My experience was quick and easy. I received more for my vehicle than I was quoted at 3 other dealers for a trade in.I didnt make an appt until a week after i received my online quote which they said changed the number drastically. Try to get an appt as soon as you receive an online quote.

Drove my vehicle to we buy any car after a $12,000 valuation. After walking through the door they said the market changed and its now $10,000. After explaining to them a minor engine problem they deemed the vehicle undrivable and offered me $100! A complete waste of time!!!

Low ballers will show you one price to get you to come in and then make a ridiculously low offer. Their offer went up by 3 folds when I got up to leave. It was still less than half of what they were showing on the web. I’m not doing business with them.

Worst customer service ever, i went there yesterday 3/10/2021 at 3pm. I drove all the way from the other Side of town after speaking with him numerous times that day, just for me to get there to show him a clean and clear title and he says “oh you didn’t have your car long enough to sell it” very rude and dismissive, I said you never said that on any of the calls, none of the ads says you have to have it a certain amount of time or anything. At that time he start hinting me to leave. He needs a fast food job or more training.

I know there are a few locations but I live in NE Philly and searched for businesses that would buy my old car. I loved my car but it was time for it to go to Honda Heaven so I gave Brian Montgomery, the Branch Manager a call in Northeast Philadelphia right off the Boulevard at Grant Avenue. I had five other names but didnt call another business after speaking to Brian. I told him exactly the state of the car and my reason for selling. Its ironic that two different people I spoke to two nights prior to purchasing my new car mentioned they knew people who used webuyanycars who got a lot more for their car than the dealer offered. I went there about a month ago and met with Jose about selling my 2007 Jeep Liberty and he was so beyond helpful! He pulled up the Carfax and another website that I did not know about to check if my car every had a accident. The Carfax said there was none, which was why I bought it, but the second website said it was in 2 major accidents and one minor. When he inspected the car he said it had major structural damage and showed me the difference in welding marks on the doors so that I look out for that next time I buy a car. Jose also told me that the mechanic I bought it from would have had to know that it had major structural damage from those marks, which is good to know so I never go back to Damar. First time I sold a car, but this is the only place I would go. He gave me a great deal too considering all the damage that the car had an gave me some tips on how to check out a car next time!

2022-06-20It was pretty easy and painless. My husband set up the appointment. We drove over. Although Felix was running behind, he apologized and we waited our turn. In the meantime, we spoke with the new guy (1st day on the job; wishing you all the best kid). Anywhoo, back to the review. Once our turn, gave the keys to Felix he did what he needed to do by evaluating the car, checked my documents, and discussed any concerns they/we had, agreed on price (mind you I wasnt in the mood for haggling or requesting a higher price). Its all good and I was satisfied. Like I said at the top, it was quick and painless. Received check right on the spot. Even with our waiting, we were in and out in less than an hour.
