I gave them my bank card details so that they could charge the monthly internet fee, but they sent a bill of two hundred and forty-two dollars for two months of the internet. If my monthly bill was seventy-three dollars, this theft is clear this day. The country has no owner and when I went to protest, my service was cut off
On Monday (Labor Day) my phone broke that I had with another carrier (Verizon) I decided to get off my parents plan and finally get my phone bill and chose Xfinity Mobile since it was cheap and it used the Verizon towers. The associate that assisted me was name Tamika and she was the definition of how to provide a perfect customer service to a client. She was understanding, she listen to my concerns and answered my questions about the switching over the phone number. I was out of the store with a brand new IPhone in hand about 30mins later. That was enough to write this review but she continued to go above and beyond.Two days later the iPhone that I purchased became defective and there was no way to operate the iPhone anymore. I came back to xfinity mobile unsure what to do, at a complete loss, and ready to be angry. When I arrived Tamika saw me and recognized me and rushed to assist me. She completely understood my frustration and appreciated that I tried to do everything to fix the broken iPhone (looping the apple logo, wouldn’t fully turn on). She then worked tirelessly for almost 2hrs trying to find solutions that made the process easy to switch to a new phone even tho we couldn’t access the old one. She was giving it her all to leave me satisfied and by the end of it, I walked out better then ever and super satisfied with a new phone. She could have said there is nothing we can do for you, but she took the time and worked hard to make it right.Needless to say, this xfinity store needs to give her a raise and I highly recommend everyone ask for Tamika. She will treat you right and she will always have a customer in me!Thank you Tamika.
Very poor customer service, not professional in their respond to their customers, not listening to the problems of the service. Manager talking to you while he is leaning his body on desk with no respect at all with out even looking at your account to see the issue of the problem. Overall in customer service business they are minus zeros.
I pay for blast yet I have yet to receive the speeds I pay for yet they never forget to make my bill higher charging me damn near 100$ for 400mbps when I haven’t seen speeds above 200mbps if only Verizon Fios was in this area I would’ve gotten rid of these scam artists long ago.
We have went in here 3 times so far. They help us every time we need something. When we had problems with the previous mobile carrier, they answered all of our questions and went out of their way to make sure that they could do everything that they could. When we got a new phone, it was set up in less than 10 minutes.
Ive been a Comcast customer for a very long time, and Ive been incredibly lucky to have never had a poor customer service experience with them, whether it be one of their contracted installation technicians, customer support workers on the phone, or staff at the Xfinity Store.Every time Ive needed to visit this particular Xfinity Store, every member of staff Ive interacted with has been courteous, professional, and helpful. Theyve always been quick about conducting whatever business Ive come in for, even when its the sort of thing that you tend to expect a cable company to hassle you over.
We came 2 days ago with some pretty complicated problems, none of which were solved, it seemed like the employee that helped us just wanted a commission. However, we went in today to get these problems resolved, and an employee named Steve helped us. This guy was amazing! Fixed our problem in about 30 minutes, compared to the 3 hours we wasted 2 days ago. He fixed our issue with no problem whatsoever, and saved us from wasting more money/time. Thank you! Give this man a raise! When we come back we will be asking for him by name.
I am extremely upset. I went there to pick up the internet box for my mother and I was told that she had to be there to pick it up. I said to the gentleman behind the counter that my mother and I called in on Wednesday, March 17th & my mother gave permission to make the order for her and to also pick it up for her today, March 18th. The customer service lady that we both spoke with stated that she would be putting it in the notes so when I go to pick it up I wouldnt have a issue. To make a long story short I was given the cable box and the gentleman behind the counter did not even offer me a bag to carry the box in. Mind you the customer received a bag and he even said to the customer thanks for coming. Me, all I got was the box and I looked at him because I was waiting for the bag to put the box in. Well, I had to ask for the bag. I guess he was expecting me to just carry the freakin box under my damn arm!!!!
