Brandon and the team there are very helpful and customer service oriented. After having issues with the 1-800 Comcast I went to the store, Brandon helped me with our service Agreement, took care of an upgrade phone and was very polite. I have worked with a couple people from this store Past over 3 Years and they are all helpful. I can’t say the same about the 1-800 Comcast customer service. The products are reliable same as any other place you would buy them from the cell service is great and uses Verizon towers. The price is better than the competitors. Comcast like Verizon just needs to work on not increasing pricing after the contract had ended.
Worst company ever! I have never had good service from Comcast. 1. The internet had speeds well below what they promised, they came 6 times to fix the problem and never did fix it. 2. Router makes noise that drives wife crazy, thus is our second router from them. 3. You can never talk to a real person.
My daughter had a problem upgrading a phone at this location. She called me to help resolve the issue and rude manager refused to talk to me on the phone. If you are unwilling to communicate a company policy to a customer and facilitate a resolution then I recommend you seek another career that does not include dealing with the public.
I am a single disabled mother of 8.This company has been my worst nightmare! I couldn’t afford cable during the pandemic. They wouldn’t give me the free internet system because I have a package deal. If my internet gets disconnected my children can’t go to school. I have to do things that I don’t want to do to get the money so my children can still go online. They said they will give me documentation that I must be disconnected for a month before they allow me to be eligible. I don’t recommend this company. I’m only a customer because I need this for my children to be able to connect to WiFi.
Im very dissatisfied with the service at this company , I stop my service with this company and returned all the equipment, this was about almost 2 months ago, Im so glad I saved my receipt. Well I was supposed to get a check in the amount of $37.14 that I over paid in my bill, but instead this people said I never returned the equipment and sent me a bill of $120 are you kidding me what a joke. VERY UNPROFESSIONAl!!
How do I give this store 0 Stars? The staff will sell you products to make their daily number while leaving the customer high and dry. I signed up for Xfinity Internet and Mobile then my phone was cut off for three+ days BECAUSE...you cant be on their mobile network until internet is installed in their home. That was NEVER communicated until 3 days later. I was in their store 3 times in 4 days in each instance they never provided a resolution and in EVERY visit I was shocked while watching DOZENS of customers straight up walk out of the store after never being addressed or serviced by employees literally playing on their personal phones while customers stand at the front of the store for 10+ minutes without even being recognized. Outrageous. Manager threatened to call the police on me when I questioned his employees knowledge and described it as harassment. Sorry, providing a timeline and clear description of what got you into this mess isnt harassment. Spoke to over 5 representatives all promising callbacks and resolutions none of which occurred. As a consumer you have rights and choices. I recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.
I went here to upgrade my phone from an 8 plus to an XR. It was close to closing time so the person who helped me clearly didn’t want to be bothered. When it was time to get into my phone, it was dead and his response was “unfortunately, your phone has to be charged” which made no sense to me as if there’s not multiple apple devices in the store. So after reluctantly allowing me to use his charger we keep the process going. I had to sign into my iCloud in order to do what we needed to do. I made the comment that I may have forgotten my password. The person who was helping me says “Yeah you may not want upgrade if you don’t know your password.” I log in after he says it and we continue. I had an issue with Apple trying to verify my ID through a phone number that was suspended but it was still active with Xfinity. I had the old phone in my car and asked him if I switched the SIM card just to get the code would it work (mind you it’s worked for me in the past) his response was “I don’t think that’s going to work.” Every single time he opened his mouth I got more and more annoyed and felt like I was being pushed away. So after I spend almost $400 in store, I asked if I could return the device and get my old one back after having problems with my iCloud. He rudely says to me “Yeah but you’re gonna have to pay a $75 restocking fee.” Mind you I never even left the store or anything! It was closing time and I got brushed off over and over. Ive been a customer since the very beginning it’ll be 2 years this summer. I don’t appreciate how I was treated. I worked in customer service for many years and this was completely unacceptable. To complain to the store manager (who was there) would’ve been a complete joke considering that fact that they’re all friends and he obviously saw no issue with his employees actions. He didn’t intervene or step in or anything. F*#K XFINITY!
Visited this store on a Saturday.... my husband and I upgraded from our iPhone 8plus to the new iPhone 11 Pro Max..... needless to say, 12 hours later, my husband was back with an issue.... they replaced the SIM card....problem solved.... temporarily! Next day which was Sunday, I returned needing a new SIM card.....problem solved temporarily! By day 3, my husband and I had visited the xfinity store a total of 4 times in addition to having to call customer service because the store representative refused to assist us....he kept saying call customer service or go to Apple, we haven’t even had these phones for a week.... we are now on our third SIM card....Do not deal with Joseph Manning.... he is rude, impatient, and definitely not knowledgeable when it comes to phones at all! He refused to help us solve our issue! Thank goodness xfinity mobile customer support was able to help..... basically there was something in settings that needed to be turned off, when explaining this to the rep in person he refused to help and blamed Apple.... it wasn’t an Apple problem! This man shouldn’t be on the front line working with customers..... definitely is not cut out to work with the general public!
They did not setup my account right. Over charging me. Not the deal it is supposed to be. I have been to the store 3 times and no manager is ever in the store. I was told the manager each time would contact me within 2 days and still weeks later no manager called or fixed my account. I have also spoke to someone on the phone and told I have to go in because Xfinity exton pa. member screwed up my account. I will be canceling service if the issue isnt resolved by tomorrow. Terrible service. I have had the service for a month and my bill was over $400.
