Do not order here I got food poisoning 🤬
So I just went to Wendy’s , I ordered under 20 dollars , pulled up to the cashier and he said my Total was 20 something and I handed him a 20 and asked for a receipt . I didn’t get a receipt and also I got super dry foods. I was gunna ask the manager about the receipt and he was super rude to me. The managers name is Eric . I was soo disappointed. And I ordered 2 fish sandwich combo with cokes so I know that wasn’t over 20 dollars . So I’m guessing they taking extra money on the low now smh

I loved going here. They have some pretty good food. Prices are affordable. But its not the same anymore. They need to improve their service. If youre a new customer and you walk in here on a Saturday evening you would be traumatized for sure. Also some employees are rude af!! They need to work on their English and stop screaming in front of customers. A woman on drive thru was literally screaming in her own language which was uncomfortable 😑 I wasnt sure if she was trying to say something to me or her co-workers. Ill never come back here
Better than McDonalds or at least I lie to myself about it. Frosties are awesome. I def dip the fries I to it. The biggest plus is that their frost machine, unlike McDonalds, is never broken! Wow. Nice service too. Never a long wait in line or anything. Solid fast food. Very very nominal
Amazing Wendys. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Have been frequenting this location for years and they have always been amazing. Its a friendly environment, the staff knows what they are doing and food is complete quickly. I usually order the dollar chicken sandwich, fries and nuggets they taste great!

Weve always regarded Wendys as a better fast food restaurant than most of the burger places, and their burgers last night were very tasty and hot. The french fries were also hot, golden brown, and perfectly salted for me. The chili was a little more watery than usual, but overall, we werent disappointed. However, we wanted to try your salads and had a different outcome. We had researched them online before driving there so we asked for the Harvest Chicken Salad without feta - and were told there is no cheese on that salad. Of course, it was loaded with feta. We were also told there was no cider vinaigrette dressing so we got none and used dressing we had at home. Once home, we also noticed that the container our salad was in was marked Apple Pecan, another (and strangely very similar!) salad on your menu. However, there were no nuts of any kind, there was a little bacon (a Harvest Chicken ingredient but not on the Apple Pecan), and there was past-prime salad greens (almost exclusively chopped iceberg - Im guessing your signature blend?). Really disappointing! I think well stick to the rare burger and fries order with Wendys from now on.
This location is clean, efficient, and the staff are generally friendly. Wendys breakfast sandwiches, however, need a touch-up; nearly all of them are just too...dry: dry bread with dry chicken mushed in the middle, and maybe a *small* amount of butter to help it go down. The breakfast potatoes, on the other hand: 👌👌
Don’t came late at night they rush you with no one in the line and get your order wrong and snatch money and rush away from the window after they give you the food
Nicest lady working on 12/20 at 11pm. Food was hot and as good as wendys gets...Update 3/2/21. ... Nicest older man made everything fresh for me late at night and I appreciate that. I hope management takes care of that guy.
The food here was excellent, however, the drive thru cashier was impolite and it was very obvious that she had no concern for the customers. My recommendation is to reward the cooks and train the cashier how to properly interact with customers. A for the food. D- for the service.
Visit at 7pm took over 20 minutes because one person was in the drive thru doing everything while 2 people stood next to her and did nothing. Only to get the wrong order and fries that were inedible cold with no seasoning. Worst Wendy’s trip in years
This was my first visit here & I liked it. I was able to park my 26ft box truck in the back. The place is spotless clean & staff very nice. I got my usual Classic single with cheese meal & it was perfect!!!Thank you Joshua!!!
I got bacterial FOOD POISONING from this place on Monday, August 30. I got the $5 dollar bad and I think the burger the problem. Now I’m sitting in the hospital wishing I never went here.
Went to Wendys for a quick burger, was pleasantly surprised at the store. Was very clean, the food was good, and the rest room was the cleanest fast food restaurant. Mgmt was excellent, counter help was smiling and very nice.
This Wendys has always been a good one. However in recent months/year new management must have taken over. The same enjoyable crowd is no longer working here. I frequent here and usually am greeted by some friendly faces. More recently, those friend faces have no been so friendly. My usual experience at this Wendys now consists of someone taking my card without saying hello, telling me my total or saying goodnight. The whole transaction is silent regardless of my initial hello.Food is hit or miss. Depends who is working, but for it being Wendys its usually pretty good. I try not to go as often now due to the new employees.
Consistency is an issue here. One time I had a great spicy chicken sandwich, the next time, the chicken was so over done, I couldnt bite through it. It was stringy and tough.That being said, the people that work there are very nice and they are very fast.

Service is slow, rude and unreliable. Check your order before leaving because its always a good chance that they got it wrong. If you like fresh, hot fries, you should go somewhere else, but if you like em old & cold, then this is your place!

For the 2nd time in a month, waited in a long line for 20 minutes to be told they’re only accepting cash. How is this possible? Why can’t you let people know prior to ordering and waiting in line? It seems like a scam where you’re trying to pocket the cash

Just went through the drive through right before closing, and my experience was behind PERFECT! Martha was extremely helpful and generous and did not care that we came a few minutes after closing but was more then willing to help me and my gf pick out some items and let us know of their specials they were offering at the time! I will deffineitly be back due to the great service I recicved from Martha who took my order and answered the window!

2022-07-12This wendys, i could write a book about the terrible service of this wendys. Most recently last week I ordered my two four for fours and upgraded the drinks for both. I asked for a cup holder and the guy working the drive through decides two only use one cup holder when every other time i have ever been given a cup holder from this place there has always been two and it is really hard to separate the two, almost like they are meant to come two at a time. Well guess what since he only had one and it is super flimsy and large drinks are heavy as soon as he let go of his side the drinks dump all over me. The jerk at the register acted like nothing happened. he does offer after napkins after i complain that im all wet from the drinks spilling on me. THEN! THEN he short changes me and tries to act like i handed him a 10 and not a 20. THis is the worst wendys.

2022-01-21The lady in the Drive-Thru this morning seemed very rude and maybe was even talking on the phone... I got my baconator breakfast sandwich, open it up, and I pulled a long thin piece of plastic out of the sandwich that was covered in cheese. Normally I dont write bad reviews. But my experience this morning was entirely too bad to not leave a review about it I will not go back to that Wendys again. Hopefully I can leave a picture of the plastic I found..

2021-07-03The food is good. It’s always hot and fixed the way I want it, when I get it. My only concern is that the lighting in the parking lot is almost completely out. Even the lights on the menu board is off. The mall is being renovated. So the only places open for business are the Verizon store, the new Planet Fitness, & Wendy’s. There are only two outdoor lights on & it makes it really scary to go there at night.

2021-06-19Went everyday for lunch until I had an issue where they wouldnt serve me because of internal confusion of one of there new hires. Telling me I had to drive back around and get in line again??? After I had already waited in line but no one came onto the intercom to serve me so I drove around. Ive called for Corporate office for 2 months now and the manager will not reach out to me now matter what I do. Ive called the store and spoke with the store manager and he said he would relay the message and she would call me. Its been 3 weeks since then. I cannot believe the area manager chose to ignore the issue and corporate office did absolutely nothing. The nuggets were good but not that good. Goodbye forever Wendys

2020-12-20This is hands-down the best Wendys around. The managers and staff are super dedicated to fresh and fast food, as much as they are dedicated to being happy while serving it. These guys clearly know how to run a fast food restaurant. My go-to for lunch