I stopped in around 12pm On my lunch break just to drop off equipment stood at the door for 10 minutes and no staff members addressed me so i left. Came back later got a nice gentleman by the name of Chris he greeted me in 5 seconds and took my equipment back had me sign off in 30 seconds. Nice store
Really can’t recommend a service that will charge you 10$ a month for a service I no longer use(110$ if I want to cancel). They offered to increase my internet about 3 months ago but I didn’t realize that meant I could no longer cancel at any time. When they upgraded me they never explained it and I never signed any contract. Only saving grace was the very nice customer service rep.
I been here twice. First time about a year ago to purchase my wife a phone. Great experience. Barely a wait, super friendly. The second time was just a few days ago due to a faulty Iphone. Jared, the gentleman that helped me was awesome! He explained all of my options in details and what I could do to get up and running again. I couldnt have asked for a better customer service experience. Thank you!
Service was surprisingly fast and the process simple...would have been nice if they has told me the other boxes on my account werent compatible with the one they gave me. That would have negated a second visit. Then the box I received on my second visit didnt work so that led to a third visit.
Most of the staff are not knowledgeable about the products except for the purpose is selling products. It is best to not expect anything except returning equipment or paying your bill. I was recently informed by staff that they will soon begin charging for bill payments. They want everything to be electronic payments. I dont agree with this new prospective change. Customer Service is bad enough as it is. Now you cant pay your bill? Outrageous!
Waited almost an hour to learn they werent able to add a line. The first guy we had was rude and not willing to help us. We then got assigned with someone else. Same problem. I was just able to do it online and it worked fine. The second lady at least filed a case. Another problem is you cannot order online and then pick up in store. Not happy.
Ive been an Xfinity customer off and on for many years with my latest being for 2 years. During the last couple of years Ive had some rather bad experiences coming to this store. Today is going to go a long way in redeeming some of the issues Ive had with Xfinity in the past.Today I had the pleasure meeting with Lawson. He took the time to listen to my issues, took the time to resolve my problems and do so in an incredibly professional manner.Having worked in the sales and customer service industry for a long time I know I have very high standards for communication and customer interaction. Lawson far exceeded these expectations.Thank you Lawson for your dedication to your customers. Your honesty shines through.
I have service from Comcast to my businessFor 5 months I called over 30 times some of the calls took over two hours of agents transferring me to supervisors all of this because I need proof of them that they say they service the land lines I pay them for for some paper work for my business to the stateI pay them over 160 a month and they don’t have nor can give me and document that prove that I’m official document for security purposes!I explained m loosing a lot of money because I can’t conduct business because of this paper and then they keep me on the phone for hours when I try to terminate the contract then the machine say sorry we are closed !And then they wanna charge me the time left in the contract even if I don’t use it ! Or terminate it,Worst experience I have ever had in my lifeWaste of time, loss of business, stupidity, and frustration
Today I cancel my tv cable. I return my rented equipment which included 1 HD box, 2 additional boxes, 2 remote controls and 1 modem/router. I paid $198.00 a month for HD cable tv, internet and phone land line. After canceling HD cable tv and returning all that rented equipment my bill only dropped $50.00. That means I was only paying $50.00 a month to watch tv and $150.00 a month for the internet and phone land line. How many of you out there believe your only paying $50.00 for your cable tv and your equipment a month. Talk about a comcast rip off. Im currently looking for another internet provider. They have so many packages and prices to confuse customers about pricing. Dont go to comcast. They do more to give better pricing to new customers than to customers theyve had for years. Ive been with them for 48 years. If your going to connect to comcast for the first time theyll give you a great deal after that theyll screw you. Do you wonder why comcast never replies to any of these reviews. Its because they dont have a good answer as to why they treat their customer like this. No reply from them means they cant come up with a good answer.