Went into the store to drop HBO. Experienced a double talking associate who didnt caret. All he cared about was my keeping the expensive package. He said well why dont you use HBO. The customer service at the Exton, Xfinity Store stinks. Half the time if you call customer service for technical help IT STINKS. I am hoping a new and better product gets the idea to take over and Comcast loses all its customers. They should. Then we all can save some money too.
I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and help. I am back with Xfintiy and although I believe they are criminal for their charges for service, it was at least a better store experience than years past....I still do not like Xfintiy as a company but it seems as if for now, they are the lesser of all evils in the industry...
The King of Prussia location is more professional. You will not have to spoon feed a representative how to provide you with customer service. You will also not have to listen to the Assistant Manager choose which type of coffee she wants a co worker to go buy for her. Go to K of P. That location would be a better use of time.
Nice store with friendly employees and good customer service, but the two times I went for help with questions about my service and devices the employees did not seem very knowledgeable about my issues. Not much of a help with my issue of a broken screen on my phone. They tried to help but didnt really get anywhere with that one. Their mobile phone service is great though including their Xfinity phone.
The guy in the store was very nice and helpful however, the computer system had an error in it that would not allow him to enter my own modem. So he gave me a Comcast rental modem, temporarily telling me we wouldnt be charged. Yep, thats right, the problem is still there, (10 days later) and I am being charged rental for the Comcast modem. Its Comcast hell dealing with this company. Countdown to pulling the plug on cable.
Perhaps the worst customer service ever! I came to the Xfinity store in exton this past Sunday to discuss my bill after feeling overcharged. I was told that supervisors dont work on Sunday and shawna was unable to explain my current bill. I returned on Monday and was told again that a manager has yet to come to work. I was told again that no one could assist me with my bill. I then called comcast customer service and spoke with Pam who was kind and was able to explain my bill. ( something that 2 other Xfinity personnel were unable to do in person) Pam reviewed my bill and felt that the charges to my account seemed unfair because I made changes ao close to the service end date. It seems apparent to me that comcast opened stores in order to take advantage of its customers by dealing with employees working on commission . Its rather ironic that I received better customer service over the phone than I did in person! Needless to say, Im taking my business elsewhere!
Stopped in this morning to ask about packages with the intent to replace Verizon service. The young lady who waited on me was less interested in what my needs were and more in how much I was paying. She asked me only how much I was paying and then quoted me a price for her service that was about $5.00 per month less than my current bill. No discussion of what channels I might be interested in, no discussion of what internet download speeds i had now vs their offering. Just, buy it now, put in on hold. When I said I needed to discuss it with my wife before deciding, she asked when i would be back to conclude the deal. This may work for some, but I found it very off-putting.
Yesterday store opens at 9am I arrived 9:5am in morning and people waiting outside in cold thinking door is closed. Inside 4 grow man laughing and talking even drinking cofe,nobody come over and let us know door is open and welcome us inside,i was angry when I show thru the window on my clock one of employe wawed me come inside, I was mad all this whole time you guys drinking coffee and laughting till costumers waiting in cold its not acceptable !
Do not waste your time and money. They are rude, unprofessional and they never ever show up when they’re suppose too. Each time I needed something done in my home, they don’t show up and rescheduled each time and than they were late. They try to sell you things you don’t need. I needed WiFi hooked up in my home and they didn’t have the common sense to call. They just didn’t show up. Don’t expect much!!!
I have been to the Xfinity store in Exton, PA several times now for swapping equipment and to purchase xFi Pods, on the most recent visit. Each visit has been a breeze, as the staff is knowledgeable. The store is well organzed and clean and the wait times, even on busier days, is minimal.
The clowns working in this location have absolutely no knowledge about system. When you go for new internet purchase they tell you one thing and you get billed for another thing. They will even put you on contract without your consent. I have heard about Comcast customer service being a garbage and these puppets here validate that claim. Who the hell hires these mcdonalds rejected cashiers? These guys seriously need a good training and stop giving customers hardtime with their nonsense skills.
Went in to ask for a new x1 remote, got talked into signing up for a 2 year contract agreement. NEVER DO THIS!!!! they added voice which royally fed up me bill and it went from 178.00 ( which was raised from 156.00 for no reason ) to 229.00 a month!!!! called customer solutions ( no solutions, just more bs people trying to talk you into something else ) and they were supposed to lower the bill and get rid of voice down to 187.00 which is still more than i wanted to pay in the first fing place!! went online to look at the bill after it was supposedly fixed and blamo!!! my bill is now past due and they added another 100.00!!! fing people have no idea what theyre doing nor do they care about your issue, absolutely horrible!! going to have to waste my time and drive all the way back to the exton store and complain to them and if nothing get fixed, they will get their equipment back in their laps!! comcast sucks!!!
I cancelled Comcast service and my wife went to return equipment at this Exton office. Mr Mohammad was could not print the receipt for equipment rental. When I cancelled the service using phone, the representative mentioned to get the receipt and store it.Mr Mohammad informed that he cant give proper receipt and talk to his manager tomorrow and complain.This individual has no concept of customer service and must be removed from Comcast employment.

