need to fire him before it gets worst..

The business Im at recently started using Wash Cycle to launder napkins. Theyve been nothing but professional, prompt to respond, and great at both delivery and pickups. I couldnt recommend them enough. If youre in the restaurant business and want to cut your linen bills, use this company!!

The owner paid off several local laundramats in Philadelphia where many poor and elderly were doing their laundry for decades. Many protested, and this guy was a major heartless jerk about it. The company claims to care about the environment, but arent people the most important part of the environment? I talked to elderly women who had to take the bus 10 minutes carrying their clothes til he expanded, and then bought out that one. He forced ppl to use his service because they had no other way to clean their clothes! Shameful. This guy is a shrewd UPENN Business graduate, but he could care less who he steps on. Its fine and I understand that businesses work this way, but what pisses me off is that he gets load of free press for being such an eco friendly guy and business. Shameful

Average at best. Clothes came back pretty faded and I consistently received items that were not mine. Good if you really need laundry service in a pinch but would not recommend beyond that.