This is a review of the mobile. Just switched to the plan last week. The jury still out on the plan but it seems simple and straightforward. I do have some issues with Comcast’s set up. There is no way to call a retail store. They apparently don’t have a phone. Really?? There is no way to tell what device they have in stock until you show up. They told me once I buy a phone in store I couldn’t exchange it and order one online or from the main Comcast 800 number. That wasn’t true as I just called and ordered a Phone to exchange via mail. They told me a few other things in store which were completely different from what people told me when I called the 800 number. Also the $200 gift card they’re offering will take about 5 to 6 months. One last thing - they don’t support the Apple Watch which hopefully they will soon.
I experienced while waiting my turn an employee who was extremely rude towards a husband and wife couple, who were deaf and could not speak. You could tell by the expressions in his face, both during and afterwards, that he was not enjoying his time with them. All people should learn to have more respect for others, especially for those who have special needs. I would highly suggest learning how to be much kinder towards others, and be more respectful to all people in societee. Have a very blessed day....
These guys and girls really try hard to treat you the customer very good. We switched our phone service to Comcast, and posed a few problems from unmatched phones, to Att not releasing our phone numbers. This place had the phones in stock we wanted and tried forever to get us connected. Always have equipment we require, and always have enough staff, although they are usually busy. Glad they are there!
Absolutely the WORST customer service in the world. They have NO clue what they are doing and will transfer from one department to another and from one state to a different country that you cant understand what they are saying. If you need service it will take forever. But when u cancel service, they send a tech to your pole within an hour. If you have a choice for internet DO NOT USE COMCAST/XFINITY
I stopped by to get a new power cord for my cellphone which I purchased here and was met at the door by a couple employees..They advised me to go to 5 Below across the parking lot where I could get one cheaper..I did t want a universal cord.I was willing to pay more but they told me they dont sell those cords for my type phone !!! Really ?? I bought my phone from there.. Very disappointed !
Exceedingly polite and courteous staff, even when youre returning equipment because you switched to a competitor.The employees at this location also go above and beyond to make sure the customers understand what they can and cannot do based on what corporate promotions are in the system.While I was turning in my equipment, I witnessed a disagreement between an older man and one of the employees. He had spoken to multiple people and had received the same answer from each employee. He became agitated with the last employee he spoke with, and while she may have spoken a bit freshly with him, she did not do so in a rude manner (in my opinion).When youve had to repeat yourself multiple times and youve seen someone making the rounds trying to get what they want...well, that gets old really fast, and setting up cable/internet/phone/wireless ISNT exactly like buying a car. Theres a little wiggle room for negotiation, but not much. Corporate controls the systems, and there really isnt much that can be done. Those flowcharts are LOCKED IN.So the older white man marched up to the counter where the tall, white man was handlinghmy equipment return, and started pouring out his angry story about how hed been spoken to so rudely by these employees.Oh. Did I forget to mention that the other employees hed been hassling were young, black female employees? This tale probably makes more sense now.To his credit, the manager continued with my equipment return and ignored all of the voices around him. The older man started to leave the store, but then the manager on duty called him back firmly and calmly, saying that he would speak with him in a moment. Once finished with me, he went outside with the oldold man and his wife to listen to his gripe.The two female employees went back to work. But before I left the store, I said to one of them, Ive worked customer service before, and on behalf of everyone who is actually a decent and courteous human being, Im sorry and I hope you have much nicer customers the rest of the day.The moral of this story is this: be civil, be polite, be courteous, and especially be so when you are in contact with someone who is employed in the service industry. Working in customer service is often a thankless job, and much like those who are responsible for educating our children, customer service representatives are undervalued and underpaid.If youre having a bad day, you might be able to go to work, put on your headphones, and just work on that budget in a spreadsheet all day, talking to no one. But the people in the service industry? They have bad days...and they have to put on a mask and smile and make YOU feel good even if their whole world is crumbling around them.Just be kind.