2022-03-15We went in to start a new plan for internet and phones and to purchase new phones. The two employees who helped us were very helpful and patient when we had to wait in the store for our old phone provider to give us information. We got a great deal, and I could not be more pleased!We were there a while, so I was able to see the other two employees on shift that day were also very helpful, polite and patient with their customers, even the more difficult ones. When there werent customers the staff were so friendly towards each other, and it was overall good vibes.The store was very clean and well organized.Definitely recommend!

2022-07-01Brought phones in to switch Sim Cards. The person helping me said there was an issue and the one phone did not work after switching. Spent about an hour trying to figure it out. Told him to just put SIM cards back in original phones. I left and went to Verizon who were kind enough to switch them and they worked fine. We are planning on switching to Verizon after phones are paid off never going back or referring others to Xfinity. He should have asked another person to help if he was unsure.

2022-03-23Switched to xfinity mobile the other night, but my fiancés phone number was locked from sprint/T-mobile. So we weren’t able to use her phone on xfinitys service. After 3-1 hour phone calls with T-mobiles customer service and goign to the useless people at the actual T-mobile store all saying it was unlocked it still wasn’t working. The people at this store, Josh, Alex, and Sunny were all extremely helpful and friendly through the whole process. After this experience you can’t beat this kind of customer service we had or the price of unlimited for 2 lines on xfinity mobile. We are now paying for 2 lines for what she was paying for her one phone with T-mobile. I highly recommend going to this store for any xfinity needs.

2021-12-28Very hit and miss place. Been here a few time in the evening and the people were great and knowledgeable. Went yesterday morning and was treated like I was scum by the women at the desk. Its ashame that the bad sticks with you more then the good. I had this as a 5 star rating but I couldnt leave it at that after yesterday.

2022-01-28Rid Yourself of Comcast FOREVER and save A lot of money, we did and It was the best move we ever made we save $70 Every month! Tmobile internet for $50 a month and sling tv for 35 that’ includes ALL my shows we even get a free DVR & more channels. we own our own roku device so bye bye Paying to Rent cable boxes From Comcast! Internet is super easy To set up user friendly They give you one device plugs in nothing else needed!! Only leaving this review due to my hatred of the comcast cable service I was provided For past decade. countless hours calling Comcast being on hold only to be hung up on I was paying for services I wasn’t getting Plus it was extremely slow internet with Comcast! Now my internet is lightning fast! Change now you won’t regret it!

2021-06-21I had only inquired about setting up internet services. The store tried to sell me an expensive bundle with free upgrades and I declined. They entered in incorrect information and I have tried contacting them several times with no resolve. I never set up service, they informed me that I would not be billed and that they would close whatever account they had opened. I received multiple emails after closing the account that my service would be discontinued if I did not pay a balance. I continuously tried to dispute these unauthorized charges because I NEVER set up service. Yet, here I am 2 years later trying to close this account and dispute the unauthorized charge.

2021-07-24Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. I didnt get the internet service I wanted for my home because Comcast hasnt fully constructed the infrastructure in my town of Honey Brook. But the store experience was fantastic.
