The guys were great! I cracked my glass on my I phone 7. Took us in right away explained what they were doing and the price was average for the repair we got . Would go back for sure !
They are so over priced its unreal I called for a quote on a cracked screen repair and what I was told dropped my stomach, almost half the price of the phone itself and I have the newest galaxy note available on the market

2022-01-12Honda fits are a lot out there they don’t have any batteries for six months why in the world they didn’t have it for six months back order or not it should be fully stocked now I have to buy a brand new battery from their from a different store like AutoZone or Walmart I don’t think that’s right

2019-07-11The rear camera did not work properly after I dropped my IPhone 6 plus phone and the battery was losing charge quickly (original battery). Both were replaced while I waited. Very fast courteous service. Very reasonable prices! I definitely will recommend Batteries Plus for cell phone repair. Plus the store has all kinds of batteries, light bulbs, etc. The store is conveniently located too!

2019-02-10Called for a price to get a iPhone 6 plus screen repaired. The man that answered was very helpful. And said that if u make a online appointment, you can get a coupon. Very professional and fast services. With a 6 month warranty. Very happy with the service .

2018-10-16I scheduled an appointment online for a new iPhone battery. On arrival at the store, I met with the stores proprietor. He handled the transaction and battery replacement promptly and efficiently, and was friendly and pleasant to boot. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes after getting the new battery and having my phone put through a battery (pun intended) of tests. I definitely recommend this store.

2018-12-29Good price. Started off bad. When replacing battery the back glass got messed up. They gladly fixed it though with no charge to me. The problem started when the new screen would not stay down. After multiple tries I was told too bad. The case is tweaked and we cant fix it. Very unacceptable! I thought cust svs was great up to that point but felt i got screwed after that. Good ending though - luckily the new screen put on was unresponsive so they put another one on and straightened the phone frame out as well, now its just like it was when new! I would suggest they figure out a way to ensure the phone frame is straight before doing any work. Unfortunate for them they had to replace the front screen twice and the back screen but still only charged me the original quote.

2018-05-16Amazing experience. As soon as I walked in someone was there to assist me and walked me through exactly what needed to be done. My phone was fixed in less than a hour and it looks like it was never any damage done to it. Great job done! I would recommend this place to my family and friends for any of their electronic repairs.

2021-06-21I had my phone repaired here two months ago and the screen is literally coming off of the phone. They refused to fix it even though they swore up and down by their warranty because they are saying it’s because the battery is going bad. Do not go here! 400$ later on my iPhone 11 Pro max