Went down to do 2 things. Swap out a controller and see if they could save me money on my Verizon bill since they now have BYOD on Android devices. Took 5 seconds to to get a new remote. 40 min to swap out 3 phone and save me 1/2 off my Verizon Bill. Nittany was our man. Quick, fast, and polite. Knew exactly what he was doing. Would recommend him to anyone who needs to save some money. Hes cute too! 😉
I called customer service on phone to ask if they can extend my promotion deal, and they said yes. And then I go to this store to go through the process (bill issue) and told them that Id like to extend my promotional deal service. However, their African American staff said NO with bad attitude. The worst service !!!
This rating is for the store not the Comcast service I receive at my house(cuz that would be 3 stars😂)Ive been there twice in the last 24hrs...yhe manager is who I dealt with for exchanging faulty equipment....the guy gave me a professional and honest service and apology for equipment that comcast fails to recognize as junk....never a complaint with these guys
My wife went there to pick up equipment because I was not on the account. I had written down what she was to get, 2 splitters, TV boxes, short cable etc. The guy took her note, asked how many tvs we had and gave her the wrong tv boxes, didnt give her the splitters & short cable and cancelled the tv box we currently had. We had to make 4 trips to this store to get the correct items. I would have gone alone but had just gotten out of the hospital.
Called to get new cell phone serive. The first person I spoke to seemed annoyed that I even called about getting new service. So before I even asked my second question, I said I would call right back and get a different representative. When I called back that representative not only did not know the current promotions, he also refused to give me the phone number to the local store. How am I supposed to have confidence in a phone company that doesnt even have a public phone number for their store. Sad
If youre a customer of Xfinity this is an out of the way store where they display all of their newest technology period! If you dont have a smart phone or computer to pay your bill and havent set up auto pay this is the only place you can go to pay your bill and avoid their high late fee! Im fortunate and have both but when Ive been there I see all of the unfortunate people that dont have the means to have either of these things rushing in to use the machine to pay their bill and avoid the high late fee charge! Im not a radical but this store definitely shows the difference between the upper and lower classes, just my observation and opinion!
We were sent a new box, well I shouldn’t say a new box because the one they sent us was so old it couldn’t even be connected to the internet. The guy from the store said it was from the early 2000’s. Anyway, I went in to exchange the box and get the x1 box that they were supposed to have sent us. The employee I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, and he got me out of the store pretty quick.
I was very unhappy to have to go thru Comcast for internet service after moving into the area as we have had it before and disliked it. And after reading some of the different service stores comments, I was prepared for an awful experience picking up a new install kit. However, the staff here was friendly and accommodating. The wait wasnt too terribly long as they kept the line moving quickly. I think some of the low ratings could be from some not-all-there type people as you can see many of those out and about at these places.
I was just dropping off some equipment, so I was in and out quickly, which I liked. The store was gorgeous and state of the art. For what I pay every month, itd be nice if they invested that money in infrastructure that didnt cut out once a month. But hey, this is Comcast were talking about.
Comcast.. so I’ve been to this store twice now. First, my tv and internet kept going down for maintenance for hours at a time. I put up with it the first couple times, then I lost my cool. I called and after a hours talking to customer service, they caved in and gave me hd for free and a deal on dvr. So I got a new box in the mail. I had to take the old one back to the store. I thought it would be a quick drop off. It was not. It took over a half an hour waiting in line, and the sales person kept trying to sell me more stuff. All I wanted to do was give them the box and leave, but they wouldn’t listen to what I was saying. Finally, it was over with. Then for two months, they continued to charge me an extra fee for the box I had returned and had to call and get it removed from my bill. Then, I moved. They charged me $60 to do the move. One of the lines wasn’t finished to the bedroom, and they refused to run it through the wall. No big deal, while they were outside messing with the pole, I had it finished in under 10 minutes and it’s perfect. Well, he gave me all new boxes while he was there. He refused to take the old ones and I had to return the boxes to this stupid inefficient store again. Then he said that everything was working, but the picture on my bedroom tv is so staticky that you can’t see anything very well. $60 extra dollars for some crappy install job and forced me to go back and deal with their sales people. I swear if next months bill has extra charges for these boxes that I returned, then I’m switching to directv that same day.
My husbands iphone died unexpectedly and we needed to replace it ASAP. When I looked online Xfinity didn’t have the iPhone model we wanted in stock so I drove to Lancaster and bought it from the Apple store directly and took it to the Xfinity store to setup. The lady who I was assigned to deal with at the store first acted like we couldnt even use it with our plan, which makes NO SENSE whatsoever because we brought his first unlocked Iphone from Verizon when we transferred our service and this one was new. After lots more probing questions and threatening that we could just take our cell contract elsewhere, she finally admitted that we could use it if we did XYZ ... I came to realize that she just didn’t want to deal with it because they weren’t making any money on the sale. SHADY, SHADY, SHADY practice.Between our monthly cable and mobile services we pay Xfinity about $380 a month, I would expect much better customer service!!!!
Horrible service. I got 3 cable boxes this weekend from this store, every single one did not work, had a field tech come out to my house and he swapped the box out with a box that he had in his work van, and works just fine! Customer service claims they have no contact with the store so be careful getting anything from this store
Wow, I been a customer with Comcast 21 of last 25 years. Had to run my social number for a credit check, really? Tried to use their moble phone service, had to run more credit checks. On representative said that I could transfer my old iPhone the next one said that I couldnt. Wouldnt mind if I werent paying 2,000 thou/year.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!! I HAD TO RETURN MY CABLE BOXES WENT IN THE STORE LEFT MY DAUGHTERS LOCKED IN THE CAR WITH THE AC RUNNING SINCE IT WAS SOOO HOT, PLUS IT USUALLY TAKES SECONDS TO RETURN A BOX. THE FIRST STAFF I SAW COMPLETELY DISREGARD THE FACT I WAS FIRST IN THE STORE. IT TOOK HER FOREVER TO RETURN A BOX 🤯 DEFINITELY NEED PROFESSIONAL WORKERS.
I had someone, I think was named jerry, help me.(mixed kinda short with facial hair) he chewed on ice the entire time through a McDonald’s cup. I was trying to get information on how I could switch carriers since I have an xfinity account myself(but have sprint as a provider) and was told how great xfinity mobiles service is! He didn’t explain things in detail at all and just stared at me whenever I stood in front of him, across from his computer. No, “how can I help you today?” Or anything! And when I wasn’t approved he was just kinda like “haha sorry you weren’t approved must mean your credit score isn’t good- *chews ice*” worst experience I’ve ever had face to face with a customer service/sales rep. If you want to buy a new phone through xfinity mobile, save yourself the trouble and order it over the phone. The reps are way friendlier and will go into full detail about absolutely everything. They also definitely won’t disrespect you and chew ice while talking.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Poorly run, long wait times, and extremely rude to costumers. I waited 45 mins just to turn in my equipment. After they took my equipment THEN they told me it was an hour wait, and refused to give me my equipment back when I wanted to come back another time. I will never come here again.
Terrible service. The wait for service is very long. Just wanted to get a simple SIM card. Had to take a number and wait,and wait, and wait. If you don’t take a number the staff ignores you as if you don’t exist and can’t be seen. They seem to be overwhelmed with customers. Then when you do finally get called by the service agent, rep, associate, what ever they like to be called, they seem to be confused and unfamiliar with how to work their complex computer systems to help you in a timely manner. I spent two hours in the store to get a SIM card and activate another line to my account. The whole operation should have taken no longer than half an hour. I’d go back to Verizon if it weren’t for ten months left on my contract to pay off the phone.
We pay for internet speeds up to 400mbs and hardly get more than 200 ever. Frequent outages for hours at a time. Lag when streaming from Hulu and Netflix. All together unimpressive. If they didnt own the rights to the apartment building I live in, I would have switched to a different network within the first week.
Zero Star... These guys does not have any manners even to talk to customer... Pls try to avoid the guy who normally stand in reception .. I dont know this name.. identification : Fat white tall and possibly in mid 40-50. I had asked if there can be any promotion they can offer me just for internet as I am paying too much for double play and I dont watch TV at all.. I m Comcast customer since 2014.. so was checking for lower rates.. the guy was the ruddest guy I ever met.. probably did not even attended elementary school.. no manners.. he dont have any intention to serve customers even I guess he must be pathetic in his family... I am thinking to move out from Comcast just because of this guys behaviour ... Professionally one prob can be handeled in n no of ways.. there was no intention to solve problem rather was trying to showcase he knows everything in the world.. I m paying more than 85$ every month.. dont get anybodys petty or never became defaulter in any bill.. so expect to be treated with most respect.. Comcast always treat their old customers poorly.. but this was the most insulting behavior I had received from any customer service..
This is a rate of this comcast store, not comcast as a whole (I personally miss optimum and verizon). When I scheduled my appointment at 10:15, I walked in and within 5 minutes I was speaking to a representative. Pretty fast. Additionally, he was polite, nice, and actually from New York too, so we got along well. We went over some questions I had quickly and I left very satisfied. Only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars was the router had some initial issues connecting to the internet, but I sorted that out on the phone while i was assembling furniture. Pretty good store.
Comcast is quite possibly the most terrible company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Literally everything about them is awful. Their website is glitchier than that of any other major company and it always results in extreme frustration. Their internet service is slow compared to the competition, yet far more expensive. They are impossible to get on the phone. They charge for things not ordered and fail to honor discounts. Literally the only reason anyone in the city of Harrisburg has Comcast is that their cronies have bribed the city into keeping Verizon and other competitors out, creating a monopoly. They are Nazis.
By far the worst mobile network to go with I used many if not all the service isn’t terrible but the internet is also I payed off my phone and got false PIN numbers to unlock trying to port my number over was also a big big struggle do your self a favor do not use Xfinity mobile

2022-04-05Tried to call an agent and had no luck at all trying to get to an agent to ask a simple question. Went into the store and had excellent customer service from start to end. The team was helpful and knowledgeable. Left very happy.

2022-05-05I went to exchange the modem. I asked clerk to transfer my I fo from. 1 unit to another. Handicap access into store is NON EXSISTANT. There was no close handicap parking either. Had to park 4 rows over. When I got home the new unit didnt match up. I had 5 wires and unit only had 4 holes. Theres is NO direct store phone call number. I was to also come home with a voice remote and got none. I just dont live close. I have 40 miles one way. Then I was without land line for a day. So also when I got home and called to speak to a tech ( cause Im not tech hour savvy at all ). Between me n my son were on the phone for 1 hour and 16 minutes. That personally but told me that she needed my account number to help me. Ive been a customer at this address since 2004. I was deeply disappointed with her so called service. )

2021-09-20I would grade 0 star on 5 if it was possible. I bought 2 phones on September 17th 2021 at this store as the representant advised me that its were on promotion. I paid $96.66 for taxes and fees and left the store . At my big surprise 45 mn to 1hour later the store called me to bring back the phones because its were no longer in promotion. And they were offering me others phones which I didnt like its . So I requested the transaction cancellation and asked for a refund. They told me that the refund will take a month to be fully process! I know one thing that a refund wouldnt take over 10 days in the worse scenario case! Could someone help me! Thank you for your time reading me!

2021-04-18Went into the store to setup a mobile plan. Have had home services for years. They helped me with every question I had. Gladly grabbed the phone I requested and set me up at plan in 10 minutes. That simple. I was shocked at how helpful the staff was and didnt hesitate to get me what I wanted. Plus the mobile services are great and have amazing prices that beat other providers. If you want a great cell phone plan. Go to this store.
